Background: This study examines the communication strategies implemented by the Stunting Reduction Acceleration Team (TPPS) of Pesawaran Regency to significantly reduce the prevalence of stunting. Purpose: To identify and analyze the communication strategies implemented by the Pesawaran Regency TPPS in an effort to accelerate the reduction of stunting prevalence. This study also aims to provide an overview of the role of cross-sectoral communication in the success of the stunting reduction program. Methods: Through a cross-sectoral communication approach and the application of qualitative methods, this research identifies the strategic steps undertaken by TPPS Pesawaran. The establishment of communication objectives, target identification, message formulation, and the selection of communication channels are key factors in the success of this program. Results: The results show that through effective coordination between departments, TPPS Pesawaran reduced the stunting prevalence from 25.1% in 2022 to 10.0% in 2023. This success was achieved through cross-sectoral collaboration, education-based approaches, strengthening of the health system, and local community engagement Conclusion: This study is expected to serve as a reference for other regions in their efforts to reduce the prevalence of national stunting. Abstract This research aims to describe citizen participation in submitting complaints via Complain Online, a strategy to fulfill citizens' rights in digital citizenship, and the obstacles faced in fulfilling these rights. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation and analysis using an interactive analysis model. The results of this research show that community participation through Complain Online increasing in quantity, but there is still a lack of responsibility in the use of digital media. The government needs to invest in efforts to improve the community's ability to express opinions as well as resources to develop ways to strengthen its realization digital citizenship. This can be done by developing a strategy to fulfill the right to opinion, including providing it website, socialization, electronic forms and platform development. In order for this strategy to be effective, the public must be given adequate understanding and provision regarding their responsibilities in utilizing these facilities. Also, efforts need to be made to overcome internal obstacles including rapid turnover of ASN and lack of technological skills and external obstacles including budget limitations and the cessation of socialization. -------------------------------- Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan partisipasi warga dalam menyampaikan aduan melalui Sambat Online, strategi pemenuhan hak warga dalam digital citizenship, dan hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pemenuhan hak tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Validitas data diuji dengan triangulasi dan analisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat melalui Sambat Online meningkat secara kuantitas, namun masih ada kurangnya tanggung jawab dalam penggunaan media digital. Pemerintah perlu berinvestasi dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat dalam berpendapat serta sumber daya untuk mengembangkan cara-cara untuk memperkuat terwujudnya digital citizenship. Hal ini, dapat dilakukan dengan menyusun strategi pemenuhan hak berpendapat mencakup penyediaan website, sosialisasi, formulir elektronik dan pengembangan platform, Agar strategi ini dapat berjalan efektif, masyarakat harus diberikan pemahaman dan pembekalan yang memadai terkait tanggung jawab mereka dalam memanfaatkan fasilitas tersebut. Serta, perlu adanya upaya mengatasi hambatan internal termasuk pergantian ASN yang cepat dan kurangnya keterampilan teknologi dan hambatan eksternal meliputi keterbatasan anggaran dan terhentinya sosialisasi.

Purpose: This research aims to determine the business strategy implemented by SME EA Betta Fish, which is able to survive in building entrepreneurship in the field of Betta Fish and is even able to win the competition between SMEs. Design/methodology/approach: The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method. Research Findings: The business strategy used is the production of high-quality Betta fish seeds, conventional and online promotions, collaborating with various parties such as Betta fish collectors and the IPB campus to manage the correct and quality fish, and building branding by participating in fish contests. Contribution/Originality/Novelty: Strategies for Winning Betta fish contests in various regions can be used to build the EA Betta Fish MSME entrepreneurial brand. As a result, sales volume increased and reached overseas, and turnover reached tens of millions of rupiah each month. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi usaha yang diimplemetasikan UMKM EA Betta Fish yang mampu bertahan dalam membangun wirausaha di bidang ikan cupang dan bahkan mampu memenangkan persaingan antar UMKM. Desain / metodologi / pendekatan: Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif. Temuan Penelitian: Strategi usaha yang dilakukan menggunakan Produksi bibit ikan cupang dengan kualitas tinggi, promosi secara konvensional dan online, bekerjasama dengan berbagai pihak seperti penjual pengepul ikan cupang dan pihak kampus IPB untuk mengelola ikan yang benar dan berkualitas, serta membangun branding dengan mengikuti kontestasi ikan cupang. Kontribusi / Orisinalitas / Kebaruan: strategi memenangkan kontestasi ikan cupang di berbagai daerah dapat digunakan membangun branding wirausaha UMKM EA Betta Fish. Hasilnya volume penjualan meningkat dan tembus hingga keluar negeri dan omzet yang diperoleh mencapai puluhan juta rupiah dalam tiap bulannya.

