AbstractIndonesia is a salak producing country with five superior varieties, namely: Salak Pondoh, Salak Madu, Salak Gading, Salak Gula Pasir and Salak Sidempuan. The large number of Indonesian salak which are claimed to be Thai fruit products marketed to China shows the weak legal protection for salak fruit, which has a geographical indication of originating from Indonesia. This study collects data from relevant online literature and then analyzes them based on inductive analogies. By analogizing the concept of marketing communication tetrahedron analysis from Kevin Lane Keller, which considers four factors (consumer, communication, response and situation), through inductive analogy this paper offers steps that must be taken by the Indonesian government to provide protection and development of salak. Fruit products originating from Indonesia need to be protected and developed through legal measures, good marketing communication, and preservation technology so that they can compete in the international market.

Value Stream Mapping (VSM) telah menjadi alat ukur kinerja penting di berbagai industri, namun penelitian tren penggunaannya terbaru minim. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren VSM terhadap publikasi yang terindeks Scopus dalam 5 tahun terakhir (2019-2024) menggunakan analisis bibliometrik. Data dianalisis menggunakan VOSviewer dan Pivot Table. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 528 artikel yang dipublikasikan dalam 149 jurnal selama 5 tahun terakhir, negara dengan jumlah penelitian VSM paling produktif adalah Indonesia, serta jurnal yang paling banyak menerbitkan artikel VSM adalah Sustainability Switzerland. Analisis VOSviewer menunjukkan 6 kluster penulis dan 5 kluster kata kunci. "Sustainable Development" dan "Decision Making" teridentifikasi sebagai kata kunci terkini dengan kemunculan dan kekuatan tautan total paling besar. Celah penelitian yang teridentifikasi antara lain Menghubungkan VSM dengan Sustainable Manufacturing dan Sustainable Development, Menghubungkan Agile Manufacturing Systems dengan Smart Manufacturing, dan Menerapkan VSM dengan kata kunci terkini lainnya seperti Risk Assessment, Lean Six Sigma, Health Care, Construction Industry, Smart Manufacturing, Machine Learning, dan Lean Production. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran komprehensif tentang perkembangan penggunaan VSM untuk pengukuran kinerja dan mengidentifikasi peluang penelitian baru di bidang ini. [Value Stream Mapping as an Analysis Tool in Lean Manufacturing: Bibliometric Analysis] Value Stream Mapping (VSM) has become an important performance measurement tool in various industries, but research on the latest trends in its use is minimal. Therefore, this study aims to analyze VSM trends towards Scopus-indexed publications in the last 5 years (2019-2024) using bibliometric analysis. Data were analyzed using VOSviewer and Pivot Table. The findings showed that there were 528 articles published in 149 journals over the last 5 years, the country with the most productive VSM research was Indonesia, and the journal that published the most VSM articles was Sustainability Switzerland. VOSviewer analysis showed 6 author clusters and 5 keyword clusters. "Sustainable Development" and "Decision Making" were identified as the current keywords with the greatest occurrence and total link strength. Research gaps identified include Linking VSM with Sustainable Manufacturing and Sustainable Development, Linking Agile Manufacturing Systems with Smart Manufacturing, and Applying VSM with other current keywords such as Risk Assessment, Lean Six Sigma, Health Care, Construction Industry, Smart Manufacturing, Machine Learning, and Lean Production. This research provides a comprehensive overview of the growing use of VSM for performance measurement and identifies new research opportunities in this area. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara job stress dan perceived organizational support pada perawat di RSU Elpi Al Azis Rantauprapat. Desain penelitian menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling dengan partisipasi 161 perawat sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui skala, mencakup 30 butir aitem untuk job stress dan 24 butir aitem untuk perceived organizational support.Analisis data melibatkan uji asumsi, seperti uji normalitas dan uji linieritas, untuk memastikan validitas analisis. Korelasi Pearson product moment digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara job stress dan perceived organizational support. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.096, menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara job stress dan perceived organizational support pada perawat di RSU Elpi Al Azis Rantauprapat.Sumbangan efektif sebesar 16.1% menyoroti bahwa variabel-variabel yang diteliti hanya menjelaskan sebagian kecil variasi, sementara sebagian besar pengaruh berasal dari faktor-faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitianTemuan ini memberikan dasar untuk penelitian lanjutan guna merinci faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kondisi kerja perawat secara holistik di lingkungan RSU Elpi Al Azis Rantauprapat

Some of the Indonesian species of the genus Atholus Thomson, 1859 are re-examined based on museum specimens. Atholus famulus (Lewis, 1892), A. myrmidon (Marseul, 1861) and A. singalanus (Marseul, 1880) are re-described, and SEM micrographs and illustrations of available genitalia are provided. Additional Indonesian records of A. bifrons (Marseul, 1854), A. coelestis (Marseul, 1857), A. philippinensis (Marseul, 1854) and A. torquatus (Marseul, 1854) are reported. A key to the Indonesian species is provided.

Background: Childhood stunting poses serious long-term risks to cognitive development, education, and adult productivity. While research has explored stunting’s causes and effects, there is a lack of focus on maternal knowledge of nutrition-focused nurturing care for stunted children. This gap limits the ability to design effective interventions that target improved caregiving practices. Objective: This study aimed to assess maternal knowledge of nutrition-focused nurturing care and explore associated factors, including child gender, maternal age, education, income, and prior exposure to nurturing care information, among mothers of stunted children aged 6-23 months in Indonesia. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted with 73 mothers in Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta. Data were collected from February to March 2024 using a validated self-assessment questionnaire covering four domains: responsive caregiving, early learning opportunities, safety and security, and supportive caregiver well-being. Statistical analyses, including t-tests and one-way ANOVA, were performed. Results: Overall maternal knowledge of nurturing care was high, with a mean score of 25.15 (SD = 4.72). Factors significantly associated with higher knowledge included having male children (p = 0.017), being aged 30-34 years (p = 0.035), possessing higher education levels (p = 0.002), and prior exposure to nurturing care information (p

The low marketing literacy of MSMEs in Kaliombo Village, Pekalongan Regency, has resulted in low marketing activities such as packaging, product branding, and digital marketing. Apart from that, the literacy of MSME actors in the Village regarding halal products is still low, so they require readiness for the marketed products to comply with Government Regulations regarding Halal Product Guarantees. This government regulation requires that all products traded are halal so that they enter the halal ecosystem. This community service is carried out with training and mentoring activities to increase literacy regarding the importance of branding, packaging, digital marketing, and halal-haram to prepare MSME residents of Kaliombo Village to face competition in the market and enter the halal ecosystem. This empowerment includes socialization and assistance regarding concepts, uses, and how to apply branding, packaging, digital marketing, and halal-haram to the Kaliombo Village community farmer groups. This empowerment has an impact on increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs through optimizing brand design, packaging design, creating and developing social media accounts, and preparing to self-declare for halal certification permits for MSMEs.

