Utilizing yard is an alternative to increasing food security. The government is rolling out a program for using yard through the Pekarangan Pangan Lestari Program (P2L) to respond to the threat of a food crisis due to global climate change, increasing population, and land conversion. Most P2L Program recipients in Yogyakarta City do not work as farmers. Therefore, there is a need to study P2L Program evaluation candidates in Yogyakarta City. The aim of this research is to (1) evaluation a P2L Program in the City of Yogyakarta, which includes ecological, economic and social dimensions, and (2) determine sensitive attributes in the sustainability of the P2L Program. This research is exploratory, and samples were taken using the proportional random sampling method. The types of data used include primary and secondary data. This research uses multidimensional scale analysis (MDS) to assess the status and stability index of the P2L Program and to identify components that influence its stability index for each aspect by using leverage analysis. Multidimensional Scaling using Rapfish is a relevant approach that involves policies or programs. The research results show that the Yogyakarta City P2L Program has a desired index for the social dimension of 62.63%, which is quite sustainable. In the less sustainable category, the ecological and economic dimensions are 48.69% and 33.38%, respectively. For the sustainability of the P2L Program, the social dimension has the greatest impact. Sensitive attributes in the development of P2L in Yogyakarta City include the utilization of fertilizer from household waste, the beauty of yards, establishing cooperation with partners for product marketing, familiarity between members, establishing communication, absorbing labour, and saving expenses.

The consumption of animal-sourced protein food in Indonesia is projected to continue increasing. However, current issues include low average consumption levels, a significant share of expenditure, and relatively high prices of some animal-sourced protein foods. This study analyzed the demand function for animal protein food consumption to identify the factors influencing household consumption and examined own-price elasticity, cross-price elasticity, and income elasticity. The analysis used SUSENAS consumption data, including household members, income, and food expenditure, and employed the QUAIDS model. The results showed that all variables were significant at the 1 percent level, implying that animal protein food commodities were influenced by household income, own-price, prices of other commodities, and socio-demographic factors (household size, age of household head, education level of household head, and region) in East Java and East Nusa Tenggara. The animal food commodity most sensitive to income changes in East Java was milk (1.409%), followed by meat (1.252%), and fish (1.214%) as luxury goods, and eggs (0.433%) as normal goods. The Marshallian (uncompensated) and Hicksian (compensated) own-price elasticities for all commodities in East Java and NTT were negative, indicating that the demand for animal protein food adhered to the law of demand. The Hicksian (compensated) cross-price elasticity values for other commodities in East Java and NTT were positive, suggesting that these commodities are substitutes for one another.

Fasilitas dalam bekerja dapat berpengaruh pada efisiensi dan kenyamanan dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Meja QC adalah salah satu fasilitas yang dapat menunjang pekerjaan yang perlu diperbaiki agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan juga dapat memberikan kenyamanan dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk meja quality control yang mengintegrasikan metode Kano dan Quality Function Deployment (QFD), serta mempertimbangkan aspek ergonomi. Metode Kano dipilih agar dapat menentukan prioritas dari fitur yang akan dikembangkan, dan metode QFD dipilih agar dapat menentukan hubungan antara kebutuhan responden dengan respon teknis yang dilakukan oleh tim pengembang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa prioritas pengembangan dari meja QC adalah tinggi meja yang dapat diatur, tahan karat, dan kaki meja dengan tinggi yang sejajar. Dalam proses perancangan, penekanan khusus diberikan pada aspek ergonomi untuk memastikan kenyamanan dan efisiensi penggunaan meja. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: pertama, menambahkan hidrolis pada kaki meja, sehingga tinggi meja dapat diatur sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Selanjutnya, menggunakan keramik granit untuk bagian atas permukaan meja, memberikan keindahan dan tahan karat. Juga menambahkan laci pada meja untuk menyimpan alat-alat QC dengan rapi. Selain itu, menambahkan handle di kedua sisi meja agar mudah dipindahkan dan diposisikan ulang. Pembatas meja juga dilengkapi dengan engsel untuk memudahkan dan memberikan kenyaman saat pengguna menulis. Terakhir, menambahkan kereta dorong untuk membantu memudahkan pekerjaan QC, sehingga pengguna dapat bekerja dengan lebih nyaman.

The Forest Management Program with the Community (PHBM) is a program that provides an opportunity for communities living around forests to participate in managing forests by planting seasonal crops with the concept of agroforestry. However, there are any threats to agricultural sustainability in the form of critical land, pest attacks, institutional functions that are not running well, and non-optimal usage of technology. This study aims to examine the sustainability of farming on Perhutani land which is assessed from the five dimensions of sustainability: ecology, economic, social, institutional, and technology. The data collected by distribute the questionnaires to respondents. Respondents in consist of 67 people in total who divided into 60 farmers, and seven stakeholders. Data analysis used the MDS (Multidimensional Scaling) method and leverage analysis to see the attributes that affect sustainability. The results of the study have a sustainability index value of 53.778%, it is categorized as Sufficiently Sustainable in terms of institutional dimensions about (67.119%), ecology dimensions (61.119%), and economic dimensions (58.332%). Meanwhile, the social dimension (44.597%) and the technology dimension (37.727%) are less sustainable. The leverage analysis shows 25 sensitive attributes that affect the sustainability of farming on Perhutani's land in each dimension.

The sand mining activities leave a wide area ex-sand mining land. In Bambang Village, farmers who live in that area try to get their land back to produce agricultural activities that were used previously for sand mining. However, there are several obstacles to the sustainability of farming in this area, especially the matter of critical land issues, pest and disease attacks, unpredictability of price, and technology used still not optimized suboptimal use of technology. To analyze the sustainability index and the attributes that influence continuity of corn farming on post-mine sand land, a quantitative study was conducted used a five-dimension sustainability approach. This approach included the consist of ecological, economic, social, institutional, and technological dimensions. Data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents which are divided into 72 of farmers and five key informants, so that, total of respondents are 77 people. Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) and leverage analysis were used to determine the attributes that influence sustainability. The results of the research show corn farming continuity on post-sand mining land produce a sustainability index for about 54.86%. It is considered quite able to maintain in terms of the economic dimension (62.12%), social dimension (60.82%), and institutional dimension (60.27%). Though, the ecological dimension (46.88%) and technological dimension (44.23%) were classified as weak in terms of sustainability. Additionally, leverage analysis shows about 25 sensitive attributes which is influenced the sustainability of corn farming on post-sand mining land.

