Phishing attacks are among the most common malicious activities on the Internet. During a phishing attack, cybercriminals present themselves as a trusted organization or individual. Their goal is to lure people to enter their private information, such as passwords and bank card numbers, while believing that nothing malicious is happening. The attack often starts with a phishing email, which is an email that is very similar to a legitimate email, but usually contains links to malicious websites or uses some other techniques to mislead victims. To prevent phishing attacks, it is crucial to detect phishing emails and remove them from email inbox folders. In this paper, a neural network based phishing email detection model is proposed. In comparison to some earlier approaches, our model does not use manually engineered input features. It learns character and word embeddings directly from email texts, and uses them to extract local and global features using convolutional and recurrent layers, respectively. Our model is tested on the two commonly used datasets for phishing email detection, the SpamAssassin Public Corpus and Nazario Phishing Corpus, and it achieves an accuracy of 99.81 % and F_1-score of 99.74 %, which is on par or better than the current state-of-the-art approaches.

Objective. Camel milk is highly nutritious food with many health benefits proposed. Demand for camel milk has increased worldwide. Production of camel milk powders facilitate its transport, prolonge shelf-life, and also offer an attractive additive for various food products. In this study we examined the effect of freeze/spray drying treatment for camel milk powder production, on physiochemical and functional properties of camel milk proteins. Material and Methods. Whole camel milk powders were prepared by spray drying treatment at six different inlet temperatures (190°C - 250°C) or by freeze drying. The soluble protein fractions upon the treatments were analysed by combination of electrophoretic and spectroscopic techniques. Structural and functional properties of camel milk proteins such as Maillard reaction products formation, antioxidant activity and protein solubility were assessed. Results. SDS-PAGE revealed non-uniform increase in Mw of major protein bands, while native electrophoresis revealed non-uniform decrease in pI values with increased inlet temperature of spray drying. That indicated attachement of lactose moieties to NH2-group of proteins via non-enzymatic Maillard reaction. Spectrophotometric analysis showed formation of intermediate Maillard reaction products (increased absorbance at 294 nm) and no detectable late Maillard reaction products formation. Higher inlet temperatures (230°C - 250°C) resulted in higher protein carbonyls formation and lower content of free amino groups as a result of Maillard reaction. Far-UV circular dichroism spectra showed no differences in secondary structures between freeze and spray dried samples. Antioxidant activity and protein solubility were increased with increase in inlet temperature. Conclusions. Our results showed that spray drying treatment promotes non-enzymatic glycation of camel milk proteins and exert significant effects on the techno-functional properties of CM powder such as nutritional value and shelf life. Thus, optimization of spray drying parametars is essential for production of high quality camel milk powders. Freeze dried camel milk and spray dried at 250°C were analysed by mass spectrometry. Results: SDS-PAGE revealed non-uniform increase in Mw of major protein bands, while native electrophoresis revealed non-uniform decrease in pI values with increased inlet temperature of spray drying. That indicated occurence of the Maillard reaction. Far-UV circular dichroism spectra showed no differences in secondary structures between freeze and spray dried samples. Mass spectrometry identified α-lactalbumin, glycosylation-dependant cell adhesion molecule 1 (GLYCAM1), immunoglobulin heavy chain, peptidoglycan recognition protein and camel serum albumin as dominant proteins in soluble fraction of camel milk powders. Carboxymethyl-lisyne (CML), well known marker of Maillard reaction in food analysis, was detected on GLYCAM1 and on immunoglobulin heavy chain. Conclusions: Our results indicate glycation of camel milk proteins via Maillard reaction upon spray drying treatment which further may affect techno-functional properties of camel milk powders, their shelf-life and nutritional value. Camel milk (CM) powders are nutritious food with many health benefits. We investigated physicochemical properties of CM proteins upon spray drying at six inlet temperatures (190°C - 250°C). Electrophoretic and spectrophotometric analysis revealed occurrence of Maillard reaction upon spray drying. Size exclusion chromatography showed increase in protein Mw and aggregates formation. Spray drying inlet temperatures exerted significant effects on the properties of CM powder proteins. Black locust (Robinia pseudoacacia L.) honey is one of the most appreciated species on the market ; significant amounts are produced in many European countries, with largest production in Eastern Europe and China. It is characterized with very bright colour, weak odour and aroma (floral-fruity and warm) while sweetness is dominant in taste. In Croatia black locust honey is mostly produced in the continental region and it is considered to be the most abundant and appreciated type. Honey is often a target of adulteration due to its relatively high prices, limited and demanding production. It can be adulterated in many different ways and some of them are mislabelling of botanical and geographical origin or partial or total replacement with sugar syrups. Consequently, different ways of adulteration require different detection methodologies. In the last thirty years stable carbon isotope ratio (13C/12C) method is used for detection of honey adulteration with sugar cane or corn syrups. Recently, researches have been focused on application of this method for honey botanical and geographical origin assessment. This paper presents the results of stable carbon isotope ratio (13C/12C) in black locust honey from the Republic of Croatia and consideres the possibility of using this method in assessment of different aspects of honey authenticity.

The aim of this paper is to present soil as a growing medium used in germination tests of seeds of some insecticide-treated maize inbred lines that have been carried out at the seed testing laboratory of the Maize Research Institute, Zemun Polje in Belgrade. Although soil is not recommended as a primary growing medium for seed germination because it is not included into standard methods, it is the most natural and the best growing medium for seed germination testing under laboratory conditions. Soil is recommended when seedlings show phytotoxic symptoms or when results of the standard germination test are uncertain. The standard method B(etween) P(aper) with 4x100 seeds and filter paper + soil method with 4x50 seeds were applied in the study in 2015 and 2016. Seeds were treated with the fungicide Maxim Xl and the insecticide Sonido. Soil used in the study was degraded chernozem taken from a maize field and prepared for the medium according to the standard procedure. Seeds were germinated in the germination room at the temperature of 2030oC and 16:8 of light : dark photoperiod. The first count and total germination were recorded on the 4th and the 7th day, respectively, in both methods. Obtained results indicate that total germination for all maize inbred lines was greater in both years of investigation when filter paper + soil method was applied.