Abstract Sorong Regency is the food barn of Sorong Raya, which includes Sorong Regency, South Sorong Regency, Sorong City, Maybrat Regency, Tambrauw Regency, and Raja Ampat Regency. The egg production of Sorong Regency is used to meet the needs of Sorong Regency as well as the Greater Sorong area, including Sorong City, South Sorong Regency, and Raja Ampat Regency. This study aims to analyze the production or performance of laying hens and evaluate the quality of eggs laid by hens in Sorong Regency. The method used in this research is the descriptive method, involving data collection techniques based on direct observation in the field, interviews with farmers, laboratory testing, and observation. Eight farmers were interviewed, and egg samples were taken to be tested for their quality. The average number of eggs taken from each farmer was 30 eggs per week, totaling between 117 and 120 eggs. The variables observed included 1) Performance, which involved feed consumption, feed conversion, and depletion. 2) Hen Day Production (HDP), and 3) Egg quality. The collected data were processed and presented in tables to determine the total and average values. Correlation tests were applied to examine the relationship between hen age and egg production, external egg quality, which includes egg weight, egg shape index, shell weight, shell thickness, and internal egg quality, including yolk color and Haugh unit. The study results revealed that 1) Hen Day Production of laying hens in Sorong Regency is still below the normal standard of daily egg production for ISA Brown laying hens. 2) On average, feed consumption and total depletion of laying hens in Sorong Regency are within the standard range, but the feed conversion value is still high and has not met the standard feed conversion value for ISA Brown laying hens. 3) Based on data on egg weight, IBT, shell weight, and shell thickness, the external egg quality of laying hens in Sorong Regency, according to BSN (3926: 2008), falls into the Medium category. Meanwhile, based on data on Air Cavity Depth, Yolk Color, and Haugh Unit, the internal quality of eggs from laying hens in Sorong Regency, according to BSN (3926: 2008), falls into Quality I. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara efikasi diri dan kemandirian belajar pada mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Panca Budi Medan. Sebanyak 257 dari 1024 mahasiswa dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dan kemandirian belajar (r = 0,379, p < 0,05). Artinya, semakin tinggi efikasi diri mahasiswa, semakin tinggi pula tingkat kemandirian belajarnya. Mayoritas mahasiswa (89,15%) memiliki tingkat kemandirian belajar sedang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak mahasiswa yang belum memiliki kemampuan untuk belajar mandiri secara optimal. Faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kemandirian belajar antara lain: motivasi belajar, strategi belajar, keterampilan belajar, dukungan dosen, dan fasilitas belajar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kemandirian belajar mahasiswa. Meningkatkan efikasi diri dapat membantu meningkatkan kemandirian belajar dan prestasi belajar mahasiswa.

Introduction: Spiritual care for children is important in the care provided by nurses so that children do not feel guilty when being treated in the hospital. It is important for nurses to understand that the process of providing nursing care is bio-psycho-social and spiritual based. This study aimed to find out the relationship between knowledge, self-efficacy, and nurse behavior in the provision of spiritual care for school-age children in hospitals. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional approach with a purposive sampling technique followed by 102 nurses who cared for school-age children in a pediatric nursing room. Knowledge was measured using the Spiritual Care-Giving Scale, Self-Efficacy was measured by Burkhart Spiritual Care Inventory (BCI), and Nurse Spiritual Care Therapeutic Scale (NSCTS) to measure behavior. The data were analyzed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, and Spearman correlation test. Results: There was no significant correlation between knowledge and behavior (p = 0.181; r = 0.133); however, there was a significant correlation of nurse behavior with self-efficacy (p = 0.027; r = 0.219), age (p = 0.015; r = 0.240), length of work (p = 0.021; r = 0.228), and spiritual care training (p = 0.001). Conclusion: Knowledge does not have a significant relationship with behavior. However self-efficacy, age, length of work, and spiritual care training significantly affects the nurse's behavior in providing spiritual care to school-age children in the hospital.

This study aimed to describe students’ problem solving skill in nuclear physics course through the implementation of the Nuclear Physics Inquiry Remote Laboratory (NPIRL). This study employed a pre-experimental quantitative method. The research design was one group pretest-posttest design. The subject of the study was 14 physics students at a university in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. In selecting the research subjects, the researchers used purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was a problem-solving skills test in the form of an essay consisting of five questions, and each question consisted of six indicators in problem solving skill according to the Osborn-Parnes Creative Problem Solving (CPS). This research found that the N-gain of students' problem solving skill was 0.32 in the medium category. There are four indicators of problem-solving skills that are categorized as medium: objective finding, fact finding, problem finding and idea finding. Two other low-category indicators are solution finding and acceptance finding. Based on these findings, it is concluded that students’ problem solving skill in nuclear physics course through NPIRL have increased.

Village Council (BPD) plays an important role in the formation of village regulation (Perdes). Strengthening the role of BPD in legislation is an effort to improve the quality of village regulation products. This is outlined in Article 61 Village Law, BPD is an institution that embodies democracy in the administration of village governance that functions to accommodate and channel community aspirations, carry out the task of supervising the performance of the Village Head, and together with the Village Head, discuss and agree on the draft village regulation in Dawuhan Kulon Village during 2020-2023 was 24 Perdes’s. One person was purely an initiative for BPD. This research shows that the Dawuhan Kulon BPD, in its role in the initiative to create village regulations, has not been optimal, as seen from the number of Perdes produced. BPD's position in carrying out aspirations is carried out through community activities. BPD places itself as an extension of the village community. Activities are carried out to socialize information on village development, accommodate community aspirations for village regulations, and agree with the Village Head. Recommendations from this research are formulated such that the community is aware that village regulation is a legal product for the benefit of the community; therefore, the community also needs to be involved. The BPD should socialize with its citizens through Rukun Tetangga meetings if there will be discussions and the creation of Perdes.

