В работе исследуется устойчивость процесса деформирования механической системы градиентного типа, состоящей из слоя наноэлементов с дефектом типа вакансии. Слой расположен в массиве упругого материала, через который передается нагрузка растяжения. Взаимодействие между элементами задано функциями, имеющими восходящие и падающие ветви. Установлено, что трещина в слое наноэлементов образуется в результате потери устойчивости процесса деформирования системы вследствие перехода некоторых связей между наноэлементами на падающую ветвь. The stability of the deformation process of a gradient-type mechanical system consisting of a layer of nanoelements with a vacancy-type defect is investigated. The layer is located in an array of elastic material through which the tensile load is transmitted. The interaction between the elements is defined by functions having ascending and descending branches. It is found that the crack in the layer of nanoelements is formed as a result of the loss of stability of the deformation process of the system due to the transition of some bonds between the nanoelements on the falling branch.

Рассматривается задача об определении деформированного состояния стального шара под действием закалочных напряжений, возникающих вследствие фазовых превращений в приповерхностных слоях. Предлагается алгоритм расчета размеров областей упругости, упрочнения, разупрочнения и разрушения в зависимости от параметров закалки. Используются определяющие соотношения среды Генки, причем единая кривая дополняется падающим участком. Для конкретных числовых значений радиуса шара и свойств материала исследовано влияние параметров закалки на размеры указанных зон. The analysis of steel sphere stress-strain state under tempering stresses due to phase transformations in near-surface layers is considered. Algorithm to calculate the sizes of elastic, hardening, softening and destruction zones depending on tempering parameters is proposed. The constituent relations of the Hencky medium are used where the stress-strain curve is added with the falling stage. The tempering parameter effect on the sizes of about-mentioned zones is determined within the certain numerical values of sphere radius.

Pure bending of a beam with rectangular cross section is considered. Deformation is realized under the control of bending moment or curvature. The diagram with the descending branch characterizes material properties. The criteria of deformation stability loss are formulated. An opportunity of strain localization is discussed.

Критерием оптимальности является равенство нулю суммарных напряжений в заданной области тела. Для решения задачи оптимизации построено специальное операторное уравнение, решение которого ищется методом последовательных приближений. We consider the problem of determination of the optimal field of residual stresses in an elastic solid with kinematical boundary conditions. As the optimality criterion we take the equality to zero of summary stresses in a given area of the solid. To solve the optimization problem we derive a special operator equation whose solution is found by means of the method of consequential approximations.

Устойчивость системы исследована методами теории катастроф, методом, основанным на построении и анализе специально введенного Д-функционала, и с использованием определения устойчивости в смысле Ляпунова" Показано, что все эти методы эквивалентны. Приведена итерационная процедура определения деформированного срстояния системы и установлено, что расходимость процесса вычислений связана с потерей устойчивости всей системы. We consider a mechanical model consisting of tubular specimen and elastic rod under tension and torsion. The stability of the model is investigated via methods of catastrophe theory, via construction and analysis of a specially introduced Д-functional, and via the definition of stability in Lyapunov’s sense. All these methods are shown to be equivalent. We suggest an iteration procedure for calculating of strained state of the model and prove that divergence of the process of computations is related to the model’s loss of stability.

We consider the incremental law of plastic flow for media that possess deformation softening and remain isotropic for any path of loading. Basing on the conception of a local yielding surface of equal dissipation with the center in the corner point of the surface of loading, we propose a method to determine the incremental moduli used in the law of flow, under the assumption that the stress and strain tensors are diagonal. As an example, we solve the axis-symmetric destruction problem of a uniformly stretched disk whose internal zone is weakened. Рассматривается инкрементальный закон пластического течения для сред, обладающих деформационным разупрочнением и сохраняющих изотропность при любом пути нагружения. На основе концепции локальной предельной поверхности равной диссипации с центром в угловой точке поверхности нагружения предложен метод определения инкрементальных модулей, входящих в закон течения, в предположении, что тензоры напряжений и деформаций имеют диагональный вид. В качестве примера решена осесимметричная задача о разрушении равномерно растягиваемого диска с ослабленной зоной.

Для упрочняющихся и разупрочняющихся материалов получен общий закон пластического течения (инкрементальный закон), связывающий приращение пластических деформаций с приращением полных деформаций и приращением напряжений. Показана выпуклость поверхности нагружения в пространстве напряжений и ортогональность к ней вектора приращения пластических деформаций (свойство градиентальности) на всех стадиях деформирования при условии сохранения материалом своих упругих свойств. Установлено, что при разупрочнении вектор приращения напряжений в случае сохранения средрй сплошности может быть направлен только вовнутрь этой поверхности. Доказало, что точка нагружения, из которой исходит вектор приращения напряжений, является угловой точкой поверхности нагружения. We derive a general law of plastic yielding for strengthening and softening materials. The law links the increment of plastic strains with the increment of total strains and the increment of stresses. We show that the loading surface in the stress space is convex and the increment vector of plastic strains is orthogonal to the surface (the gradient property) at all deforming modes. During softening, the loading surface transforms into the failure surface and the increment vector can be only directed into the surface provided the medium remains continuous. We also prove that the loading point (the application point of the increment vector of stresses) is a salient point of the loading surface.
