Teachers’ perceptions of organizational innovation climates are vital to understand the success or failure of innovational implementations of technical institutes and universities. This study aims to develop a “Measure of Organizational Innovation Climates for Technical Institutes and University Teachers (MOIC-TT) in order to recognize the influence of schools on teachers’ creative behaviors. First, this study analyzes literature and scales related to organizational innovation climates, and reorganize the factors of technical institutes and university teachers’ innovation climates into a draft of scale. Secondly, a pretest is designed according to expert examination, teacher interviews, and expert panel. This study examines items, reliability, and validity by 125 subjects in pretesting, and 627 subjects in formal testing. Results of confirmatory factor analysis reveal that three latent factors (i.e., resource support, innovation leadership, and team cohesion) are related, and the factor model has good fit. Full scale coefficient is .96 and reliabilities of sub-scales are .87~.93. The research results indicate that teachers have positive attitudes toward the organizational innovation climates of schools. They tend to agree with “team cohesion” and “working independence”. Lastly, suggestions regarding content, characteristics, and future studies are proposed as reference for organizational innovation climates in technical institutes and universities. Key words: Organizational innovation climates, technical institute and university technical Institute, working independence, innovation leadership, team cohesion.

This study aims to understand whether an entrepreneurship course can improve the entrepreneurial intentions, satisfaction towards the entrepreneurship course and learning efficacy of technical university students. In order to achieve these purposes, this study adopted the pre-test and post-test experimental design for one single subject group and conducted experimental teaching for 18 weeks. During the experiment, in addition to lectures given by the course instructor, experienced speakers with actual entrepreneurial exposure were invited for mentor co-teaching. The results found high satisfaction and better learning efficacy for the above curriculum design and teaching, but the entrepreneurial intentions of students have not been improved. This indicates that with the implementation of the entrepreneurship course, students better understand they are not suitable to pursue an entrepreneurial career. Hence, entrepreneurship education does not teach students to “pursue an entrepreneurial career,” but to apply what they learned to their future jobs. Mentor co-teaching indeed enhances satisfaction towards the course and the learning efficacy of students.

The purpose of this study aims to examine the impact of Self-efficacy on Innovative Work Behavior for Teachers in Taiwan. The randomly stratified sampling method is used in this study to select 546 secondary school teachers from 20 public/private schools in the northern region of Taiwan. The data is analyzed using the descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and regression analysis. First, the results indicate that out of the three important ranking is at Teachers' self-efficacy, two are at "Self-efficacy towards Guiding Groups"-related, and one is at "Self-efficacy towards Using Innovations." However, the results indicate that three domains of Teachers' Self-efficacy in this study are well-performance as well as Innovative Work Behavior. The results also indicate that there is a strong positive relationship between Teachers' Self-efficacy (TSE) and Innovative Work Behavior (IWB). However, there is no statistical correlation between Self-efficacy towards using innovations and IWB's all scales. Teachers with higher self-efficacy have shown better work innovative behavior. TSE is a significant contributing factor to IWB. Several recommendations are made in the study.

Innovation is an important basis for successfully gaining global market shares in the era of technological changes. In order to maintain national competitiveness, the government attaches great importance to innovative thinking ability. To this end, throughout various stages of education in Taiwan, creativity competitions are held. Among them, at universities and colleges, annual innovation and entrepreneurship competitions are held; at vocational high schools, national creativity project work competitions are held. In this study, award-winning students from the two competitions were selected. The creative concept design capability scale was adopted to compare the award winners and non-winners in terms of differences in innovative thinking points. The creative concept design capability scale was used to assess the gap among students who received training, college project instructors, and student innovative thinking points. Findings show that the overall innovative thinking points are mostly concentrated in the appearance. University/college of technology or vocational high school competition award winners alike have a significantly higher total score compared to the total innovative thinking points score of regular university/college of technological teachers and students. However, as to the innovative thinking points for different categories, university and college award winners of innovation entrepreneurship competitions tend to put the chemical change of innovative thinking points to better uses; vocational high school award winners of creativity project work competitions tend to put the external size and external texture layout of innovative thinking points to better uses. The university and college students on the project team are better able to use the physical changes, structural complexity, operability, shape changes, functional enhancement, and usage enhancement of the innovative thinking points. This study recommends that students select more related professional practical courses to ?learn by doing?. Students are encouraged to participate in off-campus learning activities or creativity competitions so that they can broaden their horizons. As for teaching, teachers may lead students in site visits to learn about innovative products in the industry. The course design combines theory and practice, case discussions are examples of which.

With high unemployment rates, many countries treat entrepreneurial education as one of the effective measures to solve the problem of social unemployment. In recent years, the government of Taiwan, industries, and schools hold various entrepreneurial competitions to cultivate students' entrepreneurship and realization of entrepreneurship. However, many entrepreneurial competitions are based on originality instead of entrepreneurship. Moreover, students encounter obstacles to carry out their ideas in entrepreneurial competitions. Thus, introducing experiential learning into entrepreneurial competitions and allowing students to develop their ideas of entrepreneurship through experience and stimulation of entrepreneurial competitions may reinforce students' entrepreneurial capacity and authentic entrepreneurship. This study mainly aims to introduce entrepreneurship orientation in experiential learning entrepreneurial competitions in order to cultivate participant students' entrepreneurship and enhance their entrepreneurial capacity and even achieve entrepreneurship. This is student-centered experience learning teaching model. This study treats the sixth College Students' Rural Residency Competition, as held by the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau, COA in Taiwan as an example. There are 126 students in the competition are investigated with questionnaire. According to results, experiential learning can strengthen students' partial entrepreneurial capacity.
