The rapid development of technology opens up new avenues for cybercriminals to carry out acts of social engineering and eavesdropping between devices. Social engineering refers to manipulation, influence, or deception used to gain control of a computer system. This technique is utilized by cybercriminals to steal sensitive information from their victims. This research focuses on analyzing social engineering and eavesdropping techniques between devices using SCRCPY, an Android screen control tool that allows remote control of Android devices from a computer. SCRCPY presents new opportunities for cybercriminals to launch spoofing and sniffing attacks, two common techniques used in social engineering attacks. This research explores various eavesdropping scenarios, analyzing interactions between devices and users, as well as security system responses to suspicious activity. The results show that SCRCPY can be used for various social engineering and eavesdropping attacks. Cybercriminals can use SCRCPY to gain control of a victim's Android device through the perpetrator's desktop computer. These findings indicate that social engineering attacks and eavesdropping between devices are becoming increasingly sophisticated and difficult to detect. Therefore, users need to increase their awareness of these risks and take steps to protect themselves. Keywords: Social engineering, SCRCPY, spoofing, sniffing, device security.

BACKGROUND: Essential oils (EO) are complex volatile, naturally synthesized compounds from aromatic plants. It considers as healthy, effective, and safe since they were coming from nature. Gardenia jasminoides, Boswellia serrata, Commiphora myrrha, Foeniculum vulgarae, and Daucus carota are known to have antimicrobials, antioxidants, antiinflammation properties against respiratory tract infection. However, despite its natural content, a safety profile needs to be observed. Therefore, in this study, EO blend (EOB) made from the combination of these 5 plants was assessed for its efficacy and safety for respiratory tract infection in human. METHODS: A multicentre, randomized, open-label, phase II controlled trial involving 80 hospitalized adults with COVID-19 was conducted. One group of subjects only received standard of care (SoC), while the other group receive SoC and EOB orally for 10 days. RESULTS: There were significant decrease in interleukin (IL)-6 level (p=0.016) and interferon (IFN)-γ level (p=0.012), as well as better respiratory rate (p=0.024) for the group receiving SoC and EOB compared to the group receiving SoC only. However, there was no significant differences in aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), creatinine, and the corrected QT interval (QTc) prolongation value in both groups. All subjects with adverse effects were improved and recovered, and there were no serious adverse events found. CONCLUSION: The combination of G. jasminoides, B. serrata, C. myrrha, F. vulgarae, and D. carota EOB could improve the inflammatory and clinical status and safe to be used as adjuvant therapy for treating COVID-19 in adults. This service activity aims to increase literacy in mosque financial management for Remas in Kediri City as a component of mosque management so that mosque financial reporting has adequate accountability. The method of implementing this service uses training (tutorials and assignments). The evaluation instrument for this activity used a pre-test and post-test and was analyzed using the SPSS Version 23 application. The results of this service show that the training participants' mosque financial management literacy competency increased significantly. The average participant score before participating in the training was 54.33, increasing to 68.67. The results of statistical tests using the Paired Sample Correlations produced a figure of 0.000, which also means that the P-value (sig.) < 0.025. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in participants' competency in terms of mosque financial management literacy before and after training was implemented. The relationship between the test results before and after training showed a fairly large level of relationship/correlation, namely 0.830 or 83%.

This research focuses on collaboration governance. The term collaboration governance is used for cooperation, coordination, communication and inviting partners to symbiotic mutualism. Collaboration governance is a concept that can connect the government, private, academic, journalist and community sectors. The phenomenon that occurs in collaborative governance is the unoptimized delivery of public services characterized by slowness, lack of cost certainty and lack of certainty of completion. With this background, the author is interested in writing an article about collaborative governance with the aim of testing whether the inclusive approach affects collaborative governance and its impact on digitalization of public service quality. This research was conducted in Jakarta smart city. The analysis technique used is analysis through structural equation modeling (SEM based on Partial Least Square-PLS). The results concluded that the Inclusive Approach affects collaborative governance, collaborative governance affects the digitalization of public service quality, and the inclusive approach has a positive effect on the digitalization of public service quality through collaborative governance. This conclusion also answers the question of whether digitalization of public service quality can be realized if collaborative governance is implemented, whether collaborative governance can be successfully implemented if an inclusive approach is used.

The aim of this research is to find out the marketing strategies carried out after Covid 19 to increase sales of Pollard Cattle Feed cap Angsa. Design/methodology/approach: The type of research used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method. Researchers collected primary data directly through observation and interviews with the owner of the research location, that is Polard Cattle Feed, sales officers for Polard Cattle Feed, and 3 consumers of Polard Cattle Feed. The data analysis method used in this research is SWOT analysis. Findings: Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, it shows that the marketing strategy used by Polar Cap Goose Cattle Feed for sales to distributors in the East Java region is: Product strategy based on SWOT Analysis and SWOT Matrix, especially in the market in the East Java region where products are in great demand with a score of 0.573 which makes it easier for the company to develop its product strategy by maintaining the quality of its products. Polar stamp distributor price strategy for increasing sales is based on maintaining higher prices. from competitors with a score of 0.309 due to the existence of a product that is highly sought after by consumers with a score of 0.573 then improving good cooperative relations with sub distributors and agents by providing feed prices in accordance with market prices. The promotion strategy is that the population of cattle and pigs is increasing as shown by the highest weight score is 0.576. However, the main threat faced by the company is the large amount of competition with a score of 0.476, and demand from foreign industry with a score of 0.650, the difficulty of keeping up with market prices with a score of 0.415. Based on the SWOT matrix, the WO strategy is used by increasing promotions to agents close to breeders. The distribution strategy of the research results shows that external factors, that is opportunities that can be achieved by companies where the number of competitors from similar companies is getting higher with a score of 0.476 and the weakness of higher prices with competitors with a score of 0.309 needs to be minimized by utilizing the strength of distributor locations close to consumers with a score 0.672 so that the strategy that can be carried out is to collaborate with sub distributors and agents in distributing factory DO to distributors closest to consumers Research limitations/implications: This research is limited to distributors who sell polar goose stamp cattle feed in the East Java region. Practical implications: That can increase sales of polar cattle feed cap angsa with building good relationships with customers, Originality/value: The findings from this research are new discoveries in marketing strategies the agents who are close to the breeder community through regular visits, and providing competitive prices that can be accepted by customers. The global impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has been profound, affecting economies and societal structures worldwide. Indonesia, with a high caseload, has encountered significant challenges across various sectors. Virus transmission primarily occurs through physical contact, and the surge in active cases has strained hospital capacities, leading to the hospitalization of only severe cases. The remaining patients receive home telecare, but some experience sudden health deterioration with fatal consequences. To address this issue, this study proposes a remote outpatient care system utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) technology and medical electronics. This integrated system aims to provide an effective response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The research includes a comparative analysis of three machine-learning algorithms: decision tree, gradient tree boosting, and random forest for the classification of COVID-19 patients. The results reveal that the random forest algorithm outperforms the others with an accuracy rate of 70%, as compared to 67% for the decision tree and 62% for the gradient tree boosting algorithm. This integrated system not only addresses immediate healthcare delivery challenges but also offers data-driven insights for patient classification, thereby enhancing the effectiveness and reach of medical interventions