Desa Pandansari, Kecamatan Paguyangan, Kabupaten Brebes, memiliki potensi wisata alam, wisata budaya, dan wisata pendidikan yang dilengkapi dengan homestay, warung kopi, dll. Namun, dalam pengelolaannya terdapat permasalahan antara lain; pengunjungnya mengalami penurunan rata-rata 60 %, masih terbatas pada wisatawan domestik, tempat wisata jauh dari jalan utama, akses jalannya sempit dan rusak. Program pengembangan desa wisata di Desa Pandansari direncanakan 3 (tiga) tahun ke depan dengan melalui konsep makro dan mikro dengan membetuk zona utama dan zona pendukung untuk membentuk jalur keterhubungan antar zona dan obyek daya tarik wisata. Zona Utama adalah menuju wisata Desa Pandansari. Zona Pendukung adalah dimulai dari Desa Taraban, Kretek, Wanatirta, Ragatunjung Cipetung, Pandansari. Program tahun pertama antara lain: sosialisasi perencanaan zona, penyegaran kelompak bumdes dan pokdarwis, serta penguatan UMKM yang sudah ada diberikan bekal manajemen pemasaran dan penguatan modal melalui pembentukan prakoperasi syariah. Kegiatan dengan membuat rencana pengembangan usaha Bumdes, pengembangan wisata alam yang sudah ada dengan membuat konsep yang unik dan menarik Masyarakat yaitu wisatawan bertani. Kendala program ini adalah petani belum bisa mendukung sepenuhnya adanya konsep wisata yang akan direncanakan. Hal ini dikarenakan kebutuhan petani yang mendesak, biaya yang segera ada. Mereka masih berpikir, bahwa pariwisata, tidak bisa memberi kontribusi dalam waktu yang segera.

AbstractThe number of studies on the fear of missing out (FOMO) has increased with the increasing variety of phenomena discussed. However, researchers observe that not many studies in the marketing context explore this FOMO condition in depth. The field of psychology still dominates in exploring the FOMO phenomenon. This systematic literature review analyses and synthesises developments, antecedents, and emerging responses to FOMO in a broad context of consumer behaviour. This study employs a systematic literature review, analysing 42 empirical studies from the SCOPUS and Web of Science databases. The findings indicate that FOMO is often associated with negative psychological situations. Still, without realising it when studying FOMO in the marketing context, it turns out that it gives a response that positively impacts consumption behaviour.

Industri manufaktur perlu dalam mempertimbangkan keseimbangan terhadap aspek keberlanjutan yang meliputi aspek lingkungan, ekonomi, dan sosial. Sistem manufaktur yang berkelanjutan dan ekonomi melingkar sangat dibutuhkan dalam upaya menjawab tantangan global menjaga dan melindungi sumber daya. Studi komprehensif dibutuhkan untuk mengetahui dan memahami konsep sustainable manufacturing dan circular economy, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis literatur yang sudah ada sebelumnya pada topik sustainable manufacturing dan circular economy, dan melakukan pemetaan distribusi artikel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yang dilakukan dengan mengikuti prosedur dan protokol yang memungkinkan proses literature review menghindari bias dan subjektivitas, dilanjutkan dengan meta-analysis untuk melihat distribusi dan keterkaitan statistik pada artikel yang telah dipublikasikan. Penelitian ini dibantu oleh software VOS viewer dan mesin pencari Emerald Insight dan ScienceDirect untuk pengelompokan data. Dari hasil pencarian, total didapatkan 1651 artikel yang berkaitan pada tahun 2015-2020 dan dilakukan sortir untuk mencari artikel yang relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa studi mengenai sustainable manufacturing dan circular economy terus mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya. India menjadi negara dengan asal penulis dan tempat studi kasus terbanyak dan Journal Cleaner of Production merupakan jurnal yang mendominasi. Abstract [Title: Sustainable Manufacturing and Circular Economy : A Systematic Literature Review] The manufacturing industry needs to consider the balance of sustainability aspects which include environmental, economic, and social aspects. A sustainable manufacturing system and a circular economy are urgently needed to respond to the global challenge of conserving and protecting resources. A comprehensive study is needed to know and understand the concepts of sustainable manufacturing and circular economy, so this study aims to analyze the existing literature on the topic of sustainable manufacturing and circular economy and to map the distribution of articles. The method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) which is carried out by following procedures and protocols that allow the literature review process to avoid bias and subjectivity, followed by a meta-analysis to see the distribution and statistical relevance of published articles. This research was assisted by VOS viewer software and search engine Emerald Insight and ScienceDirecte for data grouping. From the search results, a total of 1651 related articles were obtained in 2015 – 2020 and sorted to find relevant articles. The results of the analysis show that studies on sustainable manufacturing and circular economy continue to increase every year. India is the country with the most authors and case studies, and the Journal Cleaner of Production is the dominating journal. Purpose: This study describes an empirical study demonstrating the application of circular economy (CE) to respond to an urgent call to reduce plastic waste by utilizing waste from the furniture industry. Design/methodology/approach: this study employed the measurements of environmental impacts of plastic and wood-based toothbrushes using a life cycle assessment, complemented by an analysis of the wood substitution design process from a CE perspective. Findings: The findings from this study not only shed light on quantifying the benefits of product valorization improvement and retention but also provide a means of weighing the value against raw materials and production costs. Research limitations/implications: The developed model is still limited to the use of waste to replace existing product materials. This study also did not include other industrial waste such as agro-industrial waste or other degradable materials which may open up many chances for further studies. Practical implications: The study’s primary contribution is a design rationale that assists the substitution of plastic material with wood waste, using toothbrushes as a case example of the substituted products. Social implications: This newly developed material can give potential income sources for the communities. Originality/value: The novelty of this study lies to the substitution model of non-degradable materials to a more environmentally-friendly material which is studied thoroughly from functional analysis, design alternatives, and evaluation based on environmental, economic, and social aspects especially in case of personal care products (toothbrush).

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan terlaksananya sosialisasi dan pelatihan Penanggulangan dampak Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) dari Cyberbullying di SDN Margoagung Seyegan Kbupaten Sleman. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, dan diskusi dalam satu rangkaian kegiatan sosialisasi, dan metode pelatihan berupa kegiatan berlatih dan praktik dalam penanggulangan terhadap dampak PJJ dari Cyberbullying. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan mengukur seberapa baik kelompok sasaran mengetahui dan memahami cara memberikan contoh kasus permasalahan yang dikerjakan secara berkelompok dengan mandiskripsikan cara penanggulangan terhadap dampak PJJ dari cyberbullying. Hasil dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah bertambahnya pengetahuan warga sekolah khususnya warga sekolah SDN Margoagung Seyegan Kabupaten Sleman, dan orang tua/wali siswa tentang pentingnya penanggulangan terhadap dampak PJJ dari cyberbullying. Meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan warga sekolah SDN Margoagung Sleman dan orang tua/wali siswa dalam penanggulangan cyberbullying dilihat dari hasil diskusi kelompok dalam menyelesaikan tes studi kasus. Community service activities is aimed at implementing socialization and training on the impact of Distance Learning on Cyberbullying behavior at Elementary School of Margoagung Seyegan, Sleman Regency. Community service is an activity carried out using lecture, question and answer, and discussion methods in a series of socialization activities, and training methods in the form of practice and practice activities in overcoming the impact of Distance Learning from Cyberbullying. Evaluation of activities is carried out by measuring how well the target group knows and understands how to provide examples of problem cases that are done in groups by describing how to overcome the impact of Distance Learning from cyberbullying. The results of this community service activity are increasing knowledge of school residents, especially residents of Elementary School of Margoagung Seyegan, Sleman Regency, and parents/guardians of students about the importance of overcoming the impact of Distance Learning from cyberbullying. Evidence of increased knowledge and skills of Elementary school Margoagung Sleman school residents and parents/guardians in overcoming cyberbullying can be seen from the results of group discussions in completing case study tests.

