The globalization of education and increasingly multicultural nature of the classroom, English teachers must develop intercultural awareness and competence. However, comparative studies that specifically focus on the experiences of foreign English teachers are limited. Thus, the research aims to investigate and compare the similarities and differences of the intercultural awareness and practices of Indonesian and Ghanaian English teachers in the context of English language teaching. As well as the strategies of teaching materials and techniques they employ to promote intercultural understanding among their students. This research used qualitative methods within the framework of a comparative study design and data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The participants were 2 EFL teachers from Ghana and Indonesia. The researcher analyzed it to identify patterns by organizing, coding and summarizing the data into themes. The study's findings indicated the critical importance of integrating intercultural awareness in English teaching, emphasizing the recognition and value of cultural diversity. This motivates teachers to foster an inclusive, tolerant environment using culturally appropriate teaching materials and techniques, ensuring all students feel valued. The Ghanaian teacher in international schools promotes global cultural acceptance or called as intercultural awareness, blending diverse cultures into lessons, while the Indonesian teacher prioritizes local culture or basic cultural awareness in English teaching. However, this research has limitations on the application of integration, teaching materials and techniques in intercultural awareness in English language teaching. So that future research can explore these aspects more broadly and varied.

Chayote is a vegetable that can be processed into various kinds of dishes. If you peel chayote, it will leave a sticky sap on your hands that is not easy to remove even if you wash it repeatedly with soap. Rumah Sayur Cisarua, Bandung Barat markets cut peeled chayote products. Cut peeled chayote quickly experiences a decline in quality, characterized by the color changing to brownish (enzymatic browning). For this reason, research was carried out with the aim of obtaining a minimally process design for cut peeled chayote. The treatment design tested was chemical treatment, by immersion in citric acid solution (0.5; 1.0; 1.5%) and sodium metabisulfite solution (500, 750, 1000 ppm), physical treatment by blanching (10, 20, 30 seconds ), as well as a combination of chemical and physical treatments. The minimally process design chosen was soaking in 500 ppm sodium metabisulfite for 15 minutes and sulfite residue was not detected. Cut peeled chayote with this treatment remains fresh until the fourth day of storage.

This research delves into the intricate dynamics of consumer behavior on social commerce platforms, emphasizing the connections between visual appeal, customer involvement, hedonic value, social support, and buy intention. A positive link between visual appeal and hedonic value (t = 3.980, p < 0.001) is revealed by our analysis of 249 respondents' data using SmartPLS 3, highlighting the critical role that visually appealing information plays in piquing consumers' interest and encouraging participation. Furthermore, we emphasize the role that social support plays in determining customer engagement (t = 5.067, p < 0.001) and hedonic value (t = 3.134, p = 0.002), demonstrating the necessity of establishing social ties in online shopping settings. Our study found that hedonic value had a substantial impact on purchase intention (t = 7.672, p < 0.001), indicating that emotional fulfillment is an important factor in consumer decision-making. We also find a strong association between customer engagement and purchase intention (t = 3.372, p = 0.001), indicating that actively engaging customers in brand experiences enhances their likelihood of making a purchase.

Spinach (Amaranthus tricolor L.) is a highly nutritious leafy vegetable widely cultivated for its rich content of vitamins and minerals. To enhance spinach production sustainably, this study investigates the use of liquid organic fertilizer derived from maggot fermentation combined with AB mix nutrients, applied through a drip fertigation system. The study was conducted using three different concentrations: 2.5 ml/L, 5 ml/L, and 7.5 ml/L, with the goal of identifying optimal conditions for maximizing spinach growth. The research utilized a two-factorial, Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with five replications to evaluate the effects of these nutrient combinations on key growth parameters, including plant height, leaf number, leaf area and weight of plants. Results indicated that a concentration of 7.5 ml/L provided the most favorable growth outcomes, with a 46.5 cm increase in plant height and a biomass accumulation of 61.8 grams, representing significant improvements over control treatments. The macro-nutrient content of the maggot-derived POC met national agricultural standards, except for pH, which improved to 7.10 when combined with AB mix. These findings suggest that integrating maggot POC with AB mix offers a cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to conventional fertilizers, promoting sustainable agricultural practices. This study contributes to developing efficient cultivation methods for spinach, addressing increasing market demands, and reducing reliance on chemical fertilizers.

Adequate and efficient availability of medicines is necessary to ensure patients receive optimal care. However, inefficient drug stock management can result in various problems, such as waste of resources, lack of necessary drugs, or even excessive stock. This study aims to improve the efficiency of the drug stock management process by using KMeans Clustering and Hierarchical Clustering methods on drug stock data. The data used includes information on initial stock, purchase, incoming distribution, service, outgoing distribution, outgoing adjustment, and final stock. Clustering analysis was performed to identify patterns in the drug stock data, which was then validated using Silhouette Score. The results showed that Hierarchical Clustering was able to achieve a Silhouette Score of 0.976, while KMeans achieved a Silhouette Score of 0.954