BACKGROUND: Before WHO revoked the emergency use authorization for Chloroquine (CQ) and Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) because of their side effects, it was suggested to use these two drugs for COVID-19 therapy. In addition, another derivate of quinine, namely Quinine Sulfate (QS), showed good in silico and in vitro antiviral activity against SARS-CoV-2. Prior the WHO revocation, this study was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of QS in mild-to-moderate COVID-19 patients. METHODS: This was an adaptive, controlled, multicenter, randomized, double-blind clinical trial involving mild-to-moderate COVID-19 patients in Indonesia. The participants were divided into 2 groups: the control group (standard COVID-19 treatment + placebo) and the treatment group (standard COVID-19 treatment + QS). The primary outcome was the efficacy of QS based on clinical status using a 7-point ordinal scale. The secondary outcomes were the efficacy of QS in terms of the incidence and duration of oxygen supplementation, incidence of mechanical ventilation, and length of stay. RESULTS: No significant difference in the efficacy parameters studied was found between the control group and the treatment group. The difference in the mean oxygen saturation was also measured and the results showed a significant difference where the treatment group had higher mean oxygen saturation than the control group (p=0.001). CONCLUSION: Although not significant, the treatment group showed better therapy outcomes compared to the control group. KEYWORDS: clinical trials, efficacy, quinine, chloroquine, hydroxychloroquine

IntroductionIn recent years, diverse initiatives have been carried out to control the COVID-19 pandemic, ranging from measures restricting social activities to analyzing drugs and vaccines. Studies on herbal medicines are also increasingly conducted in various countries as an adjuvant therapy or supplement. Therefore, this systematic review aimed to investigate the efficacy of herbal medicines analyzed from various countries through clinical trials with the randomized controlled trial method. The outcomes of Length of Stay (LOS), Negative Conversion Time (NCT), and Negative Conversion Rate (NCR) were the main focus.MethodsAn extensive review of literature spanning from 2019 to 2023 was carried out using well-known databases including PubMed, Scopus, and Cochrane. The search included relevant keywords such as “randomized controlled trial,” “COVID-19,” and “herbal medicine.”ResultsA total of 8 articles were part of the inclusion criteria with outcomes of LOS, NCT, and NCR. In terms of LOS outcomes, all types of herbal medicines showed significant results, such as Persian Medicine Herbal (PM Herbal), Persian Barley Water (PBW), Jingyin Granules (JY granules), Reduning Injection, and Phyllanthus emblica (Amla). However, only JY granules showed significant results in NCR outcome, while JY granules and Reduning Injection showed significant results in reducing NCT.ConclusionThese findings enrich our understanding of the potential benefits of herbal medicines in influencing LOS, NCR and NCT parameters in COVID-19 patients. Herbal medicines worked to treat COVID-19 through antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and immunomodulatory mechanisms.

Di era kemajuan teknologi peran orang tua dalam tugasnya mengasuh seorang anak bukanlah sebuah pekerjaan yang mudah. Pentingnya pola asuh yang relevan sangat dibutuhkan untuk memberikan edukasi terhadap generasi digital yang telah kecanduan terhadap kecanggihan teknologi digital. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mendapatkan gambaran tentang konsep pola asuh berdasarkan Efesus 6:1-4 dan menurut Etnis Jawa. Dari hasil pembahasan akan dicari persamaan dan perbedaan yang akan menjadi model pendekatan teologi kontekstual bagi masyarakat Jawa. Penelitian ini memakai metode kualitatif dengan sebuah pendekatan eksegesa, etnografi, wawancara, kepustakaan dan metode kontekstual. Hasil yang ditemukan mengungkapkan bahwa Orang tua seharusnya menjadi seorang yang bertanggung jawab mendidik anak dengan hati yang melayani. Keterhubungan yang erat antara anak dengan orang tuanya memampukan orang tua memiliki tanggung jawab untuk memenuhi kehidupan seorang anak, dan sebaliknya jika seorang anak dengan patuh menyediakan hati diperlengkapi oleh orang tua maka pola asuh yang benar akan menunjang seluruh kehidupan anak dimasa depan.

By integrating balanced rice growing technology components, getting rice organoleptic tests from the rice produced, and learning about the community acceptability of the applied technology components, this study seeks to ascertain the growth response and NSV production of specific and site-specific rice. The study was carried out in rice paddies. five different types of technology bundles in a randomized group trial design. Each treatment unit and replication in the five iterations of the experiment used 0.3 ha. Acceptance in the community using a survey approach with fifty participants. The results indicated that the Inpari 42 and Inpari 45 seedlings developed the tallest plants between 77 and 81 days after planting. Inpari 32 had the most tillers, which was the same as Inpari 42 and Pamelen. Pamelen yielded the most productive tillers and the least amount of non-productive tillers. The largest plant height was measured 98–102 days following the Inpari 42 seedlings, while the highest number of tillers were found in Pamelen, Inpari 32, and Inpari 42. Inpari 42 has the widest flag leaf area. The most abundant grain component produced by Inpari 42 is the number of grains per panicle and the full grain per panicle. The highest production is produced by Inpari 32. The panelists' favored rice varieties were Inpari 32, Inpari 42, and Inpari 45 based on the rice's organoleptic test results (color, aroma, taste, and texture). Inpari 32, Inpari 45, and Inpari Nutrizinc rice had greater brightness. Inpari 45 is yellowish, and Pamelen is quite red. Pamelen and Inpari Nutrizinc are the same. The high adoption rate of 8766 % and the rapid diffusion of applied technology to nearby villages and other regions indicate that the community has a very positive attitude toward technology.

This study aims to analyze the comparison of the resilience of Islamic and conventional banking in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) during the COVID-19 pandemic. Comparison of banking resilience was proxied by the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan-to-Deposit Ratio (LDR) factors, Return on Assets (ROA) and Non-Performing Loans (NPL) with the Multiple Discriminant Analysis test. In this case, the emphasis is placed on the patterns by which Islamic and conventional banking in ASEAN weathered the recent financial crisis during the COVID-19 pandemic. The explanatory and quantitative analysis also used a purposive sample strategy and SPSS to obtain and analyze data from 120-unit analyses of Islamic and conventional banks, respectively. From 2020 to 2021, traditional banks in the ASEAN region, especially in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Brunei Darussalam, were emphasized. Moreover, some data were prioritized regarding the Comparison of Resilience of Sharia and Conventional Banking in ASEAN after the COVID-19 pandemic. The results showed that conventional and Islamic banks had different resilience due to the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan-to-Deposit Ratio (LDR) factors, but there was no significant difference in the Return on Assets (ROA) and Non-Performing Loans (NPL). Based on the accuracy of the average prediction of 80%, conventional and Islamic bank groups had classification values of 48% and 88%, respectively. This indicated that Islamic financial institutions were more successful than conventional groups in implementing banking resilience.

