This service activity aims to increase literacy in mosque financial management for Remas in Kediri City as a component of mosque management so that mosque financial reporting has adequate accountability. The method of implementing this service uses training (tutorials and assignments). The evaluation instrument for this activity used a pre-test and post-test and was analyzed using the SPSS Version 23 application. The results of this service show that the training participants' mosque financial management literacy competency increased significantly. The average participant score before participating in the training was 54.33, increasing to 68.67. The results of statistical tests using the Paired Sample Correlations produced a figure of 0.000, which also means that the P-value (sig.) < 0.025. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in participants' competency in terms of mosque financial management literacy before and after training was implemented. The relationship between the test results before and after training showed a fairly large level of relationship/correlation, namely 0.830 or 83%.

Design/methodology/approach: The type of research used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method. Researchers collected primary data directly through observation and interviews with the owner of the research location, that is Polard Cattle Feed, sales officers for Polard Cattle Feed, and 3 consumers of Polard Cattle Feed. The data analysis method used in this research is SWOT analysis. Findings: Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, it shows that the marketing strategy used by Polar Cap Goose Cattle Feed for sales to distributors in the East Java region is: Product strategy based on SWOT Analysis and SWOT Matrix, especially in the market in the East Java region where products are in great demand with a score of 0.573 which makes it easier for the company to develop its product strategy by maintaining the quality of its products. Polar stamp distributor price strategy for increasing sales is based on maintaining higher prices. from competitors with a score of 0.309 due to the existence of a product that is highly sought after by consumers with a score of 0.573 then improving good cooperative relations with sub distributors and agents by providing feed prices in accordance with market prices. The promotion strategy is that the population of cattle and pigs is increasing as shown by the highest weight score is 0.576. However, the main threat faced by the company is the large amount of competition with a score of 0.476, and demand from foreign industry with a score of 0.650, the difficulty of keeping up with market prices with a score of 0.415. Based on the SWOT matrix, the WO strategy is used by increasing promotions to agents close to breeders. The distribution strategy of the research results shows that external factors, that is opportunities that can be achieved by companies where the number of competitors from similar companies is getting higher with a score of 0.476 and the weakness of higher prices with competitors with a score of 0.309 needs to be minimized by utilizing the strength of distributor locations close to consumers with a score 0.672 so that the strategy that can be carried out is to collaborate with sub distributors and agents in distributing factory DO to distributors closest to consumers Research limitations/implications: This research is limited to distributors who sell polar goose stamp cattle feed in the East Java region. Practical implications: That can increase sales of polar cattle feed cap angsa with building good relationships with customers, Originality/value: The findings from this research are new discoveries in marketing strategies the agents who are close to the breeder community through regular visits, and providing competitive prices that can be accepted by customers. This research focuses on collaboration governance. The term collaboration governance is used for cooperation, coordination, communication and inviting partners to symbiotic mutualism. Collaboration governance is a concept that can connect the government, private, academic, journalist and community sectors. The phenomenon that occurs in collaborative governance is the unoptimized delivery of public services characterized by slowness, lack of cost certainty and lack of certainty of completion. With this background, the author is interested in writing an article about collaborative governance with the aim of testing whether the inclusive approach affects collaborative governance and its impact on digitalization of public service quality. This research was conducted in Jakarta smart city. The analysis technique used is analysis through structural equation modeling (SEM based on Partial Least Square-PLS). The results concluded that the Inclusive Approach affects collaborative governance, collaborative governance affects the digitalization of public service quality, and the inclusive approach has a positive effect on the digitalization of public service quality through collaborative governance. This conclusion also answers the question of whether digitalization of public service quality can be realized if collaborative governance is implemented, whether collaborative governance can be successfully implemented if an inclusive approach is used.

Di era kemajuan teknologi peran orang tua dalam tugasnya mengasuh seorang anak bukanlah sebuah pekerjaan yang mudah. Pentingnya pola asuh yang relevan sangat dibutuhkan untuk memberikan edukasi terhadap generasi digital yang telah kecanduan terhadap kecanggihan teknologi digital. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mendapatkan gambaran tentang konsep pola asuh berdasarkan Efesus 6:1-4 dan menurut Etnis Jawa. Dari hasil pembahasan akan dicari persamaan dan perbedaan yang akan menjadi model pendekatan teologi kontekstual bagi masyarakat Jawa. Penelitian ini memakai metode kualitatif dengan sebuah pendekatan eksegesa, etnografi, wawancara, kepustakaan dan metode kontekstual. Hasil yang ditemukan mengungkapkan bahwa Orang tua seharusnya menjadi seorang yang bertanggung jawab mendidik anak dengan hati yang melayani. Keterhubungan yang erat antara anak dengan orang tuanya memampukan orang tua memiliki tanggung jawab untuk memenuhi kehidupan seorang anak, dan sebaliknya jika seorang anak dengan patuh menyediakan hati diperlengkapi oleh orang tua maka pola asuh yang benar akan menunjang seluruh kehidupan anak dimasa depan.

By integrating balanced rice growing technology components, getting rice organoleptic tests from the rice produced, and learning about the community acceptability of the applied technology components, this study seeks to ascertain the growth response and NSV production of specific and site-specific rice. The study was carried out in rice paddies. five different types of technology bundles in a randomized group trial design. Each treatment unit and replication in the five iterations of the experiment used 0.3 ha. Acceptance in the community using a survey approach with fifty participants. The results indicated that the Inpari 42 and Inpari 45 seedlings developed the tallest plants between 77 and 81 days after planting. Inpari 32 had the most tillers, which was the same as Inpari 42 and Pamelen. Pamelen yielded the most productive tillers and the least amount of non-productive tillers. The largest plant height was measured 98–102 days following the Inpari 42 seedlings, while the highest number of tillers were found in Pamelen, Inpari 32, and Inpari 42. Inpari 42 has the widest flag leaf area. The most abundant grain component produced by Inpari 42 is the number of grains per panicle and the full grain per panicle. The highest production is produced by Inpari 32. The panelists' favored rice varieties were Inpari 32, Inpari 42, and Inpari 45 based on the rice's organoleptic test results (color, aroma, taste, and texture). Inpari 32, Inpari 45, and Inpari Nutrizinc rice had greater brightness. Inpari 45 is yellowish, and Pamelen is quite red. Pamelen and Inpari Nutrizinc are the same. The high adoption rate of 8766 % and the rapid diffusion of applied technology to nearby villages and other regions indicate that the community has a very positive attitude toward technology.

