Many service organizations are for-profit companies such as hotels, restaurants, and retail stores. The hotel and hospitality industry is often considered the most global in the service sector. As a result, large amounts of capital are invested each year in hotel design and improvement to achieve customer satisfaction. One of the biggest investments in hotel equipment such as devices in the living room, bedroom, bathroom and all devices that will be used by customers during their stay in hotels that require investment, monitoring and maintenance with a large budget. In recent years, online loyalty has grown more significant in the context of electronic commerce (e-commerce). Customers that are loyal to a company bring in long-term income and are seen as a valuable asset. However, in a competitive Internet environment, businesses lose consumers due to a lack of trust, contentment, and online loyalty. With an emphasis on consumer purchase intention development, this study shows how online loyalty, trust, and satisfaction form in e-commerce. Based on the literature study, a conceptual framework was created. Data was gathered from e-customers of online forms in a number of Indonesian cities. Confirmatory factor analysis was performed when the data was clarified. The theories were tested using structural equation modeling. The covid-19 has accelerated the use of technology in education, which was previously only a lesson in class. Information and network infrastructure are related to the online education system. This reason replaces the usual face-to-face learning process. to date, and only a few researchers have explicitly built attitudes towards online education, especially implementation in elementary, junior high, and high schools. This research is essential and a particular case because they are still at an early age and adolescents whose mental maturity level is still unstable and independent like university students. Indonesia's ranking travel and tourism competitiveness report shows improvement, but level tourism competitive was lower in the world. Indonesia has weaknesses in terms of infrastructure and the supporting environment in market tourism. Hotel occurs to brand and price when consumer choice it. Option global brand includes in competitiveness market hotel business. Several local hotels had already changed the rebrand to a worldwide brand, but the occupation room decreased. This paper wanted to observe that international brand hotels can influence brand awareness through intent and purchase on service and product MICE hotel. Smart PLS version 3.0 as a running data tool used as a partial least square model. Range three months, we got 2300 customers of this hotel and using Slovin formula with a margin error of 10 % and the survey spread by questionnaire. The research has proven top of global brand significant influence on brand awareness through intent and purchase. Even though hotel rebranding with a worldwide brand is not influenced well by plan and buy, brand awareness could familiarize consumers with this hotel brand. We examine students' learning engagement and satisfaction in using technology by analyzing how learning engagement influences online satisfaction such as through communication and usability, the teaching process, and the instructional content. This research focuses on a mixture of SDT and TAM. We propose a structural model that explains students' learning engagement and online satisfaction with specific dimensions. The empirical test was a model with quantitative data from 52 universities in Indonesia involving 1002 students using SMART PLS version 3. Our research found that learning engagement has a significant influence towards online satisfaction with a big determinant value. In particular, the digital learning engagement has three strong interlinked elements: behavioral, emotional, and cognitive engagement. Other variables are online satisfaction which is a strong element for the teaching process and instructional content but lower for communication and usability. This study aims to investigate factor consumers' mobile banking implementation and satisfaction on perceived risks in Indonesia. Data were collected from 178 mobile banking user in Jakarta, Aceh, Bengkulu, Samarinda and analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). It was initiate that Performance Risk could have a positive influence on adoption mobile banking, privacy risk could have a positive influence on adoption mobile banking. On the other hand using m-banking has a positive effect on m banking satisfaction.