This research aimed to find out the constraints occurring in the implementation of craft and entrepreneurship education. This research employed qualitative research method. The research was taken place in three schools in DKI Jakarta as the beneficiaries of entrepreneurship program grant from the government. Data was collected through interview and observation. The result of research showed the less optimum implementation of craft and entrepreneurship education. The constraints the teacher encountered in the implementation of Craft and Entrepreneurship subject were: teacher having no background of Entrepreneurship Education, No Subject Teacher Discussion (MGMP) group available and no supporting activity for Craft and Entrepreneurship subject. Therefore, this research recommended the reinforcement of entrepreneurship education learning through establishing MGMP team, teacher training, and sustainable integration of entrepreneurship subject and program.

Dengan permasalahan diatas peneliti melakaukan studi rekayasa paduan material antara Al6061 bekas dan penambahan unsur Magnesium. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penambahan Mg berpengaruh terhadap sifat mekanik dan komposisi unsur penyusun suatu material paduan berdasarkan hasil peleburan kembali Al6061 bekas. Sifat mekanik dianalisis melalui pengujian kekuatan impak dan kekerasan rockwell. Jumlah Mg yang ditambahkan bervariasi 5%, 15%, dan 25%. proeses pengecoran menggunakan suhu 650°C-700°C. Hasil unsur penyusun komposisi paduan yang dominan antara lain Carbon, Magnesium dan Alumunium , hasil pengujian impak terjadi adanya kenaikan nilai impak disetiap penambahan prosentase Magnesium, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa material memilki ketangguhan,keuletan dan tahan terhadap beban kejut. Nilai impak terkecil diperoleh untuk perubahan 5 %Mg sebesar 12,70 Nm/cm² , sedangkan nilai kekuatan impak tertinggi sebesar 16,13 Nm/cm² pada 25%Mg. Hasil kekerasan terjadi penurunan setiap penanmbahan magnesium dimana 5% Mg 93 HR, 15%Mg 77 HR, dan 25%Mg 38,33 HR.

The potential of rooftop solar power plants at Semarang State Polytechnic Mechanical Engineering Workshop has been researched. This study discusses one of the factors that affect the radiation received and energy sent to the grid, namely the angle of inclination in the solar panels The average radiation data received by solar panels with variations in tilt angle between 0 to 30° and azimuth angles at 0° facing north and 180° facing south are simulated using Helioscope software. Based on the results of mathematical calculations, it is estimated that the relationship between the tilt angle of the solar panel and the radiation received and the energy sent to the grid will form a quadratic curve. From the results of data processing with the Regression Quadratic Method, it was obtained that the data match was 99.6%. The results of calculations using the quadratic equation show that the angle of inclination of the solar panels for installation of a rooftop PLTS in Machine Workshop Polines is 11° with a radiation of 1775.6 kWh/m2 and a energy production of 13575.9kWh.

The characterization and introduction of agroecology is separated into several zones based on the physical conditions of the environment. This study aimed to obtain land suitability for paddy, corn, and soybean-based information and potential of the local resource, which is a digital map of agroecological zones (AEZs) and crop requirements in Jombang district. The strategy is that land suitability zones for rice, corn, and soybeans can be extrapolated to other areas that have the similar agroecology zones in the Jombang region or other regions in Indonesia. This research includes the following 3 series of activities: (1) data gathering and administration, (2) field activities, and (3) data processing. Information on climate characteristics, plant growth, and needs were obtained from field studies and literature studies and then the information was overlaid using a land use expert system with the ALES (automated land evaluation system) program to determine the ZAE class. Desa Purwodadi merupakan sebuah desa yang mempunyai potensi sumber daya alam melimpah. Ironisnya dengan melimpahnya sumber daya alam tersebut, para petani masih mengalami kendala dalam proses pengadaan pupuk. Para petani masih mengandalkan penggunaan pupuk kimia, dimana ada pengaruh negatif yang ditimbulkan dari penggunaan pupuk kimia tersebut. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu memberi pelatihan, dan pendampingan mengenai proses pembuatan Pupuk Organik Cair (POC). Kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan POC ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari 2023 di Desa Purwodadi, Kecamatan Tirtoyudo, Kabupaten Malang melalui kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata-Tematik (KKN-T) Universitas Islam Raden Rahmat. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara memberikan pelatihan, yang diawali dengan pembagian kuisioner dan wawancara kepada para petani dengan menggunakan snow ball. Total peserta pelatihan ini yaitu 50 orang, meliputi 35 petani dan 15 perangkat Desa Purwodadi. Hasil pelatihan ini yaitu seluruh petani memahami pembuatan POC, sedangkan kedepan diharapkan perangkat desa mempunyai peran dalam mendukung pertanian organik yang berkelanjutan.

AbstractThis study aims to ascertain how talent management promotes employee thriving at work and voice behavior. Drawing an integrated self-determination theory and socially embedded model of thriving, person-organizational fit (P-O fit) is also explored as a moderator of these relationships. A moderated mediation procedure was applied to test the model based on a two-wave data collectiong of 406 employees from various sectors in Indonesia using Macro Process 4.0. The results reveal that talent management positively correlates with thriving at work and employee voice. Thriving at work is positively associated with employee voice and is an intermediate role between talent management and voice relationship. Finally, P-O fit plays a dual role: as an antecedent of thriving at work and employee voice and also moderates the link talent management to thriving at work and employee voice. The originality study was established by investigating talent management as an antecedent of employee voice and uncovering the nature of the relationship between the two through the mediating and moderating effect of thriving at work and person-organizational fit. Human resource management practitioners could use the study results to develop talent management to build employee thriving at work and proactive behavior in a constructive voice.

AbstractThe literature on the role of Internet use on subjective well-being has grown over the years. However, evidence on how Internet use affects farmers’ subjective well-being (happiness and life satisfaction) remains scarce. This research fills the gap by analyzing the effects of Internet use on farmers’ subjective well-being. This study provides two essential contributions. First, we provide novel empirical evidence on the association between Internet use and farmers’ subjective well-being. Second, we employ national representative data from Indonesia, consisting of 7221 urban and rural farmers. A two-stage residual inclusion (2SRI) strategy was used to tackle the endogeneity problems in the decisions to use the Internet. The finding indicates that Internet use positively and significantly affects farmers’ happiness and life satisfaction. The disaggregate analysis also reveals that Internet use positively and significantly affects happiness at income quintiles 1 and 3. However, the effect of Internet use on life satisfaction was only significant at the lowest income (farmers’ income quintile 1). Our study suggests developing Internet use in agricultural sectors to boost farmers’ subjective well-being.

Hutan Pelawan yang berlokasi di Desa Namang, Kabupaten Bangka Tengah, Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung memiliki potensi yang sangat besar sebagai hutan kehayati yang juga dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sebagai sarana wisata edukasi dan sebagainya. Salah satu andalan dan daya Tarik hutan ini adalah wisata menghisap madu secara langsung dari sarang lebah. Sayangnya, lokasi dan fasilitas yang ada sebelumnya sangat tidak kondusif. Selain itu, produk madu yang dimiliki hanya memiliki varian madu botol ukuran 300 ml yang pemasarannya masih belum maksimal. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, tim pelaksana melakukan perancangan dan pembuatan zona hisap madu untuk meningkatkan daya Tarik pengunjung. Selain itu, tim pelaksana juga membuat rancangan dan prototype madu sachet Pelawan sebagai upaya diversifikasi produk dan memperluas target pasar madu Pelawan.

