Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка системы заданий и упражнений, направленных на освоение специальной дисциплины «Основы права» иностранными слушателями, изучающими русский язык как иностранный. Главной целью создания данного пособия было ознакомление иностранных студентов с основной проблематикой права Российской Федерации, подготовка к успешному восприятию лекционного материала по правовым дисциплинам во время обучения в бакалавриате. Представленные задания и упражнения систематизированы по тематическому принципу. Выбраны типичные темы, как правило, присутствующие в учебной литературе в области права, в том числе для русскоязычных студентов. Разработанное пособие включает в себя 15 тематически организованных разделов. Разделы содержат адаптированные тексты, упражнения и задания, направленные на выработку как монологической речи, так и письменных навыков у иностранных студентов., The aim of the master's work is to develop a system of tasks and exercises aimed at mastering the special discipline "Fundamentals of Law" by foreign students studying Russian as a foreign language. The main purpose of creating this textbook was to familiarize foreign students with the main problems of the law of the Russian Federation, preparation for the successful perception of lecture material on legal disciplines while studying in a bachelor's degree. The presented tasks and exercises are systematized according to the thematic principle. Typical topics are selected, as a rule, present in educational literature in the field of law, including for Russian-speaking students. The developed manual includes 15 thematically organized sections. The sections contain adapted texts, exercises and assignments aimed at developing the skills of monologue speech and writing among foreign students.

The paper considers the problem of air pollution in Kachkanar. The sources of pollution are given, the main of which are the mining and processing plant and urban vehicles. The results of geoecological studies of the air are described. The characteristic of pollution is given. It is noted that air pollution contributes to the development of certain diseases. Установлено, что качество атмосферного воздуха в городе является неудовлетворительным., В работе рассматривается проблема загрязнения атмосферного воздуха в г. Качканар. Приведены источники загрязнения, главными из которых являются горно-обогатительный комбинат и городской автотранспорт. Описаны результаты геоэкологических исследований воздуха. Дана характеристика загрязнений. Отмечено, что загрязнение атмосферного воздуха способствует развитию некоторых заболеваний. Установлено, что качество атмосферного воздуха в городе является неудовлетворительным.

Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из введения, двух глав, биографического списка, приложения. Во введении обоснована актуальность выбранной темы, поставлена цель и задачи исследования. В первой главе представлены теоретико-методологические основания исследования деятельности клубов в условиях комплексных центров социального обслуживания и их влияние на активизацию ресурсов пожилого человека. Для этого в главе определены социальные и психологические особенности пожилого человека, оценены цели социальной работы с пожилыми людьми с позиции активного долголетия. Подробно охарактеризованы технологии активизации ресурсов пожилого человека, применяемые в деятельности социальной службы. Во второй главе представлены результаты эмпирического исследования: выявленные потребности пожилого человека, особенности пожилых людей, обращающихся в Комплексные центры социального обслуживания населения за социальными услугами. Также проанализированы мнения специалистов, позволяющие оценить, как происходит выбор форм работ с пожилыми людьми, эффективность клубов в активизации ресурсов пожилого человека. В заключении приведены основные выводы, полученные в результате эмпирического исследования. The first chapter presents the theoretical and methodological foundations for studying the activities of clubs in the context of integrated centers of social services and their impact on the activation of the resources of an elderly person. For this, the chapter defines the social and psychological characteristics of an elderly person, evaluates the goals of social work with older people from the standpoint of active longevity. The technologies for activating the resources of an elderly person used in the activities of social services are described in detail. The second chapter presents the results of an empirical study: the identified needs of an older person, especially older people who apply to the Integrated Centers of Social Services for the population for social services. The opinions of experts were also analyzed, allowing to assess how the choice of forms of work with the elderly is carried out, the effectiveness of clubs in activating the resources of an elderly person. The conclusion summarizes the main findings from the empirical study. The total volume of work is 145 pages.

The problem of the content of educational publications for university students on religious studies, recently published, is an important and urgent research problem, as it shows the dependence of their content on sociocultural changes taking place in the field of domestic religious studies: object, research methodology, scientific approaches and principles. Research Methods. To identify factors affecting the content of educational publications, a comparative analysis was carried out (total number - 38) according to the criteria: time of publication of the educational publication; orientation of the educational publication (specialty, field of study, level of education); structure of religious studies as a system of knowledge about religion; the definition of religion as a basic concept; neutrality of the position of the authors of educational publications in relation to a particular religion. Textbooks and teaching aids prepared by teams of authors and published in large Russian publishing houses or in university publishing houses were analyzed. Research results and discussion. Based on the analysis, the evolution of the content of educational publications, its correlation with the ongoing sociocultural changes and vectors of the study of religion in Russian and foreign science is shown. Changes in the structure of knowledge and the field of religious studies, differences in the ways of presenting material were revealed; the applied character of some sections for students of the areas of "Law", "Social Work" is noted, taking into account the features of future professional activity. There are fixed differences in the "neutrality" of the author's position in relation to a particular religion, and equidistance from religious institutions or faiths. Conclusions. Цель статьи — выявить концептуальные основания происходящих изменений. Ведущим теоретическим предположением является наличие социальных и концептуальных предпосылок изменения значения религии. Гендерные исследования существенно расширяют исследовательское поле религиоведения, изменяют методологические приемы и принципы. Существующие барьеры в институциональных формах религии и процессы секуляризации и приватизации религии артикулируются как основания для возникновения альтернативных форм духовности. The purpose of the article is to identify the conceptual grounds for the changes that are taking place. The leading theoretical assumption is the existence of social and conceptual prerequisites of changing meaning of religion. Gender studies signifi cantly expand the research fi eld of religious studies, change methodology and principles. But any welding processes are accompanied by dangerous factors, which have negative affect of human health. The paper is set out on the impact of changes in the moisture content of materials of protecting designs in the operation of buildings and their impact on the quality characteristics. The topicality of the investigated problem is stipulated by the social need for training competitive engineers with a high level of graphical literacy; especially geometric and graphic training of students and its projected results in a competence-based approach; individual characteristics and interests of the students, as well as methodological approaches to the design of training and methodological support of the process of individualization of geometric and graphic training. The purpose of the article is to develop a structural and functional model of organization of geometric and graphic training of students of a technical University and its approbation. The leading method of research of this problem is a pedagogical modeling, which allows to consider this issue as a process of developing students readiness to operate spatial objects in the study of geometric and graphic disciplines. The article presents the structural and functional organization model of geometric and graphic training of students in technical university, consisting of interrelated components: a target, theoretical and methodological, technological, diagnostic and effective; we developed an algorithm for the implementation of this model. The relevance of the investigated problem is caused by increasing levels of competition in the industry markets of chocolate producers in Russia and the need to maintain the profitability of the companies’ activities in the unstable macroeconomic conditions. The aim of the article is to assess the impact of competitive forces on settlements terms between the participants of supply chain, taking into account relative financial and industrial competitiveness of suppliers and buyers. The leading method of this problem is the research analysis of the market situation in the industry based on the model of five forces of competition by M. Porter (2004), as well as assessment of individual indicators of financial condition of chocolate products manufacturing companies using the analysis of some indicators. The article defines the conditions of optimization of financing sources for current payments based on relative financial and industrial competitiveness of suppliers and buyers.