The characterization and introduction of agroecology is separated into several zones based on the physical conditions of the environment. This study aimed to obtain land suitability for paddy, corn, and soybean-based information and potential of the local resource, which is a digital map of agroecological zones (AEZs) and crop requirements in Jombang district. The strategy is that land suitability zones for rice, corn, and soybeans can be extrapolated to other areas that have the similar agroecology zones in the Jombang region or other regions in Indonesia. This research includes the following 3 series of activities: (1) data gathering and administration, (2) field activities, and (3) data processing. Information on climate characteristics, plant growth, and needs were obtained from field studies and literature studies and then the information was overlaid using a land use expert system with the ALES (automated land evaluation system) program to determine the ZAE class. AbstractThe literature on the role of Internet use on subjective well-being has grown over the years. However, evidence on how Internet use affects farmers’ subjective well-being (happiness and life satisfaction) remains scarce. This research fills the gap by analyzing the effects of Internet use on farmers’ subjective well-being. This study provides two essential contributions. First, we provide novel empirical evidence on the association between Internet use and farmers’ subjective well-being. Second, we employ national representative data from Indonesia, consisting of 7221 urban and rural farmers. A two-stage residual inclusion (2SRI) strategy was used to tackle the endogeneity problems in the decisions to use the Internet. The finding indicates that Internet use positively and significantly affects farmers’ happiness and life satisfaction. The disaggregate analysis also reveals that Internet use positively and significantly affects happiness at income quintiles 1 and 3. However, the effect of Internet use on life satisfaction was only significant at the lowest income (farmers’ income quintile 1). Our study suggests developing Internet use in agricultural sectors to boost farmers’ subjective well-being.

Hutan Pelawan yang berlokasi di Desa Namang, Kabupaten Bangka Tengah, Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung memiliki potensi yang sangat besar sebagai hutan kehayati yang juga dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sebagai sarana wisata edukasi dan sebagainya. Salah satu andalan dan daya Tarik hutan ini adalah wisata menghisap madu secara langsung dari sarang lebah. Sayangnya, lokasi dan fasilitas yang ada sebelumnya sangat tidak kondusif. Selain itu, produk madu yang dimiliki hanya memiliki varian madu botol ukuran 300 ml yang pemasarannya masih belum maksimal. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, tim pelaksana melakukan perancangan dan pembuatan zona hisap madu untuk meningkatkan daya Tarik pengunjung. Selain itu, tim pelaksana juga membuat rancangan dan prototype madu sachet Pelawan sebagai upaya diversifikasi produk dan memperluas target pasar madu Pelawan.

Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of creativity and social capital on the sustainability of Sulam Tapis business in Labuhan Maringgai District, East Lampung. Design/methodology/approach: Using research method Multiple Regression Linear, there are a total of 28 micro-entrepreneurs in the field of tapis embroidery in Labuhan Maringgai District, East Lampung for sampling study. Research limitations/implications: This study uses a few samples of SMEs due to the limitations of SMEs in the East Lampung area. However, this result has improved the efforts in promoting local wisdom with SMEs Sulam Tapis Lampung. Practical implications: Based on multiple regression analysis, the result of the level of relationship between creativity (X1) and social capital (X2) with business sustainability (Y) is strong enough. Main finding reveals that creativity and social capital have significant effect business sustainability at Labuhan Maringgai District, East Lampung. This community service aims to provide adequate understanding and skills for Social Science (IPS) teachers in junior high schools (SMP) in the city of Kediri related to the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum (CMB) and the output of this activity is in the form of Differentiated Teaching Modules for IPS subjects in SMP. The community service method is in the form of a workshop including test activities (pre-test and post-test, CMB literacy tutorials and assignments (performance). The data analysis technique uses a paired sample test with the help of the SPSS V.23 application. The community service results show that 1) this service activity is effective because it has been able to improve the pedagogical competence of IPS teachers of SMP in the City of Kediri, 2) there are significant differences in the pedagogical competence of IPS teachers of SMP in the City of Kediri between before and after participating in the community service activities of CMB implementation workshops, and 3) resulted differentiated teaching modules of IPS subjects in SMP.

Pre-ekstraksi alginat dari alga coklat dengan pelarut asam membutuhkan reaktan dan air dalam jumlah banyak, serta menghasilkan mengeluarkan banyak limbah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan pelarut asam dengan melakukan penggunaan pelarut secara berulang dan mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap mutu alginat, reduksi kebutuhan air dan reaktan, serta reduksi limbah pelarut. Penggunaan kembali pelarut asam pada proses pre-ekstraksi dilakukan dengan variasi penggunaan pelarut ke 0, 1, 2, 3, dan 4. Rancangan acak lengkap dengan tiga kali ulangan digunakan untuk menentukan pengaruh penggunaan pelarut berulang terhadap mutu alginat. Parameter yang diamati meliputi rendemen, viskositas, berat molekul alginat, kebutuhan air dan HCl, serta limbah pelarut asam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pelarut berulang dapat menghasilkan alginat dengan rerata rendemen 26,7%. Penggunaan pelarut berulang ke 0-2 dapat menghasilkan alginat kualitas sedang dengan viskositas 270,9-360,0 mPa.s dan berat molekul alginat 122,04-175,44 kDa. Pre-ekstraksi makrolaga dengan pelarut berulang ke 0-2 dapat menurunkan kebutuhan air 22,2%, HCl 66,7%, dan limbah pelarut menurun 66,7%. Pre-ekstraksi makroalga dengan pelarut berulang mempunyai potensi efisiensi dan perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut pada skala yang lebih besar. Abstract Pre-extraction of alginate from brown algae with acidic solvents requires a lot of reactants and water that produce a lot of solvent wastes. This study aimed to optimize the use of acidic solvents by using solvents repeatedly and to determine the effect on alginate quality, water consumption and reactant, and acid solvent waste. Repeated use of solvents on pre-extraction stage was carried out with variations of 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 times. A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three replications was used to determine the effect of repeated use of solvents on the alginate quality. Parameters observed were yield, viscosity, molecular weight of alginate, water consumption, HCl requirement, and the amount of acid solvents waste. The result showed that the repeated use of solvents in the pre-extraction stage produced alginate with an average yield of 26.7%. Repeated use of solvents of 0 to 2 times produced medium quality of alginate with a viscosity of 270.9-360.0 mPa.s and alginate molecular weight of 122,04-175,44 kDa. Pre-extraction of macroalgae by repeated use of solvents can reduce water consumption 22,2%, HCl 66,7%, and waste solvents 66,7%. Pre-extraction of macroalgae by repeated use of acid solvents was potential for efficiency, and further research is needed for a larger scale extraction process.