XYZ College experienced conflict issues at the time of closing new student admissions (PMB) for the 2023-2024 period. This was triggered by the injury time promotion which was carried out during the final seconds of the closing of PMB for the 2023 - 2024 period. This research aims to analyze the communication strategies used in resolving internal conflicts at XYZ High School. Through this research, it is hoped that effective communication strategies can be found to resolve conflicts in this organization. This research can also provide insight and recommendations for XYZ universities and similar organizations in handling conflict effectively. Physical, social and personal health, especially for children with special needs. This is important so that children can develop optimally according to their abilities. However, the teaching of adaptive physical education also brings many challenges for teachers. Limited space and equipment make it difficult to achieve an inclusive environment for all students. To meet these challenges, teachers must improve their professional skills through specialized training, teamwork, comprehensive curriculum development, improved accessibility of facilities and individualized teaching methods. The purpose of this teacher professional development strategy is to improve teachers' skills in the field of adaptive sports education and ensure that all students, including students with special needs, have a good opportunity to enter physical education. In this way, teachers can provide educational services according to the needs and abilities of each student. In addition, this study uses qualitative research methods to describe and analyze phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions and thoughts of individuals or groups. Through extensive data collection and in-depth analysis, this study provides a better understanding of the challenges and strategies related to teacher professional development in the field of adaptive physical education. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi, langkah-langkah dan faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat peran guru pendidikan agama islam dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan peserta didik pada nilai-nilai agaman islam di SMKS Az-Zahra Sonomartani. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yang mana dalam memperoleh data-data tersebut penulis menggunakan metode observasi, interview dan dokumen. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan adalah a) Redukasi Data, b) Penyajian data data (Data Display), c) Penarikan kesimpulan. Setelah itu, peneliti melalukan keabsahan data atau kebenaran hasil suatu penelitian dengan teknik triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian lapangan menunjukkan bahwa 1) Strategi yang dilakukan Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMKS Az-Zahra Sonomartani dmenggunakan strategi umum seperti komunikator, inovator, emansipator, transformator, dan motivator, namun juga menambahkan peran sesuai dengan tuntutan kurikulum merdeka. 2) Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMKS Az-Zahra Sonomartani antara lain mengaitkan mata pelajaran PAI dengan kehidupan siswa, persiapan mengajar yang matang, dan membangkitkan emosi positif siswa untuk kegiatan keagamaan. 3) Faktor pendukungnya adalah tersedianya masjid sebagai pusat pembinaan PAI dan bermacam-macam buku agama, serta pembiasaan mencintai Al-Qur'an dan Sunnah. Namun, faktor penghambatnya adalah kegiatan ekstra kurikuler yang terhambat oleh padatnya jam Pelajaran.

Environmental Social Responsibility is regulated in Article 74 of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies as part of Corporate Social Responsibility, which encourages companies to act ethically and contribute to improving the quality of life of the community. This study uses a normative legal method to analyze legal norms related to Environmental Social Responsibility and Corporate Social Responsibility and their application in practice. The problems discussed in this scientific article are related to the review of the implementation of environmental social responsibility by State-Owned Enterprises. The discussion includes strategies for implementing Environmental Social Responsibility which include analysis of community needs, stakeholder involvement, and allocation of sufficient resources. Evaluation of the impact of Environmental Social Responsibility is carried out through sustainability reports and the use of Key Performance Indicators, with support from international standards such as ISO 26000 and the Global Reporting Initiative. In conclusion, the effective implementation of Environmental Social Responsibility requires a comprehensive and collaborative approach, where companies must align Corporate Social Responsibility activities with the objectives of the Sustainable Development Goals. Advice for companies is to increase transparency and accountability in reporting Environmental Social Responsibility and integrate feedback from the community for more relevant and impactful programs. Thus, it is hoped that Environmental Social Responsibility will not only provide benefits for the company, but also for the community and the environment in a sustainable manner.

Desa Silado merupakan desa yang prospektif untuk pengembangan pariwisata karena letaknya yang strategis, sumber daya manusia yang memadai, dan aspek sosial budaya. Faktor-faktor ini sangat penting namun membutuhkan investasi besar, terutama dari sisi pendanaan. Desa tidak dapat mengalokasikan bantuan dana tersebut, yang pada akhirnya menghambat kemajuannya. Oleh karena itu, tim memanfaatkan kesempatan ini untuk memecahkan masalah dengan memfasilitasi warga desa melalui kegiatan diskusi kelompok yang bertujuan untuk menggali, mendiskusikan, mengklasifikasikan, dan mempromosikan potensi wisata melalui situs web. Penduduk desa yang terlibat dalam program ini adalah 16 anggota Kelompok Sadar Wisata Silado. Program berlangsung selama enam bulan dan terbagi dalam tiga kegiatan utama: (1) presentasi oleh tim pelaksana tentang pentingnya pengembangan desa wisata dan branding serta promosi desa wisata di era globalisasi; (2) diskusi kelompok untuk mendapatkan dan mengklasifikasikan data sumber daya pariwisata Silado; dan (3) desain web oleh tim pelaksana sebagai media promosi pariwisata. Hasil program menunjukkan bahwa Desa Silaso ternyata memiliki tiga objek wisata yang menjanjikan: alam, budaya, dan pendidikan. Di sisi lain, perancangan website diusulkan untuk mempromosikan keunikan dan elemen ikonik Silado sebagai desa wisata. Pengunjung website dapat dengan mudah menemukan elemen ini pada logo dan tagline desa wisata Silado yang bertuliskan "Tilik Dewi Domas: Desa Wisata Silado Banyumas". Tagline ini terutama bertujuan untuk mengajak pengunjung melihat, menjelajah, dan menikmati destinasi wisata di Silado.