Problems in dairy cattle agribusiness require attention not only from the farmers themselves but also from farmer organizations. To understand the communication patterns among group members in the agribusiness sector, including the exchange of information related to cattle production, animal health, and wholesale prices, it is essential to analyze the communication network of the dairy cattle farmer group. This network is significant because it serves as the hub of organizational communication, both internally and externally. This research seeks to analyze the communication structure of the dairy cattle farmer group and investigate the relationship between the respondent characteristics and the communication networks within the Tegal Mandiri farmer group in Bogor Regency. The Social Network Analysis (SNA) method and a quantitative approach were used to conduct the research, with the Tegal Mandiri farmer group members in Bogor Regency as the unit of analysis. The group communication structure was analyzed using degree and closeness centrality, and the relationship between respondent characteristics and the communication network was analyzed using Spearman rank correlation. IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and UCINET 6 were the tools used for analysis. The study revealed that 1) the average degree centrality of the group was between 1.00 and 2.20, and the average closeness centrality was between 400.00 and 558.10. 2) The respondents' characteristics of farmers were significantly related to the communication networks within the group. The study found that the communication structure of the Tegal Mandiri farmer group exhibited low connectivity and an ineffective coordination forum

This study aimed to investigate the English classroom management in both state and private Islamic based-primary schools in Pangkalpinang, bangka Belitung, Indonesia. It was a qualitative descriptive study in which data obtained from interview and class observation. The researcher interviewed two headmasters and two English teachers from both state and private Islamic-based primary schools in Pangkalpinang, schools under Ministry of Religious Affairs. The observation was conducted for eight meetings. Class observations were conducted several times looking for teachers’ way of teaching and any elements included in ideal classroom management. In some aspects of teaching, the schools have had quite good classroom management in which teachers knew what to do in the classroom handling the students. However, when it comes to the implemention of Merdeka Curriculum, the schools were got lack of support from the government. Some restrictions were faced by educators due to insufficient quality of teaching facilities, prosperity, large number of students in a class, and many others. Therefore, the findings of the study provide some reflection towards the reality of our education in which the schools and the teachers are not ready yet to implement Merdeka Curriculum. The emphasis on the dessimination and training of Merdeka Curriculum equipped by good quality of school facilities are highly recommended.

Abstract Background Recent evidence suggests an elevated risk of cognitive impairment and dementia in individuals with atrial fibrillation (AF), irrespective of stroke occurrence. AF, known to reduce brain perfusion, particularly through silent cerebral ischemia, underscores the intricate relationship between cardiac and cerebral health. The heart plays a crucial role in supporting normal brain function, and rhythm control, a standard AF treatment, has demonstrated enhancements in brain perfusion. This systematic review aimed to examine published data concerning the influence of rhythm control on brain perfusion in patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods A systematic search for relevant studies was carried out in Scopus, PubMed, Cochrane Reviews, ProQuest, and EBSCOhost, spanning from their inception until April 30, 2023. Studies that specifically examined brain perfusion following any form of rhythm control in atrial fibrillation were included in the review. Results The review encompassed 10 studies involving 436 participants. Among these, six utilized electrical cardioversion for rhythm control. The majority (8 out of 10) demonstrated that restoring sinus rhythm markedly enhances brain perfusion. In one of the two remaining studies, notable improvement was observed specifically in a region closely linked to cognition. Additionally, both studies reporting data on the Mini‐Mental State Examination (MMSE) showed a consistent and significant increase in scores following rhythm control. Conclusion Successful rhythm control in AF emerges as a significant contributor to enhanced brain perfusion, suggesting a potential therapeutic avenue for reducing cognitive impairment incidence. However, further validation through larger prospective studies and randomized trials is warranted.

Rainfall information is important for water resource management and disaster mitigation, so a monitoring system is needed that can provide spatial information. A rainfall monitoring information system uses radar and satellite images based on the Kalman Filter method is a website information system that aims to make it easier for users to monitor rainfall from a latitude and longitude coordinate point. The rain intensity data is in pixel colours (Red, Green, Blue) from the MAX (dBZ) product image of the EEC Weather Radar in Lampung and cloud top temperature data from the Himawari satellite. The image pixel colour data is then processed using the Kalman filter and displayed on the integrated website. The website's appearance is designed to be interactive to accommodate user customization, and the data displayed has been adapted to geographic information systems. Implementing a rainfall information system based on weather radar and satellite imagery disseminated through the website is expected to help users, both the general public and stakeholders, access real-time weather information, especially rainfall.

Sorghum is a local food ingredient, and as it grows, it has the potential to reduce reliance on imported food. From the roots to the fruit, sorghum crops can be processed into a variety of food products, crafts, and medicines. Currently, sorghum flour is only available through imports. Supply Chain Analytics, Value Chain Management, Big Data, Supply Chain Performance, and Decision Support Systems are the five defined components of a sustainable supply chain. In the future, this research covered Decision Support Systems to Improve Unequal Profits Among Farmers, Supply Chain Management Strategies, and Supply Chain Performance to Increase Productivity. Several journals were collected by the author using the Publish or Perish 8 software, including Scopus 200 journals and databases Science Direct 145, and aside from that, there is knowledge of book literature as well as knowledge of other sciences. Then, using the VOS viewer software, look for novelty to see the novelty of previously unstudied relationships. This study's novelties include methodology and substance, such as: 1. production technology for managing the design and construction of a sustainable supply chain model for the agroindustry of sorghum; 2. Choosing sorghum and estimating demand for sorghum and sorghum products using technology in the supply chain. 3. Develop a partnership performance model for the sorghum cultivation business and identify sorghum production supplies in the supply chain. supply, 4. Create a distribution model and design a transportation network for sorghum products in the supply chain.