The aims of this research are: to identify obstacles in protecting children's rights against violence in elementary schools in Sleman Regency and to describe efforts to overcome obstacles in protecting children's rights against violence in elementary schools in Sleman Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research approach. The research subjects were four school principals, three teachers and two education staff. Data collection techniques with interviews and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data is done by using cross check data. Inductive data analysis which includes data reduction, categorization and unitization of data, presentation of data and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that in carrying out these protection efforts the school revealed that there were several obstacles faced. These obstacles come from within (internal) and from outside the school (external). Internal barriers in the form of the lack of the role of educational staff or employees and parents who are less open. While external obstacles such as violence occur outside the school which causes ignorance on the part of the school. schools make efforts to overcome internal and external obstacles in prevention efforts by creating child-friendly school programs and recruiting Counseling Guidance teachers.

Abstract The aim of the study was to determine the effect of Moringa oleifera (MO) leaf extract in drinking water on the blood profile of finisher broilers. A total of 140 broiler chickens at 21 days old were randomly allocated to 28 cages. Body weight per cage was 4433 ± 242.8 g (CV 5.48%). The experimental design was a completely randomized design with 4 (four) treatments and 7 replications. The four treatments were: P1 (1 L drinking water + 0 g MO leaves), P2 (1 L drinking water + 25 g MO leaves), P3 (1 L drinking water + 50 g MO leaves), and P4 (1 L drinking water + 75 g MO leaves). Moringa oleifera water was given with the patron of 3 days "on" and 2 days "off". Commercial feed was given ad libitum during the study. The variables measured were total erythrocytes, leukocytes, heterophils, eosinophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, Packed Cell Volume (PCV), Mean Corpuscular Volume (MCV), Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin (MCH), and Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin Concentration (MCHC). The results showed that the treatment had no significant effect (P>0.05) on all the variables measured. In conclusion, administration of Moringa oleifera leaf up to 75 grams in drinking water did not affect the blood profile of finisher broilers. Total 140 ekor ayam broiler umur 21 hari dialokasikan secara acak pada 28 unit kandang. Berat badan ayam per unit kandang adalah 4433 ± 242,8 g (CV 5,48%). Rancangan percobaan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 (empat) perlakuan dan 7 ulangan. Empat perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu: P1 (1 L air minum + 0 g daun kelor), P2 (1 L air minum + 25 g daun kelor), P3 (1 L air minum + 50 g daun kelor), dan P4 (1 L air minum + 75 g daun kelor). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan tidak berpengaruh signifikan (P>0,05) terhadap semua variabel yang diukur. Kesimpulan, pemberian ekstrak daun kelor sampai dengan 75 gram dalam air minum tidak mempengaruhi profil darah ayam broiler fase finisher. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi Ketua BUMDesa di Kabupaten Bogor, dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya sebanyak 30 responden dari 131 orang, dengan metode verifikasi yang dilakukan melalui metode dan analisis model persamaan Structural Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan software Lisrel 8.70.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai t-hitung > t-tabel, atau 10,55 > 1,96. Uji signifikansi dilakukan dengan uji t, pada taraf ά = 0,05 dan diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 10,55 dan lebih besar dari 1,96. Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, hal ini berarti hipotesis yang menyatakan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh pada Komitmen terhadap Organisasi dapat diterima. Koefisien determinasi R² = 0,60 menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi Kepuasan Kerja pada Komitmen terhadap Organisasi sebesar 60% dan sisanya 40% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil ini Ketua BUM Desa harus meningkatkan Komitmen Normatif melalui penguatan indikator memiliki kewajiban terhadap organisasi dan loyalitas pada organisasi. Kegiatan yang dapat dilaksanakan adalah ketika terpilih ketua BUM Desa harus dilakukan program orientasi dan pengenalan pekerjaan dan jabatan ketua BUM Desa atau berupa kegiatan prajabatan bagi ketua BUM Desa. Untuk meningkatkan Kepuasan Kerja ketua BUM Desa di Kabupaten Bogor program yang dapat dilaksanakan adalah dengan memenuhi dimensi Gaji/Upah dengan indikator gaji yang diterima dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari, sesuai aturan yang ditetapkan, dapat meningkatkan semangat kerja, dapat meningkatkan Kepuasan Kerja. Ketua BUM Desa diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja usaha BUM Desa sehingga BUM Desa dapat memenuhi kebutuhan gaji/upah bagi ketua dan pengurus BUM Desa.

Desa Binaan merupakan program unggulan Unsoed. Desa Suro sebagai Desa binaan unsoed yang sudah 3 tahun , bersinergi dengan LAZ alirsyad dalam transfer ipteks. Tahun ke 3 melanjutkan program tahun pertama, dan ke dua , yaitu Tim pengabdi bersama masyarakat akan memberdayakan masyarakat untuk melanjutkan kegiatan agar bisa meningkatkan kesejahteraan di Desa Suro. . Ada dua permasalahan yang akan menjadi prioritas bagi LPPM, yang pertama banyaknya usia produktif yang tidak bekerja dan tidak melanjutkan sekolah. Yang ke dua yaitu Desa Suro merupakan penghasil singkong terbesar ke tiga di Kabupaten Banyumas. Permaslahanya adalah setiap panen raya petani mengalami kerugian. Hal ini dikarenakan singkong tidak tahan lama, harga penjualan singkongpun mengalami penurunan yang sangat drastis. Untuk membantu petani dalam mempertahankan harga, program ini akan melakukan pemberdayaan pengolahan singkong secara optimal menjadi tepung moccaf, sehingga di butuhkan tenaga ahli yang akan melakukan transfer ipteks dan dan alat untuk memproses singkong menjadi produk tepung Upaya yang dilakukan Tim melakukan transfer iptek, melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, praktik dan kunjungan ke kelompok usaha rumah Mocaf di Banjar negara yang sudah berhasil dalam mempertahan kan harga dan mengolah singkong yang mempunyai nilai ekonomis. . Melalui Program desa Binaan ini yang dilakukan LPPM Unsoed bersinergi dengan mitra yang selama ini sudah mendampingi desa Suro, diharapkan dapat memberi solusi terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi desa Suro, dapat, mengurangi kerugian dan mempertahankan harga yang sangat rendah pada saat panen raya singkong, dan ada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan penghasilan warga.