Penilaian kinerja sangat penting untuk menilai keberhasilan sebuah organisasi dalam mencapai misinya, terutama di tengah tuntutan masyarakat yang semakin meningkat terhadap pelayanan. Namun, praktik penyediaan layanan seringkali tertinggal dari harapan yang berkembang ini. Penelitian ini berfokus pada strategi, faktor pendukung, dan hambatan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di Kantor Kelurahan Batupapan Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Dengan melakukan pendekatan kualitatif, kemudian data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa strategi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, termasuk memberikan arahan dan bimbingan yang sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Pekerjaan (SOP). Meskipun upaya tersebut dilakukan, faktor-faktor penghambat tetap ada, seperti jarak tempuh pegawai dari kantor yang menyebabkan keterlambatan dan penempatan jabatan yang tidak sesuai dengan kompetensi. Sebaliknya, faktor pendukung, seperti fasilitas dan infrastruktur yang memenuhi standar SOP, memberikan kontribusi positif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah interaktif, yang melibatkan reduksi data, presentasi, dan verifikasi, yang memudahkan dalam menarik kesimpulan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu dengan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai yang memerlukan penanganan terhadap hambatan seperti kendala geografis dan penempatan jabatan yang tidak sesuai, sambil memanfaatkan faktor pendukung seperti ruang kerja yang terlengkap. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang penting untuk mengoptimalkan efektivitas kelurahan dalam memenuhi tuntutan masyarakat yang terus berkembang. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy applied by Bank Jatim KCP tripe in winning the banking industry market amid many other banking industries around it. There are several strategies used in dealing with the competition including: improving services, providing complete and comfortable facilities and infrastructure, when marketing their products using a strategy of going directly into the field. The method used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach with data sources obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. In-depth interviews were conducted with informants from the employees of Bank Jatim KCP tripe. In addition, secondary data sources in this study were obtained from journal literature studies, research articles, and literature related to this study. The results showed that the strategy applied by Bank Jatim KCP is different between innovation and service including the provision of products from savings to financing according to customer needs, reliable service by providing the best solution to customer financial problems, and avoiding problems with customers because they provide services according to SOP. Third, marketing markets its products using a direct field strategy that is carried out to establish close relationships with customers. The strategy of Bank Jatim KCP tripe in facing the competition of the banking industry is more to improve the quality and service at Bank Jatim KCP tripe because customer satisfaction is also one of the strategic aspects to win the competition and maintain the company's image in the market and the wider community. Determining learning strategies in schools is a very important thing for teachers to do so that learning objectives can be achieved optimally. The learning strategy is an attempt to convey knowledge to students. Because the realization of good learning cannot be separated from how to design learning strategies. So that it can guide students to achieve an understanding of the material presented. This study aims to find out the description of the assessment of learning strategies applied in Darek village Islamic middle school, to find out the description of the implementation of learning strategies in Darek village Islamic Middle school whether it is in accordance with the needs and abilities of students, to find out the efforts of teachers and educators when getting students who have low abilities in learning. The method used in this research is qualitative. The data collection technique in this study was by interviewing teachers at the school. The results of the study show that the implementation of the learning strategies that have been implemented are in accordance with the needs and abilities of students, than there are two learning strategies that have been implemented, namely: 1) the strategy of the expository learning model (lecture model), in which the teacher gives material to students using the lecture model and then proceeds with a question and answer system or discussion. 2) Cooperative learning model strategy, the teacher forms small groups so that students can work together in teams, and the learning outcomes can be presented in front of the class. As the spearhead of teacher education, it is hoped that they will be able to carry out the learning process according to the needs of students. In addition to carrying out the main task of teaching, teachers also carry out other assignments or activities in the school environment. In an effort to improve teacher performance, many factors influence it, including teacher emotional labor, teacher work engagement and teacher commitment. This study aims to determine the effect of teacher emotional labor, teacher work engagement, and teacher commitment on teacher performance. The research subjects were 71 teachers who taught at Strada Junior High School, JPBS Branch. The research design is path analysis with a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that teacher emotional labor positively influences teacher performance, teacher work engagement positively influences teacher performance, and teacher commitment positively influences teacher performance. It was also shown that teacher commitment mediates the positive influence of teacher emotional labor on teacher performance. The implementation of regional autonomy by giving broad, real and responsible authority to regions in a proportional manner is realized by regulating, distributing and utilizing national resources as well as balancing central and regional finances. Drinking water services in urban areas, PDAM Tirta Sejuk Gayo Les Regency carries out its operations according to company principles, namely efficiency and seeking profits, in order to meet the target of filling regional government coffers. The aim of this research is to understand the strategic issues of PDAM Tirta Sejuk and formulate management strategies that should be implemented in the era of autonomy in order to be able to increase the PAD of Gayo Lues Regency and to find out strategies for improving services to the community. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. This research uses SWOT analysis. Conclusion Currently only 21% (10,500 connections) of Gayo Lues residents can enjoy clean water facilities from PDAM. This condition is still far from the national target which requires 60% of urban residents to be able to enjoy clean water facilities. Of all employees working at PDAM, it can be seen that the composition of the number of employees who have a D3 educational background or above is very small, only 14.01% when compared with the number of employees who have an educational background below D3 is 85.99%. Such conditions indicate that the quality of employees is still low, and the high number of water leaks certainly has a big impact on the efficiency of the PDAM itself. For the customer community, this condition is clearly detrimental because the quantity, quality and continuity of clean water needed to meet their daily needs does not meet expectations, which means reducing their satisfaction with the services provided by PDAM Tirta Sejuk. Community-based TB control management has a positive impact on the achievements of TB control programs. The World Health Organization (WHO) has developed a strategic framework related to increasing the role of communities and society in TB control efforts which it is hoped can be implemented and adapted to the unique conditions of each community group. The study aims to explore the evidence regarding a variety of communitybased TB control management interventions. The study conducted a systematic literature review using the ProQuest, Embase and PubMed databases to find related articles published within the last five years. The PRISMA model was used to filter titles and abstracts, so that of the 198 total articles found, 13 articles met the inclusion criteria. TB control activities or programs that directly involve the community and society will increase the achievement rate of TB control programs from the prevention stage to the final results of treatment. In conclusion, the government needs to design an effective and comprehensive communitybased TB control strategy so that the community can play an active role in TB control efforts and obtain sustainable results. PKM ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pentingnya perencanaan sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan strategi bersaing didunia usaha kepada santriwati di panti asuhan putri Aisyiyah Jember. Pelaksanaan PKM dilakukan melalui kegiatan ceramah, bimbingan teknis dan diskusi. Materi yang disampaikan tentang cara berwirausaha melalui proses perencanaan sumber daya manusia. Sasaran kegiatan PKM ini adalah semua santriwati di Panti Asuhan Putri Aisyiyah Jember. Hasil kegiatan PKM adalah Santriwati di panti asuhan putri Aisyiyah Jember menjadi paham pentingnya perencanaan sumber daya manusia untuk menentukan jumlah dan jenis manusia yang dibutuhkan dalam berwirausaha diwaktu dan tempat yang tepat, serta mampu melakukan perencanaan sumber daya manusia sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis dan profesional guru melalui peningkatan berkelanjutan di SDN Banjaran 2 Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumenter. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan informasi yang sejalan dengan fokus penelitian. Kepala sekolah mengidentifikasi kebutuhan guru melalui supervisi tindakan kelas dan melakukan evaluasi dengan Diskusi Kelompok Fokus (FGD) melibatkan semua guru. Peningkatan kompetensi pedagogis dan profesional dilakukan melalui lokakarya, seminar, pelatihan layanan pendidikan, pembinaan dan mentoring oleh guru senior, kolaborasi antar guru, penggunaan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK), motivasi yang diberikan kepada guru melalui implementasi kegiatan komunitas belajar (Kombel) di dalam lembaga pendidikan, Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG), Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM), In House Training (IHT), pertemuan, motivasi, reward and punishment, gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif, memberikan bimbingan bagi guru untuk menghadiri webinar dan berbagai program pelatihan. Indikator keberhasilan dari strategi yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah dapat diamati melalui hasil tes formatif dan sumatif, serta hasil pencapaian non-akademik. Peningkatan berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis dan profesional guru difasilitasi melalui kemauan guru untuk terus meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis dan profesional mereka melalui berbagai metode, seperti berkolaborasi dengan guru lain, terlibat dalam kegiatan belajar mandiri menggunakan PMM, dan melakukan diskusi dan refleksi.

Strategi penjualan digital hingga saat ini masih minim diterapkan oleh sebagian pelaku usaha dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterbatasan pengalaman. Faktanya strategi penjualan digital sangat dibutuhkan dalam dunia bisnis untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Sosialisasi kepada mahasiswa ini bertujuan memberikan informasi dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk serta mampu mengembangkan strategi bisnis yang efektif dan mengetahui cara mengimplementasikan strategi-strategi penjualan dalam usaha atau bisnis yang sedang dijalankanya. Metode sosialisasi dilakukan dengan webinar (web seminar) dan penyampaian materi kepada peserta melalui zoom meeting. Hasil dari sosialisasi ini dapat disimpulkan berjalan dengan sangat baik dan mendapatkan respon yang positif dari peserta.

