Evidence shows that smart phones have increasingly become an essential part of people's everyday lives and leisure activities. However, the role that mobile phones play in tourist engagement with leisure activities remains ambiguous. Therefore, the aim of this research was to assess the features of mobile apps of E-leisure (MAOEL) leading to tourist engagement and the antecedents and consequences of engagement. In this study, the technology acceptance model and self-determination theory were used. The study data were collected from 383 international tourists, who visited Iran in September and November 2019. Statistical analysis with structural equation modelling was performed with Smart PLS 3.0 software. The findings show that factors, including perceived ease of use, subjective norms, perceived enjoyment, and perceived usefulness, are important for enhancing tourist engagement with MAOEL. Also, tourist engagement with MAOEL and its reinforcement leads to increasing attitude toward brand and brand usage intention. These findings will help leisure service managers and practitioners to use mobile applications to improve and develop tourists' E-leisure experiences. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study aims to conceptualize tourist journey through analyzing tourist experiences. In this study, the connotation and important criteria of the Eiffel Tower visitor travel experiences were identified using a qualitative approach. The statistical population of this study includes the visitors who posted online reviews on TripAdvisor. The data was extracted using the python program script. Data analysis was performed using the content analysis method with the help of the Maxqda software. The results show that considering structural and scenic attractions, person- environment fit and supplementary need factors in the Pre-trip stage; environmental, social, and service space factors in the entrance stage; Value for money and payment methods factors in the payment stage can affect tourist experiences and their behavioral intentions. This study is a pioneer work to qualitatively create a model for the concept of the tourist journey by examining the experience of tourists. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed. Public libraries are powerful social institutions whose services have a positive contribution to civil society. As one of the most important and most visited social institutions, such libraries are responsible to the community. Promoting social responsibility in public libraries requires addressing issues such as librarians' accountability, professional ethics, and conscientiousness. Accordingly, this study strives to address this research gap by examining the relationship between organizational social responsibility and accountability perceived by staff in public libraries. Based on theoretical foundations, librarians' professional ethics and conscientiousness were considered as mediating variables. Quantitative research method was used for this study and six hypothesized relationships were formulated to develop a conceptual model. Study data were collected through a questionnaire. Data obtained from 362 librarians of Iranian public libraries were analyzed running SPSS software and Smart PLS 3.0. The results revealed that perceived social responsibility of public libraries directly contributes to their perceived responsiveness. Furthermore, the implementation of social responsibility by public libraries reinforces the professional ethics and conscientiousness of librarians. As a result, the professional ethics and conscientiousness will lead to improving the accountability of public libraries. Accordingly, this study can help public library administrators, policymakers, and librarians to develop more comprehensive strategies for providing services to citizens by focusing on their social responsibilities, thereby establishing their place in society.