This study explores the factors influencing the innovation process and examines regional innovation management in regency and city level organizations in Indonesia. Using secondary data from financial and innovation sources, the research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach. The sample is made up of 383 regencies and 95 cities in Indonesia. The POEMS framework, which assesses five elements, is used in the analysis: Person, Object, Environment, Message/Media, and Service. The findings highlight the importance of various dimensions, including leadership, vision, and mission; income levels and regional capital spending; transparent governance and accountability mechanisms; regulatory environment; and efficient service delivery. By contextualizing the findings within the existing literature, the study adds to the body of knowledge on regional innovation management. However, limitations include relying on secondary data and focusing on specific organizational levels in Indonesia. Future research should consider primary data collection and broader samples. In designing effective strategies and policies to promote regional innovation, the findings of the study provide insights for policy makers, practitioners, and researchers.

Manusia melakukan banyak aktivitas dalam kehidupannya, dalam aktivitas itu manusia dapat menghasilkan sampah. Sampah selalu timbul menjadi persoalan rumit dalam masyarakat yang kurang memiliki kepekaan terhadap lingkungan. Maka dari itu diperlukan tempat sampah yang dapat lebih efektif memilah sampah secara otomatis, sehingga dibutuhkannya sebuah inovasi berupa pemilah sampah otomatis berdasarkan jenisnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancang bangun tempat sampah otomatis yang menggunakan Arduino Atmega 2560 sebagai pusat pengolahan data, Sensor touch dan sensor induktif sebagai pendeteksi sampah organik, non organic dan logam, motor servo sebagai pemilah dan pembuka tutup kotak sampah. Nodemcmu ESP8266 sebagai penghubung ke jaringan internet. Ultrasonic sebagai pendeteksi adanya benda atau kapasitas tempat sampah lalu LCD 16x2 digunakan untuk memberikan keterangan. Hasil pengujian alat pemilah sampah ini didapatkan keberhasilan 75%. Dan dapat mengirimkan notifikasi Ketika sampah penuh . Global food consumption tends to rise more quickly than supply. This has to do with important global issues like population growth. Additionally, global conflicts are going to hinder the distribution of food. Indonesia has an enormous opportunity of anticipating these circumstances considering its promise as one of the largest supplies of food worldwide. Rice is still the staple food in Indonesia, but the dynamics of society are under threat from wheat food. It is possible to create strategy plans to deal with potential food scarcity by understanding the behavior of food demand trends for big carbohydrate sources like corn, cassava, sweet potatoes (as a substitution), and the development of wheat as a beneficial food. The results of the study indicate that rice, corn, cassava, and sweet potatoes—food commodities that are major sources of carbohydrates—are inelastic, which means that their prices are not affected by variations in demand. The community still relies on rice as the primary food source. Cross elasticity >0 in these non-wheat food commodities indicates mutually beneficial replacement among the foods that are sources of carbohydrates. That is, with the dynamics of an increase in income, for example, it will also increase consumption. The results of the study also demonstrate that wheat food items are only a complementary, not a staple food needed, thus concerns about wheat's dominance as a food component in industrial products actually have no impact on local food. The availability of high-yielding varieties of rice, corn, cassava, and sweet potatoes, the implementation of food reserves by the Indonesian National Logistics Agency (Bulog) from the government center to the regions, food diversification, changing preferences, and creating an awareness of local food pride with massive education are some of the anticipatory steps taken in response to the global food crisis.

Introduction: Stunting and other health issues affecting children under five result from unhealthy environments. Environmental sanitation by providing sanitary latrines and clean water supplies cannot be divorced from its influence. A review of the literature was conducted to assess how healthy latrines and clean water sources can improve stunting in children under the age of five. Methods: Four databases (Scopus, ProQuest, Science Direct, and Google Scholar) with high and medium-quality standards were used to find the articles for this literature study. The study’s quality was judged using Joanna B Institute’s criteria. The research is included in the inclusion criteria if it has a critical assessment score of at least 50%. PICOS used as the review’s organizing structure. Results: The availability of clean water sources and sanitary latrines significantly impacts stunting. Access to subpar latrines increases the risk of stunting in children under five. Stunting in children under five is influenced considerably by the availability of safe water sources. Latar belakang : Skoliosis merupakan keadaan tulang belakang mengalami abnormalitas kelengkungan kurva ke sisi lateral pada bidang frontal dan dengan atau pun tidak disertai rotasi tulang belakang pada bidang sagital dan axial. Intervensi yang diberikan pada kasus ini yaitu klapp method yang berprinsip untuk mengulur asimetris postur dan penguatan otot pada kasus skoliosisdengan tujuanmenimbulkan penurunan derajat kurva skoliosis idiopatik tipe c lumbal . Metode penelitian : ini adalah eksperimental, desain penelitian menggunakan one group pre and post test with control design dengan melibatkan subjek sebanyak 24 adolescent. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan blind randomized control trial menjadi 2 kelompok yakni kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol dengan kelompok perlakuan sebanyak 12 subjek penelitian diberi perlakuan berupa klapp method dan kelompok kontrol tidak aktif sebanyak 12 subjek.Pemeriksaanbentuk kurva skoliosis menggunakan plumb line dan pengukuran derajat kurva skoliosis dilakukan menggunakan skoliometer. Hasil : Setelah dilakukan intervensi selama 5 minggu dengan frekuensi 3 kali seminggu, didapatkan adanya penurunan derajat kurva skoliosis pada adolescent yang yang signifikan. Simpulan : Klapp method yang diprogramkan kepada pasien mampu menurunkan derajat kurva skoliosis pada adolescent dengan skoliosis idiopatik tipe C lumbal.