Studi ini membahas kondisi Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) yang terdiri dari kompenen pajak, retribusi, hasil kekayaan daerah yang dipisahkan dan pendapatan lain yang dianggap sah. Selain itu studi ini menekankan penyusunan strategi optimalisasi Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) yang menekankan pada inovasi dan kolaborasi agar hasil dan target peningkatan PAD di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah dapat tercapai. Pentingnya inovasi sebagai transformator dan kolaborasi dalam membangun jejaring kerja Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan beberapa data LKPD 5 tahun terakir dari tahun 2019-2023. Selain itu metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan strategi lebih berorientasi pada hasil dan lebih positivik dengan pendekatan SOAR fokus analisisnya terhadap kekuatan, peluang, aspirasi dan hasil, sedangkan lokus studi adalah Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Studi ini menemukan bahwa salah satu langkah penting dalam memperkuat keuangan daerah adalah optimalisasi PAD melalui kebijakan yang berkelanjutan. Pemerintah Daerah dapat meningkatkan pendapatan pajak secara berkelanjutan, mendukung pembangunan daerah, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan menggunakan strategi yang tepat dan kebijakan yang komprehensif. Annual growth rate, persentase rata-rata pertumbuhan setiap tahunnya sebesar 10,25%, annual growth rate mengalami pertumbuhan PAD negative (-21%). Beberapa strategi yang dapat dikembangkan dalam rangka optimalisasi PAD melalui inovasi dan kolaborasi adalah menciptakan inovasi di sektor perpajakan dan retribusi daerah baik dari pemungutan maupun pencatatatnya. Selain itu memperkuat jejaring kerja dan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak akan mempermudah Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Lombok Tengah dalam memetakan sektor potensial yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk peningkatan PAD

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan metode diskusi, audiovisual dan praktik yang digunakan guru di SDN 141 Pekanbaru kelas 4 dalam mengajar siswa yang mengalami ketidakmampuan belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi yang sama dengan penelitian sebelumnya, yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Guru dan siswa dijadikan sebagai sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Ada tiga langkah dalam teknik analisis data: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sejumlah siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca, menulis, dan berhitung. Masalah-masalah ini mewakili tantangan pembelajaran yang spesifik. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, pendidik harus memilih strategi seperti diskusi, audiovisual dan praktik, pendekatan, metode, dan prosedur belajar mengajar yang dapat diterima dan berhasil yang dapat mereka gunakan sebagai panduan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi implementasi strategi pembelajaran aktif pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas 4 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta (MIS) Ummul Qura Langkat. Strategi pembelajaran aktif diterapkan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar-mengajar, serta untuk memperkuat pemahaman mereka terhadap konsep-konsep IPS yang diajarkan. Studi Kasus ini berawal dari proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan di kelas yang monoton sehingga membuat siswa bosan dan tidak aktif, rendahnya keaktifan belajar siswa di Kelas 4 MIS Ummul Qura Langkat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui bagaimana implementasi strategi pembelajaran aktif pada mata pelajaran IPS Di Kelas 4 MIS Ummul Qura Langkat, penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan atau field research dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini antara lain metode observasi, dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer yaitu berasal dari kepala sekolah guru dan data sekunder berasal dari dokumen-dokumen penting, situs web, buku, dan sebagainya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi strategi pembelajaran aktif, seperti diskusi kelompok, permainan peran, dan penugasan berbasis proyek, dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS. Selain itu, terlihat adanya peningkatan dalam pemahaman siswa terhadap materi IPS yang diajarkan. Kesimpulannya, strategi pembelajaran aktif efektif diterapkan dalam konteks pembelajaran IPS di kelas 4 MIS Ummul Qura Langkat. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi guru dan sekolah dalam memilih dan menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS maupun mata pelajaran lainnya di tingkat yang lebih tinggi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi SDGs dan Model SDGs pada PT. Triarta Sinergi Pratama. Penelitian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan interpetif dengan satu jenis variabel yang diteliti yaitu Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode fenomenologi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah para pekerja pada perusahaan PT. Triarta Sinergi Pratama. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Perusahaan mengimplementasikan SDGs dalam aktivitas bisnisnya dimotivasi oleh dua hal, economic dan motive untuk memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan mulai dari pemerolehan keuntungan, pembangunan citra perusahaan dan peningkatan nilai pemegang saham serta social motive yaitu untuk berbagi sesama tanpa memperhitungkan kontra prestasi secara langsung. Kendala utama dalam perusahaan PT. Triarta Sinergi Pratama yaitu keselamatan kerja yang masih kurang, maka perusahaan selalu berupaya untuk menyesuaikan keamanan dengan masing-masing bagian kerjangnya agar kendala dapat dikondisikan.