Soil contamination by pesticides is one of the world’s most pressing environmental issues. The widespread use of Organophosphate pesticides (OPPs) in agriculture has led to biological diversity changes. The indigenous bacterial community played significant roles in the remediation of soil contaminated with OPPs. This study examines the overall bacterial community composition of three agricultural fields in Yogyakarta, Java, Indonesia, that were exposed to OPPs. The agricultural field was divided into zones near the beach, residential, and mountainous. Sequencing 16S rRNA amplicon fragments used to analyze the soil bacterial community. It was discovered that Proteobacteria, Actinobacteria, and Firmicutes comprised the majority of the bacterial community. In addition, the samples contain a high relative abundance of Bacillus, Bradyrhizobium, Chryseobacterium, Cystobacter, Microvirga, and Burkholderia. The high alpha diversity indexes suggest that the agricultural soil microbiome provides important ecological services and may harbor a wide variety of bacteria and genes with biotechnological applications. The physicochemical soil characteristics are also correlated with the bacterial community structure. The findings can be used to develop bioremediation strategies that employ native microbes to clean and restore agricultural soil contaminated with OPPs.

The coral reef ecosystem is one of the biodiversity that the most significant component of coral reefs, namely corals, has been traded in various sizes. Not only beneficial for marine ecotourism, but the current trend is that ornamental coral has become a legal hobby. These hobbyists make coral one of the main components that decorate their aquariums because of their attractive shapes and colors. However, several types of hard corals are included in CITES Appendix II, so their permits and trading activities are stringent. Indonesia has more than 14% of the World's reefs and is known as the coral triangle area, where one of the centers for ornamental coral production is the Bali Strait. One of the suppliers established in 2015 is PT Lombok Samudera Abadi (PT LSA). PT LSA is a supplier of wildlife ornamental coral products in West Nusa Tenggara that fulfills orders from exporters who are members of the Indonesian Ornamental Coral Farmers Association (KPKHN) for exporters in Bali and Banyuwangi and the Association of Indonesian Ornamental Coral and Fish Association (AKKII) for exporters in Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of corals utilization at PT. LSA and its impact on sustainability. The study's results showed the level of utilization of corals by PT. LSA in Pulau Kaung Village delivered an average actual production of 1,862 individuals /month, which means it does not exceed the maximum production value (CMSY = 3,743 individuals/month) and JTB (2,995 individuals/month). The actual corals harvesting average of 133 trips is still below the optimum harvesting effort (EMSY = 211 trips), so this condition still shows that over-exploited has not occurred in the area with a utilization rate of 0.48 which is still in the moderate status, which means that utilization efforts can be increased. There are 36 hard corals and 9 soft corals taken from nature. Besides corals utilization, PT. LSA also engages in CSR activities by offering restocking from corals transplants in particular areas and training for academics or coastal communities. However, not all restocking is successful, primarily because of seasonal factors that can impact the corals' health. In light of this, more investigation is required.

The Sarak Opat as one of the customary institutions in Aceh have been authorized to settle disputes of minor cases at the village level in Central Aceh, Aceh, Indonesia. This is guaranteed by the applicable laws and regulations. However, the practice of resolving minor cases is currently delegated to the judiciary. Therefore, this study was a legal empirical or sociological research to analyze primary and secondary data in Central Aceh Regency. Data collection method employed were direct interviews with selected informants, and the collected data were processed in qualitative analysis method. The results showed that the role of the Sarak Opat customary institution in resolving minor cases in the Gayo community in Central Aceh has a strong legal basis as mandated by various national and regional legal policies. Subsequently, the customary institution has two considerations in delegating minor criminal cases to the judiciary. First, the litigants are dissatisfied with the sanctions decided by Sarak Opat. Second, the officials of Sarak Opat lack understanding of their authority as a customary justice institution.

This research deals with the sound change of Japanese numeral quantifiers. The data were collected through introspection method and by asking Japanese native speakers as verifiers. The data were identified in order to investigate which numerals have the potential to undergo some sound change. They were then analyzed phonemically and some phonetically as well. The data analysis focused on the segmental elements and it was conducted synchronically. The results show that there are some processes of and reasons underlying the sound change in the Japanese numeral quantifiers. The most common process of the sound change is assimilation, especially regressive assimilation. Meanwhile, the reasons underlying the sound change are the presence of sound co-articulation, phonotactics in Japanese that prevents any consonant clusters except /QC/ and /NC/, devoicing of high vowel /i/, and to comply with the construction of similar numerals.

This study aims to determine the performance of drip irrigation technology as compared to conventional farmer’s practice on rice growth and yield, grain quality, and water consumption. The research was carried out at the Sukamandi Experimental Station, Subang, West Java in July - October 2019. The test was arranged by a nested randomized block design with 5 replications. The main plot was water management with 2 levels: (1) Drip Irrigation Technology (DIT) and (2) Conventional Farmer’s Practice (CFP) (flooded condition) as a comparation. Subplot was varieties with 4 levels: two hybrid rice (1) Hipa 8 and (2) Hipa 18, upland rice (3) Inpago 11, and irrigated inbred rice (4) Inpari 42. The result showed that yield of DIT not significantly different to CFP with higher number of tillers per m2. However, it was lower for plant height, tillering ability, grain filling, 1000 grains weight, transpiration rate, assimilation rate and stomatal conductance. For grain quality determination, DIT gave an increase in the average of grain density and impurities, but decreased in the average percentage of chalky and immature grains. In Hipa 18, DIT was able to produce a higher percentage of head rice. DIT only consumed 3864 m3/ha/season water irrigation compared with average water consumption in Sukamandi Field Station which range of 7460-8740 m3/ha/season.

Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the infectious diseases that have become a major problem in Indonesia. This disease is caused by the Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria. The bacteria are commonly treated with antibiotics. However, the use of irrelevant antibiotics is the most influential factor of antibiotic resistance. Therefore, natural ingredients are required as novel antibiotic agents, some of which are sourced from lactic acid bacteria. This study aims at investigating the antituberculosis activities of Pediococcus acidilactici and Lactobacillus plantarum isolated from breast milk against M. tuberculosis. Pediococcus acidilactici and Lactobacillus plantarum breast milk isolates were rejuvenated with MRS (De Man, Rogosa and Sharpe) broth media, and the supernatant was then neutralized to pH 7.0 using a pH meter by adding 1N NaOH solution. Antituberculosis activity test was performed with Lowensten Jensen media to investigate the growth of M. tuberculosis. The results of this study showed that Pediococcus acidilactici had antituberculosis activity at 48 hours at concentrations of 80% and 90%, while the secondary metabolites of L. plantarum had antituberculosis activity at 24 hours and 48 hours at concentrations of 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%. Therefore, this study concludes that P. acidilactici and L. plantarum bacteria have the potential to be developed as antituberculosis agents.

In criminal law, owners who allow their livestock to damage other people's land or gardens can be held legally responsible, as regulated in Article 549, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code. However, in practice in the field, there are still people who keep their livestock in other people's gardens. This study aims to examine criminal sanctions against livestock owners who damage other people's gardens and criminal liability for those who damage other people's gardens. This type of research is juridical empirical by using primary data and secondary data. The results show that Criminal sanctions against livestock owners who enter other people's gardens may be subject to fines or compensation for parks damaged by livestock. If the penalties are not implemented, they can be replaced with imprisonment for 14 (fourteen) days. At the same time, criminal liability to livestock owners who enter other people's gardens can only be resolved amicably or peacefully at the village level through the traditional sarak opat institution.

