- Abstract
Silent myocardial ischemia (SMI) is a poor prognostic sign of cardiac events development, such as myocardial infarction and sudden cardiac death. This article presents the last decade research findings dedicated exploring mechanisms of SMI development and prognostic value in patients with coronary heart disease.