Abstract: SMSE Profit Maximization Based on Pricing Strategy Perspective Purpose: this study aims to maximize SMSE profits analyzed by pricing strategy perspective. Method: qualitative descriptive methods with case study approaches. Results: business owner needs to set different profits between manufactured and merchandise goods in order to maximize their profit. However, there are several additional scenarios for MSME to carry out better profit planning. Novelty: the study presents a profit planning based on pricing strategy approach which is expected to help MSME maximize the profits they will earn. Contribution: to help MSMEs to achieve profit maximization so that MSMEs can continue to do business and expand. Abstrak: Maksimalisasi Laba UMKM Berdasarkan Perspektif Pricing Strategy Tujuan: menggambarkan strategi penetapan harga jual dan perencanaan laba pada tingkat harga yang berbeda. Metode: metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan cost-plus pricing dan cost-volume-profit sebagai alat ukurnya. Hasil: berdasarkan struktur biaya pada periode ini, harga jual yang paling ideal adalah harga jual yang menetapkan laba sebesar 25% dan 15%. Di samping itu, perencanaan laba UMKM berada pada kondisi yang baik. Kebaruan: : penelitian menyajikan hasil analisis penetapan harga jual dan perencanaan laba yang dapat membantu UMKM dalam menyusun strategi. Kontribusi: membantu UMKM dalam penyusunan strategi terkait harga jual dan perencanaan laba.

Abstrak: Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) didorong untuk mampu mengembangkan kompetensi kewirausahaan baik bagi peserta didik maupun lembaganya. Salah satu bentuk pengembangan kompetensi kewirausahaan tersebut adalah dengan membangun unit usaha sebagai sarana belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa strategi peningkatan usaha berbasis sekolah untuk meningkatkan kualitas lulusan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Teknik triangulasi. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah Kepala SMK Cendekia Paseh Bandung, Wakasek dan Kepala Program. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa efektivitas usaha berbasis sekolah sangat dipengaruhi oleh aspek (1) kepemimpinan, (2) sumber daya, dan (3) kurikulum. Kepala sekolah dituntut untuk membuat gagasan strategis tentang rencana dan program sekolah. Kurikulum yang dikembangkan harus sejalan dengan kebutuhan DUDIKA agar tercipta relevansi antara Pendidikan di SMK dengan kebutuhan DUDIKA. Sehingga untuk meningkatkan efektivitas usaha berbasis sekolah diperlukan kriteria kepemimpinan yang memiliki komitmen, kompetensi serta kreatif dalam mengelola sumber daya yang ada dan menciptakan inovasi-inovasi dalam program sekolah. Abstract: Vocational high schools (SMK) are encouraged to be able to develop entrepreneurial competencies for both students and their institutions. One form of developing entrepreneurial competence is to build a business unit as a means of student learning. The purpose of this research is to analyze strategies for improving school-based businesses to improve the quality of graduates. This study uses a qualitative research model. The subjects in the study were the head of SMK Cendekia Paseh Bandung, the vice principal, and the head of the program. The results of this study concluded that the effectiveness of school-based enterprises is strongly influenced by aspects of (1) leadership, (2) resources, and (3) curriculum. Principals are required to make strategic decisions about school plans and programs. The developed curriculum must be in line with DUDIKA's needs in order to create relevance between education in SMK and DUDIKA's needs. So to increase the effectiveness of school-based businesses, leadership criteria are needed that are committed, competent, and creative in managing existing resources and creating innovations in school programs.

Pembangunan kawasan perdesaan merupakan pembangunan integratif antar desa yang dilaksanakan dalam upaya mempercepat dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, pembangunan, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa melalui pendekatan pembangunan yang partisipatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan kawasan Perdesaan Margomarem yang terdiri dari Desa Maron, Desa Tlogo, Desa Menjer, Desa Larangan Lor dan Desa Mlandi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, pengumpulan data sekunder, diskusi kelompok terbatas, dan wawancara mendalam. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis menghasilkan empat belas strategi berdasarkan empat pendekatan strategi pengembangan. Saran yang diusulkan berupa inisiatif kegiatan (quick win) sebagai penentu prioritas dari banyaknya strategi pengembangan yang dihasilkan, yakni a) Penetapan kawasan perdesaan Margomarem, b) Penyusunan rencana pembangunan kawasan perdesaan Margomarem c) Pembentukan dan pelaksanaan kerja sama antar desa, d) Pelatihan dan pengembangan kapasitas kelembagaan serta studi banding, e) Penyelesaian, penanganan dan penanggulangan permasalahan perdesaan.