Information Technology Integration in the physics learning process has not happened optimally. Therefore, a study was conducted, which aims to describe the feasibility of physics teaching materials based on blended-learning with Schoology in subject matter impulses and momentum. This research is research and development using the ADDIE model. The trial subjects in this study were 28 students of class XI in one of the Vocational Schools in the city of Banjarmasin. The instruments used were media validation sheets, lesson plan implementation sheets, and learning outcome tests. Data is then analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results of the study state that the learning materials developed 1) was valid, sourced from the results of the validation sheet, 2) was practical, based on the lesson plan implementation sheet, and 3) was effective in improving learning outcomes, seen from the results of the N-gain test. It can be concluded that physics teaching materials based on blended learning with Schoology that are developed are feasible to use in subject matter impulses and momentum. Teaching materials integrated with Schoology can be used as an alternative learning solution to improve the quality of blended learning.

Promoting environmentally responsible behavior is important in preventing and reducing the environmental problem. This work focused on particular environmentally responsible behavior (avoiding and reducing littering). The present study extended the Theory of Planned Behavior (environmental knowledge, biospheric value, and positive emotional experience) to identify the factors influencing intended environmentally responsible behavior of tourists visiting nature based destinations in the context of Indonesia. Based on the data collected from 204 respondents through questionnaires survey using purposive sampling approach. The structural equation analysis shows that biospheric value, environmental knowledge, and positive emotional experience have a positive influence on attitude toward behavior. Besides, the result demonstrated that attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control have a significant positive influence on environmentally responsible behavior intention. The findings emphasized that positive emotional experiences have a strongest influence on attitude and perceived behavior control have a strong influence on environmentally responsible behavior. This work contributes to the sustainable development goals and environmentally responsible behavior in tourism behavior literature. Although, some limitations were acknowledged in this work, practical implication and future agenda for research are provided.

Recently, many people are switching from conventional shopping to digital shopping. even so, people feel that online shopping is less secure. Finally, many consumers search for information through the internet before shopping at brick and mortar stores. This study investigates how webrooming affects consumers’ experience and determines the effect of webrooming on consumer confidence, smart shopping feeling, user-generated content, and search process satisfaction in the beauty industry. The population in this study were all the beauty industry consumers who experience webrooming in the shopping process. The total sample used in this study was 166 people using purposive sampling. The result obtained from this study finds that webrooming has a significant and positive effect on confidence, smart shopping feeling, user-generated content. Both factors, confidence and smart shopping feeling subsequently significant and have a positive effect on search process satisfaction.

Election administrative violations occur at the time of the implementation of the general election by election organizers and contestants. Sometimes, they do not realize that they have committed a violation. Since the general election during the reformation period after the fall of the New Order in Indonesia, there have been frequent violations of election administration resolved through administrative courts through the State Administrative Court. The dispute resolution was carried out after complaints were made through Bawaslu and DKPP as administrative dispute resolution (ADR) institutions and did not bring results. This administrative violation is considered detrimental to the candidate contesting the election, causing a dispute between the candidate contesting the election and the organizers of the general election. This article examines the process of resolving electoral administrative disputes in Indonesia and the judiciary's role in resolving electoral administrative disputes. Several examples of cases of election administration violations that occurred and their causes obtained through empirical studies using the technique of documenting judges' decisions that have permanent legal force at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia were analyzed using inductive logic.

This study aims to determine the relationship between work family enrichment with turnover intention. The hypothesis of this study states that there is a negative relationship between work family enrichment and turnover intention, assuming that the higher the work family enrichment, the lower the turnover intention and conversely the lower the work family enrichment, the higher the turnover intention. The subjects of this study were 105 officer of Tango Musik Medan. Data were obtained from a scale to measure the work family enrichment and turnover intention. Calculations were performed to test the requirements analysis (assumption) that consisted of a test for normality and linearity. Both the management and participants commit administrative violations in the general election. Often, they are not aware that they are breaking regulations. Since the fall of the New Order Era, administrative frauds in the general election are handled by administrative courts through administrative legal proceedings. Administrative violations bring about disadvantages to participants and raise administrative disputes between the two parties. The present article analyses the process of the settlement of administrative disputes in the 2019 general election in Indonesia and the roles of the administrative courts in the process. Data on the examples of cases and causes of disputes are obtained empirically in court verdicts by the High Court of the Republic of Indonesia that have legal standing. The analysis adopts the inductive logic method. This article concludes that the process of the settling of administrative disputes of the general election in Indonesia, as in various other democratic countries, takes the involvement of administrative dispute resolution bodies (ADR). ADR must be completed first before bringing dispute cases to the administrative court. The settlement of the disputes is done by the Constitution Court of the Republic of Indonesia and is regulated by State Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 7 Year 2017 about the general election.

