Agaricus bisporus (bottom mushroom) constitutes an important part of mushroom cultivation in Türkiye. Recently, there has been increasing interest in the cultivation of exotic and medicinal mushrooms such as oyster mushroom (Pleurotus spp.), Shiitake (Lentinula edodes) and Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum). Plastic bag system is widely used in the cultivation of exotic and medicinal mushrooms in Türkiye. Bottle culture is a cultivation technique in bottles made of autoclave heat resistant, polypropylene-like materials. The substrate used in mushroom cultivation is filled into these bottles and sterilized. The formation of the fruit body is provided in these bottles after the inoculating of spawn. Bottle culture cultivation in Türkiye is not carried out by the private sector. However, in Far East Countries such as China, Japan and South Korea, bottle cultivation is widely practiced. Recently, bottle cultivation has started in some European Union countries and the USA too. Many mushroom species such as Pleurotus species (Pleurotus eryngii, Pleurotus ostreatus), Hypsizygus tessulatus, Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), Maitake (Grifolia frondosa), Enoki (Flammulina velutipes) and Lion’s mane (Hericium erinaceus) can be cultivated in this system. Bottle culture is mechanized system and requires less labor. A faster mycelia development may be obtained in the substrate since it allows the use of liquid mycelium. Mechanized systems are also used for cleaning and washing bottles. Bottle culture technology was transferred to Türkiye via the cooperation agreement with Gyeongsangbuk-Do Agricultural Research and Extension services in South Korea. We think that with the common use of bottle culture, the industrial production of exotic and medicinal mushrooms will develop very quickly in Türkiye., Türkiye’de mantar yetiştiriciliğinin önemli bir kısmını Agaricus bisporus kültür mantarı oluşturmaktadır. Son zamanlarda kayın mantarı (Pleurotus spp.), Shiitake mantarı (Lentinula edodes) ve Reishi mantarı (Ganoderma lucidum) gibi egzotik ve tıbbi mantarların yetiştiriciliğine olan ilgi artmaktadır. Türkiye’de egzotik ve tıbbi mantarların yetiştiriciliğinde yaygın olarak plastik torba sistemi kullanılmaktadır. Şişe kültürü, otoklav ısısına dayanıklı, polipropilen benzeri materyallerden yapılmış şişelerde yapılan bir yetiştirme tekniğidir. Mantar yetiştiriciliğinde kullanılan substrat bu şişelere doldurulmakta ve sterilize edilmektedir. Tohumluk misel ekimi yapıldıktan sonra mantar oluşumu bu şişelerde sağlanmaktadır. Türkiye’de şişe kültüründe yetiştiricilik özel sektör bazında henüz yapılmamaktadır. Çin, Japonya ve Güney Kore gibi Uzakdoğu ülkelerinde ise şişe kültüründe yetiştiricilik yaygın olarak yapılmaktadır. Son zamanlarda, Bazı Avrupa Birliği ülkelerinde ve ABD’de de şişe kültüründe yetiştiricilik yapılmaya başlanmıştır. Bu sistemle Pleurotus mantarı türleri (Pleurotus eryngii, Pleurotus ostreatus vb.) Hypsizygus tessulatus, Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), Maitake mantarı (Grifolia frondosa), Enoki mantarı (Flammulina velutipes) ve Aslan yelesi (Hericium erinaceus) gibi birçok mantar yetiştiriciliği yapılabilmektedir. Şişe kültürü mekanize sistem olup, daha az işçilik gerektirir. Sıvı misel kullanımına olanak verdiğinden, daha hızlı bir misel sarımı gerçekleşir. Şişelerin boşaltılması ve temizlenmesinde de mekanize sistemler kullanılmaktadır. Güney Kore’de bulunan Gyeongsangbuk-Do Tarımsal Araştırma ve Yayım Hizmetleri ile yapılan işbirliği anlaşması çerçevesinde, şişe kültüründe mantar yetiştiriciliği Güney Kore’de incelenmiş ve şişe kültürü teknolojisi ülkemize transfer edilmiştir. Şişe kültürünün kullanımının yaygınlaşmasıyla Türkiye’de egzotik ve tıbbi mantarların endüstriyel üretiminin çok hızlı bir şekilde gelişeceğini düşünmekteyiz.

