Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, visitors' worries about health and safety in tourist destinations have become paramount. Consequently, this research aims to evaluate the impact of health and safety considerations on visitors' satisfaction. It also examines the influence of health consciousness and satisfaction on visitors' willingness toward robot-delivered tourism and hospitality services usage and the impact of destination healthcare system and satisfaction on loyalty intentions. Applying a quantitative-based methodology, 650 responses were collected from domestic tourists visiting Egyptian tourism destinations using multiple non-probability sampling techniques. Using PLS-SEM, the results articulated that emotional well-being, perceived safety, and perceived green image positively impacted visitors' satisfaction, which in turn, positively affected their willingness toward service robot's usage and loyalty. Tourists' health consciousness also positively affected their satisfaction and intentions to use robot-delivered services. Additionally, destination healthcare system significantly influenced visitors' satisfaction and loyalty intentions. Theoretical and managerial contributions as well as future research are outlined. Introduction/Main Objectives: The number of Indonesian students who study abroad has expanded significantly during the past few decades. Nonetheless, the nation has a lot of variables that would assist in the growth of overseas students leaving the country in the future. Consequently, this study aims to investigate the variables influencing the financial literacy of Indonesian students participating in international exchange programs. This study empirically examines how students' financial behavior could be affected by their financial knowledge, financial attitude, and financial culture. It also tests how financial literacy can be directly influenced by financial behavior. Additionally, the mediating role of financial behavior has been evaluated. Background Problems: Notwithstanding the rise in the number of students enrolled in international programs, and the availability of such programs in educational institutions worldwide, these students will confront numerous obstacles and difficulties. A vital skill for these students to possess is financial literacy, since there is a lot of emphasis on cost-saving when pursuing higher education in a global setting. However, studies into financial literacy are noticeably lacking, particularly in emerging nations such as Indonesia. Novelty: The current paper adds to the limited studies concerning the financial life of international students by developing an integrated framework to examine the most crucial factors impacting the financial literacy of Indonesian students participating in international exchange programs. Research Methods: An online survey was conducted to gather the primary data from the respondents. The acquired data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. Finding/Results: The research findings showed that financial literacy was significantly impacted by financial behavior, which in turn was impacted by financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and financial culture. The relationship between financial knowledge, financial attitudes, financial culture, and financial literacy was found to be significantly mediated by financial behavior. The number of tourism and hospitality academic journals has witnessed a considerable increase in the last decades, along with a remarkable evolution in their scientific production. This raises the call to systematically review and analyze the publications of such journals. To this end, the current work seeks to conduct a systematic review via exhaustive bibliometric analysis of the content of the International Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Systems (IJHTS) for the period from 2008 to 2022. Different bibliometric metrics were employed to analyze the publications of the IJHTS obtained from the journal's website and Scopus database. As the journal's stature and varied contributions to the field of hospitality and tourism management and systems have expanded, the quantity of publications, contributors, and citations of the IJHTS-related papers have significantly risen over the given period. The discipline of shopping tourism has seen a surge in published research in recent years, covering a wide range of topics and issues. However, there are surprisingly few reviews and/or bibliometric studies to review and visually map the literature in this field of research. As a result, the present work has employed a comprehensive bibliometric and systematic review concerning shopping tourismrelated articles published in academic journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science databases between 1979 and 2021. Two methodologies were used in this bibliometric analysis. The first is performance analysis, which analyzes the contributions of the components that comprise research in shopping tourism. The second method is scientific mapping, which outlines the connections (i.e., intellectual, social, and conceptual structure) between facets related to shopping tourism. Using Bradford's and Lotka's laws, the research revealed a remarkable increase in shopping tourism sources, authors, and articles, reflecting a substantial evolutionary curve of this research theme. Various affiliations and countries have contributed considerably to shopping tourism research during the period. The analysis of science mapping produced a substantial understanding of shopping tourism's social, intellectual, and conceptual structure. This review article provides several implications for research via perspicuous overviews and insights into shopping tourism, Big Data, and its knowledge structures. It also holds a variety of practical implications for tourism policymakers, destination management organizations (DMOs), and tourism marketers regarding the key themes, new trends, and main contributors to shopping tourism research over four decades of research. The present study investigates the structural associations between workplace bullying, employee psychological distress, and work engagement within the hospitality setting. It also evaluates the moderating impact of selfcompassion on the direct path between workplace bullying and employee psychological distress. Employing a quantitative approach, PLS-SEM has been applied to analyse the data, collected by survey, from full-time employees at 2-star and 3-star hotels in Antalya. The results indicated that workplace bullying significantly predicted psychological distress and deteriorated employee engagement. In addition, there is a significant effect of employees' psychological distress on their engagement. However, employee self-compassion did not significantly moderate the effect of workplace bullying on psychological distress. The study findings add solid and valuable contributions to concerned scholars and hoteliers by illustrating how bullying behavior could impact employees' psychological distress and their work engagement, considering the interaction role of self-compassion on the link between bullying behavior on employees' psychological distress. This paper investigates how participative leadership and employee voice behavior stimulate innovative behavior, through the moderating role of job autonomy within the SMEs context. Responses from 547 frontline employees at Egyptian travel agents were collected. Using variance-based structural equation modeling (VB-SEM), the results revealed that participative leadership significantly influenced both employees' voice behavior and their innovative behavior. The findings also indicated that employee voice behavior has an intervening role between participative leadership and workers' innovative behavior in travel agents. In addition, participative leadership has higher effects on both employee voice behavior and employee innovative behavior with high levels of job autonomy. Finally, employee voice behavior exercises a stronger effect on the innovation of travel agents' employees with greater levels of job autonomy. This research examines the association between intelligent customer experience (ICE) and behavioral brand loyalty through three connected constructs (i.e., customers' satisfaction, brand trust, and brand attachment). A quantitative method was applied by conducting a questionnaire administered face-to-face to 302 French consumers who have used intelligent technologies during their shopping experiences. Employing PLS-SEM, the findings revealed that intelligent customer experience positively affects customer satisfaction and brand trust, which in turn positively impacts brand attachment. Additionally, the three dimensions of brand loyalty are all positively influenced by attachment to the brand.
