The perpetrator of the crime under Article 210.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is characterized by willingness to follow criminal ideology, to lead the criminal hierarchy using an arsenal of illegal methods, to organize and expand the scope and territory of criminal activity through subordinate structures, actively counteract the law enforcement function of the state. The criminal career of the leader of the criminal hierarchy is the basis for qualifying a crime, determining the circumstances included in the subject of proof, for planning and organizing an investigation. Purpose: to analyze the criminal law, criminological and criminalistic characteristics of the perpetrator of the crime – «Taking the highest position in the criminal hierarchy». Methods: empirical methods of comparison, description, interpretation; theoretical methods of formal and dialectical logic; specific scientific methods: legal-dogmatic and interpretation of legal norms. Results: the study makes it possible to identify problems in the qualification of the crime, to highlight the criminal law, criminological and criminalistic signs of the perpetrator of the crime under Article 210.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, to formulate recommendations on the organization and planning of the investigation of this crime.

Hyperhomocysteinemia (hHCY) is a metabolic disorder characterized by elevated levels of homocysteine in plasma. hHCY correlates with a high risk of migraine headaches, especially migraine with aura. Cortical spreading depression (CSD) is a wave of depolarization passing through neurons and glial cells of the cortex and is considered an electrophysiological correlate of migraine aura. The aim of the present study was to analyze neuronal activity and CSD in the somatosensory cortex of rats in vivo with prenatal hHCY and to assess cortex viability after 2 h of CSD generation. Female rats were fed a diet high in methionine, and their offspring with high homocysteine levels in plasma were further used in experiments. Recurrent CSD was evoked by local KCl application on the dura surface. Neuronal viability was assessed by measuring the activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in the brain and 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride staining of the somatosensory cortex after two hours of CSD generation. Animals with hHCY exhibited higher neuronal activity, and more CSDs were generated in response to KCl, indicating higher cortical excitability. Propagation of recurrent CSD was impaired in supragranular cortical layers, and the recovery of multiple unit activity and evoked sensory potentials after CSD was delayed in the hHCY group. Finally, in animals with prenatal hHCY, an ischemic focus was identified as a consequence of multiple CSDs, along with elevated levels of LDH activity in brain tissues, suggestive of diminished neuronal viability. These findings imply that prolonged elevated levels of homocysteine may not only predispose to migraine with aura but also potentially elevate the risk of migrainous infarction. Increasing evidence suggests that the gut microbiota, through the "microbiota–gut–brain axis", can regulate anxiety, mood, and cognitive abilities such as memory and learning processes. Consistently with this, treatments altering the gut microbiota, such as antibiotics and probiotics, may influence brain function and impact behavior. The mechanisms that underlie the interplay between the intestinal microbiota and the brain have been intensively studied. We aimed to investigate the effects of two probiotic lactobacilli strains, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus 12L and Lactiplantibacillus plantarum 8PA3, on behavioral disorders in mice induced by a two-week parenteral treatment with broad-spectrum antibiotics. On completion of the treatment, the mice were subjected to behavioral tests, including the open field test (OFT), novel object recognition test (ORT), and T-maze test. Antibiotic-treated mice demonstrated anxiety-related behavior, decreased cognition, and retarded exploratory activity that were ameliorated by the administration of probiotics. As was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), both tested strains produced serotonin and its metabolite 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA), as well as dopamine, which was further metabolized into norepinephrine by L. plantarum 8PA3 and epinephrine by L. rhamnosus 12L. Moreover, these lactobacilli were found to harbor catecholamines and 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC) in their biomass when grown on MRS broth. Additionally, L. plantarum 8PA3 and L. rhamnosus 12L were able to impact oxidative stress via H2O2 production and antioxidant activity, as determined in this study by the ferrous oxidation–xylenol orange (FOX) assay and the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavenging assay, respectively. The results obtained in this study support the role of probiotics as a promising therapeutic for neurological disorders. Considering the important cytoprotective and signaling roles but relatively narrow therapeutic index of hydrogen sulfide (H2S), advanced H2S donors are required to achieve a therapeutic effect. In this study, we proposed glutathione dithiophosphates as new combination donors of H2S and glutathione. The kinetics of H2S formation in dithiophosphate solutions suggested a continuous H2S release by the donors, which was higher for the dithiophosphate of reduced glutathione than oxidized glutathione. The compounds, unlike NaHS, inhibited the proliferation of C2C12 myoblasts at submillimolar concentrations due to an efficient increase in intracellular H2S. The H2S donors more profoundly affected reactive oxygen species and reduced glutathione levels in C2C12 myocytes, in which these parameters were elevated compared to myoblasts. Oxidized glutathione dithiophosphate as well as control donors exerted antioxidant action toward myocytes, whereas the effect of reduced glutathione dithiophosphate at (sub-)micromolar concentrations was rather modulating. This dithiophosphate showed an enhanced negative inotropic effect mediated by H2S upon contraction of the atrial myocardium, furthermore, its activity was prolonged and reluctant for washing. These findings identify glutathione dithiophosphates as redox-modulating H2S donors with long-acting profile, which are of interest for further pharmacological investigation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Three months of vitamin D supplementation significantly increased serum vitamin B SB 12 sb concentrations, but serum homocysteine and folate values were significantly lower compared to the baseline. In addition, an inverse relationship between vitamin D and homocysteine was shown as vitamin D directly affects the transcription of genes involved in homocysteine metabolism.