Corn is a promising commodity economically for cultivation. Apart from not requiring a long harvest time, sweet corn has a high selling value, without a long post-harvest process. The location of research was conducted in rice fields in Tawangargo Village, Karangploso District, Malang Regency. Altitude ± 749 m above sea level. The implementation was carried out from December 2019 to July 2020. The research design was carried out using a Complete Randomized Block Design, with 2 factors. Factor 1, is the recommended fertilizer dosage of 3 doses (0, ½, and 1 dose), and the second factor is the dose of liquids fertilizer organic (0, 4, 8, and 12 g / l) with 4 repetitions, with intervals of 7-10 once a day. Giving 4 ml / l dose of inorganic fertilizer at an interval of once a week, together with 1 recommended dosage of Makro fertilizer affects the growth and yield of sweet corn plants. The highest production per ha in this treatment was 13,339 kg. The highest RAE value is 325.6% in the recommended 1 dose of NPK treatment plus 4 g / l of "liquids fertilizer organic". The economic approach is by calculating the R/C ratio, the treatment with the highest RAE is the R/C ratio of 8.59 with a net income of Rp. 176,785,041, -

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed all aspects of life and order. It has made the Old Town of Semarang experience a decrease in the number of visitors. When the economy is starting and recovering, the pandemic sensitivity space is exercised through strict health protocol. This paper uses direct observation to examine the pandemic responsive space for local economic activities in the Old Town of Semarang. The following procedures were adopted for this study: 1) Defining the potential economic activity space in the Old Town of Semarang; 2)Recognising the presence of pandemic responsive space in location; 3) Analysing the responsive space in relation to pandemic context, and 4) Proposing space pattern that responsive to pandemic context. Thestudy’s results are the Old Town of Semaranghas three typologies of economic activity spaces, including cafes, restaurants, and street vendors. The economic activity in the form of cafes and restaurants has organised a responsive space to implement the established health protocols. In contrast, street vendors create unresponsive space for economic activity. This is because the street vendors have not been able to provide adequate supporting facilities for health protocols. Therefore, the local government and economic actors need to speed up the process for determining more pandemic responsive urban space that will allow economic activities to be carried out with properhealth protocols.

In the modern era, machinery designed to assist people should satisfy the requirements of all users, including people with disabilities. This study aims to design an ergonomic vehicle that is comfortable and safe for people with mobility needs (wheelchair-bound passengers) or visual impairment. First, we conducted a literature survey on the definitions of terms such as disability, ergonomic design, house of quality (HOQ), and safe transportation. Next, we gathered anthropometric data of people with mobility needs or visual impairment, and their requirements for safe and comfortable transportation. We used HOQ to capture the voice of consumers and design a suitable technical response to their needs, and utilized computer-aided design (CAD) to convert all the designs into 3-D prototype vehicle models. Based on the needs of people with disabilities and on the results of anthropometric calculations, the vehicle should include a lift wheelchair (15.7%), four folding passenger seats (15%), a handrail dimension (11.4%), and a handle pole (10.4%) for people with visual impairment. This ergonomic vehicle design will result in increased overall user satisfaction.

CPTED studies has been popular since 1960-1970s, however studies in Indonesian city context showed limited references. This paper identified the need of CPTED study followed a massive MRT network development in Jakarta City, as the need for re-design and city beautification to fit with the vibrant TOD urban lifestyle may create moments as well to promote CPTED implementation. The perception survey was developed to understand the perceived crime risk level among the MRT users of Bundaran HI Station. The survey conducted in two scopes of context, i.e. the TOD precinct, an area of 800 radius from the station, and inside the station itself. Finding from the TOD context showed that the maintenance and information have been the most significant but often mostly ignored. These two component may lead to under-rated other CPTED components, weaken the territorial reinforcement and natural surveillance. Out of 56 parameters, 26 parameters or almost halve have rated below 3, alarmed for a more comprehensive design and intervention at the TOD neighbourhood level that emphasizes on the implementation of CPTED principles. Finding from the Bundarin HI station context showed that under the Likert scale 1 (the lowest risk) to 5 (the highest risk), most of the CPTED rated from 4 – 5. There were a variation in the perceived security among different respondents based on gender, time pattern, location pattern, and mode chosen for station access. However, these rating differences were not significant according to the ANOVA and the t-test statistics. The chi-square test found no association between the perceived securities with the type of mode uses for station access. These preliminary findings suggested that the Bundaran HI TOD station is secured from crime risk according to perception of MRT users; therefore little variation in the rating of perceived security gave little information to draw any association with other important variables such as the mode choice for station access. However, taken the measures on wider context at the TOD precinct, the rating of CPTED consistently lower in all components, suggested the urban design and land use zoning-and transportation intervention that consider CPTED principles to be emphasizing at wider area to support the security of the station.

This study conducted a test to see the influence of data quality analytics, business ethics, and cyber risk management on operational performance and its implication on corporate sustainability of Fintech P2P Lending companies registered and licensed in Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK). This study used descriptive analysis and statistical method Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-Lisrel. The data was collected by using questionnaires given to 104 managers from 91 Fintech P2P Lending companies registered and licensed at OJK until the end of December 2021. The results show that data quality analytics and cyber risk management had a positive and significant influence on operational performance. The results also show that analytical data quality, business ethics and cyber risk management had a positive and significant influence on operational performance. The findings of this study added to the limitations of the research literature on the elaboration of variables that determine performance and business sustainability in Fintech P2P lending.

The problem of unemployment that cannot be completely resolved is a separate burden for the government. Many things have been done by the government to reduce unemployment in Indonesia, for example with training, but the need to instill an entrepreneurial attitude since school is also an important factor. By instilling an attitude of wanting to become young entrepreneurs it is hoped that after they finish their education they will be able to open their own business and not just expect jobs from other people. Someone who has an interest in entrepreneurship usually tends to look for other factors that can support it, these factors include family, friends, experience, economic conditions, employment conditions, and available resources. The results of this study 1) experience of learning entrepreneurship has a significant positive effect on interest in becoming a young entrepreneur 2) self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on interest in becoming a young entrepreneur 3) social media has a significant positive effect on interest in becoming a young entrepreneur 4) family environment has a significant effect has a positive effect on the interest in becoming a young entrepreneur 5) simultaneously the experience of learning entrepreneurship, self-efficacy, social media and the family environment has a significant effect on the interest in becoming a young entrepreneur.