The agropolitan area in Trenggalek Regency is one of the regional development programs that began in 2006.The objectives of this study are 1) Determining the hierarchical structure of growth and service centers in an agropolitan area, 2) Determining superior commodities that can be developed in an agropolitan area, 3) Knowing perceptions and levels of community participation as well as the factors that influence it in an effort to increase active community participation as the main actor in agropolitan area development. The research location was determined purposively. This study uses two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. The analytical methods used in this research are 1) scalogram analysis, 2) Location Quotient / LQ analysis, 3) non-parametric chi-square statistical analysis. Based on the schalogram analysis of villages in the agropolitan area in Trenggalek Regency, it is obtained a hierarchy of regions in the agropolitan area in Trenggalek Regency, so that Tasikmadu, Pule, Jombok and Sumurup Villages are the centers of growth and service centers while the development areas of Karanggandu Village, Prigi, Watulimo, Sawahan, Watuagung, Sidomulyo, Tanggaran, and Dompyong are agropolitan areas. While other development areas, namely the Dukuh, Slawe, Gemaharjo, Pakel, Ngembel, Puyung, Joho, Kembangan, Pakel, Masaran, Sengon, Srabah, Surenlor and Botoputih development areas are hinterland areas. Based on the results of the LQ analysis, the agropolitan area in Trenggalek Regency has 34 (thirteen) commodities that have an LQ value of more than 1: leaves, potatoes, mustard greens, long beans, large chilies, bird's eye chilies, green beans and chayote, c) Fruit crop subsectors: avocado, star fruit, duku, durian, guava, water guava, orange siem, large orange, mangosteen, jackfruit, papaya, rambutan, salak, sapodilla and soursop, d) Sub-sector of plantation crops: Patchouli, sugarcane, cocoa, cloves, coffee, vanilla and cottonwood. The level of public perception towards agropolitan programs is relatively poor. The level of community participation in agropolitan programs is relatively low. The intrinsic factors that have a real influence on the level of participation are income and land area, while the extrinsic factors are socialization, assistance, openness of government, program suitability and benefits. Increasing community participation can be done by improving the factors that have a real influence.

Alcohol abuse is associated with genetic factors and is influenced by certain races and ethnicities. CYP2E1, which works on the endoplasmic reticulum, produces an enzyme that plays a significant role in alcohol metabolism. In relation to it, this study aims to identify the polymorphisms of CYP2E1*5B and CYP2E1*6 genes in alcohol drinkers of Papuan Ethnics. A total of 39 Papuans were analyzed for alcohol drinking habits. Alcohol drinkers were found to be 29 people (74.4%), and 10 people (25.6%) were non-drinkers. The drinkers mainly were late teenagers (89,7%) and males (69,2%). The CYP2E1*5B genotypes were c1/c1 as 94.9% and c1/c2 as 5.1%. Meanwhile, the CYP2E1*6 T/T genotypes were 56.4%, and T/A genotypes were 43.6%. The odd ratio for CYP2E1*5B were 18,5 and 7,7 for CYP2E1*6. p0,05 for CYP2E1*5B and CYP2E1*6 gene polymorphisms for alcohol drinking behavior in the form of frequency, duration, type, and volume of alcohol consumed. Furthermore, c1/c1 and c1/c2 genotype polymorphisms were in CYP2E1*5B; T/T and T/A genotypes were in CYP2E1*6 of Papuan ethnic at Yogyakarta. In conclusion, genotype c1/c1 had 18,5 times of the possibility of being alcoholic drinkers, and genotype T/T had 7,7 times of the possibility of being alcoholic drinkers in Papuan ethnic. It indicated that the type of genotype statistically did not significantly affect alcohol drinking behavior on the subject.

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of The Big Five Personality Trait towards the affective commitment using job satisfaction as an intervening variable. By applying quantitative research, the data were obtained through questionnaire which distributed to 184 employees of Eastparc Hotel Yogyakartaas respondents. In this present study we used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the SmartPLS v3.0 analysis tool. The results indicate that, overall dimensions of The Big Five Personality Trait have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and affective commitment except for neuroticism dimension which has a significant negative effect. Furthermore, job satisfaction mediates the relationship between overall dimensions of the Big Five to affective commitment. The direction of the negative effect of neuroticism is thought to be caused by the nature of neuroticism itself which describes of one's negative emotions. The result of this study will add the understanding that affective commitment and job satisfaction can be built by creating conformity of The Big Five Personality with the job and an organization.

Tuna commodity turns out to be one of fishery commodities contributing to an export increase by value above the average of 18.57%. This is an opportunity for Indonesia to improve the country's economy by utilizing existing fishery resources. Thus, government policies are needed in order to support the export performance of fishery products. This research was conducted to determine the impact of government policies toward tuna fish commodities in Malang. The method used was the Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM) that aimed at knowing the impact of government policies on tuna commodities. In this study, the respondents were 30 tuna fishermen at TPI Pondokdadap. The results of analysis showed that there were subsidies, taxes, and trade restrictions in input factor. Nonetheless, in output factor, fishermen did not receive subsidies. The existence of a policy on input is very helpful for fishermen so as to reduce production costs, while in the output policy the community receives more benefits at low output prices. However, it can be seen from the DRC and PCR values that they are less than one. This means that the tuna fish commodity in Malang still has comparative and competitive advantages in competitiveness.

The purpose of this study was to investigate technical, allocative, cost and scale efficiency of palm oil companies in Indonesia. The data used cross sectional data on Indonesian Manufacturing Industries that were collected in the annual surveys by Indonesia’s Central of Statistics/BPS for 2015 which is registered under KBLI code 10431. Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is a nonparametric method in operations research and economics for the estimation of production frontiers. It is used to empirically measure productive efficiency of decision making units (DMUs). The input of the palm oil production system are capital, labor, materials, land and energy. While output include industrial product in terms of CPO/PKO and biogas. The finding shows that Riau Island, North Sulawesi and Papua have high score of efficiency in terms of TE, AE, CE and SE, while West Java and Banten province at low level in terms of cost and allocative efficiency. Nevertheless, on nationwide the score of allocative and cost efficiency still low. Hence, all the input efficiencies still need to be improved, and also reduce cost of production. Beside that, the companies should make an improvement by enhancing management capabilities and improving allocation efficiency.

Analisis dilakukan terhadap pelaksanaan Harbolnas di Indonesia sejak tahun 2012 hingga 2019, dimana terjadi peningkatan yang sangat signifikan setiap tahun pelaksanaannya. Peningkatan dapat dilihat baik dari sisi jumlah peserta, dan jumlah transaksi pembelian yang terjadi. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan observasi terhadap perubahan strategi promosi Harbolnas setiap tahunnya. Data yang digunakan untuk menganalisa adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari berbagai narasumber. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kenaikan yang terjadi setiap tahunnya lebih disebabkan karena perpanjangan waktu pelaksanaan Harbolnas (adanya pra-event dan post-event) serta berkembangnya variasi produk yang ditawarkan setiap tahun. Consumers buy products considering the quality, price, and product availability. The company responds to consumer desires quickly. Research on agile concepts is used in garment product development. Companies that implement garment product development with an agile concept aim to respond to consumer desires. The research aims to develop a conceptual framework for the agile garment product development process. To achieve this goal, this research analyzes the literature study. The result of the conceptual framework is the conceptual framework proposed by the researcher. Researchers will conduct a validation test on the proposed conceptual framework.