High atmosphere temperature is the most significant environmental factor and its negative impact on plant growth and productivity causes large losses in agricultural production. Fourteen tomato genotypes (G1;U64-16, G2;U4-10, G3;U2-29, G4;U117-2 G5; CLN1621L, G6; BL1176, G7; CLN2418A, G8; BL1175, G9; BL1173, G10; CLN2001A, G11; CLN2413R, G12; CL5915-93D4-1-0-3, G13; BL1174, and G14; CLN2498E) were evaluated at three temperature conditions. Three field experiment was carried out at optimum (OT, 28/21°C day/night), moderate high temperature (MHT, 32/22°C day/night) and high temperature (HT, 37/27°C day/night) conditions. Fruit set rate (Fr.S), number of produced pollen grains per flower (P.Pr), number of released pollen per flower (P.R), percentage of viable pollen (P.Via), in vitro pollen germination (P.Ger), number of seed per fruit (S./Fr), aborted fruit rate (A.Fr), fruit weight (Fr.We), fruit length (Fr.Len), fruit diameter (Fr.Dia) and seed germination (S.Ger) were scored. The temperature damage threshold was determined for the mentioned properties. The temperature slightly over the OT reduced the pollen characteristics, Fr.S and S./Fr.The results revealed that the P.R, P.Pr and P.Ger were the most important factors to determine the fruit set under for the temperatures above the optimum and could be used in breeding programs aiming to obtain better fruit set under HT. The P.Pr and P.R were readily affected by the increase in temperature compared to P.Ger and P.Via. The damage threshold temperature was 43.9 °C for P.Ger and 45.9 °C for P.Via.

Pleurotus eryngii kompleks türleri, Umbelliferae ve Compositea familyalarına ait bazı bitki türlerinin kök ve gövde atıklarında zayıf parazit veya fakültatif mutualistik olarak yaşamaktadırlar. Türkiye’nin farklı bölgelerinde doğal olarak bulunabilmekte ve Kulacık, kulakçık, çaşır, çakşır, çaşur, kinkor, kevçir, heliz, mantıka, mantuka ve göbelek gibi yöresel isimlerle adlandırılmaktadır. Bu çalışma 2009-2016 yılları arasında yürütülmüştür. Türkiye’nin farklı lokasyonlarından toplam 200 adet Pleurotus eryngii kompleks türlerine ait örnekler toplanmıştır. Toplanan örneklerin morfolojik özellikleri ve mikroskobik özellikleri belirlenmiştir. Toplanan mantarlar, Erynginum campestre L., Ferula communis var. communis, Heracleum antasiaticum Maden, Ferula orientalis L. Prangos ferulacea Lindl., Prangos uechtritzii Boiss et. Hausskn ile ilişkilidir. Toplanan taze mantarların dokularından 104 izolat elde edilmiş ve 80 adet spor izi alınmıştır. İzolatlar, spor izleri ve kurutulmuş mantar örnekleri, mantar gen bankasında saklanmıştır. Ayrıca, toplam 112 izolat ve 25 kuru mantar örneğinin, moleküler analizi yapılmıştır. EF-1α ve RPB2 genlerinin kısmi sekansları Pleurotus eryngii kompleks türleri arasındaki filogenetik ilişkiyi yorumlamak için kullanılmıştır. Türkiye’deki Pleurotus eryngii türleri altı gruptan oluşmuştur. Eryngii, ferulae, nebrodensis yanında, üç yeni takson ilk kez tanımlanmıştır. Bu çalışma ile son olarak, 28 izolatın misel gelişim performansları, farklı sıcaklıklarda test edilmiştir. K16 ve K7 en hızlı gelişime, K123 ve K121 en yavaş misel gelişimine sahip olmuşlardır., Pleurotus eryngii species complex grow as a weak parasites or facultative mutualistic on the root and stem residues of plants belonging Umbelliferae and Compositea families. They can be found naturally in different regions of Turkey and are called local names such as Kulacık, kulakçık, çaşır, çakşır, çaşur, kinkor, kevçir, heliz, mantıka, mantuka and göbelek. This study was carried out between 2009-2016. Total 200 samples belonging Pleurotus eryngii species complex were collected from different locations of Turkey. The morphological characteristics and microscopic features of the collected samples were determined. Collected mushrooms were associated with Erynginum campestre L., Ferula communis var. communis, Heracleum antasiaticum Maden, Ferula orientalis L., Prangos ferulacea Lindl., Prangos uechtritzii Boiss et. Hausskn. 104 isolates were obtained from the tissues of the collected fresh mushrooms and 80 spore prints were obtained. Isolates, spore prints and specimens were preserved in the mushroom gene bank. In addition, molecular analysis was applied to a total of 112 isolates and 25 specimens. The partial sequences of the EF-1α and RPB2 genes were used to interpret the phylogenetic relationship of the Pleurotus eryngii complex species. Turkish Pleurotus eryngii species complex was divided into six groups. In addition to eryngii, ferulae and nebrodensis, three new taxa were identified first time. Finally, mycelial growth performances of 28 isolates were tested at different temperatures. K16 and K7 had the fastest mycelial growth, whereas K123 and K121 had the slowest.