Abstrak Sistem pengelolaan adalah faktor penting untuk meningkatkan produktivitas ayam lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sistem pengelolaan ayam buras yang dilakukan oleh peternak Masyarakat Asli Papua (IP) dan Non-Papua (NIP) di Kabupaten Manokwari Utara. Dua puluh peternak baik IP maupun NIP dipilih secara purposive sebagai responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi lansung di lapangan. Wawancara dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner terbuka dan tertutup. Data yang terkumpul kemudian ditabulasi, dianalisis, dan kemudian dinarasikan untuk dapat menarik suatu kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengelolaan ayam buras yang dilakukan oleh peternak IP dan NIP hampir sama dan hampir semua paremeter masih dalam standar normal. Namun, beberapa data produksi dan reproduksi tidak dapat diperoleh karena tidak adanya pencatatan data. Kesimpulan, sistem pengelolaan ayam buras yang dilakukan oleh peternak Papua dan Non-Papua di Kabupaten Manokwari Utara masih memerlukan pembinaan terutama dalam pencatatan data produksi dan reproduksi. Dukungan pemerintah berupa pelatihan melalui penyuluh pertanian sangat diperlukan dalam rangka meningkatkan pengetahuan peternak tentang sistem pengelolaan ayam buras. Dukungan motivasi berupa bantuan dana dari pemerintah juga diperlukan untuk mengembangkan peternakan ayam kampung untuk menunjang perekonomian para peternak khususnya di Kabupaten Manokwari Utara. The study aimed to observe the management system of native chickens applied by Indigenous Papuan (IP) and Non-Indigenous Papuan (NIP) farmers in the North Manokwari District, West Papua, Indonesia. Twenty farmers either the IP or NIP were chosen purposively as respondents. The analysis method used was a descriptive method. The primary data were collected by interview and direct field observation. The interview was done by using an open and closed questionnaire. Data collected were then tabulated, analyzed, and then narrated to draw a conclusion. The results showed that the management systems of native chickens carried out by the IP and the NIP farmers were similar and almost all parameters were still in the normal standard. However, some production and reproduction data were not able to get due to no data recording. In conclusion, the management system of native chickens carried out by Papuans and Non-Papuans farmers in the North Manokwari District still requires guidance, especially in recording production and reproduction data. Government support in the form of training through agricultural extension agents is needed in order to improve farmers knowledge of native chickens management systems. In addition, motivational support from the government is needed to develop native chicken farms to support the farmers’ economy, especially in the North Manokwari District. Background: Nursing Outcome Classification (NOC) Self-care for Toileting is an instrument for measuring the abilities of toileting self-care among children with physical disabilities. However, there has been no cultural adaptation in the Indonesian context, especially among children with physical disabilities, so that the validity and inter-rater reliability of the instrument has not been reported. Testing the content validity and interrater reliability of this instrument is necessary so that it could be used to measure the ability of toileting self-care. Purpose: This study aimed to examine the content validity and inter-rater reliability of NOC Self-care for Toileting among children with physical disabilities. Methods: This was a descriptive quantitative non-experimental research with a cross-sectional design. In the content validity test, this study employed seven experts teaching in nursing academies with a minimum degree of S2/specialist and had the experiences in basic nursing to assess the validity of NOC Self-care for Toileting. As for the inter-rater reliability test, this study involved two raters of nursing students who have passed block 2.4 lecture on “Growth and Development” and 36 children with physical disabilities at a Special School in Bantul, Yogyakarta. The validity test was analyzed using CVR, CVI, and Aiken’s V indexes, while the inter-rater reliability test was analyzed using Kappa and percent agreement. Results: The validity test showed the CVR value range of 0.71-1.00, the CVI value of 0.91, and the V coefficient range of 0.86-1.00. In the inter-rater reliability test, the Kappa value obtained was 0.958, and the percent agreement value was 97.22% for all indicators of NOC Self-care for Toileting. Conclusion: NOC Self-care for Toileting is a valid and reliable instrument for measuring the abilities of toileting self-care among children aged 6-18 with mild to moderate degrees of physical disabilities. Further research can be conducted by involving different respondents and cultures with more than two raters if possible.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dan strategi guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada siswa Kelas X Kelas Khusus Olahraga (KKO) di SMA Negeri 1 Sewon. Data menunjukkan bahwa selama satu tahun terakhir prestasi siswa KKO memperoleh prestasi 1 kejuaraan tingkat internasional, 4 tingkat nasional dan 2 tingkat regional, hal tersebut menunjukkan motivasi yang tinggi dalam bertanding disuatu kejuaraan dan belajar dilingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan mengenai peran guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada siswa. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah 1 guru Bimbingan dan Konseling, 1 wali kelas dan 4 siswa KKO. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan tiga langkah yaitu data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing atau verivication. Hasil dari penelitian adalah : 1) melaksanakan layanan sesuai dengan empat layanan dasar yaitu: layanan dasar, layanan responsive, layanan perencanaan individual dan dukungan sistem; 2) melaksanakan layanan bimbingan dengan topik yang mendukung motivasi belajar melalui teknik yang menarik; 3) memberikan layanan konseling kelompok maupun individu utnuk membantu memecahkan masalah; 4) melaksanakan layanan informasi studi lanjut yang sesuai dengan bidang; 5) melaksanakan kolaborasi dengan guru mata pelajaran dan wali kelas; dan 6) menjadi guru yang bersikap tegas namun tetap membuat nyaman peserta didik.

This reseach examines the role of religious leaders in public health in the context of Covid-19 management. There are two arguments in this study. First, in the context of a religious society, religious leaders can play a socio-religious role through public health education. Second, the role will be effective as religious leaders analyze the media for providing da'wah public health material in accordance with the characteristics of the population. This article uses a descriptive method of analysis, which systematically describes facts and factual data. The data is then processed in a descriptive way to show how a phenomenon works. The primary data collected are The BPS survey on Community members’ behaviours on Covid-19 pandemic (BPS, 2020) and FGDs, analysed in the frame of related literature review. Results are reported in descriptive qualitative analysis. It is found that the community members’ obidinece on the Covid-19 health protocol is well influenced by the roles of sosial media, religious leaders’ suggestions, the population demographic characteristics and the enforcement of setup rules and policy.

The family is the smallest unit of society that affects the lives of drug users undergoing rehabilitation programs. Family can be a source of social support for substance users in solving problems through perception. The perception of family support is a source of social support to foster confidence in drug rehabilitation programs. This study aims to determine the level of family support for substance users undergoing drug rehabilitation programs and recommendations for individual, group, and family counselling services. This study used a descriptive research type with the subject N = 217. The research subjects consisted of male and female genders; the data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the category of substance users' perceptions of family support had a low level. The types of users at a deficient level were 2.30%, the low level was 57.14%, the high level was 33.18%, and the very high level was 7.37%. These findings prove that the family's influence is still very minimal for users to recover during rehabilitation. The contribution of family perceptions supports beliefs about recovering from drug addiction. The addiction counsellor profession from guidance and counselling graduates needs to implement family counselling services in collaboration with families in developing perceptions of drug addicts. Recommendations from this study's results are the implementation of family counselling services and support from families in concrete, emotional, informational, and reward.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana self control dalam menggambarkan perilaku ghibah pada wanita. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 6 (enam) orang wanita yang berdomisili di Kecamatan Medan Petisah, Kelurahan Sei Putih Barat, Kota Medan. Karakteristik subjek dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi tiga kategori, yakni wanita keagamaan, wanita biasa dan wanita sosialita. Peneliti menggunakan teknik penelitian ini untuk menggali lebih dalam adakah perbandingan dari ketiga kategori tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif serta teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data diperoleh dengan mengunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan self control pada wanita keagamaan, wanita biasa, dan wanita sosialita. Subjek melakukan perilaku ghibah karena kurangnya kemampuan self control pada masing- masing subjek, sehingga subjek menjadi kesulitan untuk mengontrol segala keputusan, dan perilaku yang dilakukannya saat aktifitas berghibah dilakukan. Maka diperlukan adanya self control agar setiap individu yang terlibat didalam aktifitas berghibah dapat menahan diri.

