Dysbiosis is among the challenges the healthcare is facing now. This condition results from to the combined impact of a number of negative factors on the human body, and immune status weakening. The priority of current biotechnology is the elaboration of probiotics immobilized in gel particles that can be used to correct dysbiosis. Immobilization of probiotic cells in alginate gel granules protects them from the damaging effects of barrier functions of the gastrointestinal tract. The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of ypothermic and low-temperature storage on the viability of the probiotic Bifidobacterium bifidum immobilized in granules of alginate gel. Bacterial cells were immobilized in granules of unmodified gel (1% sodium alginate solution) and in granules of modified sucrose-milk-lactose gel. Granules with immobilized bacterial cells were placed into cryotubes. The samples kept at temperatures of +4, -12, -20, -80 and -196 ° C for 12 months (study period). It was found that storage at temperatures -80 and -196°C provided high viability of the probiotic throughout the study. During storage at temperatures of +4 and -12 ° C, the death of bacteria was observed in 1 – 3 months, depending on the composition of the gel particles, and at a temperature of -20°C the death occurs in 6-9 months. Conclusions: It has been established that the viability of B. bifidum culture cells immobilized in alginate gel granules is influenced by both storage temperature modes and gel modification by the introduction of sucrose-milk-lactose medium. At temperature ragnes of -80 and -196°C, immobilized bacteria do not die during the year (observation period). When storing at the temperatures +4, -12, -20°C, higher viability rates and longer shelf life of bifidobacterial cells were observed in samples of alginate gel granules modified with sucrose-milk-lactose medium. It has been shown using as an example the geological structure of the Precambrian basement of the Middle Bug area (the Ukrainian Shield) that the chronostratigraphic scheme of the Lower Archean needs to be modified, in particular, greenlevada suite of the Dniester-Bug series represented by supercrustal leucogranulite rock formation sho-uld be included. It has been found that leucogranulite formation of the Bug area are rocks (granitized biotite and garnet-biotite gneisses) which belong to formation-gene-tic type of quartz-feldspar metasomatites, particularly, to structural-formational association of metasomatites from regional fault zones. According to the data of geological, geochemical, tectonophysical, radioisotopic studies of the similar rocks in the exposures of the middle stream of the river South Bug, it has been proved that they were formed around 2.03 Ga ago as a result of diaftoresis of rocks of the Archean basement and their granulitic appearance as well as subvertical occurrence are related to dyna-mometamorphic including shear processes. Methodic problems of the studies of the age relations of the Catarchean rock complexes are under discussion. The well-known geological cross-section of Khoshchuvato-Zavalye site of the Middle Bug area has been considered and it has been shown that the stratigraphic method based on the principle of sequence of stratifying of supercrustal rocks is impossible to be effectively used in such complexes because of their strong tectonic and intrusive-metasomatic reprocessing, practical impossibility of their initial bedding to be found. The best way under these conditions is to be supported by more objective petrostructural, microstruc-tural, petrochemical, including radioisotopic and geophysical data., На примере геологического строения докембрийского фундамента Среднего Побужья (Украинский щит) показано, что в хроностратиграфичну схему нижнего архея Украинского щита должны быть внесены изменения, в частности исключено зелено левадивську мира днестровско-бугской серии, представленной суперкрустальною лейкогранулитовою формацией. Установлено, что на Побужье эту формацию составляют гранитизовани биотитовые и гранат-биотитовые гнейсы формационно-генетического ряда кварц-полевошпатовых метасоматитов, в частности, структурно-формационной ассоциации метасоматитов зон региональных разломов. По данным геологического, геохимического, тектонофизических, радиоизотопного исследования подобных пород в обнажениях среднего течения р. Южный Буг (районы городов Гайворон, Первомайск, пгт Олександ- Ривка, сел Соломия, Хащеватое, Завалье, Кошаро-Олекандривка, Зеленая Левада) доказано, что гнейсы образовались около 2030000000 лет назад в результате диафторезу пород архейского фундамента, их гранулитового вид, а также субвертикальне залегания связанные с динамометаморфичнимы, в том числе сдвижными, процессами. Линейность зерен кварца, полевого шпата, граната и др., Слоистость и кристаллизационная сланцюватисть пород являются вторичными и обусловлены силами стресса, ориентированными в субгоризонтально плоскости. Обсуждены методические вопросы изучения возрастных соотношений породных комплексов катархею. Рассмотрены известный геологический разрез хащевато-Завальевского района Среднего Побужья и показано, что использование стратиграфического метода, основанного на принципе последовательности напластования суперкрустальних горных пород, не является эффективным для таких комплексов из-за их значительную тектоническую и интрузивно-метасоматических