Biotechnology-based enzymes are challenging in reducing production costs and presenting environmentally friendly technologies. The study deal with an experimental investigation of the bio-catalyst made of Carica-papaya latex in recycling used fibre pulp in industry. The experiments used a test specimen from 5 g of dry pulp mixed with 150 mL of water and a mixture composition of 3.23%. Other similar experiments applied a bio-catalyst from papaya latex by dipping 6 g of unripe papaya into the water. A heating process of the test material was performed at a temperature of 50 °C to optimise the work of enzymes in the pulping process, and then Carica papaya fruit was removed from the container after 3 min. In addition, the characterisation of test materials in the hand-sheets form was realised in dry conditions. The tests carried out include Scanning electron microscope (SEM), Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) Spectroscopy, acidity (pH), turbidity, whiteness, and freeness. The results indicated that the addition of bio-activator in water produces bio-ions (positive and negative), which play a vital role in eroding pulp functional groups, influencing the construction of stalagmite micro valleys, and changing the surface morphology of pulp. The release of Bromide, Iodide, Chloride and Fluoride functional groups causes brightening effects and increases the degree of whiteness, impacting the pre-whitening process. Meanwhile, changes in the stalagmite micro valley and the surface morphology of the pulp cause a bulky effect and ultimately reduce the degree of freeness.

Indonesia has the potential for large amounts of renewable energy sources, one of which is palm-based biodiesel. The mandatory biodiesel policy program was implemented in 2008 with biodiesel content of 2.5% and gradually until 2019 with a biodiesel content of 30% (B30). The mandatory biodiesel policy is closely related to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the concept of maintaining the balance of Trilemma Energy. The current energy management and utilization policies in Indonesia continue to increase in line with modern life consumption patterns that require a more environmentally friendly energy variable for energy absorption in Indonesia, especially renewable energy. The purpose of this research is to synchronize biodiesel policy with an integrated performance measurement model for palm-based renewable energy. This study uses several strategic frameworks by combining a quantitative approach through the BSC. Based on the results of the SEM PLS validation on 20 BSC perspective variables, it was found that two invalid variables, namely the variable efficiency port service cost, and value-added creation, had a P-value > 0.05.

This study uses several strategic frameworks by combining a quantitative approach through the perspective of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and measuring the technology coefficient using the Technology Contribution Coefficient (TCC), as well as a qualitative approach with the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and the design of the Omnibus Law. Data were collected through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Expert Opinion (EO) which were validated by Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using a sample of 40 respondents from related agencies. The results showed that based on the SEM-PLS validation of 20 BSC perspective variables, two invalid variables were obtained, namely the variable efficiency port service cost and value-added creation which had a P value> 0.05. Meanwhile, Indonesia's TCC score is quite high, namely 0.787, which means that Indonesia is quite aggressive in developing biodiesel and its policies. Based on the results of the FGD expert, it was obtained that the BMC initiates the helicopters to view current biodiesel developments. And 10 regulations have been drafted into a proposed draft Omnibus Law through an action plan.

The crash box is a passive safety system placed between the bumper and the mainframe of the car that functions as an energy absorber to reduce the impact of driving accidents. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal level of factors and analyze the factors that provide the most significant effect on energy absorption in a multi-cell hexagonal crash box. Identification of parameters that affect the crash box in energy absorption, namely: the position of placement hole (P), the distance of position hole (L), the thickness of crash box (t), and the hole diameter (D). The modeling method has used the design of the crash box by utilizing a computer simulation with software ANSYS 17.0. This research uses aluminum material type AA 6061-T4 and impactor material uses structural steel. Modeling loading using the frontal crash test method. In this modeling, the impactor with a speed of 7.67 m/s with a deformation length of 100 mm. This research uses the experimental design of the Taguchi method with the L27 orthogonal array. The optimization result were obtained optimum design parameter multi-cell hexagonal crash box with parameter settings P = inner wall; L = 112.5 mm; t = 2 mm, and D = 6.6 mm. Based on the calculated F value ≥ F Table, the factors P, t, and D affect the ability to absorb energy. Thickness crash box (t) has the highest contribution of 98.10% in increasing the value of energy absorption.

This research was based on the background that in 2019 the contribution of the creative economy to the national GDP (Gross Domestic Product) was 5.10 percent or Rp. 95 trillion, employment was 19.01 million individual and export value was 22.07 Billion USD. In the City of Kediri, the contribution of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) includes the creative economy viewed from GDP (Gross Domestic Product) with the tobacco industry growing at 5.14 percent, without the tobacco industry at 7.02 percent. MSMEs also had a positive impact on reducing the number of open unemployed. In 2014, the unemployment rate in City of Kediri by 8 percent and now (2019) to 3.63 percent. The decline in the open unemployment rate also has an impact on reducing the poverty rate to 7.68 percent. The purpose of this study were to describe: 1) What was the contribution of the creative economy in the economic development of the City of Kediri (GDP - Gross Regional Domestic Product, economic growth, employment and poverty reduction)?, 2) What was the strategy for developing creative economy in the economic development of the City of Kediri?. Study showed: 1. Contribution of creative economy to the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Kediri City: a. Crafts or handicrafts (textile and apparel industry), b. Crafts (leather, leather goods, footwear), c. Crafts (furniture industry), d. Culinary (providing food and drink) e. Visual communication design; movies, animations, videos; publishing; music; Radio and Television f. Performing arts (entertainment and recreation and others), g. Kediri City Economic Growth. The value of Kediri's GRDP in 2019 based on 2010 was in constant prices, reached 90.01 trillion rupiah. This increase was up from 85.34 trillion rupiah in 2018. This showed that during 2019 there was economic growth of 5.47 percent, faster than the previous year's economic growth which reached 5.43 percent. h. employment during the last five years 2014-2019 (in 2019 there were 139,645 workers) the types of employment that employed the most labor were trade, restaurant and accommodation services, around 34.57-42.78 percent (meaning that culinary was included in the category of high labor absorption) and industrial jobs were around 11.59-17.78 percent (including the textile industry). i. Poverty. employment results in the amount of poverty in the city of Kediri experienced a decline where in 2016, it was 23,640 people, in 2017, there was a slight increase to 24,070 people and in 2018, it decreased to 21,900 people. In 2019, the number decreased again to 20,540 people. 2. Creative economic development strategies (plans and actions) are carried out by the quadruple helix (government, industry-private, universities and civil society-communities).