Pertanian berkelanjutan merupakan strategi esensial dalam menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem dan keamanan pangan. Penelitian ini mengkaji integrasi antara penggunaan lahan pertanian dan pemeliharaan ternak dalam rangka pengembangan energi terbarukan melalui teknologi biodigester. Potensi produksi biogas dari limbah kotoran ternak dinilai sangat tinggi. Dengan lahan seluas 7.11 hektar yang terbagi menjadi 2.27 hektar untuk ditanami rumput gajah dan 4.48 hektar untuk ditanami jagung mampu mendukung kebutuhan pakan bagi 11 ekor sapi. Dari limbah kotoran yang dihasilkan diperoleh potensi produksi biogas harian sebesar 2.2 m3. Proses digestifikasi anaerob menggunakan biodigester berkapasitas minimal 4.4 m3 berhasil menghasilkan gas metana murni sebanyak 1.45 m3 per hari. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kesesuaian lahan dan jumlah ternak memiliki peranan signifikan dalam mendukung efektivias biodigester untuk menghasilkan energi terbarukan. Hasil pengujian biogas pada efisiensi kompor menunjukkan nilai efisiensi sebesar 0.8% lebih besar dari pada biogas tanpa dilakukan pemurnian. Penggunaan biodigester juga memberikan kontribusi pada pengurangan emisi gas rumah kaca dan pemberdayaan masyarakat pedesaan melalui teknologi ramah lingkungan.

Purpose This research aims to look at the description of the characteristics and factors that influence the categories of income levels under class (vulnerable and poor) and aspiring middle class in informal sector labor in Indonesia 2022. Design/methodology/approach The dataset from raw data of the National Labor Survey (SAKERNAS) in February 2022 collected by Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). This research used the ordinal logistic regression, model of partial proportional odds (PPOM). The dependent variable used is the income level category based on the classification determined by World Bank. Findings This research finds that 58 percent of the population are informal labor. The results of the analysis show that the level of education, job training, work experience, type of work, age, gender, marital status, working hours, and residential area classification have a significant effect on income level categories. Research limitations/implications This research only includes sample of informal sector labor who have income and based on the main job status classification from BPS. Originality/value In this research, income of informal sector labor are categorized based on classification determined by World Bank. Then there has not been much research on the characteristics of informal sector labor and what influences the level of their income category.

The main objective of this study is to investigate the factors that influence the performance and competitiveness of women entrepreneurs in the Tuka Tuku Purbalingga programme. Tuka-Tuku in Purbalingga serves as support for the development of start-ups in the field of local culinary specialties or other local products. Tuka-Tuku facilitates the expansion of local start-ups, preserves the authenticity of regional products, and promotes the cultural heritage of diverse culinary traditions. The current study employed a quantitative research design utilizing a survey method to gather data. The survey instrument comprised a 5-point Likert scale and was administered to female entrepreneurs participating in the program. To test ten research hypotheses pertaining to the relationships between marketing, capital, digital literacy, performance, and competitiveness, Structural Equation Modeling was applied. The findings of this research have revealed that marketing, financing, and digital literacy play a significant and positive role in enhancing the performance and competitiveness of women entrepreneurs participating in the Tuka Tuku Purbalingga program. Additionally, this study confirms that performance is a crucial determinant of female entrepreneurs' competitiveness in the program. These findings suggest that women entrepreneurs with strong marketing, financing, and digital literacy skills are more likely to achieve better performance and be more competitive in the market. Given these results, it is recommended that policymakers and stakeholders direct their efforts towards enhancing the marketing, capital, and digital literacy skills of female entrepreneurs in the Tuka Tuku Purbalingga program to improve their overall performance and competitiveness.

Abstract The Golgi Apparatus (GA) is pivotal in vesicle sorting and protein modifications within cells. Traditionally, the GA has been described as a perinuclear organelle consisting of stacked cisternae forming a ribbon-like structure. Changes in the stacked structure or the canonical perinuclear localization of the GA have been referred to as “GA fragmentation”, a term widely employed in the literature to describe changes in GA morphology and distribution. However, the precise meaning and function of GA fragmentation remain intricate. This review aims to demystify this enigmatic phenomenon, dissecting the diverse morphological changes observed and their potential contributions to cellular wound repair and regeneration. Through a comprehensive analysis of current research, we hope to pave the way for future advancements in GA research and their important role in physiological and pathological conditions.