This study explores the factors influencing the innovation process and examines regional innovation management in regency and city level organizations in Indonesia. Using secondary data from financial and innovation sources, the research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach. The sample is made up of 383 regencies and 95 cities in Indonesia. The POEMS framework, which assesses five elements, is used in the analysis: Person, Object, Environment, Message/Media, and Service. The findings highlight the importance of various dimensions, including leadership, vision, and mission; income levels and regional capital spending; transparent governance and accountability mechanisms; regulatory environment; and efficient service delivery. By contextualizing the findings within the existing literature, the study adds to the body of knowledge on regional innovation management. However, limitations include relying on secondary data and focusing on specific organizational levels in Indonesia. Future research should consider primary data collection and broader samples. In designing effective strategies and policies to promote regional innovation, the findings of the study provide insights for policy makers, practitioners, and researchers.

Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of creativity and social capital on the sustainability of Sulam Tapis business in Labuhan Maringgai District, East Lampung. Design/methodology/approach: Using research method Multiple Regression Linear, there are a total of 28 micro-entrepreneurs in the field of tapis embroidery in Labuhan Maringgai District, East Lampung for sampling study. Research limitations/implications: This study uses a few samples of SMEs due to the limitations of SMEs in the East Lampung area. However, this result has improved the efforts in promoting local wisdom with SMEs Sulam Tapis Lampung. Practical implications: Based on multiple regression analysis, the result of the level of relationship between creativity (X1) and social capital (X2) with business sustainability (Y) is strong enough. Main finding reveals that creativity and social capital have significant effect business sustainability at Labuhan Maringgai District, East Lampung. Originality/value: This research proves the critical factors which effected creativity and social capital on SMEs Sulam Tapis Lampung

Namun proses pasteurisasi yang salah justru akan mengakibatkan berkurangnya gizi yang terkandung didalam susu dan tak jarang akan membuat susu justru menjadi rusak. Sistem kontrol tungku api otomatis dirancang untuk menangani masalah yang ada dimana dengan menggunakan mekanikal servo, sistem akan secara otomatis mengatur bukaan katup tungku api untuk menjaga suhu pada set-point yang diinginkan, sehingga suhu akan terjaga dan protein pada susu tidak rusak karena suhu pada proses pemasakan yang terlalu tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, bahwa sistem tanpa fuzzy membutuhkan waktu selama 1 jam untuk dapat mencapai set-point, sedangkan sistem dengan fuzzy hanya membutuhkan waktu 30 menit saja untuk mencapai set-point.

This community service aims to provide adequate understanding and skills for Social Science (IPS) teachers in junior high schools (SMP) in the city of Kediri related to the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum (CMB) and the output of this activity is in the form of Differentiated Teaching Modules for IPS subjects in SMP. The community service method is in the form of a workshop including test activities (pre-test and post-test, CMB literacy tutorials and assignments (performance). The data analysis technique uses a paired sample test with the help of the SPSS V.23 application. The community service results show that 1) this service activity is effective because it has been able to improve the pedagogical competence of IPS teachers of SMP in the City of Kediri, 2) there are significant differences in the pedagogical competence of IPS teachers of SMP in the City of Kediri between before and after participating in the community service activities of CMB implementation workshops, and 3) resulted differentiated teaching modules of IPS subjects in SMP.

Pre-ekstraksi alginat dari alga coklat dengan pelarut asam membutuhkan reaktan dan air dalam jumlah banyak, serta menghasilkan mengeluarkan banyak limbah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan pelarut asam dengan melakukan penggunaan pelarut secara berulang dan mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap mutu alginat, reduksi kebutuhan air dan reaktan, serta reduksi limbah pelarut. Penggunaan kembali pelarut asam pada proses pre-ekstraksi dilakukan dengan variasi penggunaan pelarut ke 0, 1, 2, 3, dan 4. Rancangan acak lengkap dengan tiga kali ulangan digunakan untuk menentukan pengaruh penggunaan pelarut berulang terhadap mutu alginat. Parameter yang diamati meliputi rendemen, viskositas, berat molekul alginat, kebutuhan air dan HCl, serta limbah pelarut asam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pelarut berulang dapat menghasilkan alginat dengan rerata rendemen 26,7%. Penggunaan pelarut berulang ke 0-2 dapat menghasilkan alginat kualitas sedang dengan viskositas 270,9-360,0 mPa.s dan berat molekul alginat 122,04-175,44 kDa. Pre-ekstraksi makrolaga dengan pelarut berulang ke 0-2 dapat menurunkan kebutuhan air 22,2%, HCl 66,7%, dan limbah pelarut menurun 66,7%. Pre-ekstraksi makroalga dengan pelarut berulang mempunyai potensi efisiensi dan perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut pada skala yang lebih besar. Abstract Pre-extraction of alginate from brown algae with acidic solvents requires a lot of reactants and water that produce a lot of solvent wastes. This study aimed to optimize the use of acidic solvents by using solvents repeatedly and to determine the effect on alginate quality, water consumption and reactant, and acid solvent waste. Repeated use of solvents on pre-extraction stage was carried out with variations of 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 times. A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three replications was used to determine the effect of repeated use of solvents on the alginate quality. Parameters observed were yield, viscosity, molecular weight of alginate, water consumption, HCl requirement, and the amount of acid solvents waste. The result showed that the repeated use of solvents in the pre-extraction stage produced alginate with an average yield of 26.7%. Repeated use of solvents of 0 to 2 times produced medium quality of alginate with a viscosity of 270.9-360.0 mPa.s and alginate molecular weight of 122,04-175,44 kDa. Pre-extraction of macroalgae by repeated use of solvents can reduce water consumption 22,2%, HCl 66,7%, and waste solvents 66,7%. Pre-extraction of macroalgae by repeated use of acid solvents was potential for efficiency, and further research is needed for a larger scale extraction process.