Soft Tissue Tumors (STT) are a form of sarcoma found in tissues that connect, support, and surround body structures. Because of their shallow frequency in the body and their great diversity, they appear to be heterogeneous when observed through Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). They are easily confused with other diseases such as fibroadenoma mammae, lymphadenopathy, and struma nodosa, and these diagnostic errors have a considerable detrimental effect on the medical treatment process of patients. Researchers have proposed several machine learning models to classify tumors, but none have adequately addressed this misdiagnosis problem. Also, similar studies that have proposed models for evaluation of such tumors mostly do not consider the heterogeneity and the size of the data. Therefore, we propose a machine learning-based approach which combines a new technique of preprocessing the data for features transformation, resampling techniques to eliminate the bias and the deviation of instability and performing classifier tests based on the Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Decision Tree (DT) algorithms. The tests carried out on dataset collected in Nur Hidayah Hospital of Yogyakarta in Indonesia show a great improvement compared to previous studies. These results confirm that machine learning methods could provide efficient and effective tools to reinforce the automatic decision-making processes of STT diagnostics.

Independence is an individual's ability to face, accept, and find solutions to solve problems without harming/incriminating other parties. The purpose of the study is to increase student independence in solving the problem of the impact of COVID-19 through online classical guidance based on character values. This research is experimental with a one-group pre-test-post-test experimental design. The research population was 190 FKIP students in Solo Raya. 48 samples were determined using purposive sampling, 20 students were selected from samples with low levels of independence. Data collection using self-reliance instrument questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used non-parametric statistics with the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Latar belakang. Masalah tidur pada remaja selama pandemi Covid-19 dilaporkan sekitar 20-66%. Rendahnya dukungan sosial, gangguan akademik dan kesehatan fisik yang menurun, paparan informasi, pengetahuan dan sikap tentang kesehatan tidur berhubungan dengan masalah tidur dan kebiasaan tidur pada remaja. Tujuan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran masalah tidur remaja dan faktor yang berhubungan selama pandemi Covid-19. Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Seratus empat (104) remaja berusia 12-15 tahun di Kecamatan Samaturu, Kabupaten Kolaka, Sulawesi Tenggara di rekruit menjadi responden penelitian. Sleep Disturbance Scale for Children (SDSC), kuesioner pengetahuan dan sikap tentang tidur digunakan untuk mengukur masalah tidur, pengetahuan dan sikap tentang tidur. Uji regresi linear digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tidur remaja. Hasil. Prevalensi masalah tidur pada remaja selama pandemi Covid-19 sebesar 78%. Gangguan transisi tidur bangun merupakan jenis masalah tidur yang paling tinggi ditemukan (53%). Pengetahuan dan sikap tentang tidur berhubungan dengan masalah tidur remaja selama pandemik Covid-19. Kesimpulan. Sebagian besar remaja berusia 12-15 tahun mengalami masalah tidur selama pandemi Covid-19. Faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan masalah tidur adalah sikap remaja tentang kesehatan tidur.

This study aims to determine the effect of the information source’s credibility and characteristic towards opinion leadership, and the effect of opinion leadership on consumer behavioral intention in social media Instagram. The population in this study were all social media users who use Instagram as their fashion reference. The total sample used in this study was 168 people. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling. The result obtained from this study indicates that credibility and characteristic have a significant and positive effect on opinion leadership, and opinion leadership has a significant and positive effect on the intention to interact and intention to follow the advice.

Background & objectives: This study aimed to review the effectiveness of lactic acid when combined with other types of attractants for Aedes spp. Methods: A systematic review was conducted according to the protocol for a systematic review and meta-analysis (PRISMA). Literature search used Cinahl, Medline/PubMed, ScienceDirect, ProQuest and Ebsco electronic databases. Research articles used in the systematic review were experimental articles that reported the effectiveness of mosquito traps using lactic acid or a combination of lactic acid with other attractants. Results: From a total of 42 articles reviewed, there were 6 articles fulfilling the inclusion criteria. The highest synergistic combination of lactic acid in the ketone group was shown in the acetone compound, in the sulfides class, dimethyl sulfides, and in the chloroalkanes group, chloroform. The combination of lactic acid with two effective attractants can be seen in the incorporation of ammonia + caproic acid, and for the incorporation of lactic acid with three other effective attractants illustrated by combining ammonia + caproic acid + CO2. Interpretation & conclusion: Lactic acid as an attractant can be combined with other various compounds (ketone compounds, sulfides and chloroalkanes). Lactic acid increases its effectiveness in trapping Ae. aegypti and/or Ae. albopictus if combined with acetone, dimethyl sulfides, and/or chloroform.

White Ocean Strategy (WOS) has a positive impact on the company. However, many companies have not implemented this strategy. There is a research gap between customer value and customer engagement (CE). This research explains that customer value is an antecedent of CE. However, some studies discuss that customer value is a consequence of CE. This study aims to explain the relationship of WOS, customer value, and CE. This research is quantitative explanatory research and used accidental sampling to obtain the samples. The survey was conducted online with Google Forms distributed on social media and obtained 220 respondents who are users of the Surabaya bus services. The hypotheses were tested using the SEM-PLS. Seven hypotheses were accepted, while other two were rejected. It was found that WOS increases CE, customer green value, functional value, and emotional value. Nevertheless, it does not significantly affect customer social value. The customers’ green, functional, and emotional values impact CE, while social customer values do not affect CE. The contribution of this study is to clarify the research gap of the relationship between customer value and CE. This study supports previous research that discusses customer value as an antecedent variable for CE.

This article aims to analyze religiosity and spirituality's roles to prevent the impulsivity of buying. Impulse buying is an irrational, unplanned, spontaneous buying behavior aimed to seek pleasure and emotional fulfillment. The research method is a literature study of journals related to religiosity and spirituality in customer decision making. The study results concluded that several factors cause impulsive buying, such as less self-control, hedonic lifestyle, and materialism. Furthermore, there are significant roles of religiosity and spirituality in encouraging robust self-regulation to prevent impulse buying. The higher a person's religiosity and spirituality, the better they build powerful self-control for impulse buying. This research is expected to contribute research in consumer behavior with an approach of religiosity and spirituality.

This article aims to study the effect of perception of health care service quality on patient satisfaction and loyalty in mother and child hospital. The researcher tried to identify the effect and relationship of each variable. Data collected through an accidental sampling technique among 50 samples in two hospitals in Surabaya, and the data were analyzed using path analysis. The result suggests that the perception of health care service quality does not significantly have a positive effect on patient loyalty. At the same time, there are significant and positive effects on the relationship between the perception of health care service quality and patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction significantly has a positive effect on patient loyalty. Furthermore, patient satisfaction as a mediator variable mediates the relationship between the perception of health care service quality and patient loyalty. These findings emphasize the importance of these aspects to develop a better mother and child hospital.

This study attempts to analyze the factors that influence attitudes toward online shopping in Indonesia. The population in this study is consumers who have experience buying products online through social media or e-commerce. The implication of the study is enriching the behavioural marketing studies about factors that influence online product purchases and suggest the marketers create a more effective marketing strategy based on different customer level of trust. The study results showed that perceived benefit and trust are the driving factors of consumer attitudes to make online purchases. In this study, perceived benefit functions as a mediator of trust influence on attitude. This study reveals that high levels of trust influence consumer attitudes toward online shopping while at low levels of trust, consumer attitudes will be more influenced by perceived benefits.