This article tries to reveal the cultural perspective of Japanese society on unlucky number, that is 4. Comprehending this phenomenon is needed by those who intend to cooperate or make relation with the Japanese in order to get better understanding. Library research and interview with native speakers of Japanese and Chinese are conducted in this research. The result shows that 4 is considered an unlucky number because linguistics link in the form of homophone or similarity of sound between the Japanese numeralia’s pronounciation of absorbed from Chinese, that is shi [ɕi] meaning ‘number 4’, and a Japanese root verb’s pronounciation shi [ɕi] of shinu [ɕinɯ] meaning ‘death’. Although today the number is often used in public, some Japanese still avoid it directly or indirectly. Direct avoidance is done by not using 4 or refusing anything related to the number. Indirect avoidance is done by using numeralia yon which is the synonym of shi, both of which mean 4.

Dalam hukum adat Gayo dikenal suatu perjanjian perkawinan dengan istilah perampam dene, yaitu suatu denda yang diberikan kepada seseorang pasangan suami atau isteri yang melanggar sebuah perjanjian di dalam perkawinan, perjanjian perampam dene ini dibuat oleh kesepakatan kedua belah pihak antara suami dan isteri yang disaksikan oleh orang tua kedua pasangan suami isteri atau keluarga dan diketahui oleh reje (kepala desa) kedua belah pihak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian yuridis empiris atau penelitian hukum sosiologis. Penelitian hukum empiris, yang deteliti pada awalnya adalah data sekunder yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penelitian pada data primer di lapangan. Pelaksaan perjanjian perkawinan perampam dene, para pihak yang yang datang kepada Reje sendiri tanpa ada paksaan, setelah sarak opat menemukan titik temu dalam permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para pihak, para pihak membacakan isi dari perjanjian perkawinan perampam dene dihadapan unsur-unsur sarak opat dan saksi-saksi. Kedudukan Perjanjian perkawinan perampam dene bila ditinjau dari hukum Islam kedudukannya hukumnya sangat kuat karena perampam dene berdasarkan Al-Qur’an dan hadist, jika ditinjau dari Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata kedudukan perjanjian perkawinan perampam dene tidak kuat.

This research is aimed at figuring out the extent to which job characteristics, perceived organizational support and self-efficacy affect job satisfaction with work engagement serving as an intervening variable. The respondents of this research were 101 employees of the Centre for the Development and Empowerment of Educators and Educational Personnel (P4TK) of Art and Culture of Yogyakarta. The data were collected using questionnaires. The data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The quantitative analysis techniques used in this research were t-test, F-test, multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The research yielded some results. Firstly, job characteristics and self-efficacy had a significant effect on work engagement and perceived organizational support did not have any significant effect on work engagement, but together it had a significant effect on work engagement. Secondly, job characteristics and perceived organizational support had a significant effect on job satisfaction, and self-efficacy did not have any significant effect on job satisfaction, but together it had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Thirdly, work engagement had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Fourthly, job characteristics and perceived organizational support had a greater effect on job satisfaction directly, and self-efficacy had a greater effect on job satisfaction indirectly through work engagement. The results of this research can be used as a reference for P4TK to improve employees' job satisfaction, and ultimately, support the achievement of organizational goals.

Studi ini merupakan studi kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi pasien terhadap kualitas caring yang islami di intensive care unit. Metode dalam studi ini menggunakan design kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi yang melibatkan enam pasien yang di rawat di ruang ICU di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan indepth interview semistructure selanjutnya dianalisa menggunakan content analysis. Tema yang didapatkan dalam study ini adalah lima tema yaitu : Persepsi pasien kualitas caring perawat yang islami di ICU, Pelayanan keperawatan yang harapkan pasien di ICU, Komunikasi yang dilakukan perawat dan petugas kesehatan, Penjelasan perawat tentang pelayan keperawatan dan Fasilitas pelayanan keperawatan.

The Purpose of this research is to identify and analyse the critical success factor of Java Preanger Coffee in achieving Competitive advantage. The method of these research is using qualitative methode using critical success factor analysis. Data analysis technique using descriptive analysis qualitative that compared obtained data with the theories. An Strategy to improve competitive advantage of coffee Java preanger will be the main objective of these researchThe factors that become the critical factor is aroma, serving methods, Price, Packaging, stock, roasting quality, innovation, roasting date, Serving quality, Barista role. Strategy to improve the product and make a market penetration to increase market competitiveness. Based on the result of analysis can be concluded that aroma and roasting quality have a high point of critical sucess with score of 6.58 and 6.55 from maximum 7 points. Packaging having the lowest score with 5.82 points. These research goals are to analyze the factors that affect the production of sugar cane, to analyze the level of technical efficiency of farming sugar cane, and to analyze the factors that technical inefficiency affecting sugar cane farming in the dry land and irrigated land. Methods of data analysis that is used to find out the factors that affect the production of sugar cane and the level of technical efficiency of sugar cane farming is a stochastic production frontier. In order to find the factors that affect technical inefficiency of sugar cane efficiency, Tobit analysis is applied. The results show that the influential factors towards the production of sugar cane in the dry land i.e. number of seedlings and the number of labor, while sugar cane production in the irrigated land are the amount of labor, Urea fertilizer, Ponska fertilizer and herbicides. The average technical efficiency of sugar cane farming achieved in the dry land is 0.887 and the average technical efficiency of irrigated land is 0.928. Factors that influence technical inefficiency of sugar cane farming in the dry land are rejuvenation of sugar cane (keprasan), frequency of counseling, and seeds. While the factors for irrigated land are rejuvenation of sugar cane (keprasan) and frequency of counseling.

The critical thinking skill is one of the skills that students need to have in the present century. However, this skill is not fully owned by students. This article aims to describe the mathematics learning activities based on ethnomatematics in relation to foster students' critical thinking skill. The method used in this research is research of library research (library research). The data in this study is secondary data in the form of research results such as scientific books, scientific journals, research reports, and other relevant sources. Data analysis techniques used in the study include three stages: organize, synthesize, and identify. The results of literature studies show that by selecting appropriate cultural content, ethnomatmatic-based mathematics learning has relevance to indicators on critical thinking skills, which include interpretation, analysis, evaluation, and decision making. Thus, the learning of mathematics based on ethnomatematics can be used as one of mathematics learning alternative to develop students' critical thinking ability.

The Effectiveness of Self Assignment Technique to the Ability of Writing Short Story. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of self-prescribing techniques on the ability to write short stories. This research is a quantitative research that try to apply self-prescribing technique in writing short stories. Data collection techniques used in this research are documentation and writing skill. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical techniques in the form t-tes. The results of data analysis in this study indicate that the self-efficacy technique is effective on the ability to write short stories in the seventh grade students of SMP.

