The process of handling and bonding copper (Cu) and graphene inevitably creates defects. To use graphene/Cu composites as electronic devices with new physical properties, it is essential to evaluate the effect of such defects. Since graphene is an ultrathin anisotropic material having a hexagonal structure, an evaluation of graphene/Cu composites containing defects was conducted taking into account the inherent structural characteristics. The purpose of this study is to evaluate defects that may occur in the manufacturing process and to present a usable basic method for the stable design research and development of copper/graphene composites essential for commercialization of copper/graphene composites. In the future, when performing analytical calculations on various copper/graphene composites and defect shapes in addition to the defect conditions presented in this paper, it is considered that it can be used as a useful method considering defects that occur during application to products of desired thickness and size. Herein, density functional theory was used to evaluate the behavior of graphene/Cu composites containing defects. The density of states (DOS) values were also calculated. The analysis was implemented using three kinds of models comprising defect-free graphene and two- and four-layered graphene/Cu composites containing defects. DOS and Fermi energy levels were used to gage the effect of defects on electrical properties.

The innate immune regulation, especially by the type I IFN signature in the CD14+ monocytes, is known to be critical in the pathogenesis of autoimmune Sjögren's syndrome (SjS) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Since patients with one condition can be overlapped with another, this study is to identify shared differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in SjS and SLE compared to healthy controls (HCs) and refine transcriptomic profiles with the integrated Reactome and gene-drug network analysis for an anti-inflammation therapy.CD14+ monocytes were purified from whole blood of SjS and SLE patients (females, ages from 32 to 62) and subject to bulk RNA-sequencing, followed by data analyses for comparison with HC monocytes (females, ages 30 and 33). Functional categorizations, using Gene Ontology (GO) and the Reactome pathway analysis, were performed and DEGs associated with therapeutic drugs were identified from the Drug Repurposing Hub (DHUB) database.The GO analysis revealed that DEGs in the inflammatory response and the cellular response to cytokine were highly enriched in both conditions. A propensity toward M1 macrophage differentiation appears to be prominent in SjS while the Response to Virus was significant in SLE monocytes. Through the Reactome pathway analysis, DEGs in the IFN signaling and the cytokine signaling in immune system were most significantly enriched in both. Upregulation of NGF-induced transcription activity in SjS and the complement cascade activity in SLE were also noted. Multiple anti-inflammatory drugs, such as prostaglandin-endoperoxide synthase and angiotensin-I-converting- enzyme were associated with the DEGs in these conditions.Taken together, our analysis indicates distinct inflammatory transcriptomic profiles shared in SjS and SLE monocytes. Comprehensive characterizations of the data from these conditions will ultimately allow differential diagnosis of each condition and identification of therapeutic targets.

본 연구는 청소년의 청소년활동만족도가 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향에 있어서 청소년활동 성취기대수준과 청소년활동 참여정도가 순차적으로 매개하는 효과를 살펴보기 위한 목적에서 수행되었다. 이를 위해 한국청소년정책연구원에서 조사한 ‘2018 청소년활동참여 실태조사’ 데이터를 SPSS 22.0과 SPSS PROCESS macro 3.3을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 청소년활동만족도, 주관적 행복감, 청소년활동 성취기대수준, 청소년활동 참여정도 간에는 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년활동만족도가 주관적 행복감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청소년활동만족도가 주관적 행복감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 가운데 청소년활동 성취기대수준은 이들 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 청소년활동만족도가 주관적 행복감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 가운데, 청소년활동참여정도는 이들 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 청소년활동만족도가 주관적 행복감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 가운데, 청소년활동 성취기대수준과 청소년활동 참여정도는 이들 관계를 순차적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 청소년을 지원하는 데 있어 청소년활동의 중요성을 논의하였으며, 향후 청소년활동을 활성화하고 발전시키기 위한 방안에 대해 모색하였다.

Type III vessels are used to store gases at high pressure and, for efficient use, should be as light as possible without compromising stability. However, since the fiber composite layer has a directional property, it causes different properties depending on the order of lamination and the direction of the layer, and it is necessary to evaluate various and complex variables because both the low and high lamination angles are used in the manufacturing process. Therefore, this study evaluated the composite material layer of type III high pressure storage vessels in a single layer pattern and a composite pattern, and evaluated the effects of the inherent characteristics of each angle and the increase or decrease in the stacking angle on the strength performance of the storage vessel. As a result of analysis, it was confirmed that the change of angle not only affects the strength performance, but also affects the location of storage vessel such as domes and cylinders. In addition, in the most optimized pattern, the stress of 79 MPa in the fiber direction and 20.35 MPa in the fiber orthogonal direction could be reduced.

This study analyzed the mechanical and fracture behavior of graphene/copper (Cu) composites with different Cu thicknesses by using molecular dynamics (MD) and representative volume element (RVE) analysis. Three graphene/Cu composite analytical models were classified as 4.8, 9.8, and 14.3 nm according to Cu thicknesses. Using MD analysis, zigzag-, armchair-, and z (thickness)-direction tensile analyses were performed for each model to analyze the effect of Cu thickness variation on graphene/Cu composite strength and delamination fracture. In the RVE analysis, the mechanical characteristics of the interface between graphene and Cu were evaluated by setting the volume fraction to 1.39, 2.04, and 4.16% of the graphene/Cu composite model, classified according to the Cu thickness. From their obtained results, whether the graphene bond is maintained has the greatest effect on the strength of graphene/Cu composites, regardless of the Cu thickness. Additionally, graphene/Cu composites are more vulnerable to armchair direction tensile forces with fracture strengths of 14.7, 8.9, and 8.2 GPa depending on the Cu thickness. The results of this study will contribute to the development of guidelines and performance evaluation standards for graphene/Cu composites.

本研究では、韓国の多文化家族支援センターで実施されている事業やプログラムを分析し、これらの特性を考察し、現在までの変遷を分析することで、多文化家族支援政策やサービスがどのように変化して発展してきたのか考察した。韓国女性家族部で多文化家族支援事業を実施した事業及びプログラムの変遷を見ると、初期の単純な事業およびプログラム領域区分が時間が経つほど領域が多様化しており、その領域別に細かい事業が多様に展開されていく過程が明らかになった。多文化家族のニーズによって事業が徐々に拡大し、細分化し発展してきたことが要因として挙げられる。 本研究の結果と意義に基づき、多文化家族支援センターや多文化家族支援サービスをさらに発展させるための提言を行った。, This study focuses on analyzes the characteristics and characteristics of multicultural family support laws and systems, the delivery system, and the programs and programs implemented by the Multicultural Family Support Center, a multicultural family support service organization. Hsp33, a prokaryotic molecular chaperone, exerts holdase activity in response to oxidative stress. In this study, the stepwise conformational change of Hsp33 upon oxidation was monitored by NMR. In order to overcome its high molecular weight (33 kDa as a monomer and 66 kDa as a dimer), spectra were simplified using a selectively ( 15 N)His-labeled protein. All of the eight histidines were observed in the TROSY spectrum of the reduced Hsp33. Among them, three peaks showed dramatic resonance shifts dependent on the stepwise oxidation, indicating a remarkable conformational change. The results suggest that unfolding of the linker domain is associated with dimerization, but not entire region of the linker domain is unfolded.