The objectives of this study were to gain insights into structure-retention relationships and to propose the model to estimating their retention. Chromatographic investigation of series of 36 Schiff bases and their copper(II) and nickel(II) complexes was performed under both normaland reverse-phase conditions. Chemical structures of the compounds were characterized by molecular descriptors which are calculated from the structure and related to the chromatographic retention parameters by multiple linear regression analysis. Effects of chelation on retention parameters of investigated compounds, under normal-and reverse-phase chromatographic conditions, were analyzed by principal component analysis, quantitative structure-retention relationship and quantitative structure-activity relationship models were developed on the basis of theoretical molecular descriptors, calculated exclusively from molecular structure, and parameters of retention and lipophilicity. Diazepam belongs to the group of benzodiazepine drugs, and its consumption with alcohol enhances its sedative effect and absorption rate. That is why it is often used as “date rape drug” [1]. In our experiments we applied the flow injection system on diazepam determination on a bare glassy carbon electrode. The electrochemical determination of diazepam is based on reduction of the azomethine group yielding a dyhidrodiazepam. The single cathodic peak is caused by the reduction of diazepam by a two electron change. The reduction potential is highly dependent on pH value of the electrolyte, shifting to more negative potentials with higher pH [2].

The objective of this study was to apply the ring analysis in the proficiency assessment of authorised seed samplers form 18 accredited laboratories from the Republic of Serbia and two seed samplers from the Republic of Macedonia. The seed sampling was performed in the Processing plant, while the assessment was performed at the Seed Testing Laboratory of the Maize Research Institute, Zemun Polje. Two maize seed lots, placed in containers and jumbo bags, and one barley seed lot packed in paper bags, were sampled. Drawing of submitted samples and the estimation of the sampling intensity by seed samplers were done during the course of sampling. Seed purity, 1000-seed weight and seed germination were determined in the drawn samples. Results obtained by authorised samplers were within toleration limits. All samplers from accredited laboratories proved to be well trained, the samples were properly drawn, while insignificant nonconformities were detected in the calculation of sampling intensity. Cilj ovog rada je primena kružne analize u kontroli ovlašćenih uzorkovača semena iz 18 akreditovanih laboratorija iz Republik e Srbije i dva uzorkovača iz Makedonije. Uzorkovanje i ispitivanje obavljeno je na Doradnom centru i u Laboratoriji za ispiti vanje semena Instituta za kukuruz „Zemun Polje“. Uzorkovane su dve partije semena kukuruza, smeštene u kontejnerima i džambo vrećama i jedna partija ječma upakovana u papirne vreće. U toku uzorkovanja, praćen je način formiranj a prosečnog uzorka i izračunavanja intenziteta uzorkovanja od strane uzorkovača. Na uzetim uzorcima ispitivana je čistoća semena, masa 1000 semena i klijavost semena. Utvrđivanje klijavosti semena kukuruza je izvršeno na standardnom temperaturnom režimu 2030 0C, naizmenično 8/16 h, a za seme ječma na 200C. Masa je utvrđena merenjem 8x100 semena a čistoća semena procentualnim učešćem nečistoća u uzorku. Ispitivana čistoća semena se kretala od 99,4%-99,9% za prvi uzorak kukuruza, za drugi uzorak kukuruza se kretala od 98,6-99,3% a za uzorak ječma od 99,4-99,7%. Klijavost semena za prvi uzorak kukuruza se kretala od 96-98%, za drugi uzorak od 90-96% a za partiju ječma od 97-99%. Masa se kretala od 351,7 g-357,3 g za prvi uzorak kukuruza, za drugi uzorak kukuruza od 306,3 g-315,0 g a za uzorak ječma od 46,19 g-44,76 g. Analize su rađene prema Pravilnika o kvalitetu semena poljoprivrednog bilja 47/87 i po međunarodnim ISTA pravilima. Eksperimentalni podaci obrađeni su deskriptivnom statistikom (srednja vrednost, standardan devijacija, medijana), koristeći Data Analisysis Softver System. Dobijeni rezultati ovlašćenih uzorkovača su u granicama dozvoljenih odstupanja. Svi uzorkovači iz akreditovanih laboratorija dobro formiraju radni uzorak, dok su manja odstupanja uočena kod izračunavanja intenziteta uzorkovanja.

Schiff bases play an important role in inorganic chemistry as they easily form stable complexes with majority of transition metal ions. Complexes of Schiff bases have been recognized as models for biologically important species. The aim of this work is to investigate chromatographic behaviour of series of 12 tetradentate Schiff bases and corresponding copper(II) and nickel(II) complexes by normal- and reversed-phase thin layer chromatography, and optimization of chromatographic conditions for their separation. Chromatographic methods have been frequently applied for determination of retention parameter (RM), which is used for quantitative relationships between chemical structure and retention. The chemical structures of investigated compounds can be characterized by molecular descriptors. Quantitative structure-retention relationship (QSRR) describes how molecular structure affects chromatographic retention. In the case of thin layer chromatography, the QSRR studies are usually based on RM value, which is defined by Bate-Smith and Westall eguation. In this study we used two stationary and twenty two mobile phases. Also, in this work we used multivariant regression analysis to confirm the optimal chromatographic conditions.