The nature of competition in each purse seine fishing unit leads to excess fishing capacity utilization. This study aimed to analyze factors affecting fishing capacity in the short term, knowing the level of efficiency at each purse seine fishing unit, and to analyze factors affecting technical inefficiency. This study was conducted in Sumenep, East Java. The method used was parametric inferential statistics. The method of nalysis in this study was SFA (Stochastic Frontier Analysis) and tobit model. The research results show that number of trip, amount of FADs used, and the number of crew operator operating purse seine are significant factors affecting fishing capacity, average level of technical efficiency’s of fishing unit is 36%, and the factors that negatively influence the technical inefficiency is experience of captain and the status of ownership of the vessel while the the factors that positively influence is age of captain.

Abstrak Penggunaan pestisida kimia telah banyak memberikan dampak negatif pada lingkungan, sehingga diperlukan penggunaan pestisida nabati untuk menuju pertanian yang ramah lingkungan. Di desa ditemui banyak jenis daun yang dapat digunakan sebagai pestisida hayati, maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari ekstrak pestisida nabati yaitu daun tembakau, tapak liman, daun kayu kuning dan daun sirih hijau terhadap mortalitas hama Plutella Xylostella pada tanaman sawi (Brassica juncea L.) berat basah sawi dan kerusakan daun sawi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan perlakuan jenis tanaman sebagai pestisida Nabati . Perlakuan yang digunakan ada 6 macam (taraf) yaitu kontrol negatif (P0), daun tembakau (P1), tapak liman (P2), daun kayu kuning (P3), daun sirih hijau (P4) dan pestisida kimia sebagai kontrol positif (P5) dengan masing-masing kadar 10 %. Parameter yang diamati adalah mortalitas hama, berat basah sawi dan tingkat kerusakan daun sawi. Analisis dilakukan dengan anova satu arah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ekstrak daun tembakau ((Nicotiana tabacum), tapak liman ((Elephantopus sp.), daun kayu kuning (Arcangelisia flava L.) dan daun sirih hijau (Piper betle Linn.) dengan konsentrasi 10 persen dari ekstrak belum memberikan pengaruh nyata pada mortalitas hama Plutella xylostella, berat basah sawi ((brassica juncea l.) dan tingkat kerusakan daun sawi (brassica juncea l.). Ekstrak daun yang paling berpengaruh pada mortalitas Plutella xylostella secara berurutan adalah tembakau, daun sirih, daun kayu kuning dan tapak liman. Sedangkan pada berat basah sawi (brassica juncea l.) secara berurutan daun kayu kuning, daun sirih hijau, daun tapak liman dan daun tembakau. Sementara terhadap tingkat kerusakan daun sawi mulai yang paling kecil rusaknya secara berurutan adalah daun sirih hijau, daun tembakau, tapak liman dan daun kayu kuning. In the village were encountered many types of leaves that can be used as a biological pesticide, and therefore this study aims to determine the effectiveness of pesticide plant extracts of the leaves of some plants covering the leaves of tobacco, elephantopus, yellow wood and green betel on mortality of Plutella xylostella pests in plants mustard greens (Brassica juncea L), heavy wet mustard and mustard leaf damage This study uses a completely randomized design with the treatment of various crops as a pesticide vegetable. The treatments used 6 kinds (degree) ie negative control (P0), the leaves of tobacco (P1), the leaves of elephantopus (P2), the leaves of yellow wood (P3), the leaves of greens betel (P4) and chemical pesticides as a positive control (P5) with each grade of 10 %. Parameters measured were mortality pests, heavy wet mustard greens and mustard greens leaf damage rate. The analysis was performed by one-way ANOVA. The results showed that the extract from the leaves of tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum), the leaves of elephantopus, the leaves of yellow wood (Arcangelisia flava L.) and the leaves of green betel (Piper betle Linn.) With a 10 percent concentration of the extract on a variety of leaves are not yet significant effect on mortality pests Plutella xylostella, heavy wet of mustard greens (brassica juncea l.) and severity of leaf mustard greens (brassica juncea l.). The leaf extract the most influence on mortality Plutella xylostella sequential is an extract of the leaves tobacco, the leaves of greens betel, the leaves of yellow wood and the leaves of elephantopus. While the effect on weight of wet mustard greens (Brassica juncea l.) in order are as follows: the leaves of yellow wood, the leaves of green betel, the leaves of elephantopus, and the leaves of tobacco. Meanwhile the level of damage to the mustard greens leaves are starting from the smallest breakdown in order are the leaves of green betel, the leaves of tobacco, the leaves of elephantopus and the leaves of yellow wood. Kemampuan literasi statistika ini akan berguna bagi pemilih pemula yang masih duduk di bangku Sekolah Menengah Atas atau sederajat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kepustakaan (library research). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian meliputi 3 tahapan, organize, synthesize, dan identify. (Title: An Analysis of The Errors of Using Tenses On Basic Japanese Learners In Indonesia.) The research aims at describing the errors of using tenses in basic Japanese on learners whose first language is Bahasa Indonesia. In the process of acquiring the second language, it is possible for the first language to influence the second one because of the transfer of some fundamental elements, i.e. using tenses of the first to the second language. The data of research are in form of Japanese language sentences that get interference of tenses formation from Indonesian language. The data were collected by observation. Contrastive method was used in analysis. The results of the analysis show that Bahasa Indonesia tenses formation system influences the use of using tenses in basic Japanese on those who learn Japanese as a second language. The lead to the errors in using tenses in Japanese. To overcome the problem, Japanese teachers shall expose the using tenses continuously to its lerners whose first language is bahasa Indonesia.

Industri pariwisata menjadi industri yang memiliki potensi untuk dilakukan pengembangan. Jenis pariwisata yang memiliki potensi besar untuk pengembangan adalah wisata alam, salah satunya Kusuma Agrowisata. Kusuma Agrowisata menjadi salah satu wisata alam berbasis agronomi yang terletak di Kota Batu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi konsumen terhadap fasilitas, pelayanan, dan infrastruktur di Kusuma Agrowisata, 2) Untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan wisata di Kusuma Agrowisata, dan 3) untuk mengestimasi nilai surplus konsumen dan nilai ekonomi wisata dari Kusuma Agrowisata. Dengan melihat nilai tersebut nantinya dapat ditarik kesimpulan apakah biaya yang telah dikeluarkan pengunjung telah sesuai dengan wisata yang ditawarkan Kusuma Agrowisata. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purposive di Kusuma Agrowisata dengan mempertimbangkan bahwa Kusuma Agrowisata merupakan salah satu wisata berbasis agronomi. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April – Mei 2016. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode non-probability sampling dengan tipe sampling critical case sampling. Analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan wisata dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda sedangkan metode untuk menganalisis nilai surplus konsumen menggunakan Individual Travel Cost Method (ITCM) yaitu melihat besar surplus konsumen dengan menganalisis seluruh biaya perjalanan yang dikeluarkan. Akumulasi nilai surplus konsumen tersebut dapat menghasilkan nilai ekonomi wisata Kusuma Agrowisata. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah fasilitas toilet dan tempat ibadah yang disediakan oleh pengelola Kusuma Agrowisata dinilai oleh responden kurang memadai. Sementara itu, faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan wisata adalah biaya perjalanan, tingkat pendidikan, tingkat pendapatan, dan jumlah rombongan. Sedangkan nilai surplus konsumen dan nilai ekonomi wisata Kusuma Agrowisata masing-masing adalah Rp. 1.373.113,17 dan Rp. 419.623.385.898,00.

