TREATgermany, a registry for patients with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD), established an additional questionnaire in spring 2020 to investigate the effects of the coronavirus pandemic on the daily life of patients with AD.A questionnaire was used to analyze general information regarding a patient's experience of the coronavirus pandemic and, using the Inventory of Life-Changing Events, the resulting personal burden. To analyze possible associations between disease severity (EASI score, oSCORAD, IGA, PGA, POEM), quality of life (DLQI) and personal burden, t-tests, analyses of variance and correlations were evaluated, controlled for sex and age.58 % (n = 233) of the included 400 registry patients reported high burden scores caused by the coronavirus pandemic, regardless of an actual infection. Men showed significantly higher burden scores than women, and younger than older respondents (both P = 0.03). There were no differences in burden scores related to the physician's assessment of disease severity. However, patients with higher quality of life impairments and higher disease severity perceived the burden of the coronavirus pandemic as less severe (DLQI P = 0.019, PGA P = 0.044).Our data show that registry patients considered the coronavirus pandemic as a life-changing event and perceived the burden differently. This should be taken into account in the treatment of patients with moderate to severe AD as well as in further studies.

Hintergrund: TREATgermany, ein Register für Patienten mit moderater bis schwerer atopischer Dermatitis (AD), etablierte im Frühjahr 2020 einen zusätzlichen Fragebogen, um Auswirkungen der Corona-Pandemie auf die Lebenssituation von Patienten mit AD zu untersuchen. Methodik: Anhand eines Fragebogens wurden allgemeine Informationen zum Erleben der Corona-Pandemie und, unter Anwendung des Inventars lebensverändernder Ereignisse, die resultierenden Belastungen der Patienten untersucht. Zur Analyse möglicher Assoziationen zwischen Erkrankungsschwere (EASI-Score, oSCORAD, IGA, PGA, POEM), Lebensqualität (DLQI) und persönlichen Belastungen wurden t-Tests, Varianzanalysen und Korrelationen kontrolliert nach Geschlecht und Alter genutzt. Ergebnisse: 58 % (N = 233) der einbezogenen 400 Registerpatienten berichteten eine hohe Belastung durch die Corona-Pandemie, unabhängig von einer tatsächlichen Infektion. Männer zeigten signifikant höhere Belastungswerte als Frauen sowie jüngere höhere als ältere Befragte (jeweils P = 0,03). Es gab keine Unterschiede der Belastungswerte bezogen auf die ärztliche Beurteilung der Erkrankungsschwere. Jedoch reflektierten Patienten mit höherer Einschränkung der Lebensqualität und ausgeprägterer Krankheitslast die Belastung durch die Corona-Pandemie als weniger hoch (DLQI P = 0,019, PGA P = 0,044). Schlussfolgerungen: Es konnte gezeigt werden, dass die Registerpatienten die Corona-Pandemie als lebensveränderndes Ereignis reflektieren und die Belastung unterschiedlich wahrnehmen. Formålet med denne studien var å se på om det er sammenheng, og eventuelt i hvilken grad det er sammenheng, mellom opplevd støtte fra lærer og rapportert reaktiv aggresjon hos elever. For å kunne svare på problemstillingen ble det benyttet kvantitativ metode. Datagrunnlaget er fra CIESL-prosjektet, som ble innhentet fra 13 skoler i tre fylker i Norge i 2014-2016. Oppgaven har undersøkt elevers opplevelse av lærerstøtte og sammenheng med aggresjon. Dette ble gjort gjennom å se på klasseromsinteraksjonene emosjonell støtte, klasseromsorganisering og læringsstøtte, samt hvordan disse interaksjonene har sammenheng med elevers rapportering av reaktiv aggresjon. Resultatene fra analysene, som også støttes av tidligere forskning, er at opplevd støtte fra lærer har negativ sammenheng med elevers rapportering av reaktiv aggresjon. Av de tre domenene i opplevd støtte viser resultatene at det er læringsstøtte som har sterkest negativ sammenheng med reaktiv aggresjon, deretter emosjonell støtte og til slutt klasseromsorganisering. Resultatene indikerer at det kan være av betydning for elevers skolegang at de får oppleve støtte av høy kvalitet fra sine lærere. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether there is a connection, and possibly to what extent there is a connection, between perceived support from teachers and reported reactive aggression from students. In order to be able to answer the reserarch question, a quantitative method was used. The data is from the CIESL project, which was obtained from 13 schools in three counties in Norway in 2014-2016. The thesis has examined students' experience of teachersupport and the connection with aggression. This was done by investigating the classroom interactions; emotional support, classroom organization and instructional support, and how these interactions was related to students' reporting of reactive aggression. The results from the analyzes, which are also supported by previous research, are that perceived support from teachers has a negative connection with students' reporting of reactive aggression. Of the three domains in perceived support, it turns out that it is the instructional support that has the strongest negative connection with reactive aggression, then emotional support and finally classroom organization. The results indicate that it may be important for students' schooling that they experience high-quality support from their teachers.