переработку и невозможность выявления первичной слоистости. Лучше в таких условиях опираться на объективные петроструктурный, микроструктурные, петрохимическим методы, в том числе радиоизотопные и геофизические данные., На прикладі геологічної будови докембрійського фундаменту Середнього Побужжя (Український щит) показано, що у хроностратиграфічну схему нижнього архею Українського щита мають бути внесені зміни, зокрема виключено зелено- левадівську світу дністровсько-бузької серії, що представлена суперкрустальною лейкогранулітовою формацією. Встановлено, що на Побужжі цю формацію складають гранітизовані біотитові й гранат-біотитові гнейси формаційно-генетичного ряду кварц-польовошпатових метасоматитів, зокрема, структурно-формаційної асоціації метасоматитів зон регіональних розломів. За даними геологічного, геохімічного, тектонофізичного, радіоізотопного вивчення подібних порід у відслоненнях середньої течії р. Південний Буг (райони міст Гайворон, Первомайськ, пгт Олександ- рівка, сіл Соломія, Хащувате, Завалля, Кошаро-Олекандрівка, Зелена Левада) доведено, що гнейси утворилися близько 2,03 млрд років тому в результаті діафторезу порід архейського фундаменту, їх гранулітовий вигляд, а також субвертикальне залягання пов'язані з динамометаморфічними, в тому числі зсувними, процесами. Лінійність зерен кварцу, польових шпатів, гранату та ін., шаруватість і кристалізаційна сланцюватість порід є вторинними і зумовлені силами стресу, орієнтованими в субгоризонтальній площині. Обговорено методичні питання вивчення вікових співвідношень породних комплексів катархею. Розглянуто відомий геологічний розріз Хащувато-Заваллівського району Середнього Побужжя і показано, що використання стратиграфічного методу, що грунтується на принципі послідовності нашарування суперкрустальних гірських порід, не є ефективним для таких комплексів через їх значну тектонічну та інтрузивно-метасоматичну переробку і неможливість виявлення первинної шаруватості. Найліпше за таких умов спиратися на об'єктивніші петроструктурні, мікроструктурні, петрохімічні методи, у тому числі радіоізотопні та геофізичні дані.

The Ukrainian shield is one of the oldest and richest structures in the solid minerals of metallogenic provinces ofEurope. It is almost all covered with geological surveys at a scale of 1:50 000, geophysical surveys at a scale of 1:50 000 - 1:10000, arelatively dense network of profiles of the deep seismic and magneto-telluric sounding. An urgent task of the Ukrainian scientists and industrial workers to draw up a medium-sized tectonic map of the shield, which would take into account all the main results of its geological and geophysical study and modern achievements of the Earth sciences. On the Tectonic map ofUkraineat a scale of 1: 1000 000, published in 2007, such an information could not be fully reflected because of the scale of the map, as well as due to the neglect of some important results of research institutes of the NAS of Ukraine (geophysical, geochemical, petrological, geochronological etc.) In this article, the authors discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the map at a scale of 1:1 000 000 and offer their ideas on the method of preparation of the Tectonic map of the Ukrainian Shield at a scale of 1:500 000., Украинский щит - одна из самых древних структур и одна из самых богатых на твердые полезные ископаемые металлогенических провинций Европы. Он практически весь покрыт геологическими съемками масштаба 1:50000, геофизическими съемками масштабов 1:50000 - 1:10 000, относительно густой сетью профилей глубинного сейсмического и магнито-теллурического зондирования. Составление среднемасштабной тектонической карты щита, которая учитывала бы все основные результаты его геолого-геофизического изучения и современные достижения наук о Земле, является насущной задачей украинских ученых и производственников. На Тектонической карте Украины масштаба 1:1 000 000, изданной в2007 г., такая информация не могла быть полностью отражена из-за масштаба карты, а также из-за неучета некоторых важных результатов исследований институтов НАН Украины (геофизических, геохимических, петрологических, геохронологических и др.). В данной статье авторы рассматривают преимущества и недостатки карты масштаба 1:1 000 000 и предлагают свой взгляд на методику составления Тектонической карты Украинского щита масштаба 1:500 000., Український щит - одна з найдревніших структур і одна з найбагатших на тверді корисні копалини металогенічних провінцій Європи. Він практично весь покритий геологічними зйомками масштабу 1: 50 000, геофізичними зйомками масштабів 1:50 000 – 1:10 000, відносно густою мережею профілів глибинного сейсмічного та магніто-телуричного зондування. Складання середньомасштабної тектонічної карти щита, яка б враховувала всі основні результати його геолого-геофізичного вивчення та сучасні досягнення наук про Землю, є нагальною задачею українських вчених і виробничників. На Тектонічній карті України масштабу 1: 1000 000, виданій у 2007 р., така інформація не могла бути повністю відображена через масштаб карти, а також через неврахування деяких важливих результатів досліджень інститутів НАН України (геофізичних, геохімічних, петрологічних, геохронологічних та ін.). В даній статті автори розглядають переваги і недоліки карти масштабу 1:1 000 000 і пропонують свій погляд на методику складання Тектонічної карти Українського щита масштабу 1: 500 000.