Introduction: Stunting and other health issues affecting children under five result from unhealthy environments. Environmental sanitation by providing sanitary latrines and clean water supplies cannot be divorced from its influence. A review of the literature was conducted to assess how healthy latrines and clean water sources can improve stunting in children under the age of five. Methods: Four databases (Scopus, ProQuest, Science Direct, and Google Scholar) with high and medium-quality standards were used to find the articles for this literature study. The study’s quality was judged using Joanna B Institute’s criteria. The research is included in the inclusion criteria if it has a critical assessment score of at least 50%. PICOS used as the review’s organizing structure. Results: The availability of clean water sources and sanitary latrines significantly impacts stunting. Access to subpar latrines increases the risk of stunting in children under five. Stunting in children under five is influenced considerably by the availability of safe water sources. Manusia melakukan banyak aktivitas dalam kehidupannya, dalam aktivitas itu manusia dapat menghasilkan sampah. Sampah selalu timbul menjadi persoalan rumit dalam masyarakat yang kurang memiliki kepekaan terhadap lingkungan. Maka dari itu diperlukan tempat sampah yang dapat lebih efektif memilah sampah secara otomatis, sehingga dibutuhkannya sebuah inovasi berupa pemilah sampah otomatis berdasarkan jenisnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancang bangun tempat sampah otomatis yang menggunakan Arduino Atmega 2560 sebagai pusat pengolahan data, Sensor touch dan sensor induktif sebagai pendeteksi sampah organik, non organic dan logam, motor servo sebagai pemilah dan pembuka tutup kotak sampah. Nodemcmu ESP8266 sebagai penghubung ke jaringan internet. Ultrasonic sebagai pendeteksi adanya benda atau kapasitas tempat sampah lalu LCD 16x2 digunakan untuk memberikan keterangan. Hasil pengujian alat pemilah sampah ini didapatkan keberhasilan 75%. Dan dapat mengirimkan notifikasi Ketika sampah penuh . Standardization of the quality of the depolarized katuk pellet production process as a feed additive is very important to maintain product quality. The production process requires dry katuk leaves (DKK) as raw materials which are then processed into depolarized katuk leaves (DKD), and continues in the pelleting process to become depolarized katuk pellets (PKD). Quality standard can be done by measuring the parameters of nutritional value and also the yield of methanol extract. Nutritional values were obtained from the results of proximate analysis, namely the percentage of dry matter, ash content, crude protein, crude fiber, crude fat, beta-N, calcium, phosphorus, and gross energy (Cal/g). Mean while, the yield of methanol extract was obtained by maceration using methanol solvent. This study aims to evaluate the nutritional value and yield of crude methanol extract of katuk leaves (DKK, DKD, PKD) which can be used as a quality assurance standard for the depolarized katuk pellet production process. Tulisan ini membahas tentang peran komunikasi sains terkait informasi Covid-19 di media sosial pada masa pandemi. Komunikasi sains dilakukan untuk melawan misinformasi dan hoaks. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis isi pada delapan hasil penelitian terkait media sosial dan informasi Covid-19. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari Google Scholar dengan menggunakan kata kunci tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga peran dari komunikasi sains pada saat pandemi Covid-19, yakni mendiseminasikan ilmu pengetahuan melalui cara populer, memperkuat jaringan komunikasi dan informasi ilmiah, dan membantu pemeriksaan fakta. Praktik komunikasi sains dilakukan melalui kolaborasi antara ilmuwan, masyarakat awam, pemerintah, dan industri kreatif.

Global food consumption tends to rise more quickly than supply. This has to do with important global issues like population growth. Additionally, global conflicts are going to hinder the distribution of food. Indonesia has an enormous opportunity of anticipating these circumstances considering its promise as one of the largest supplies of food worldwide. Rice is still the staple food in Indonesia, but the dynamics of society are under threat from wheat food. It is possible to create strategy plans to deal with potential food scarcity by understanding the behavior of food demand trends for big carbohydrate sources like corn, cassava, sweet potatoes (as a substitution), and the development of wheat as a beneficial food. The results of the study indicate that rice, corn, cassava, and sweet potatoes—food commodities that are major sources of carbohydrates—are inelastic, which means that their prices are not affected by variations in demand. The community still relies on rice as the primary food source. Cross elasticity >0 in these non-wheat food commodities indicates mutually beneficial replacement among the foods that are sources of carbohydrates. That is, with the dynamics of an increase in income, for example, it will also increase consumption. The results of the study also demonstrate that wheat food items are only a complementary, not a staple food needed, thus concerns about wheat's dominance as a food component in industrial products actually have no impact on local food. The availability of high-yielding varieties of rice, corn, cassava, and sweet potatoes, the implementation of food reserves by the Indonesian National Logistics Agency (Bulog) from the government center to the regions, food diversification, changing preferences, and creating an awareness of local food pride with massive education are some of the anticipatory steps taken in response to the global food crisis.

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed all aspects of life and order. It has made the Old Town of Semarang experience a decrease in the number of visitors. When the economy is starting and recovering, the pandemic sensitivity space is exercised through strict health protocol. This paper uses direct observation to examine the pandemic responsive space for local economic activities in the Old Town of Semarang. The following procedures were adopted for this study: 1) Defining the potential economic activity space in the Old Town of Semarang; 2)Recognising the presence of pandemic responsive space in location; 3) Analysing the responsive space in relation to pandemic context, and 4) Proposing space pattern that responsive to pandemic context. Thestudy’s results are the Old Town of Semaranghas three typologies of economic activity spaces, including cafes, restaurants, and street vendors. The economic activity in the form of cafes and restaurants has organised a responsive space to implement the established health protocols. In contrast, street vendors create unresponsive space for economic activity. This is because the street vendors have not been able to provide adequate supporting facilities for health protocols. Therefore, the local government and economic actors need to speed up the process for determining more pandemic responsive urban space that will allow economic activities to be carried out with properhealth protocols.

This research aims to understand the impact of emotional intelligence, ability, and economic compensation on employee performance through the job satisfaction of Detikcom employees. In this study, the sample used was 110 respondents using simple random sampling techniques. The results show that the three variables of emotional intelligence, competence and economic compensation have significant positive effects on job satisfaction. Emotional intelligence and ability variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Financial compensation variables have a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. Variables such as emotional intelligence, competence, and economic compensation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance through job satisfaction. In addition, variable job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Latar belakang : Skoliosis merupakan keadaan tulang belakang mengalami abnormalitas kelengkungan kurva ke sisi lateral pada bidang frontal dan dengan atau pun tidak disertai rotasi tulang belakang pada bidang sagital dan axial. Intervensi yang diberikan pada kasus ini yaitu klapp method yang berprinsip untuk mengulur asimetris postur dan penguatan otot pada kasus skoliosisdengan tujuanmenimbulkan penurunan derajat kurva skoliosis idiopatik tipe c lumbal . Metode penelitian : ini adalah eksperimental, desain penelitian menggunakan one group pre and post test with control design dengan melibatkan subjek sebanyak 24 adolescent. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan blind randomized control trial menjadi 2 kelompok yakni kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol dengan kelompok perlakuan sebanyak 12 subjek penelitian diberi perlakuan berupa klapp method dan kelompok kontrol tidak aktif sebanyak 12 subjek.Pemeriksaanbentuk kurva skoliosis menggunakan plumb line dan pengukuran derajat kurva skoliosis dilakukan menggunakan skoliometer. Hasil : Setelah dilakukan intervensi selama 5 minggu dengan frekuensi 3 kali seminggu, didapatkan adanya penurunan derajat kurva skoliosis pada adolescent yang yang signifikan. Simpulan : Klapp method yang diprogramkan kepada pasien mampu menurunkan derajat kurva skoliosis pada adolescent dengan skoliosis idiopatik tipe C lumbal.