Fluctuation on tomatoes’ prices is considered unstable as well as unpredictable due to several obstructions on demands and supply, which are deemed to yield a price volatility. The indefinite and erratic price, in addition, opens a possibility for sellers to manipulate a couple of information related to the price so that consumers will not be transmitted to the price that has been collectively decided by farmers. This research aimed at analyzing the volatility, price transmission, and spillover volatility of tomatoes in Malang and Kediri Regencies, considering both the regencies are the biggest tomato producers within East Java. Furthermore, for data analysis, historical volatility approach was employed to measure the volatility, simple regression of Ordinary Least Square Method to measure the price transmission, and GARCH regression method for spillover volatility measurement. The research, moreover, unveiled that the price volatility, within the context of producers and consumers from the both regencies, increased significantly. In addition, the price transmission also happened to occur between the consumer and the producer prices in Malang Regency as that of in Kediri Regency. Besides, the typical condition also occurred, in terms of spillover volatility, engaging the consumer and the producer prices in both the regencies.

Dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, perusahaan menempuh beberapa cara misalnya melalui peningkatan budaya organisasi, peningkatan disiplin kerja, serta peningkatan semangat kerja yang lebih biak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, didiplin kerja, dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Ediral Tritunggal Perkasa Kantor Cikande. Beberapa masalah yang timbul pada PT. Ediral Tritunggal Perkasa yaitu banyaknya karyawan yang masih terlambat untuk masuk kerja, kurangnya mematuhi peraturan yaang ada pada perusahaan, serta terjadinya penurunan semangat kerja yang diakibatkan faktor usia pada karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaaan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Semangat Kerja sebagai variabel independen serta Kinerja Karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Sampel yang digunakan adalah Karyawan PT. Ediral Tritunggal Perkasa sebanyak 80 responden, dengan metode sampel jenuh. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji reabilitas, uji validitas, uji asumsi klasik, Analisis regresi berganda, dan Uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja serta semangat kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data bahwa angka Adjusted R square sebesar 0,778 menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan di PT. Ediral Tritunggal Perkasa berhubungan erat dengan ketiga variabel bebas. Variabel budaya organisasi memiliki t hitung 13,720 dengan signifikasi 0,000, variabel disiplin kerja memiliki t hitung sebesar 2,482 dengan signifikasi 0,015 dan variabel semangat kerja memiliki t hitung 3,951 dengan signifikasi 0,000. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Kabupaten Sukabumi,variabel bebas manakah apakah motivasi atau kemampuan kerja yang lebih berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Bank Prekreditan Rakyat Kabupaten Sukabumi.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 20.0 dengan melibatkan 30 orang karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Bank Perkreditan Rakyat sukabumi sebagai responden.Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar….%,secara parsial variabel Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja sebesar…% dan secara bersama sama variabel motivasi dan kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar..% terhadapkinerja karyawan PD. BPR kabupaten Sukabumi. Sedangkan sisanya…% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.Saran yang dapat diberikan pada perusahaan adalah untuk terus meningkatkan motivasi dan kemampuan kerja agar karyawan semangat dan terampil sehingga perusahaan dapat berkembang dengan baik. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat peran sektor pertanian dalam pembangunan ekonomi Provinsi Jawa Timur, dengan cara: 1). Menganalisis besarnya nilai struktur output, struktur nilai tambah bruto, struktur pendapatan, struktur tenaga kerja, angka pengganda output, angka pengganda pendapatan, angka pengganda nilai tambah bruto, angka pengganda tenaga kerja, backward linkage dan forward linkage; 2). Mengidentifikasi komoditas pertanian unggulan di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Metode Analisis menggunakan analisis Input-Output dengan data Input-Output Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2010 (110 sektor) yang di updating dan di agregasi menjadi Input-Output Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2013 (43 sektor). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Kontribusi sektor pertanian dilihat dari: A). Struktur output yang dihasilkan sebesar 183.558.716,28 juta dengan kontribusinya 11,23 persen; B). Struktur nilai tambah bruto adalah 169.426.431,70 juta dengan kontribusinya 15,88 persen.; C). Struktur pendapatan adalah 50.078.445,51 juta dengan kontribusinya 17,24 persen; D). Struktur tenaga kerja adalah 36.071.090 juta orang dengan kontribusinya 25,96 persen; E). Angka pengganda output yang diciptakan dengan nilai terbesar berada pada komoditas ternak lainnya dengan nilai 2,35; F) Angka pengganda pendapatan yang diciptakan dengan nilai terbesar berada pada komoditas telur dengan nilai 3,51; G) Angka pengganda nilai tambah bruto yang diciptakan dengan nilai terbesar berada pada komoditas ternak lainnya dengan nilai 2,54; H). Angka pengganda tenaga kerja yang diciptakan dengan nilai terbesar berada pada komoditas padi dengan nilai 2,12; I). Keterkaitan ke belakang yang diciptakan dengan nilai terbesar berada pada komoditas ternak lainnya dengan nilai 1,46; J). Keterkaitan ke depan yang diciptakan dengan nilai terbesar berada pada komoditas padi dengan nilai 1,48. 2). Komoditas unggulan sektor pertanian, yaitu: komoditas ikan laut dan hasil perikanan lainnya, komoditas ikan darat dan hasil perikanan lainnya, komoditas padi, komoditas jagung, komoditas sayur-sayuran, komoditas buah-buahan, komoditas kedelai, komoditas telur, komoditas sapi, komoditas ayam, komoditas susu segar, komoditas ternak lainnya, komoditas domba dan kambing, komoditas tebu, komoditas tembakau.