The issue of climate change has become a global concern, and tropical regions are strategically positioned to mitigate its effects through their forest resources. By maintaining the function of forest ecosystems to support life at local and regional levels, carbon stocks can be maintained, and emissions can be reduced. Above-ground biomass can bind and store carbon stocks. This study aims to analyse the CO2 emissions caused by deforestation and forest degradation in Kubu Raya District, West Kalimantan Province. Primary data was obtained through field observations, and secondary data was obtained through maps of forest areas and land cover for 1996–2021 from the Geospatial Information Agency and the Indonesian Ministry of Environment and Forestry. This study uses a non-destructive approach to calculate Above Ground Biomass. The results showed that Kubu Raya District, West Kalimantan Province, Indonesia, experienced deforestation of 235,597 ha and forest degradation of 9,860 ha from 1990 to 2021. This resulted in CO2 emissions of 163,702,815.53 tons. The highest level of CO2 emissions is in Batu Ampar District, and the lowest is in Sungai Kakap District. There is a positive correlation between the amount of deforestation and forest degradation and the level of CO2 emissions caused by these activities. This means that the amount of CO2 emissions depends on the area's deforestation and forest degradation. To reduce the concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere and its effects on climate change, deforestation and forest degradation activities in Kubu Raya Kalimantan should be stopped.

The utilization of the social network analysis (SNA) approach dates back to 1928, and since then, it has shown a notable increase and has contributed to a body of research significantly. However, recent years have seen limited bibliometric analyses focusing on the SNA approach. This study seeks to conduct an in-depth review of SNA literature through bibliometric analysis, employing the methodology derived from Garza-Reyes’s Five Phases of Bibliometric Analysis. The findings reveal the refinement of 4487 datasets sourced from Scopus databases, with visualization accomplished using VOSviewer. The cluster analysis finds that as many as 5 clusters with a set of keywords. Keywords that can become potential issues for future study found in this study such as integration, risk management, politics, online social network, collaboration network, Facebook, health care organization, stakeholder engagement, group process, clinical trial, risk-taking, adolescent, family, social organization, aggression, pandemic and sars-cov-2, et cetera.

Although there have been several studies on customer intention, no research has specifically examined how skepticism toward Shariah claims affects customer intention in Islamic banking. This study tests the factors influencing customer intentions based on the theory of planned behavior in the context of Islamic banking. Compliance, religiosity, and Islamic Financial Literacy (IFL) variables were used as antecedents of skepticism. This study employed a quantitative research approach utilizing online questionnaires for data collection. Data were collected through an online survey using convenience sampling (a nonprobability sampling technique). The respondents were Muslims in Indonesia who did not have funding or financing accounts in Islamic banks. The sample comprised 210 valid responses. Data analysis was conducted using partial least-squares structural equation modeling. The findings indicate that consumer skepticism toward Shariah claims in Islamic banks is influenced by compliance, religiosity, and IFL and that skepticism affects customers’ intention to use Islamic banks. This study is the first to examine consumer skepticism and its impact on user intentions in the context of Islamic banking. Therefore, this study provides insights into how consumer skepticism toward Shariah claims in Islamic banks is formed, which can serve as input for Islamic banking practitioners to implement appropriate marketing strategies.

AbstractThe intense competition in the field of new shipbuilding business today requires shipyards to increase their productivity in terms of quality, cost, on-time delivery performance, and flexibility. Product-oriented Work Breakdown Structure (PWBS)-based steel ship production technology has played a vital role in the shipyard’s success in competition. A block and modular assembly approach using the PWBS method was prepared to guide shipyards. This paper presents a study on the technology capability of four selected Indonesian medium-sized shipyards and one leading shipyard as the benchmark in using the PWBS method. The technology capability in shipbuilding is measured using the technometric assessment model by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP), which consists of four indicators; technoware, humanware, infoware, and orgaware. The results show that the shipyards’ Technology Coefficient Contribution (TCC) is between 0.5 and 0.7 (TCC maximum 1.0). This value indicates that the four shipyards in this case study are capable of building ships based on PWBS method. However, some aspects have to be improved to ensure the method is implemented properly, including: better design software that could prepare comprehensive production engineering documents, production lane with more automation, and more crane capacity. Of course, large additional investments must be supported by continuous orders for new ships with relatively the same type and size of ships, so that they are more productive and gradually able to compete in the global market.

Efforts to reduce herbicide use include employing cold plasma technology, which produces heat energy from UV plasma rays using a combination of electrical power. This research aimed to determine the effectiveness of plasma technology in controlling weeds and to identify the optimal voltage and duration for using cold plasma technology to inhibit seed germination. The study was conducted at the Ecotoxicology Laboratory and Seed Propagation Laboratory of IPB in Bogor, Indonesia, from January to March 2023. It comprised two experiments: (1) testing the voltage and time duration of cold plasma technology and (2) examining the effect of electrode needle distance on mustard seeds. The first experiment followed a completely randomized design with plasma voltage and time duration as the treatments. The second experiment used a single-factor completely randomized design to investigate the electrode needle distance. Each experiment included four replications. The results indicated that a voltage of 140 kV with a duration of 80 seconds could suppress mustard seed germination by up to 100%. Additionally, using an electrode needle distance of 0.5 cm reduced the germination percentage of mustard seeds by up to 100% at 7 and 14 days after treatment.

