Efficient charge generation is essential for tandem organic light-emitting diode (OLED) devices. In this study, we introduce a p-type copper iodide (CuI) layer within the charge generation layer (CGL) that exhibits high charge generation efficiency in tandem OLED devices. Briefly, CuI is deposited as a thin layer via thermal evaporation technique. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis reveals the formation of γ-CuI, and the ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectral analysis demonstrates outstanding optical transparency (∼95%) of the deposited CuI films in the visible range. The current-voltage (I-V) and capacitance-voltage (C-V) analyses show that the p-type CuI layer is a vital and excellent charge generator and enhances the current density significantly. The tandem OLED device fabricated using Bphen:Liq/CuI/HAT-CN as the CGL results in a substantial 1.9-fold increase in current efficiency compared to the single-unit OLED device, approaching the theoretical two-fold increase. Fundamental studies of the interaction of chiral light with chiral matter are important for the development of techniques that allow handedness‐selective optical detection of chiral organic molecules. One approach to achieve this goal is the creation of a Fabry–Pérot cavity that supports eigenmodes with a desired electromagnetic handedness. This paper theoretically studies chiral Fabry–Pérot cavities with mirrors comprising 1D photonic crystal slabs made of van der Waals As2S3, a material with one of the highest known in‐plane anisotropies. By utilizing the anisotropy provided by As2S3, Fabry–Pérot cavities with constitutional and configurational chiralities are designed. It is demonstrated that in cavities with constitutional chirality, electromagnetic modes of left or right handedness exist due to the chirality of both mirrors, often referred to as handedness preserving mirrors in the literature. At the same time, cavities with configurational chirality support modes of both handednesses due to the chiral morphology of the entire structure, set by the twist angle between the optical axes of the upper and lower non‐chiral anisotropic mirrors. The developed chiral Fabry–Pérot cavities can be tuned to any distance between the mirrors by properly twisting them, making such systems a prospective platform for the coupling of chiral light with chiral matter. Quantum‐dot light emitting diode (QD‐LED) displays have attracted great attention because of their high potential as a future display technology. The solution processability is also regarded as an important advantage for low‐cost manufacturing capabilities. However, the use of toxic and environmentally hazardous organic solvents is the dark side of solution processable QD‐LEDs. Chlorobenzene, chloroform, 1‐4 dioxane, and 1,2‐dichlorobenzene are representative toxic solvents for the manufacture of QD‐LEDs, and these are mainly used as solvents in the hole transport layer (HTL). Therefore, it is important to find an environmentally friendly solvent for (HTL). This study integrates an inductor into OLED structures to overcome challenges in low gray level expression. At the resonance frequency of 19 kHz, a linear correlation between voltage and emission intensity emerges, resulting in a significant decrease in turn‐on voltage. This study investigates the potential of NucleoBases (NBs) materials, with a specific focus on Thymine, as HTL for QD‐LEDs. NBs materials offer cost‐effectiveness compared to traditional organic optoelectronic materials, as they can be extracted from renewable sources. When Thymine was inserted at a thickness of 5nm, a stepwise structure was implemented, resulting in increased hole injection into the EML and consequently enhancing the overall performance of the device. In inverted quantum‐dot light‐emitting‐diodes (QD‐LED), it is important to use orthogonal solvent for hole‐transport layer(HTL). In addition, modulating work function of each layer is good way to enhance carrier injection barrier. In this research, we confirmed the viability of usage of a solvent, named gamma‐valerolactone (GVL) for forming hole transport layer (HTL). By using the solvent, current density, luminance, roll‐off characteristics were enhanced, and highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) level was changed, which can enhance the hole injection.