Tembakau adalah salah satu komoditas penting dalam perekonomian Kabupaten Ponorogo. Tembakau menjadi bahan penunjang pengembangan potensi industri pengolahan tembakau di Kabupaten Ponorogo yang terdiri dari industri rokok dan tembakau olahan. Namun demikian, pengembangan industri pengolahan tembakau saat ini harus berhadapan dengan semakin maraknya gerakan anti rokok dan peraturan pemerintah tentang perlindungan terhadap produk tembakau, yakni PP No 109 Tahun 2012. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran industri pengolahan tembakau, yang meliputi kontribusi sektoral, keterkaitan dan efek multiplier dalam perekonomian serta penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kabupaten Ponorogo. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis input-output dan Incremental Labor Output Ratio (ILOR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Industri rokok berkontribusi relatif besar pada struktur permintaan, output dan ekspor, sedangkan kontribusi industri tembakau olahan dalam perekonomian cenderung kecil; 2) Kemampuan sektor tembakau olahan dalam menarik sektor hulunya kuat, sedangkan kemampuan industri rokok dan industri tembakau olahan dalam mendorong sektor hilirnya masih lemah; 3) Sektor tembakau olahan memiliki dampak pengganda output dan pendapatan yang relatif besar. PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel) sebagai salah satu perusahaan telekomunikasi terbesar di Indonesia. Telkomsel harus memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada pelanggan. Sehubungan dengan maksud tersebut, maka PT. Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel) berusaha meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan khususnya pelanggan untuk region Bali-Nusra. Penelitian ini menggunakan integrasi metode Service Quality (Servqual) dan Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Hasil integrasi tersebut digunakan untuk mengetahui prioritas keluhan, menentukan target rencana perbaikan dan memberikan solusi agar target dapat tercapai berdasarkan nilai raw weight. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan servqual, didapatkan 22 atribut yang bernilai negatif. Untuk prioritas keluhan (voice of customer) yang diperoleh adalah jaringan 4G LTE Telkomsel yang lebih stabil. Kemudian yang kedua tarif layanan yang memuaskan. Sedangkan yang ketiga adalah coverage area dari jaringan 4G LTE Telkomsel. Untuk rekomendasi perbaikan berdasarkan nilai kontribusi terbesar adalah penerapan dan pengawasan terhadap SOP. Kemudian yang kedua yakni pengadaan (update) teknologi pelayanan terkini. Sedangkan rekomendasi yang ketiga adalah memberikan training kepada karyawan.

Manajemen sumber daya manusia yang baik akan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan berdasarkan harapan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin dan iklim komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Departemen Perhubungan Yogyakarta (DPKY) dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan Dinas Perhubungan Yogyakarta dengan jumlah total 216 orang. Jumlah sampel 68 orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan t-test, F, Independent Sample t-test dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja dan iklim komunikasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan dari DPKY baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan, (2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja dan iklim komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan DPKY, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan, (3) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan DPKY, (4) Ada perbedaan dalam kinerja tetapi tidak signifikan antara karyawan dengan status PNS dan status non-PNS ; dan (5) Pengaruh langsung (disiplin dan iklim komunikasi ke kinerja) lebih besar dari pengaruh tidak langsung (disiplin kerja dan iklim komunikasi terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi kerja).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Menganalisis keuntungan secara finansial dan ekonomi usahatani tebu di Desa Wates, Kecamatan Ranuyoso, Kabupaten Lumajang (2) Menganalisis keunggulan komparatif pada komoditas tebu di Desa Wates, Kecamatan Ranuyoso, Kabupaten Lumajang (3) Menganalisis tingkat sensitivitas keunggulan komparatif komoditas tebu terhadap kenaikan harga input produksi berupa pupuk anorganik, peningkatan produksi, dan perubahan nilai tukar rupiah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari sampai Maret 2016. Penentuan lokasi pada penelitian ini dilakukan secara purposive, untuk teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan probability sampling. Sedangkan untuk penentuan samplingnya menggunakan random sampling dan menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga didapatkan 39 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis finansial dan ekonomi, DRC (domestic resource cost), dan analisis sensitivitas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) Usahatani tebu yang dilaksanakan di Desa Wates memiliki keunggulan secara finansial dan ekonomi, terbukti dari nilai yang diperoleh dari keuntungan finansial sebesar Rp. 12.588.514/hektar/musim tanam dan keuntungan ekonomi sebesar Rp. 352.496/hektar/musim tanam. (2) Usahatani tebu di Desa Wates memilki memiliki keunggulan komparatif yang dibuktikan dari nilai DRCR < 1 yaitu sebesar 0,90, yang artinya bahwa penggunaan sumberdaya domestik dalam usahatani tebu di Desa Wates telah efisien. (3) Pada analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keunggulan komparatif tebu di Desa Wates sensitif terhadap perubahan harga input produksi berupa pupuk anorganik, peningkatan jumlah produksi dan perubahan nilai tukar rupiah.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sejauh mana kebijakan tarif impor mempengaruhi kinerja ekonomi jagung di Indonesia. Kinerja ekonomi jagung yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini meliputi permintaan dan penawaran jagung domestik, harga jagung domestik, impor jagung Indonesia, produktivitas jagung serta luas areal jagung. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah fungsi produksi serta fungsi permintaan dan penawaran dalam bentuk persamaan simultan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penghapusan tarif impor jagung Indonesia dapat meningkatkan permintaan dan impor jagung Indonesia.Sedangkan hasil simulasi perubahan tarif sebesar 5% dan 10% menyebabkan peningkatan harga jagung domestik serta meningkatkan penawaran jagung Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi dapat disimpulkan guna mengurangi impor jagung Indonesia maka diharapkan tarif impor jagung tetap dipertahankan.

Tobacco is one of main export commodity from the plantation sub-sector of Indonesia. Indonesian tobacco exports in recent years, 2008 to 2014 experienced an increase or had a positive trend. It shows that the tobacco has the potential to be developed. Competitiveness analysis using the calculation of Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), while the analysis of competitivness Export Index (ECI) to see the trend of competitiveness. If Indonesia had RCA more than one, so Indonesia has a competitive advantage and if Indonesia has a value of ECI more than one, then Indonesia is said to have a good competitiveness development. Based on the analysis of tobacco RCA Indonesia in the international market, Indonesia has a comparative advantage compared to competing countries of Indonesia, such as France and Thailand with RCA> 1. Because Indonesia has a high export value for the tobacco and abundant natural resources as well as the amount of labor that much.The results of the analysis of ECI, to determine the trend of the competitiveness of Indonesian tobacco than the comparison countries, namely France and Thailand, shows Indonesian tend to have better competitiveness development value ECI> 1. This is because of Indonesia has a better advantage export than France and Thailand. Based on the analysis of RCA and ECI, it can be concluded that in the future, tobacco will be a interested commodity because of the increased demand, it will make Indonesia must have a competitiveness in domestic and international markets.

Trade liberalization is closely related to the opening of market access for Indonesian products to the world and vice versa. Since the soybean trade out of BULOG control began in 1998, soybean imports increased very rapidly (Sudaryanto and Swastika, 2007). This research aims to determine the general picture of soybean economy, factors analyses that influence the economic performance of Indonesian soybean and findings the alternative of policies that can reduce soybean imports in Indonesia. Methods of data analysis are descriptive analysis, 2SLS simultaneous equations, and simulation of policy alternatives. Results of the analysis of the factors that affect the economic performance of Indonesian soybean, consists of 1) The area of soybean harvest is influenced significantly by the price of domestic soybean and domestic prices of corn, 2) Productivity soybean influenced significantly by the domestic prices of soybean and fertilizer prices, 3) soybean demand influenced significantly by population, domestic prices of soybean, 4) domestic prices of soybean significantly affected by world prices of soybean, exchange rates, and soybean supply, 5) Imports of soybean influenced significantly by the domestic demand of soybean and soybean production. Therefore, policy scenarios should be made to reduce soybean imports, including by carrying out the expansion of soybean harvest policy, the policy of increasing the productivity of soybean, the policy of subsidizing the price of fertilizer.