Batik is a World Cultural Heritage. However, the production process is suspected to have a negative impact on the environment. This study aims to analyze the Batik production process using an eco-efficiency approach. The identification stage is carried out by identifying the non-product output costs. The environmental impact analysis was carried out by means of a life cycle assessment (LCA) using the eco-cost and eco-mapping methods. The causal analysis stage was carried out with a fishbone diagram. The problem area occurs in the stamping, coloring and washing processes. LCA processing using simapro v7.1.8 software concluded that there was a negative impact on the global warming (CO2 eq) category of 14,804.2 kg and aquatic ecotoxic (TEG eq) of 10,241,717 kg or equivalent to an eco-cost of Rp 700,394,880 / year. Recommendations for improvement by making used candle container, adding assignments for one of the workers, and creating a simple waste treatment system with the principle of aerobic biological treatment. This research provides benefits economically, environmentally and socially. The recommendations given are estimated to reduce the non-product output ratio by 0.01224, with an economic profit of around Rp 25,571,892 / year.

Abstract This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between emotional labor and job satisfaction of teachers at the F. Tandean Tebing Tinggi college. The hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between emotional labor and job satisfaction with teachers. The subjects of the study were 120 teachers in the School of F. Tandean Tebing Tinggi. This research uses quantitative research where the data collection uses a questionnaire. The assumption test consists of a normality test and a linearity test. The data analysis method used is the Product Moment correlation technique with the help of SPSS Statistics 25 for Windows. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between job satisfaction with emotional labor (Pearson Correlation 0.280, Sig 0.001

Pembuat batu bata di Kelurahan Talang Jambe dalam kesehariannya selalu berhubungan dengan tanah, yang merupakan bahan baku pembuatan batu bata. Kualitas tanah dan kebersihan pribadi memfasilitasi terjadinya infeksi kecacingan. Interaksi antara anemia dan infeksi kecacingan sudah banyak terungkap dari berbagai penelitian, masing masing saling memberikan kontribusi terhadap terjadinya kesakitan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah salah satu upaya pencegahan anemia melalui penyuluhan dan pemeriksaan laboratorium di Kelurahan Talang Jambe Palembang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada hari Selasa, 22 Oktober 2019 dihadiri oleh 3 dosen, 5 mahasiswa, 38 responden pralansia dan lansia, petugas kelurahan dan petugas posyandu lansia. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa penyuluhan melalui pemaparan materi dan memberikan pelayanan gratis berupa pemeriksaan hemoglobin kepada seluruh peserta yang hadir. Peserta memperoleh manfaat edukasi dari petugas akan pentingnya mengetahui cara pencegahan anemia akibat penyakit kecacingan. Analisis data pada kategori anemia terdapat 2 peserta pralansia (12,5%) dan 4 peserta lansia (18,2%) yang mengalami anemia.

The Covid-19 pandemic is affecting academic processes around the world and the emergence of problems in students. School counsellors have a significant role in helping problems and developing student potential through counselling services with digital technology media. This study focuses on discovering various technologies that were applied and used by school counsellors in the process of counselling services during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used a case study method, and a qualitative descriptive method with totally subject 20 teacher professional education alumni worked as school counsellors in various islands in Indonesia. The research instrument used an open questionnaire with distribution through google form media and descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results of the study found that asynchronous media and technology-based synchronous media were the leading alternatives for online counselling services during the Covid-19 epidemic. The use of asynchronous media with WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or social media, as well as synchronous media with Zoom, Webex, Google Meeting, or Hangout, can help solve problems and develop student potential. Recommendations for school counsellors to immediately adapt to the era of disruption and technology in counselling services. The following advice for the government is the administration of teacher and student welfare.

The purpose of this study is to support service innovation towards customer satisfaction and improve the functional value and emotional value of Prodia Health Care customers. The path analysis method used as a method to study the influence and the big influence that occurs with a sample of 50 Prodia customers who have used digital services. The results of a positive and significant service innovation research on customer satisfaction, functional and emotional value have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. However, the indirect orientation of functional value is not greater than service innovation. This, which results in a digital evaluation of Prodia's Health Care services, needs to be optimized to support increased customer satisfaction

Asphyxia and Intrauterine fetal dead (IUFD) are a threat if a premature rupture of membranes is not immediately treated quickly and appropriately. Neonatal asphyxia can occur due to complications from premature rupture of membranes. IMR in Indonesia is the fifth country for ASEAN countries, 35/1000 birth. Based on data from RA Kartini Hospital in Jepara, asphyxia cases from approximately (12,6%) and incidence of premature rupture of membranes 816 cases or around (85,8%). While the incidence of neonatal asphyxia born from PROM totalled 15 cases or about (1,6%). This research using quantitative descriptive methods with cross-sectional design. This research was conducted on April 21-23, 2020 using a total sampling method of 148 respondents. The data used are secondary data with a single variable, namely the incidence of neonatal asphyxia in mothers with maternity premature rupture of membranes. Data analysis uses a descriptive statical test. Aims to know the description of the incidence of neonatal asphyxia in mothers with maternity premature rupture of membranes in General Hospital of Raden Ajeng Kartini Jepara 2019 and describe the incidence of neonatal asphyxia in mothers with maternity premature rupture of membranes in General Hospital Raden Ajeng Kartini Jepara 2019. The result showed that of 148 respondents on average had no risk age (20-35 years) as many as 120 respondents (81,1%) and the average parity PROM mothers as many as 148 respondents had multiparous parity of 85 respondents (57,4%). Then from 148 PROM mothers, 6 respondents (4,1%) gave birth to babies who had asphyxia. The highest incidence of neonatal asphyxia in mothers with maternity premature rupture of membranes was mild asphyxia of 3 respondents (2,0%), moderate to severe asphyxia of 2 respondents (1,4) and moderate asphyxia of 1 respondent (0,7%). The average degree of asphyxia in women with premature rupture of membranes is mild asphyxia.

Playing a video game has become a favorite activity for children. One of the marketing efforts to attract their attention is by combining advertising and entertainment in the form of advergame or advertising game. Childhood is considered as a critical period towards the impact of advertising. As more advergame played especially intended for children, this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of advergame through flow experience and persuasion knowledge towards advergame and brand attitude as well as their purchase intention towards the embedded product in the game. This study was participated by 218 children aged 10-12 years old in Jakarta and Surabaya. Seven hypotheses were proposed to be analyzed further. Different from the previous studies, this study shows that attitudes on advergame do not influence the children intention to purchase the advertised product. The findings also offer some implications, limitations and directions to the future research.