Ikan merupakan sumber makanan yang mudah diperoleh di indonesia, ikan tidak hanya dapat ditemukan di sungai dan di laut saja. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi ikan dapat dibudidayakan di rumah dengan lahan yang terbatas. Dalam budidaya ikan, kualitas air memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap produksi ikan. Terdapat beberapa parameter yang dapat dijadikan acuan bahwa air dikatakan memiliki kualitas yang baik yaitu suhu air, pH air, dan kekeruhan pada air. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan ESP32 sebagai mikrokontroler untuk memproses pembacaan sensor suhu DS18B20, sensor pH, dan sensor TDS pada akuarium, dengan data yang dapat dimonitoring melalui LCD dan smartphone. Pada alat ini dapat mengatur ON/OFF pompa berdasarkan parameter kondisi air yang telah ditentukan. Hasil perbandingan antara akuarium yang menggunakan smart akuarium dan akuarium yang tidak menggunakan smart akuarium menunjukkan bahwa menggunakan smart akuarium lebih efektif dalam menjaga kualitas air (pH 6.8, suhu 29.4ºC, kekeruhan 96 ppm) sedangkan tidak menggunakan smart akuarium (pH 3.5, suhu 28.9ºC, kekeruhan 178 ppm). Penggunaan smart akuarium juga lebih efisien karena hanya mengonsumsi rata-rata 64.6 watt per hari dengan biaya bulanan Rp 2.798, dibandingkan dengan pompa kontinyu yang mengonsumsi 324 watt per hari dengan biaya bulanan Rp 14.035. sehingga pompa yang dikendalikan oleh smart akuarium dapat lebih baik dalam menjaga kualitas air dan menghemat pengeluaran biaya penggunaan listrik.

Sansevieria trifasciata fiber (STF) has a high cellulose content and considerable potential as a polymer composite reinforcement. This study aims to investigate the effect of alkali treatment on the physicochemical properties, tensile strength, thermal properties, and surface characteristics of STF. We explored the chemical changes in STF that had undergone alkali treatment and achieved an optimum increase in cellulose content of 51.8 % by weight. Soaking the STF for 120 minutes significantly changed its chemical composition. XRD analysis results indicated an increase in crystallinity index and fiber size by 75 % and 68 nm, respectively. After surface treatment, the density of STF increased to 1225 kg/m3, while the percentage of total weight decreased. Thermogravimetric testing provided relevant data for mechanical and thermal characteristics, including an increase in tensile strength to 535 MPa, a tensile modulus of 4.23 GPa, and thermal stability up to 371 °C. In addition, modification of the fiber surface by alkalization increased the wettability of the matrix, which in turn improved the ability of the fibers to interact with the resin. Observation of fiber morphology showed a reduction in lignin and hemicellulose content, which in turn improved the properties of the resulting composite. These results indicate that STF with optimized surface modification has the potential to be an excellent reinforcement for polymer composites.

Good agricultural development planning requires an accurate and real-time database. This is very important to see the development and level of welfare of farmers as the spearhead of food security. Sungai Kakap Sub-district, Kubu Raya Regency is one of the sub-districts with the number of Gapoktan (23), Poktan (284), the number of members (6305) with Field Agricultural Extension Workers (PPL) since 2019 totalling 9 civil servants and 14 people helping themselves. The number of PPLs is not proportional to the number of farmer group members, making supervision of agricultural activities difficult. The presentation of information in the form of Web GIS is expected to be a solution so that assistance, guidance, and counselling carried out by the government through the agriculture office can be right on target. The purpose of this research is to build a Web GIS-based Agricultural Information System in Sungai Kakap District so that it can be used as a model for agricultural monitoring activities in other areas. The engineering method in this research uses Remote Sensing and Waterfall methods. Remote Sensing is a method of building spatial data using aerial photo interpretation techniques, while Waterfall is used to build a web GIS as a place to display spatial data. The result of this research is Software Engineering in the form of a Web GIS-based Agricultural Information System Application. This Web GIS application can then be used as a tool to monitor the agricultural activities of each farmer group member in each farmer group.

Brands use influencers to approach their target market and promote their products. When influencers advertise and recommend cosmetic products, their followers are more likely to believe they are high-quality and safe. This study aims to determine whether advertising value affects purchase intention through attitude toward ads and brand attitude as mediator variables. Respondents in this study were Instagram users in Indonesia who had seen Ayana Jihye Moon’s advertising posts for Wardah products on Instagram. Data were collected through an online questionnaire from 312 respondents. This study uses a quantitative method and SEM-PLS. The results indicate a significant relationship between advertising value, purchase intention, attitude toward ads, and brand image. The findings also show that attitude toward ads and brand attitude significantly influence each other and purchase intention. The mediation test shows that the attitude toward the ad and brand attitude variables partially mediate. This program targets unproductive Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) farmer groups in Dusun Wonorejo, Desa Tulungrejo, Kecamatan Bumiaji. The program deals with problems related to the cultivation of strawberries, the production of strawberry jelly drinks, and business permits. The activities during the community services were 1) the assistance for strawberry farmers to enhance the cultivation of strawberries; 2) the socialization activities related to product strengthening by packaging technology; and 3) the guidance on obtaining business permits. This community service implemented an integrated approach to enhance the creativity and knowledge of strawberry farmer groups to increase the economic value of processed strawberry products. The community service activities provided strawberry plant seedlings for rejuvenation, enabling partners to independently manage and develop strawberry-picking tourism. During socialization activities, the farmer gains an understanding of the necessary business permits. Any spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors have been corrected. Furthermore, the socialization of packaging helped farmers to improve packaging to enhance product quality.