Gangguan yang terjadi pada komponen stomatognati seperti berkurangnya kontak oklusal gigi akan menyebabkan terjadinya disharmoni oklusi. Disharmoni oklusi dikenali tubuh sebagai stresor yang mempengaruhi homeostasis dalam tubuh, terutama sekresi hormon dan mineral tulang. Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar kalsium pada serum tikus yang mengalami kelainan disharmoni oklusi. Metode. Penelitian dilakukan pada 3 ekor tikus putih jantan Sprague dawley untuk masing-masing kelompok. Pada kelompok perlakuan dilakukan pengurangan oklusal di seluruh gigi molar sebesar 2 mm. Sedangkan untuk kelompok kontrol tidak dilakukan apa-apa. Pada hari ke-1, ke-7, ke-14 dan ke-21 dilakukan pengambilan darah melalui vena infraorbita sebanyak 2 cc kemudian disentrifugasi untuk mendapatkan serum. Pengukuran kadar kalsium dengan spektrofotometer. Hasil. Uji Anova kadar kalsium menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan (p0.05). Kadar kalsium yang paling tinggi terdapat pada kelompok perlakuan hari ke-21. Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa tikus yang mengalami kelainan disharmoni oklusi berpengaruh terhadap kadar kalsium pada serum.

Pelaksanaan pengembangan tanaman pangan, khususnya beras, semenjak 1984 berhasil mencapai swasembada. Suatu hal yang pantas disyukuri bahwa negara kita yang sebelumnya merupakan pengimpor beras terbesar di dunia, akhirnya mampu berswasembada. Keberhasilan ini merupakan kebijaksanaan ini merupakan kebijaksanaan pemerintah dalam upaya memenuhi kebutuhan beras.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis naskah drama satu babak menggunakan model pembelajaran Think Pare Share. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang diterapkan pada siswa kelas VIIIA SMPN1 Tanjungsari pada materi menulis naskah drama satu babak menggunakan alat peraga gambar berseri. Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dalam penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, yaitu proses tindakan pada siklus I dan siklus II. Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dilaksanakan dalam proses pengkajian berdaur pada setiap siklusnya yakni perencanaan, pelksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil ulangan harian meningkat. Peningkatan hasil tersebut sangat signifikan, 28 siswa memperoleh nilai di atas KKM dan rerata kelas menjadi 80,55 dan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 96,5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada peningkatan keterampilan dalam menulis naskah drama satu babak. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada hasil tes, yakni 28 orang (100%) memperoleh nilai di atas KKM, dengan nilai rata-rata 83,4. Simpulan penelitian adalah model pembelajaran Think Pair Share menggunakan alat peraga gambar berseri dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis naskah drama satu babak. Berdasarkan simpulan penelitian, maka dalam pembelajaran menulis naskah drama satu babak sebaiknya dapat menerapkan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share berbantuan alat peraga gambar berseri.

Background: Gamelan music is one of folk music for Javanese people. Several research studies testing the effects of music were conducted in Western countries. The music studies for therapeutic purposes used classical music commonly. Even in Indonesia, some researchers may use that music for therapeutic purposes. This concern article explains the perspective music and music intervention as therapeutic purposes, view with Javanese classical music.Objectives: To explore the evidence of music and music intervention for therapeutic purposes and to describe the perspective of gamelan music used in nursing interventionMethods: Using five bibliography databases (MEDLINE, CINAHL, Science Direct, Interscience, and Proquest) were searched from 1999-2010 for original clinical reports or reviews that evaluated the use of complementary therapy for therapeutic intervention in patients with ventilator support. The term of complementary therapy, anxiety, and pain were used in a comprehensive search of electronic databases. Articles were screened and excluded based on the title and abstract information.Results: Music brings about helpful changes in the emotional and physical health of patients, and has the ability to provide an altered state of physical arousal and subsequent mood improvement by processing a progression of musical notes of varying tone, rhythm, and instrumentation for a pleasing effect.Conclusion: Music can be used for therapeutic purposes, for instance to reduce anxiety, to decrease pain sensation, and some effects of psychological impact. Soybean is one of food crop which has many benefits. Domestic soybean production is lower than consumption. Dependence of imports can be avoided by increasing production efficiency of domestic soybean. This goal of this studi are to analyze the factors that affect the production, estimating technical efficiency scores, and analyze the determinants of technical efficiency. Data analysis method for the first goal used Production Function of Cobb Douglas Stochastic Frontier based on the assumption of normal distribution half, truncated, and exponential, then choose the best models by using Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) and Schwarz Information Criterion (SIC). The second goal used the ratio of actual production and potential production. The third aimed, estimated the determinants of efficiency using Tobit regression models. The results of this study show that factors which has positively influence of production are land and seeds, while labor has negatively influence. Soybean farming has not reached the technical efficiency, so farmers still have the opportunity to increase production in order to achieve full technical efficiency. Farmers who are renting land have a higher level of efficiency than the farmers who work on their own land. Increased technical efficiency can be done by improving the performance of farmers in carying his plant and extend the experience of farming by means of exchanging information regarding soybean cultivation techniques.Keywords: soybean, technical efficiency, determinant efficiency, AIC, SICABSTRAKKedelai merupakan salah satu tanaman pangan yang banyak memberikan manfaat. Produksi kedelai domestik lebih rendah daripada konsumsi. Ketergantungan impor kedelai dapat dicegah melalui peningkatan efisiensi produksi kedelai domestik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi produksi kedelai, mengestimasi skor efisiensi teknis, dan menganalisis determinan efisiensi teknis. Metode analisis data untuk tujuan pertama menggunakan Fungsi Produksi Cobb Douglas Stokastik Frontier berdasarkan asumsi distribusi half normal, truncated, and exponential, kemudian memilih model terbaik dengan menggunakan Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) dan Schwarz Information Criterion (SIC). Tujuan kedua, menggunakan rasio produksi aktual dan produksi potensial. Tujuan ketiga, mengestimasi determinan efisiensi menggunakan model Regresi Tobit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh positif terhadap produksi adalah: luas lahan dan benih, sedangkan tenaga kerja memberikan pengaruh negatif. Usaha tani kedelai belum mencapai efisiensi teknis sehingga petani masih mempunyai peluang untuk meningkatkan produksi agar mencapai full efisiensi teknis. Petani yang yang menyewa lahan memiliki tingkat efisiensi lebih tinggi dari pada petani yang menggarap lahannya sendiri. Peningkatan efisiensi teknis dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kinerja petani dalam merawat tanamannya serta memperluas pengalaman usaha tani dengan cara saling bertukar informasi mengenai teknik budidaya kedelai.