Lembaga pendidikan yang berkualitas dapat diukur dari layanan yang diberikan melalui beberapa program seperti program unggulan maupun program akselerasi. Program-program tersebut menjadi brand untuk ditawarkan kepada masyarakat sebagai pengguna jasa layanan pendidikan untuk meningkatkan mutu peserta didik maupun mutu lulusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi untuk meningkatkan mutu lulusan pada Program Unggulan Bahasa di SMA Nurul Jadid. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi untuk meningkatkan mutu lulusan pada program Unggulan Bahasa di SMA Nurul Jadid dengan bimbingan khusus bahasa asing seperti Bahasa Mandari, Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Arab dengan merekrut tenaga pendidik sesuai kualifikasi kelimuannya serta layanan tutorial tambahan, peningkatan kompetensi guru dan peningkatan sarana dan prasarana. Faktor pendukung lainnya di antaranya adanya input proses seleksi, adanya klaster khusus bagi siswa-siswa program unggulan, motivasi belajar tinggi dan tenaga pengajar yang kompeten.

Pandemi yang sangat membebani sistem kesehatan, mendisrupsi ekonomi dan menimbulkan kekhawatiran yang meluas serta ketidakpastian situasi membuat kelesuan dalam bidang ekonomi keluarga. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi BUMDes Darussalam Desa Burai dalam membangun strategi branding. Strategi branding yang dilakukan dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal yakni pemahaman dan kemampuan akan membangun branding yang kuat dan faktor eksternal yakni kemampuan dalam membangun jaringan usaha dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait. Strategi yang digunakan BUMDes Darussalam dalam membangun branding ini menggunakan beberapa teori melalui metode deskriptif. Perencanaan membangun branding BUMDes Darussalam dilakukan dengan melakukan survei data, wawancara, kuesioner, diskusi, brainstorming gagasan branding, perancangan identity branding. Solusi yang dilaksanakan berupa kegiatan analisis ekuitas brand dalam menghasilkan rumusan strategi yang tepat, baik dan benar untuk BUMDes Darussalam, dan perancangan identity branding berupa corporate identity. Kajian ini menjadi salah satu aspek tolok ukur bagi BUMDes Darussalam dalam melakukan strategi pengembangan brand peningkatan skala usaha. Program pengembangan strategi branding BUMDes Darussalam diharapkan menghasilkan produk unggulan daerah dalam menghadapi persaingan pasar yang dinamis di era saat ini.

Education is a form of conscious, tangible, and systematically planned activity aimed at creating a continuous learning atmosphere and process, actively developing selfpotential to possess spiritual strength, self-management, intelligent personality, noble character, and both soft and hard skills needed by individuals, society, and the nation. The problem faced by the School of Information Management and Computer Logic is the failure to achieve the target number of student admissions for the year 2023 (a decrease in numbers). Therefore, without concrete action, it is feared to impact this Higher Education institution, especially the Information Management and Computer department. This study aims to formulate policies and alternative strategies based on the marketing mix model to increase public interest in choosing Logika Higher Education in the future. The independent variables studied are derived from the marketing mix strategy, namely Curriculum, Cost, Location, Promotion, Educational Staff and Personnel, Process, and Service. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is the Decision to Choose. The tourism development strategy is carried out in the context of increasing economic growth both regionally and nationally, to achieve this goal it is necessary to design a strategy that will be implemented in the field related to tourism development, several aspects must be considered and must be present in planning so that the strategy to be implemented can achieved, namely: (i) policy directions, (ii) policy strategies (iii) and tourism development programs must be aligned and synergized with the policy directions made by the National, especially in the current conditions which are still in the condition of the Covid-19 Pandemic so that there needs to be a strategy that is specifically designed, aligned and innovative so that the tourism industry continues to exist so that the people's economy continues to grow without neglecting safety as a result of this Pandemic. Tourism development should follow the principles of sustainability, which integrate ecological, social and economic sustainability. This strategic approach to sustainable tourism is suggested to be small-scale, local management, and provide benefits to the community at large. This research was carried out in several stages, the first stage was planning which consisted of (i) identifying problems, (ii) determining objectives, (iii) establishing a team structure and tasks, (iv) compiling a schedule and budget. The second stage is to carry out analysis, including: (i) data collection (observation, interview), (ii) data analysis (documentation analysis, tourism development strategy analysis). Roads are vital infrastructure for land transportation and transportation routes that have a significant impact on economic growth and community accessibility in a region. In the development of roads, especially in the Pulau Morotai Regency, supervision and control are crucial to ensure that the implementation process meets the requirements and timelines, anticipating potential delays during execution. This research aims to examine and analyze the factors influencing the delay in completing the hotmix road construction project around Pulau Rao in the Pulau Morotai Regency. It also seeks to assess the ranking of factors affecting the delay in the hotmix road construction project around Pulau Rao in the Pulau Morotai Regency and formulate strategies implemented to address the delays in completing the hotmix road construction project around Pulau Rao in the Pulau Morotai Regency. The research adopts a quantitative method. The results of the study indicate that the factors influencing the delay in the implementation of road construction in Pulau Rao Subdistrict, Pulau Morotai Regency, from 2018 to 2023 include delays