Corn is a promising commodity economically for cultivation. Apart from not requiring a long harvest time, sweet corn has a high selling value, without a long post-harvest process. The location of research was conducted in rice fields in Tawangargo Village, Karangploso District, Malang Regency. Altitude ± 749 m above sea level. The implementation was carried out from December 2019 to July 2020. The research design was carried out using a Complete Randomized Block Design, with 2 factors. Factor 1, is the recommended fertilizer dosage of 3 doses (0, ½, and 1 dose), and the second factor is the dose of liquids fertilizer organic (0, 4, 8, and 12 g / l) with 4 repetitions, with intervals of 7-10 once a day. Giving 4 ml / l dose of inorganic fertilizer at an interval of once a week, together with 1 recommended dosage of Makro fertilizer affects the growth and yield of sweet corn plants. The highest production per ha in this treatment was 13,339 kg. The highest RAE value is 325.6% in the recommended 1 dose of NPK treatment plus 4 g / l of "liquids fertilizer organic". The economic approach is by calculating the R/C ratio, the treatment with the highest RAE is the R/C ratio of 8.59 with a net income of Rp. 176,785,041, -

Kapasitas penelitian dan pengembangan sektor industri memiliki peran dalam peningkatan ekonomi negara sehingga perlu terus dipantau untuk meningkatkan daya saing negara. Statistik litbang merupakan salah satu indikator yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur sejauh apa kapasitas suatu perusahaan dalam melakukan litbang melalui pengukuran pengeluaran dan personil litbang. Diperlukan suatu pengelompokan perusahaan untuk melacak performa litbang dari sektor industri sehingga dapat menjadi referensi terhadap pemantauan kapasitas litbang. Informasi mengenai jumlah pekerja dalam suatu perusahaan turut menjadi indikator untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai ukuran perusahaan dalam hasil pengelompokan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelompokan perusahaan berdasarkan statistik litbang menggunakan metode clustering K-Medoids sehingga didapatkan hasil pengelompokan yang optimal. Adapun penggunaan metode tersebut dikarenakan data yang diperoleh memiliki pencilan. Evaluasi hasil pengelompokan akan ditinjau melalui indeks silhouette. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa pengelompokan data litbang industri dengan menggunakan metode K-Medoids paling optimal membentuk empat kelompok. Adapun berdasarkan hasil evaluasi indeks silhouette, struktur dari hasil pengelompokan masuk dalam kategori kuat. Profil dari masing-masing kelompok turut disampaikan pada bagian interpretasi. Selain itu hasil pengelompokan ini dapat menjadi pemetaan awal dalam membuat kebijakan litbang dalam sektor industri Indonesia.

This study conducted a test to see the influence of data quality analytics, business ethics, and cyber risk management on operational performance and its implication on corporate sustainability of Fintech P2P Lending companies registered and licensed in Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK). This study used descriptive analysis and statistical method Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-Lisrel. The data was collected by using questionnaires given to 104 managers from 91 Fintech P2P Lending companies registered and licensed at OJK until the end of December 2021. The results show that data quality analytics and cyber risk management had a positive and significant influence on operational performance. The results also show that analytical data quality, business ethics and cyber risk management had a positive and significant influence on operational performance. The findings of this study added to the limitations of the research literature on the elaboration of variables that determine performance and business sustainability in Fintech P2P lending.

In the modern era, machinery designed to assist people should satisfy the requirements of all users, including people with disabilities. This study aims to design an ergonomic vehicle that is comfortable and safe for people with mobility needs (wheelchair-bound passengers) or visual impairment. First, we conducted a literature survey on the definitions of terms such as disability, ergonomic design, house of quality (HOQ), and safe transportation. Next, we gathered anthropometric data of people with mobility needs or visual impairment, and their requirements for safe and comfortable transportation. We used HOQ to capture the voice of consumers and design a suitable technical response to their needs, and utilized computer-aided design (CAD) to convert all the designs into 3-D prototype vehicle models. Based on the needs of people with disabilities and on the results of anthropometric calculations, the vehicle should include a lift wheelchair (15.7%), four folding passenger seats (15%), a handrail dimension (11.4%), and a handle pole (10.4%) for people with visual impairment. This ergonomic vehicle design will result in increased overall user satisfaction.

The problem of unemployment that cannot be completely resolved is a separate burden for the government. Many things have been done by the government to reduce unemployment in Indonesia, for example with training, but the need to instill an entrepreneurial attitude since school is also an important factor. By instilling an attitude of wanting to become young entrepreneurs it is hoped that after they finish their education they will be able to open their own business and not just expect jobs from other people. Someone who has an interest in entrepreneurship usually tends to look for other factors that can support it, these factors include family, friends, experience, economic conditions, employment conditions, and available resources. The results of this study 1) experience of learning entrepreneurship has a significant positive effect on interest in becoming a young entrepreneur 2) self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on interest in becoming a young entrepreneur 3) social media has a significant positive effect on interest in becoming a young entrepreneur 4) family environment has a significant effect has a positive effect on the interest in becoming a young entrepreneur 5) simultaneously the experience of learning entrepreneurship, self-efficacy, social media and the family environment has a significant effect on the interest in becoming a young entrepreneur.

Motivation for Instructors at work is an incentive to move the spirit of teachers in such a way that their conduct can be oriented toward genuine attempts to attain the goals that have been established. As a result, the purpose of this study is to examine whether the leadership style, salary, and physical work environment of high school Economics instructors in Subang Regency have an impact on their work motivation. The sampling technique utilized in this study was a saturated sample technique, which meant that all members of the population were sampled, with a total of 221 teachers. Based on the findings of a multiple linear regression analysis performed with the SPSS 21 software package. This study's findings indicate a positive and statistically significant relationship between leadership style, remuneration, and physical work environment and the job motivation of high school Economics teachers in Subang Regency.

Dalam pandemi covid-19, berbagai lembaga pemerintahan di dunia berupaya untuk dapat memberikan informasi yang terpercaya. Hal ini perlu dilakukan karena informasi di media, terutama di media sosial, muncul dengan begitu cepat dan dalam volume yang besar sehingga mengakibatkan masyarakat menjadi susah untuk memilih informasi yang akan menjadi acuannya dalam mengambil keputusan. Chatbot merupakan sarana komunikasi yang dikembangkan oleh beberapa lembaga pemerintahan di dunia untuk menyebarkan informasi resmi kepada warga negaranya melalui teknologi kecerdasan buatan. Fenomena ini dapat dijelaskan melalui konsep society 5.0 dimana suatu mesin yang dibangun atas teknologi revolusi industri 4.0 akan membantu manusia dalam mengatasi berbagai macam masalah secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini berjenis konseptual dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena pemanfaatan chatbot oleh manusia melalui perspektif society 5.0. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tinjauan literatur dengan memilih artikel ilmiah yang memiliki relevansi dengan topik utama. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa chatbot memiliki kontribusi dalam membangun society 5.0 melalui perannya dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan sosial dan mendukung tercapainya sustainable development goals. Melalui chatbot, seseorang tetap mampu mendapatkan pelayanan mengenai informasi kesehatan kapanpun dan dimanapun. Adapun pemanfaatan layanan informasi dari chatbot mampu untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup manusia disaat pandemi, khususnya di bidang kesehatan. Selain itu, pemanfaatan chatbot pada masa pandemi covid-19 menjadi suatu referensi teknologi di masa depan ketika menghadapi kondisi yang sama.