The background of this research is the observation of class IV teachers at SDN 1 Lengkong, Nganjuk Regency. In the teaching and learning process, the teacher does not use learning media and is only fixated on textbooks as the only source of teaching and learning so that students tend to have difficulty understanding the material taught by the class teacher. The formulation of the research problem: How is the validity, practicality, effectiveness of articulate storyline-based interactive multimedia for material on ethnic and cultural diversity in Indonesia in class IV students at SDN 1 Lengkong? In this study using the type of research and development (Research and Development). The model used is the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) developed by Sugiyono. The research subjects were fourth grade students at SDN 1 Lengkong. The results of the study (1) The results of the validation of media experts obtained a percentage of 84.5% and material experts 95%. The average level of validity score is 90%, it can be stated that it is very valid. (2) The results of the student response questionnaire obtained a percentage of 94% and the teacher's response questionnaire was 86%. The average level of practicality gets a score of 90%, it can be stated that it is very practical. (3) The results of limited trials obtained a percentage of 84% and 87% of wide trials. The average level of effectiveness gets a score of 85.5%, so it can be stated that it is very significant. Universitas Multimedia Nusantara has thousands of academicians and several academic or non-academic organizations. Some of these things allow the potential for increased social relationship connections between the academic community and the intensity of receiving and disseminating information, especially for students. Through a survey of students, there are examples of confirmed problems regarding the receipt and dissemination of information such as the lack of exposure of student work, the location of wall magazines that are difficult to find, information on student emails that are less relevant, time-consuming searches for coursework respondents, and the number of social media accounts of organizations that must be searched on different social media platforms to get information. Therefore, the design and development of a social community media website utilizing the Rapid Application Development method, a rapid prototype system development model with the stages of planning, design workshop, and implementation. The focus of the research is the backend system. The backend system design utilizes draw.io to create flowcharts and supabase schema for entity relationship diagrams, while the system development utilizes javascript with next js as the system development tool while system development utilizes javascript with next js as a framework and supabase as the system database. Backend media website backend of the social community media website was successfully designed and built and received User Acceptance Testing results with an acceptance rate of 88.08% for the perceive usefulness and 88.67% for the perceive satisfaction variable, which means that users strongly agree that the function of the social community media website system has fulfilled the two elements of the variable.

The city and its people are not free from the problems that surround them. Moreover, for cities that depend a lot for their continuity and life on nature, for example, the water sector. As time progresses, these cities often begin to abandon the way of life they have lived for a long time. Such a picture is depicted in the short “Kota-Kota Air Membelakangi Air” (The water cities are rejecting the water) by Raudal Tanjung Banua. These various problems certainly did not arise suddenly without a reason behind them. This article tries to look at the picture of cities in Kalimantan, past and present, which seem to have changed a lot. To uncover this problem, the author uses a literary sociology approach and the theory of social change. The analysis carried out is based on the interpretation of the objectives, which is then supported by various related references. The results show that there have been social changes in people's lives in various cities in Kalimantan. The majority of people live in the water sector. As a result, cities in Kalimantan that used to live in the water sector began to recede and die. An indication that there has been social and cultural change in society in various cities in Kalimantan. This is caused by various factors, such as modernization and industrialization, which have a direct impact on changes in the physical environment, changes in population, attitudes and values, and needs that are deemed necessary.

Lung nodule is considered a common incidental finding in chest CT evaluation. Most cases are benign and derived from a previous infection. However, here we present a case where a patient presenting to the hospital with posterior chest wall trauma had a solitary pulmonary nodule that is consistent with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). We would like to emphasize the importance of evaluation of incidental findings in chest CT evaluation, in this case, trauma cases by presenting this case. An 81-year-old male was referred to the emergency department with altered consciousness and a history of posterior chest trauma. He complained of a productive cough, but no other symptoms were reported. He had a medical history of Alzheimer's dementia, COVID-19, and hypertension. Physical examination revealed a hematoma on the right side of his back and reduced breath sound. Anteroposterior radiograph showed multiple right posterior rib fractures with right pleural effusion. Contrast-enhanced chest CT revealed a low-density solitary pulmonary nodule with multiple lymphadenopathies, with the presumptive diagnosis of incidentaloma. It was confirmed by pleural analysis with the increase of Cyfra 21-1 tumor marker and consistent with non-small cell lung cancer. In CT studies, incidental solitary pulmonary nodules are common, occurring in 8%-51%. Nodules are often discovered incidentally in trauma patients, but they are not always reported or followed up. It is important to note that each may indicate a clinical significance and represents the potential for malignancy which requires additional workup and further evaluation.

This research aims to identify employee perceptions of Station Master and their effect on employee loyalty and employee engagement. The Station Master is the leader of the front-liner who is responsible for railway safety. Officer compliance with operation regulations is the key to realizing railway safety, which can arise from employee loyalty and employee engagement. The station master is emotionally close to the employees, supporting the formation of employee loyalty and engagement by building positive perceptions of the station master’s leadership. The research design used is explanatory research with `a quantitative approach. The population is operational officers of Indonesian Railways Company in the DAOP 7 Madiun. The data used is primary data, collected by survey technique of 150 operational officers using an online questionnaire, then analyzed and empirical testing using the Smart PLS application. The results are that all hypotheses are accepted that perceptions of the Station Master have a positive effect on the loyalty and engagement of operational employees at PT KAI Daop 7 Madiun. Researcher #39 hopes the research results can provide information and increase knowledge for practitioners, especially the Management of PT Kereta Api Indonesia Daop 7 Madiun, in determining the recommended competencies for the Station Head position.

