We describe, we do not analyze, the scope of stability in Mexican labor law, opposing it to its antithesis, the flexibility; Since 2012 full member of our labor regulations. Once the precariousness of labor in our legal system enthroned, it caused devastating consequences in the prerogatives of the working class, expanding its effects to other areas. Without disdain the impairment that it entails in prerogatives, we frame the object of study among the guidelines that economics and sociology have considered forward decades ago, incorporating variables such as globalization and new forms of organization.
