Mercury is the most dangerous representative among toxic metals. Exceeding the dose of mercury exposure above 0.1 μg/kg body weight/day can lead to neurological effects from exposure to mercury during fetal development and early childhood. However, mercury not only has a negative impact on the environment, but also causes corrosion of the flowing part of the gas turbine at next-generation power plants such as combined cycle gasification plants (IGCC). From the thermodynamic point of view, demercurization at high temperature of the syn-gas is the most effective. However, at the moment there are no proven mercury removal technologies at high temperature. Ртуть является наиболее опасным представителем среди токсичных металлов. Превышение дозы облучения ртутью свыше 0,1 мкг/кг массы тела/день может привести к возникновению неврологических эффектов от воздействия ртути во время развития плода и раннего детства. Однако, ртуть не только оказывает негативное влияние на окружающую среду, но и вызывает коррозию проточной части газовой турбины на электростанциях следующего поколения таких как парогазовые установки с внутрицикловой газификацией (ПГУ-ВЦГ или IGCC). С термодинамической точки зрения наиболее эффективной является демеркуризация при высокой температуре синтез-газа. Однако, на данный момент нет проверенных технологий удаления ртути при высокой температуре.

The analysis of polymer-abrasive fibers requirements using the basic method of quality management is apllied. The significance of each factor is estimated, the correlation between them is formed using connection diagrams, community diagrams and matrix diagrams. Dependences of instruments technological possibilities from their technical descriptions were researched., Выполнен анализ требований, предъявляемых к полимерно-абразивным инструментам, с использованием базовых методов управления качеством. Определена значимость каждого из них, установлена взаимосвязь между ними с помощью диаграмм связи, общности и матричных диаграмм. Исследованы зависимости технологических возможностей инструментов от их технических характеристик.

Статья посвящена разработке и экспериментальному сравнению методик сопоставления особых точек на изображениях — снимках земной поверхности с камер, установленных на беспилотном летательном аппарате (БПЛА) и искусственном спутнике Земли. Главная особенность задачи состоит в том, что одно из изображений (спутниковый снимок) разбит на фрагменты. Разработанные методики являются частью комплекса алгоритмов, предназначенных для определения положения и ориентации БПЛА с использованием средств, методов и алгоритмов технического зрения. Приведено описание технологии моделирования полета и решения задачи позиционирования. Особые точки на изображениях выделяются с помощью алгоритма SURF. Также исследован подход к сопоставлению, основанный на разбиении множества особых точек на два подмножества в зависимости от знака лапласиана. Предложены способы увеличения производительности сопоставления точек. The paper is devoted to development and experimental comparison of techniques feature points matching on the images — images of the earth's surface with cameras mounted on unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and artificial earth satellite. The main feature of the problem is that one of the images (satellite image) is divided into fragments. The developed techniques are part of a complex of algorithms for determining the position and orientation of the UAV using the methods and algorithms of machine vision. A description of the flight simulation technology and solving positioning tasks are described. Feature points on the image are extracted using an SURF algorithm. Also the approach to matching based on the partition of feature points’ set into two subsets depending on the sign of the Laplacian are stidied. Methods of increasing the performance of matching points are offered. Section I. Experimental Investigations of Atomic Nucleus Properties

The spectrum of $^9$He was studied by means of the $^8$He($d$,$p$)$^9$He reaction at a lab energy of 25 MeV/n and small center of mass (c.m.) angles. Energy and angular correlations were obtained for the $^9$He decay products by complete kinematical reconstruction. The data do not show narrow states at $\sim $1.3 and $\sim $2.4 MeV reported before for $^9$He. The lowest resonant state of $^9$He is found at about 2 MeV with a width of $\sim $2 MeV and is identified as $1/2^-$. The observed angular correlation pattern is uniquely explained by the interference of the $1/2^-$ resonance with a virtual state $1/2^+$ (limit on the scattering length is obtained as $a > -20$ fm), and with the $5/2^+$ resonance at energy $\geq 4.2$ MeV., 5 pages, 4 figures, 2 tables