Demam berdarah dengue (DBD) merupakan masalah kesehatan yang signifikan di Indonesia, khususnya di Kota Semarang. Setiap tahunnya, terdapat tren peningkatan penderita demam berdarah. Jika pemangku kepentingan tidak melakukan tindakan dan kebijakan preventif, hal ini akan berdampak buruk pada kesehatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Peramalan kasus di masa yang akan datang merupakan salah satu upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian penyakit DBD. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik peramalan ARIMA dan Single Smoothing Exponential. Data time series yang digunakan adalah bulan Januari sampai dengan Desember 2022 berdasarkan kasus kejadian di tingkat kecamatan Kota Semarang. Hasil percobaan kedua metode tersebut kemudian dibandingkan untuk mencari hasil terbaik dalam memprediksi jumlah kasus DBD di Kota Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ARIMA memberikan hasil terbaik, dengan nilai MSE dan MAE yang lebih kecil.

In this paper, an investigation of the use of gasoline-ethanol-methanol on the spark ignition engine is presented, it is not common practice on public roads to use three fuels simultaneously in a spark-ignition engine. Using methanol reduces the ignition delay during combustion, especially at lean air-fuel ratios, and reduces knocking potential in small amounts. The best result ignition delay with value λ= 1,3 obtained in the E5M15 mixture with SoC occurred at 325 CAo, while the value λ= 1,0 also obtained on the same mixture with SoC occurred at 321,5 CAo. The CCV results indicate a more sloping increase in the COV (coefficient of variation) value when using GEM fuel, particularly with the addition of more methanol. The addition of methanol enhances combustion progression and improves the ability of the fuel blend to sustain combustion under lean conditions. Regarding the torque and power values, at λ= 1,0; 1,1; 1,2 are not significantly different, while the value λ= 1,3 is below the other λ values.

Background Problems: Every child has interests and talents, but are children’s interests and talents, especially in sports, compatible or similar? This research used scientific selection using the Sports Search test to determine the subject’s sports talent. Research Objectives: This research aims to assess the level of sports interest and talent of elementary school students and identify the suitability of elementary school students’ sports interests and talents. Methods: This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with a survey method. Twenty-two elementary school students were involved as subjects in this research using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using surveys, tests, and measurements using instruments like questionnaires and sports search tests. Descriptive statistical analysis was used in this study, and data were expressed in percentages. Findings and Results: The research results were that 95.45% of elementary school students had a high interest in sports, and 4.5.5% had a low interest. As many as 100% of elementary school students have talent in sports. As many as 100% of elementary school students do not have a match between their interests and talents. Conclusion: More in-depth and structured research needs to be carried out in the future to be able to improve students’ performance. Most importantly, it is very important to identify interests and talents from an early age so that there is no mismatch between students’ interests and talents when sports achievement development takes place.

Implementation of the developed Learning Implementation Plan (LIP) will result in the risk of learning not being in line with expectations if the validity of the product is not guaranteed. Thus, this research aims to investigate the validity of developing project-based lesson plans to improve effective learning outcomes. This research is research and development with a quantitative approach using the ADDIE model procedure. To obtain product validity results, the stages used are only in the development phase. The subjects in this research were 2 expert lecturers and 3 productive teachers with expertise in light vehicle engineering, and the instrument used was a feasibility questionnaire. The findings were that the project-based LIP that was developed had an average score of 88.7% in the valid category. This study concludes that it has succeeded in developing a product in the form of a valid and usable project-based lesson plan. Carrying out learning using lesson plans that are integrated with project-based learning can be an alternative to providing more meaningful learning and have a positive impact on student development.