The increasing amount of plastic wastes has become a threat to the sustainability of all ecosystem in this Earth. This paper aims to provide an alternative utilization of plastic wastes as the raw material in the manufacturing process of woven bag products with a quality control in its tenacity. The initial phase of this research is a literature review on the concept of green manufacturing, woven bag quality, compositions of plastic wastes and woven bag manufacturing proses. Furthermore, it is followed by a data measurement in a form of tenacity test using a thread test gauge (tenacity). There are two types of the condition in the manufacturing process of woven bag production compared by increasing the temperature as much as 10°C in all the extraction machines. The measurement result shows that the average tensile strength in the production process of the woven bag made from the wastes of mineral water plastic cups with 10% composition and extraction temperature for the first condition is 3.38 g per 1 denier and the second condition is 4.76 g per 1 denier. The result of second condition manufacturing (increasing the extraction temperature by 10°C) after comparing it with the quality required by Standard National Indonesia (SNI) as much as 4 to 6 g per 1 denier is considered good quality. Therefore, through the concept of green manufacturing, the utilization of plastic wastes might provide a substitution to the part of plastic core raw material in the woven bag production. This research is designed to be the beginning of innovation to acquire raw materials for the woven bag, furthermore, the optimization toward the machine setting and innovation on plastic wastes raw materials become the foundation in increasing the tenacity.

Comfort of the train passengers is the main priority of modern mass rapid transit (MRT) management. Objective of this paper is to investigate the thermal comfort of the elevated MRT station in tropical climate. The first step of this study was to conduct literature review on human thermal comfort, environment ergonomics, computational fluid dynamic (CFD), computational aeroacoustics (CAA), and predicted mean vote (PMV). Air quality in elevated MRT station was measured based on several parameters: relative humidity, wind speed, temperature, and wind direction. A 3D model of MRT designed was used to describe existing condition prior to simulations with CFD and CAA softwares. Predicted mean vote is arranged based on the value of metabolism, wind speed, ambient temperature, mean radiant temperature, amount of insulation from clothing, and relative humidity. Whereas predicted percentage of dissatisfi ed (PPD) can be derived from PMV calculations. The analysis shows that the average PMV of existing condition for elevated outdoor MRT station is 3.6 (extremely hot) with PPD is 100% (all passengers felt discomfort). Some recommendations to reduce heat stress were addressed such as: adding plant, changing materials of the MRT station, and change the design of the elevated MRT station. Modifying open elevated MRT station into indoor elevated MRT station with installing six units of AC (2pk, ±23°C) can improve air quality and maintain the thermal comfort scale of PMV to be –0.04 (comfort) with PPD of < 8%. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the most suitable design for elevated MRT station in tropical climate (hot and humid) is indoor MRT station with pay attention to both direct and indirect heat exposure that hit the station.

The study was aimed at obtaining a vermicelli formulation on a mixture of corn and rice flour, adding carrageenan and its economic analysis. The experiment applied a 2-factorial randomized block design, where factor 1 was a mixture of corn and rice flour (5 levels) and factor 2 was carrageenan concentration (5 levels), repeated three times. The data were analyzed using ANOVA provided in SPSS. When there were significant differences, the analysis proceeded with DMRT at a level of 5% to see differences among treatments. The results show that the higher the corn flour and carrageenan concentration, the higher the vermicelli’s ash and fat content. The formulation produces wet vermicelli with a good appearance. The production of vermicelli uses an extruder method. The selected vermicelli formulation was a mixture of 25% corn flour with 75% rice flour and the addition of 0.6% carrageenan. The characteristics of the wet vermicelli are moisture content of 42.84%, ash content of 0.21% on a wet basis (wb), and fat content of 0.43% wb. The organoleptic test of vermicelli was color 3.9 (liked), aroma 3.6 (liked), texture 2.6 (quite soft), taste 3.7 (liked), and general appearance 3.5 (liked). Economically, making vermicelli made of corn and rice flour is profitable because the R/C ratio value is greater than one, which is 2.27. The resulting wet vermicelli resembles wet noodles, large in size and yellow in color, so it can be recommended as gluten-free noodles, suitable for consumption by people with gluten allergies.

Chinatown, often called Chinezen Wijk, is one of the centers of the city's economic activity. This area is developing very fast, plus the characteristics of worship activities and cultural celebrations that use public space in the form of roads, so that the area becomes crowded. Based on these problems, this study aimed to map the celebration of Chinese ethnic culture in the public space of the Semarang Chinatown. The research method is quantitative descriptive with GIS to map cultural celebration activities in the public space. The analysis results show that cultural celebration activities in the public space are influenced by the duration of the event, location selection, smooth traffic, parking conditions, and road conditions. The results of this study are expected to contribute to better spatial planning policy.

Abstract: The old town of Semarang is one of the most historical places in Semarang city, Indonesia, and in the 19th century, it was considered as a major business center. Currently, intending to revitalize this old town as the center for economy, the government has made it a central socio-cultural economic area for tourism development. This study aims to identify the potential economic spots in this old town to support its sustainability. The methodology used was cultural mapping with the geographic information system (ArcGIS) and direct observation in the old town. The results show that the core economic area is located on the main road. Meanwhile, the secondary economic area is situated behind the main roads. Both are selected because the original characteristic buildings which attract visitors. Therefore, adaptive reuse in an iconic building is one of the keys to economic sustainability in this old town.

This paper reveals Gus Dur's ijtihād paradigm of contemporary fiqh in Indonesia in answering the problems of life. This study is a type of library research by tracing Gus Dur's works, Gus Dur's thought studies and other related scientific studies. This research uses the approach of Milton K. Munitz's thinking and the frame of mind ‘Abd al-Majīd al-Najjār. This research found that the conservative ijtihād paradigm has led to conservative fiqh which is unable to establish dialectics between fiqh norms and socio-cultural and humanitarian values, which can even lead to radical Islamic movements and acts of terrorism. Therefore, Gus Dur's contemporary jurisprudential ijtihād paradigm is needed to build this dialectic. Theoretically, the Gus Dur ijtihād paradigm has characteristics promoting different socio-cultural and humanitarian values from Islamic reformers. In practical terms, the Gus Dur ijtihād paradigm has made Indonesian socio-cultural values a consideration in understanding and applying contemporary fiqh without changing existing fiqh norms. Gus Dur's contemporary fiqh has also become the basis for maintaining the Pancasila ideology, the 1945 Constitution, the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia and Unity in Diversity.