Setiap orang maupun organisasi harus mengetahui keunggulan dari konten podcast sehingga dapat memaksimalkan efektivitas strategi komunikasi program vaksinasi Covid-19. Adapun podcast merupakan konten media yang mendapatkan perhatian publik pada masa pandemi. Pemanfaatan konsep wawancara pada podcast perlu dimaksimalkan oleh setiap pemangku kepentingan karena pada masa pandemi banyak disinformasi dalam berbagai bentuk yang berpotensi menghambat kesuksesan program vaksinasi. Penyampaian informasi kesehatan menjadi salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai berbagai keunggulan podcast dalam memberikan pemahaman maupun kesadaran masyarakat terhadap vaksinasi Covid-19 melalui perspektif peningkatan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah tinjauan literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber literatur didapatkan dari basis data Google Scholar dengan kata kunci podcast, vaccine, dan covid-19. Hasil sintesis dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil kajian ini menyebutkan bahwa podcast memiliki 4 keunggulan yang dapat digunakan sebagai peluang dalam mengomunikasikan pemahaman tentang vaksinasi yakni: menghadirkan expert, kemudahan akses informasi, keunggulan konten berjenis audio serta bersifat user generated content/UGC. Dengan menghadirkan Narasumber yang kredibel, konten podcast diharapkan mampu meningkatkan validitas informasi yang disampaikan sehingga masyarakat dapat terhindar dari berita bohong maupun hoaks. Adapun podcast dapat dibuat oleh siapa pun, tak hanya individu tetapi juga lembaga pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan hingga industri kesehatan sekalipun sehingga dapat memperluas cakupan edukasi masyarakat. Pada akhirnya podcast dinilai mampu berperan meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat karena berbagai stakeholder turut berinisiatif untuk mengomunikasikan vaksinasi. Kajian ini turut membangun kerangka konseptual sebagai model untuk memahami relevansi keunggulan podcast dalam mendukung edukasi vaksinasi Covid-19.

CPTED studies has been popular since 1960-1970s, however studies in Indonesian city context showed limited references. This paper identified the need of CPTED study followed a massive MRT network development in Jakarta City, as the need for re-design and city beautification to fit with the vibrant TOD urban lifestyle may create moments as well to promote CPTED implementation. The perception survey was developed to understand the perceived crime risk level among the MRT users of Bundaran HI Station. The survey conducted in two scopes of context, i.e. the TOD precinct, an area of 800 radius from the station, and inside the station itself. Finding from the TOD context showed that the maintenance and information have been the most significant but often mostly ignored. These two component may lead to under-rated other CPTED components, weaken the territorial reinforcement and natural surveillance. Out of 56 parameters, 26 parameters or almost halve have rated below 3, alarmed for a more comprehensive design and intervention at the TOD neighbourhood level that emphasizes on the implementation of CPTED principles. Finding from the Bundarin HI station context showed that under the Likert scale 1 (the lowest risk) to 5 (the highest risk), most of the CPTED rated from 4 – 5. There were a variation in the perceived security among different respondents based on gender, time pattern, location pattern, and mode chosen for station access. However, these rating differences were not significant according to the ANOVA and the t-test statistics. The chi-square test found no association between the perceived securities with the type of mode uses for station access. These preliminary findings suggested that the Bundaran HI TOD station is secured from crime risk according to perception of MRT users; therefore little variation in the rating of perceived security gave little information to draw any association with other important variables such as the mode choice for station access. However, taken the measures on wider context at the TOD precinct, the rating of CPTED consistently lower in all components, suggested the urban design and land use zoning-and transportation intervention that consider CPTED principles to be emphasizing at wider area to support the security of the station.

Karya seni tersebut dinilai mampu menguatkan keeratan sosial di masyarakat sehingga mampu memunculkan berbagai pergerakan dalam melawan kebijakan-kebijakan otoritas yang berkuasa. Era Reformasi dinilai sebagai masa yang membuka secara luas kreativitas dan penyampaian opini dari masyarakat. Hal ini membangun sebuah gagasan bahwa musik protes akan berkembang lebih beragam dibandingkan dengan pada masa orde baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan mengenai perkembangan musik protes di Indonesia pada era reformasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada historiografi yang bersumber pada literatur-literatur di Internet. Hasil dari penelitian ini menggambarkan perkembangan musik protes di era reformasi, musik protes sebagai field of struggle, masuknya musik protes dalam pop culture serta peran media digital dalam perkembangan musik protes. Melalui media digital, musik protes tidak hanya diproduksi oleh musisi-musisi ternama namun semua orang mampu membuat bahkan mendistribusikan karyanya masing-masing. Penelitian lebih lanjut dapat mendalami musik protes melalui wawancara dengan tokoh-tokoh yang relevan.

Abstract This type of public transportation BRT mode began to be officially applied in Pontianak City to overcome traffic congestion. The problem is that many travelers prefer to use private vehicles rather than public transportation. This study aims to analyze the sensitivity of the mode selection model which explains the probability of choosing a BRT against aprivate vehicles if a BRT is presented in the Central Business District of Pontianak City. The mode selection method uses the Stated Preferences Technique in the form of a quetionnaire which is analyzed by multiple linear regression to obtain a utility equation. Based on the results of the sensitivity analysis of the mode selection model, the probability value of selecting BRT is 21,7%, if it is in conditions where the difference in the attributes offacilities and comfort (X1) is -10, this means that there are no facilities and conveniences of BRTsuch as private vehicles, thesecond is the difference in thewaiting time attribute (X2) which is 15 minutes, the third condition is the difference in travel costs attribute (X3) namely Rp 0,- and the fourth condition is the difference in travel time attribute (X4), which is 10 minutes To increase the probability of choosing a BRT to 60%, it can be done by increasing the difference between the facilities and comfort attributes to 0 (zero), which means there is no difference in facilities and comfort that BRT has with private vehicles such as the availability of air conditioning, free WIFI, clean, fragrant, having a bag storage area and others. This is because the most sensitive attributes compared to other attributes are facilities and comfort attributes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sensitivitas model pemilihan moda yang menjelaskan probabilitas pemilihan BRT terhadap Kendaraan Pribadi jika dihadirkan BRT di Kawasan Central Business District Kota Pontianak. Metode pemilihan moda menggunakan Teknik Stated Preference berbentuk kuesioner yang dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda untuk mendapatkan persamaan utilitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis sensitivitas model pemilihan moda, nilai probabilitas terpilihnya BRT adalahsebesar 21,7%, jika berada pada kondisi dimana selisih atribut fasilitas dan kenyamanan (X1) yaitu -10 hal ini berarti bahwa tidak tersedianya fasilitas dan kenyamanan BRT seperti Kendaraan Pribadi, kondisi kedua adalah selisih atribut waktu tunggu (X2) yaitu 15 menit, kondisi ketiga adalah selisih atribut biaya perjalanan (X3) yaitu Rp 0,-dan kondisi yang keempat adalah selisih atribut waktu tempuh (X4) yaitu 10 menit. Untuk meningkatkan probabilitas terpilihnya BRT menjadi 60% dapat dilakukan dengan menaikan selisih atribut fasilitas dan kenyamanan menjadi 0 (nol) yang artinya tidak ada perbedaan fasilitas dan kenyamanan yang dimiliki BRT dengan Kendaraan Pribadi sepertitersedianya AC, WIFI gratis, bersih, wangi, memiliki tempat penyimpanan tas dan lain-lain. Hal ini dikarenakan atribut yang paling sensitif dibanding atribut yang lain adalah atribut fasilitas dan kenyamanan. Kata kunci:Pemilihan moda, BRT, sensitivitas