in material delivery, adverse weather conditions, lack of professionalism in decision-making, scarcity of labor, and equipment damage. Salt farming is considered a risky venture due to the influence of both internal and external factors. Therefore, this study aimed to describe farmers' perceptions regarding the causes, opportunities, and impacts of risks to develop a risk reduction strategy for salt farming in Madura Island. The study used a multistage sampling method to obtain 120 respondents and was conducted in three regencies: Sampang, Pamekasan, and Sumenep. The first objective was analyzed using the descriptive method, while the second was designed using the Kountur method. Farmers' perceptions showed that seawater quality, wind and temperature, rainfall, soil porosity, price volatility, marketing channels, government policies, capital constraints, and human resource quality could cause risks in salt farming. Several risks were perceived to significantly impact salt farming, such as government policies, partnerships, marketing channels, prices, and capital availability. Therefore, some recommendations to improve the risk reduction strategies included the use of horizontal axis windmills, revitalization of groups and partnerships, and capital strengthening through the effectiveness of the PUGAR (Empowerment of Smallholder Salt Businesses) policy by the development of standard procedures for the timely and targeted distribution of the aides. Recovering from health complications due to post-COVID-19 condition is a struggle. Patients with the condition could benefit from rehabilitation as part of their recovery journey. A systematic literature review (SLR) was implemented according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines to explore the design of these programmes. Of the 356 articles that were identified, deduplicated and screened, 63 articles fitted the eligibility criteria. These eligible articles were analysed using the Classic Grounded Theory approach. Theoretical saturation was achieved with 28 eligible articles. The key finding of this systematic review is the strategic components of effective rehabilitation programmes for long COVID. They are: (1) assessment and monitoring, (2) primary strategies, and (3) supportive strategies. A combination of these strategic components is designed into rehabilitation programmes to ensure the effectiveness of these programmes. Effectiveness is accomplished when the following rehabilitation outcomes are achieved: (1) reduce symptoms, and (2) bring improvement to patients and (3) optimize care systems for patients. In summary, it provides broad themes to be filled in, customized, and even individualized when designing a programme, and its contents for patients who are suffering for the condition. The issue of curriculum change, especially in Year 1 Science subjects, stems from the content of the existing curriculum, which is increasingly dense and difficult, and directly becomes a debate among academics. This causes teachers to rush to finish the syllabus without taking into account the students’ level of mastery. Therefore, it is appropriate to make changes in the Science subject so that the curriculum remains relevant, easy to understand, and of interest to students. Therefore, teachers need to be prepared in terms of knowledge, skills, and attitudes to face the challenges of curriculum change. This study is aimed at identifying the readiness, challenges, and strategies of Year 1 Science teachers to face the curriculum changes. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach through interviews for data collection. The sample for this study consists of five Year 1 Science teachers from the schools under the supervision of the Alor Gajah Melaka District Education Office and was selected using the purposive sampling technique. Semi-structured interviews were conducted using interview protocols adapted from previous studies, and the data were analysed thematically. The findings of the study show that teachers are prepared in terms of knowledge, skills, and attitudes to face the changes in the Year 1 Science curriculum. However, teachers faced significant challenges in mastering high-level knowledge and skills in implementing the curriculum content. Although there are challenges, teachers are ready to face those challenges by implementing effective strategies to face the curriculum changes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memberikan sosialisasi kepada siswa SMA Negeri 10 Gowa tentang pentingnya memahami dan membangun personal branding. Permasalahan mitra yang disampaikan oleh pihak sekolah bahwa siswa yang ada di SMA Negeri 10 Gowa memiliki potensi/kompetensi untuk membangun usaha namun, mereka tidak mampu mengekspresikan potensi/kompetensi tersebut. Mitra kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah Siswa SMA Negeri 10 Gowa yang berada di Kabupaten Gowa Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan tepatnya di jalan dekat komplek BTN. Saumata Indah, Jalan Mustafa Dg. Bunga, Kelurahan Romangpolong Kecamatan Somba Opu Kabupaten Gowa. Adapun metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang digunakan yaitu terdiri dari tiga tahapan: tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap Monitoring dan Evaluasi. Hasil dari pelatihan ini mendapat respon yang sangat baik dari seluruh peserta. Strategi untuk membangun personal branding bagi siswa dapat dilakukan dengan mengarahkan mereka untuk memahami minat dan bakat mereka sesuai dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki dan diminati. Dalam kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat berikutnya, dapat diadakan pendampingan atau pembentukan kelompok belajar yang bertujuan merancang personal branding siswa, dimulai dari hobi hingga keterampilan yang telah dikuasai dengan memanfaatkan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di sekolah. Setiap kelompok akan berdiskusi mengenai keterampilan tertentu (hard skill) yang sesuai dengan minat mereka, serta keterampilan komunikasi, kepemimpinan, dan berpikir kritis (soft skill) yang dibutuhkan. Dari diskusi tersebut, setiap siswa akan menyusun target yang harus dicapai untuk mengoptimalkan pengembangan soft skill dan hard skill yang berguna di masa depan.