Bureau of Labor Statistics in Indonesia notes that musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) is the main category of injury causes in workplaces leading to 30% compensation costs. The purpose of this paper was to know the risk of work position of wire harness companies using workplace ergonomic risk assessment (WERA) for basic workstation improvements. The first step of this research was studying the literature of MSD, work posture, work position, and WERA. It subsequently proceeded with the identification and assessment process using WERA on each type of wiring harness activity. From the research results, it was obtained three jobs indicated causing muscle injury and soreness namely torque job, grommet job, and offline job. Moreover, the problem was supported by complaints from most workers known by using a discomfort survey. Based on the problem, this research was conducted to find out the action levels with WERA method and give improvement recommendation to overcome the problem of musculoskeletal disorders. The results of WERA showed that torque, grommet, and offl ine jobs needed further investigation and improvement with the scores of 31.23, 28.87, and 30.9. Recommendations were then given in the form of personal protective equipment (PPE) to reduce the risk factor scores on contract stress, to provide a new workstation design of torque job, and to add aids for solving other pain problems.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of earnings management on financial performance. The company's reported profit is not clear because complex interactions include three factors, namely managerial motivation, accounting standards, and the application of accounting standards. Managers have the desire to manage company earnings reports using accrual policies that are permitted by accounting standards with the aim of covering company performance. Accrual accounting aims to help users of corporate financial statements in assessing economic performance during a period through the use of accounting principles, such as the use of accounting for recognition of income and expenses. The unit of analysis in this study is industrial companies in Papua-Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that earnings management has a significant effect on financial performance. Kalang is a Javanese sub-ethnic within the Kalang tradition, which is an acculturation of ancient Javanese culture with Hindu culture coming from India. In everyday life, the Kalang women as a mother have a central role in the household activity of being responsible to the husband and children’s well-being. This cultural acculturation still exists in the lives of the Kalang people in Kendal, Central Java, Indonesia. In tradition, Kalang women have power in her position as a housewife, not in using her physical strenght, but to demonstrate the ability to think, manage time and control emotions in carrying out the three household activities of 1) domestic, 2) tradition, and 3) social activity. In today's modern era, gender equality becomes the central talk of how the Kalang society places women within a family that is judged not through the material she obtains, but by her responsibilities.. Through a deductive paradigm with ethnographic techniques, the research finds how powerful a mother is in managing the family. because she succeeded in showing her role as head of the family, thus perfecting the role of men also as breadwinner, and in making her family life stable by continuously upholding the Kalang tradition.

One of the factors triggering a lack of financial reporting caused by dishonest application of records, it has not been effectively transparent and accountable by various government agencies in Indonesia. This study aims to find out how the application of the accrual basis in accounting records in the government and its effect on good governance. This study uses a method of verifying causality to determine the influence between variables. The population in this study were 44 regency and city governments in the provinces of Papua and West Papua. Whereas the Observation Unit is DPPKAD in 44 Provinces/Cities/Districts in the regions of Papua and West Papua. The sampling technique uses a census so that all members of the population become the study sample. This paper focuses on the literature exploration of perspectives of strategic planning in terms of whether it shapes or emerges from organisations. The paper argues that to make judgment on an organisational performance as a result of planned strategies or emergent ones is not easy. Essentially, strategic planning aims to direct the performance of an organisation in order to attain its desired and planned goals. However, the organisation environment often changes rapidly, and hence it cannot be predicted and controlled. Such a circumstance potentially provides a particular impact on the organisation performance. In this situation, the strategic planning is inevitably shaped by the emergent strategy, which means that the realised strategy is the logical consequence of interactions between planned strategies and emergent ones. It has been suggested that a good strategic planning is to be flexible and open to a process of strategic learning, by which creativity and personnel’s commitment could be enhanced.

There are 14 small businessman that have many worker among their family.Many years ago the small businessman used LPG (Liquid Petrolium Gas) or woods as source of fire energy to run their working. So that there some negative effect like dangerous of blowing LPG or the emptiness of wood supply. Also they used manual tools to process the wet cake that make unefficently bussiness.The small businessman have many cows and garden that can be used to make biogas installation with use cows manure.Through this campus activity, the businessman at last have biogas installation as fire alternative energy and mechanical tools (mixer cake ) to process their working.Output of the program are, tne small businessman have ability to efficiently and faster the production process

The purpose of this paper is to produce an economical water spray driven by cow dung biogas. It is able to remove heat stress from a dairy cow. The initial step for equipment installation is a survey and literature study on the most appropriate water spray points on dairy cow and generation of biogas-fueled electric energy. To produce an economical spray, experiments were performed to determine the change in cow body temperature after sprayed with water for 10 seconds. The maximum output was obtained in 10 seconds spray with 6 minutes interval each with total electrical power required is 0.29 kWh or equal to 0.23m3 biogas.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi yang mampu mendeteksi tingkat kesamaan dokumen teks dengan terlebih dahulu membandingkan tingkat kehandalan dari dua algoritma pendeteksi kesamaan teks yaitu algoritma rabin-karp dan algoritma winnowing. Perbandingan dilakukan terhadap dua variabel yaitu tingkat kemampuan mendeteksi dan waktu pemrosesan. Hasil menunjukkan bawah algoritma winnowing lebih unggul dibandingkan algoritma rabin-karp dari sisi tingkat akurasi maupun dari sisi waktu pemrosesan. Abstract The behavior of copy pastes the text document often occurs in scientific writing without giving credit to those who have the text document. The behavior of this missing code of conduct due to the availability of facility to copy and paste the text in a word processing application. The purpose of this study is to build an application that can detect the index of similarity of text documents by first comparing the level of reliability of the two text similarity algorithms, i.e., Rabin-Karp and Winnowing. The comparison is measured based on two variables; the level of capability of detecting and processing time. Abstract one of the national manufacturing industry company engaged in the manufacture of military products with the resulting product is plastic box 260. To minimize the waste that occurs lean manufacturing approach is assisted by one of the tools in the concept of lean value stream mapping (VSM) aims to describe the overall Information from the flow of raw materials to finished products. Waste identification begins with the waste relationship matrix (WRM) and waste assessment questionnaire (WAQ) to determine the percentage of waste with the 3rd largest rank. Further analysis is done by analytical hierarchy process (AHP) aims to know the criteria of weighting from waste that has the highest ranking. The recommendation of improvement based on the analysis of waste with the 3 largest (unccessary inventory, overproduction, motion) and takt time calculation is to apply 5S, to apply forecasting, to add a working facility in the form of cooling room, to do maintenance activities such as preventive maintenance, addition of tools and machine, Setting laser machine, and layout design of production floor layout.