The increase in economic activity in the industrial sector and the rapid growth of the world population has driven the increase in energy demand. In 2004, Indonesia earned the status of a net importer of oil so that it becomes a challenge for the Indonesian government in developing the use of renewable energy to achieve ideal conditions for national energy Resilience. Indonesia has the potential for large amounts of renewable energy sources, one of which is palm-based biodiesel. The mandatory biodiesel policy program was implemented in 2008 with biodiesel content of 2.5% and gradually until 2019 with a biodiesel content of 30% (B30). The mandatory biodiesel policy is closely related to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the concept of maintaining the balance of Trilemma Energy. The current energy management and utilization policies in Indonesia continue to increase in line with modern life consumption patterns that require a more environmentally friendly energy variable for energy absorption in Indonesia, especially renewable energy. The purpose of this research is to synchronize biodiesel policy with an integrated performance measurement model for palm-based renewable energy. This study uses several strategic frameworks by combining a quantitative approach through the BSC. Based on the results of the SEM PLS validation on 20 BSC perspective variables, it was found that two invalid variables, namely the variable efficiency port service cost, and value-added creation, had a P-value > 0.05.

This research was based on the background that in 2019 the contribution of the creative economy to the national GDP (Gross Domestic Product) was 5.10 percent or Rp. 95 trillion, employment was 19.01 million individual and export value was 22.07 Billion USD. In the City of Kediri, the contribution of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) includes the creative economy viewed from GDP (Gross Domestic Product) with the tobacco industry growing at 5.14 percent, without the tobacco industry at 7.02 percent. MSMEs also had a positive impact on reducing the number of open unemployed. In 2014, the unemployment rate in City of Kediri by 8 percent and now (2019) to 3.63 percent. The decline in the open unemployment rate also has an impact on reducing the poverty rate to 7.68 percent. The purpose of this study were to describe: 1) What was the contribution of the creative economy in the economic development of the City of Kediri (GDP - Gross Regional Domestic Product, economic growth, employment and poverty reduction)?, 2) What was the strategy for developing creative economy in the economic development of the City of Kediri?. Study showed: 1. Contribution of creative economy to the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Kediri City: a. Crafts or handicrafts (textile and apparel industry), b. Crafts (leather, leather goods, footwear), c. Crafts (furniture industry), d. Culinary (providing food and drink) e. Visual communication design; movies, animations, videos; publishing; music; Radio and Television f. Performing arts (entertainment and recreation and others), g. Kediri City Economic Growth. The value of Kediri's GRDP in 2019 based on 2010 was in constant prices, reached 90.01 trillion rupiah. This increase was up from 85.34 trillion rupiah in 2018. This showed that during 2019 there was economic growth of 5.47 percent, faster than the previous year's economic growth which reached 5.43 percent. h. employment during the last five years 2014-2019 (in 2019 there were 139,645 workers) the types of employment that employed the most labor were trade, restaurant and accommodation services, around 34.57-42.78 percent (meaning that culinary was included in the category of high labor absorption) and industrial jobs were around 11.59-17.78 percent (including the textile industry). i. Poverty. employment results in the amount of poverty in the city of Kediri experienced a decline where in 2016, it was 23,640 people, in 2017, there was a slight increase to 24,070 people and in 2018, it decreased to 21,900 people. In 2019, the number decreased again to 20,540 people. 2. Creative economic development strategies (plans and actions) are carried out by the quadruple helix (government, industry-private, universities and civil society-communities).

Employees are required to have a good work ethic in order to advance their company. This causes many companies to motivate their employees in various ways. The general goal is for better and more stable employee performance so that it benefits the company. Rewards are given to employees who excel and are able to achieve certain targets, this is more effective in motivating employees than punishment so that it can be a source of motivation for employees to work optimally. In giving rewards, sometimes employees do not match the results of their performance and without applying good calculations. For that we need a recommendation system to support employee performance appraisal to get rewards. One of the methods used is the Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) method. This method was chosen because it is able to complete employee performance appraisals based on predetermined criteria and is used as a reference in giving rewards. The amount of data obtained and will be used is a number of 537 employee data which will be divided into two data, namely training data which functions as a model of 524 data and test data which functions to test the system of 13 data. The training set uses a regression algorithm to form an employee performance appraisal model. This model is a representation of knowledge that will be used to predict the reward status of operator and foreman level employees

Biotechnology-based enzymes are challenging in reducing production costs and presenting environmentally friendly technologies. The study deal with an experimental investigation of the bio-catalyst made of Carica-papaya latex in recycling used fibre pulp in industry. The experiments used a test specimen from 5 g of dry pulp mixed with 150 mL of water and a mixture composition of 3.23%. Other similar experiments applied a bio-catalyst from papaya latex by dipping 6 g of unripe papaya into the water. A heating process of the test material was performed at a temperature of 50 °C to optimise the work of enzymes in the pulping process, and then Carica papaya fruit was removed from the container after 3 min. In addition, the characterisation of test materials in the hand-sheets form was realised in dry conditions. The tests carried out include Scanning electron microscope (SEM), Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) Spectroscopy, acidity (pH), turbidity, whiteness, and freeness. The results indicated that the addition of bio-activator in water produces bio-ions (positive and negative), which play a vital role in eroding pulp functional groups, influencing the construction of stalagmite micro valleys, and changing the surface morphology of pulp. The release of Bromide, Iodide, Chloride and Fluoride functional groups causes brightening effects and increases the degree of whiteness, impacting the pre-whitening process. Meanwhile, changes in the stalagmite micro valley and the surface morphology of the pulp cause a bulky effect and ultimately reduce the degree of freeness.

The purpose of this research is to determine the integration model of palm-based biodiesel policy as a renewable energy commodity to support energy security. This study uses several strategic frameworks by combining a quantitative approach through the perspective of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and measuring the technology coefficient using the Technology Contribution Coefficient (TCC), as well as a qualitative approach with the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and the design of the Omnibus Law. Data were collected through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Expert Opinion (EO) which were validated by Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using a sample of 40 respondents from related agencies. The results showed that based on the SEM-PLS validation of 20 BSC perspective variables, two invalid variables were obtained, namely the variable efficiency port service cost and value-added creation which had a P value> 0.05. Meanwhile, Indonesia's TCC score is quite high, namely 0.787, which means that Indonesia is quite aggressive in developing biodiesel and its policies. Based on the results of the FGD expert, it was obtained that the BMC initiates the helicopters to view current biodiesel developments. And 10 regulations have been drafted into a proposed draft Omnibus Law through an action plan.