World mushroom production in 2017 is 10 million 242 thousand tons and 76.7% of the production is done in China and Turkey covers the 0.4% of the world mushroom production. Agaricusgenus of fresh mushroom export in 2017 was 1 billion 11 million dollars and imports amounted to 1 billion 104 million dollars. Poland, the Netherlands, Canada and Ireland are the major exporters, while the UK, the United States, Germany and the Netherlands are major importers. China, the Netherlands, Italy and South Korea are important countries of the 724.672.000 US dollar world fresh mushrooms export sector (except the agaricus cultivar) in 2017 Turkey with a 6.1 million fresh mushroom exports volume has a 0.8% share. World's fresh mushrooms import (excluding agaricus mushrooms) were around 749 million dollars in 2017 with 12.8% by Germany, 9.6% by France, 9.2% by Italy and 8.6% was performed by Japan. Exports of dried mushrooms (excluding agaricus mushrooms) which were 1.4 billion dollars in 2013 were around 2.3 billion dollars in 2017. China, the world's largest mushroom producer and exporter country, is the most important country that covers the 90.7% of the world dried mushroom export in 2017.In 2017, value of the world imports of dried mushrooms (excluding agaricus cultivars) were around 514 million dollars from 19.3% by Hong Kong, 14.2% by Thailand, 11.2% were realized by Japan. Mushrooms exported from Turkey are mainly natural mushrooms, which are mostly demanded by European countries and Japan They should be seen as a renewable and sustainable resource that can provide significant foreign currency inflow to our country., 2017 yılı dünya mantar üretimi 10.242.000 ton olup, üretimin %76.7’si Çin tarafından karşılanmakta, Türkiye dünya mantar üretiminden %0.4 oranında pay almaktadır.2017 yılında agaricus cinsi dünya taze mantar ihracatı 1.011.289.000 dolar, ithalatı ise 1.104.479.000 dolar olarak gerçekleşmiştir. İhracatta Polonya, Hollanda, Kanada ve İrlanda, ithalatta İngiltere, ABD, Almanya ve Hollanda önemli ülkelerdir. 724.672.000 dolar olan 2017 yılı dünya taze mantar (agaricus cinsi mantarlar hariç) ihracatında Çin, Hollanda, İtalya ve Güney Koreönemli ülkeler olup, Türkiye dünya taze mantar ihracatından 6.148.000 dolarlık ihracat hacmiyle %0.8 oranında pay almıştır.2017 yılında 749.000.000 dolar civarlarında gerçekleşen dünya taze (agaricus cinsi mantarlar hariç) mantar ithalatının %12.8’i Almanya, %9.6’sı Fransa, %9.2’si İtalya, %8.6’sı Japonya tarafından gerçekleştirilmiştir. 2013 yılında 1.4 milyar dolar olan dünya kurutulmuş mantar (agaricus cinsi mantarlar hariç) ihracatı 2017 yılında 2.255.000.000 dolar civarlarında gerçekleşmiştir. Dünyanın en büyük mantar üretici ve ihracatçı ülkesi olan Çin, 2017 yılı dünya kurutulmuş mantar ihracatının %90.7’sini karşılayan en önemli ülke konumundadır. 2017 yılında 514.000.000 dolar civarlarında gerçekleşen dünya kurutulmuş mantar (agaricus cinsi mantarlar hariç) ithalatının %19.3’ü Hong Kong, %14.2’si Tayland, %11.2’si Japonya tarafından gerçekleştirilmiştir. Türkiye'den yurt dışına ihraç edilen mantarların büyük çoğunluğunu doğal mantarlar oluşturmaktadır. Çoğunlukla Avrupa ülkeleri ve Japonya tarafından talep edilen doğal mantarlar ülkemize önemli döviz girdisi sağlayabilecek hem yenilenebilir ve hem de sürdürülebilir bir kaynak olarak görülmelidir.

Amaç Atrial fibrilasyonda trombüs oluşumunun en sık olduğu yer sol atrial apendiksdir (SAA). Bu çalışmada amacımız paroksismal atrial fibrilasyonu (PAF) olup strok geçiren ve geçirmeyen hastalarda SAA fonksiyonlarını ortaya çıkarmaktı.Gereç ve YöntemlerStrok nedeni ile veya atrial septal defekt, patent foramen ovale şüphesi ile transözefagial ekokardiyografi yapılan 74 hasta çalışmaya alındı.