This study investigates the eco-innovation variable which has the significant effecton creative industries center’s performance of marble and natural stone craft sector in Tulungagung, Indonesia. The object of the study is the creative industries center with the non-renewable raw material. Mostly, the companies are in form of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) which is ‘passive eco-innovator’ and their eco-innovation variables have not been investigated before in terms of their influenceon their performance. The respondents were 81 craftsmen taken from the population. The data were collected through questionnaires which were tested, processed and analyzed by using Consistent Partial Least Square (PLSc). The eco-innovation variables which significantly effecton innovative performance are eco-organizational innovation and eco-product innovation. Eco-process innovation and eco-marketing innovation don’t directly affecton innovative performance, but its significant effecton eco-product innovation may influence innovative performance. Improving innovative performance will impact on financial performance through improvement of production performance, but market performance does not significantly affect financial performance. The findings of this study could be a reference for creative industries center’s of marble and natural stone craft sector to prioritize which type of eco-innovation should be improved so that its impact on performance is more significant

This paper aims to convey the fact that the use of motorcycles can have an impact on the urbanization process of rural communities. the study was conducted in Kudus by taking three villages namely Wonosoco, Padurenan, and Rahtawu. the data was processed using the average nierest neighborhood technique and hot spot analysis using GIS. The results show that motorcycle ownership forms a cusltered pattern with high intersection in all villages. These results show that motorcycles are the main drivers in rural economies. These findings reinforce the theory that motorcycles have a positive impact on rural growth, especially in developing countries.

Lean manufacturing is about eliminating waste including the seven traditional, this writing suggested an observation on no value added of seven wastes influencing the process of fresh water production. The relationship value among waste was statistically verified to create an approach for continuous improvement action. Thus, the main goal of this research is to develop a methodology of relationship among wastes and eliminate them. In relationship among wastes, it could be known that the high value indicating how often it happened in the production process gave direct cause in the system of fresh water treatment. A recommendation to reduce the highest value of waste is by doing improvement on parameter setting to obtain an optimum mixing model between water supply, alum and stroke pump with Taguchi method. The interaction of relationship among these seven types of waste can be portrayed using fishbone diagram and a relationship model among wastes using PLS smart (partial least squares). The final relationship model with the highest value of waste was analyzed using off-line quality control to upgrade the quality of fresh water used as the basis to eliminate waste and find out the optimal parameter of mixing process in accordance with the health standard.

Thermal comfort is one of ergonomics factors that can create a significant impact to workers performance. For a better thermal comfort, several environment factors (air temperature, wind speed and relative humidity) should be considered in this research. The object of the study is a building for converting process of plastics manufacturing industry located in Malang, Indonesia. The maximum air temperature inside the building can reach as high as 36°C. The result of this study shows that heat stress is dominantly caused by heat source from machine and wall building. The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation is used to show the air characteristic through inside the building. By using the CFD simulation, some scenarios of solution are successfully presented. Employees thermal comfort was investigated based on predicted mean vote model (PMV) and predicted percentage of dissatisfied model (PPD). Existing condition gives PMV in range from 1.83 to 2.82 and PPD in range from 68.9 to 98%. Meanwhile, modification of ventilation and replacing ceiling material from clear glass into reflective clear glass gave significant impact to reduce PMV into range from 1.63 to 2.18 and PPD into range from 58.2 to 84.2%. In sort, new design converting building process has more comfortable for workers.

PT. XYZ is one of many paper manufacturing companies in East Java which produces Exercise Book. The company implements corrective engine maintenance system where new components replacement is done when the engine is damaged. This treatment system resulted in frequent engine sudden stopping. With so many breakdown frequencies resulting from the fact that the engine stops abruptly, the broken raw materials increases in number and causes losses for the company. To overcome that problem we need appropriate treatment strategies to minimize the frequency of breakdown. Another aim is to minimize downtime and maintenance costs incurred because of engine maintenance activity. There are 3 maintenance scenarios implemented to solve such problem, i.e. scenario based on the existing condition of the company, scenario of component replacement in accordance with Mean Time to Failure (MTTF) value, and scenario of component replacement when the reliability of the component has reached 70%. From those three scenarios we will manually carry out an interval maintenance planning and Monte Carlo simulation. The result of data processing shows that in order to minimize the number of Exercise Book engine breakdown we can apply the 3rd scenario namely the replacement of component when the reliability of component has reached 70%. To minimize the amount of downtime and maintenance costs appropriately we shall use scenario 2, namely the replacement of component based on the Mean Time To Failure (MTTF) value.

Repetitive tasks carried out by workers of packaging department of mineral water company led to some complaints of pain and fatigue on a particular body part of the workers, especially on their upper body part. This study aims to determine risk level of musculoskeletal disorders with OCRA index and provides optimal break schedule to reduce the risk level. Based on calculations using the OCRA index method, it is found that risk of injury to the workers were medium with high level of risk. Despite small workload of the operators, this may be caused by poor distribution of rest periods and lengthy working time for highly repetitive tasks. Improvement proposed in this study is type of work-compliant break time allocation. Optimal scheduling of which main objective is optimal break time is eventually obtained by applying enumeration algorithm with integer linear programming model. Based on OCRA index after improvement, it is clear that the proposal decreases the risk level of the workers.

ABSTRACT Productivity garment greatly influenced by the work station facilities and presence in the workplace . UD Aliya - Malang is one example as an object of research . Based on the research conducted , there are still some problems . This is also supported by the operator of complaints about the draft working facilities , the work table is often used as a medium to carry out the activity of cutting material (cloth or canvas). Incompatibility between the dimension table with the body dimensions of operators resulted in operators often complain , and perform movements beyond the normal limits . By using anthropometric approach , the results obtained is the size of the table corresponding to the dimensions of the body of the operator , namely the size of the table is 117cm x 69cm x 98,41cm . ABSTRACT Productivity garment greatly influenced by the work station facilities and presence in the workplace. UD Aliya- Malang is one example as an object of research. Based on the results of the initial surveys and interviews conducted by the operator, there are a number of complaints were found among them is the problem of the narrow room, the buildup of working materials at the work station, lighting and air circulation is less to make the operator comfortable in work. Based on the results of measurements, conditions of work station at UD Aliya still less ergonomic, which if left unchecked can lead to many complaints and problems in the future. Improvement of work station using Ergonomic Environment approach, the results can be obtained using the optimal amount of light for each work station, a reduction in noise levels, and improved air circulation using venilator turbine. As well as using ARC analysis, the results obtained are placement work station layout, the result is important juxtapose work station I and IV with the Warehouse.