The aim of the study was to see the effect of nutritional status, physical fitness, and learning motivation on PJOK learning outcomes. This type of research is path analysis. The research population is students of SMPN 1 Tungkal Ulu. Sampling used purposive sampling, with a total of 30 female students. The research instrument used the Body Mass Index test, the Fitness Test for Indonesian Students, the Likert Questionnaire, and the results of the PJOK report cards. Background: Spasticity is one of the most common problems and greatly interferes with the functional capacity of chronic stroke patients. The most commonly used treatments are infrared therapy and stretching exercises, but they have not reduced spasticity effectively. The addition of Radial Shock Wave Therapy (RSWT) was expected to be more effective in reducing spasticity in chronic stroke patients. Aim: The purpose of this study is to prove that the addition of RSWT is more effective reducing spasticity of chronic stroke patients. Material and methods: This study was a simple randomized controlled pre- and post-experimental design. The total sample of 30 chronic spastic stroke patients with the Modified Asworth Scale 2-3 was divided into 2 groups: the study group and the control group. RSWT was provided once a week to the muscle belly of the flexor wist muscle on the ventral aspect of the forearm, the intrinsic muscle of the hand, and flexor digitorum tendon. They were added to infrared therapy and stretching exercises in the upper extremities which are provided three times a week for six weeks consecutively. The level of spasticity was measured by the Tardieu Scale, which measures quality and angle of resistance at the beginning and end of the study. Extraction is one of the important processes for obtaining anthocyanins as natural dyes. The aim of this study is to investigate the performance of the extraction apparatus using ohmic technology to produce anthocyanins. This study used a series of ohmic heating consisting of tubular pipes with a diameter of 6 cm and a length of 5.5 cm with a volume capacity of 100 ml. This extraction machine was completed with two electrodes that each have a thickness of 10 mm. The performance of extraction machines using ohmic technology was analyzed by using various voltages of 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 Volts/cm. The result showed that the voltage affected the electric current of the machine. The voltage of 60 Volts/cm was able to produce the largest average electric current of 5.28 A with the greatest electric current achievement of up to 6.21 A. The result showed that increasing the voltage during the extraction process reduced the time needed to reach the expected temperature. The fastest time was achieved in the voltage of 60 Volts/cm with an average time of 11.3 seconds. The increased voltage in the extraction treatment also affects the total anthocyanin produced. The highest total anthocyanin was obtained from a voltage gradient of 60 Volts/cm with a value of 288.014 mg/L and a yield of 14.4%.

Three zinc(II) complexes containing 4-aminopyridine (4-NH2py) [Zn(4-NH2py)2(NCS)2] (1), [Zn(4-NH2py)2Cl2] (2), and [Zn(4-NH2py)2(NCS)Cl] (3) were synthesized and characterized by FTIR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. All complexes adopt a slightly distorted tetrahedral geometry with different crystal packing. Complex 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Pmmn space group, complex 2 in the monoclinic C2/c space group, and complex 3 in the orthorhombic Pbca space group. Non-covalent interactions such as NC-S···H, -Cl···H, and µ-µ stacking interaction between 4-NH2py and other ligands (NCS− and Cl−) are observed in the crystals packing. In vitro, antibacterial screening of all complexes was evaluated against two bacteria (Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus). The results show that 1 has the highest antibacterial activity than 2 and 3. This difference is due to differences in the interactions elicited by the anion ligands.

Background: The palm oil industry strives to implement sustainable development, maintaining the environmental quality. However, the palm oil industry has problems processing liquid waste, often known as palm oil mill effluent (POME), since it could pollute the environment. This waste also requires a large costs to be processed. On the other hand, there is potential economic value from liquid waste to be processed into several products, namely biogas, organic fertilizer, and refining value-added compounds. Currently, POME waste processing innovation could be conducted by applying plasma nanobubble (PNB) technology. This creates opportunities for a business that is engaged in developing this technology. Purpose: The aim of this research is to analyse the business model of the Plasma Nano Bubble (PNB) technology development business for the palm oil industry. Design/methodology/approach: This research uses the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to map the business processes of the Plasma Nano Bubble (PNB) technology development. Findings/Result: This study indicate that the most prominent attribute exhibited by PNB technological enterprises is their value offer, which is demonstrated by their ability to deliver efficient processing time and cost effectiveness, resource efficiency, adherence to government regulations, and the establishment of strategic collaborations with external entities. Meanwhile, the weakest element is customer relations, as only long-term relationships, and the provision of intensive training for PNB technology resellers were found in this aspect. Several indicators were proposed to improve the business model of PNB's technology, namely key partnership, the key activity, value proposition, and customer relationship. Conclusion: This research gives an important contribution related to the environmental benefits of implementing this business. The continuous development for this technology needs to be implemented to process POME waste effectively and efficiently. Originality/value (State of the art): The state of the art of this research is the development of business models for environmentally friendly products in the palm oil sector, which is currently rarely conducted, in this case the study of PNB technology products. Aksi 212 is a response to Ahok's statement regarding the concept of auliya towards Surat Al-Maidah verse 51. This response gave rise to an understanding of truth claims, namely an understanding that wants to absolute its thoughts regarding the Al-Qur'an. Understanding truth claims also raises an attitude of disbelief towards groups that are different from them. Specifically, this study wants to ask three questions, including 1) What are the views of the mufassir regarding the concept of auliya' in Surat Al-Maidah verse 51 and 57? 2) What is the background to the emergence of the discussion regarding the concept of auliya in Surat Al-Maidah verse 51 and 57? 3) How is the effectiveness of the integrative-interconnective approach in understanding Surat Al-Maidah verse 51 and 57 in the industrial era 4.0? To answer these questions, this research uses an integrative-interconnective approach, which provides a portion of the balance between Islamic sciences and exact sciences. The results in this study are 1) From the views of the mufassir above, it can be concluded, said Auliya in Surat Al-Maidah verse 51 and 57 shows more in the context of social interaction, so this verse speaks of a Muslim being cautious about entering into an agreement with non-Muslims because of his attitude that often violates agreements. 2) Through the analysis of asbabun nuzul, it can be concluded that the main message from Surat Al-Maidah verse 51 and 57 is a prohibition for any group or community to violate agreements or agreements that have been agreed upon. 3) Standardization of leadership is not based on religion, but values that exist in religion, social, culture, and others.
