Mitra kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah UD Halwa Indoraya – Jombang, yang memproduksi produk olahan berbahan baku buah salak. Mitra sudah menggunakan sarana pemasaran modern yaitu website dan media sosial. Namun segmen pasarnya terbatas wilayah Jombang saja. Sejak pandemi covid-19 2019 penjualan produk mitra mengalami fluktuatif tajam bahkan 2020 mengalami penurunan. Pengetahun mitra tentang branding produk sebagai strategi pemasaran sangat minim. Keberadaan kebun mini salak yang dimiliki mitra, mestinya dapat di-branding dan dapat dipakai sarana pemasaran, namun dibiarkan terbengkalai. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini: Pertama meningkatkan omset. Kedua, memperluas segmen pasar. Metode kegiatan ini adalah, pertama pelatihan branding produk olahan salak dan kebun salak mini sebagai distinasi wisata. Kedua, simulasi penyusunan branding produk olahan salak melalui proses diskusi dan brainstorming serta branding kebun mini salak sebagai miniatur kebun salak dan destinasi wisata. Hasil yang dicapai kegiatan ini adalah pertama, tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman mitra dan karyawannya terhadap branding produk sebagai strategi pemasaran cukup baik, sebesar 76,67%. Kedua, mitra dapat melakukan branding produk melalui perbaikan dan pengembangan kemasan sehingga produk dapat dipersepsikan oleh konsumen, memiliki cita rasa nikmat dan bermanfaat bagi kesehatan. Ketiga, mitra sudah melakukan branding miniatur kebun salak sehingga dapat berfungsi sebagai destinasi eduwisata dan media pemasaran. Ketiga omset mitra meningkat sebesar 95,04%. Keempat, segmen pasar baru bertambah tiga kabupaten/kota.

The chemical compounds found in propolis vary according to plant sources, species, and geographical regions. To date, Indonesian propolis has not yet become standardized in terms of its chemical constituents. Thus, this study aimed to identify the presence of marker compounds and determine whether different classes of Indonesian propolis exist. In this study, yields, total polyphenol content (TPC), total flavonoid content (TFC), and antioxidants were measured. Identification of chemical compounds was carried out with Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Metaboanalyst 6.0 was employed in conducting principal component analysis (PCA) and partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) using the results of the FTIR and LC-MS/MS. The propolis with the highest TFC, TPC, and antioxidant activity was Geniotrigona thoracica from North Sumatra. The results of propolis compound mapping based on region with discriminant analysis revealed that types of propolis from Java have similar characteristics. Then, based on species, the types of propolis from Tetragonula laeviceps and Heterotrigona itama have special characteristics; the samples from these species can be grouped according to similar characteristics. In conclusion, 10 potential marker compounds were identified in Indonesian propolis, enabling regional and species-specific varieties of Indonesian propolis to be classified based on chemical composition mapping.

Prior research suggests that a better sense of mastery and purpose in life may explain at least some of the beneficial link between wisdom, religion, and subjective well-being. This current study seeks to identify a model of older persons’ psychological well-being formation in a religious group. Whether psychosocial strengths such as religiosity, social support, and wisdom are directly related to psychological well-being. Self-acceptance, autonomy, positive interpersonal relationships, environmental mastery, personal growth, and a sense of life purpose are all components of psychological well-being.Participants and Methods: This cross-sectional study included 261 participants, 42 men and 219 women aged 60 and up with normal cognitive, hearing, and/or speech functions. Participants lived in The boarding house in South Tapanuli-North Sumatra, Indonesia, for over 6 months. A backward translated Likert scales is used for data collection. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM).Results: The results indicate that social support and religiosity have an effect on psychological well-being through wisdom as a mediator.Conclusion: These findings emphasize the relevance of internal strengths for psychological well-being and give credence to the mediated path model’s applicability to older adult communities in Indonesia.Keywords: old age, the boarding house, social support, religiosity, wisdom, well-being

Sterculia quadrifida R.Br. Bark decoction is used to treat hepatitis and consumed as a tonic by Timorese in the East Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia. Raw herbal materials are susceptible to fungi contamination, have limitations in transportation, and have low economic value. Processing the bark into powder packed in tea bags is expected to overcome these obstacles. Stevia, ginger, and mint leaves are herbs often added to herbal drink formulas. This study aimed to evaluate the antioxidant capacity, total flavonoid content (TFC), total phenol content (TPC), physicochemical properties, and sensory properties of six formulas, namely: (F1) pure S. quadrifida bark; (F2) bark of S. quadrifida and leaves of stevia; (F3) stem bark of S. quadrifida and ginger; (F4) bark of S. quadrifida, stevia, and ginger; (F5) bark of S. quadrifida and mint leaves; (F6) bark of S. quadrifida, stevia, and mint. Total phenolic content was measured using the Folin-Ciocalteu method, and total flavonoids were determined using the AICI3 method. Antioxidant activity was measured using the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picryl-hydrazyl-hydrate (DPPH) method. The TPC of S. quadrifida tea ranged from 14.09±0.7 to 68.20±0.95% Gallic Acid Equivalent (GAE), and the TFC ranged from 0.03±0.005 to 0.09±0.004% QE. The Ascorbic acid Equivalent Antioxidant Capacity (AEAC) of F1, F2, F5, and F6 were insignificantly different. The pure S. quadrifida bark formula (F1) contained the highest levels of antioxidants (1,044.3±28.48 ppm Ascorbic Acid Equivalent (AAE)). Formulas with the addition of stevia, mint, and ginger showed weaker antioxidant activity than pure S. quadrifida. The formula of pure S. quadrifida bark (F1) and S. quadrifida with the addition of stevia (F2) have the potential to be developed as commercial herbal teas

This study aims to explore the role of mental health and workplace satisfaction on the quality of life in health professionals who are involved in handling the COVID-19 pandemic.Methods: This study was a cross-sectional approach using purposive sampling techniques. The online survey was conducted from May through September 2020. A total of 200 respondents from the West Java province in Indonesia were included. Data on mental health, work satisfaction, and quality of life were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multivariate regression analysis. Responses to open questions regarding concerns and strengths were analyzed using thematic analysis.Results: An increased mental health symptom experienced by healthcare professionals was associated with decreased health status (β=− 0.724, p=0.001) and self-perceived health (β=− 0.59, p=0.001). Further, serving patients with COVID-19 (β=− 0.133, p=0.024) was related to lower health status. Five themes emerged regarding concerns about being exposed to COVID-19, namely 1) fear of transmitting the virus, 2) the impact of COVID-19 on family life, 3) death and isolation, 4) personal safety, and 5) social stigma. Five themes emerged regarding the source of encouragement and strength, ie. 1) religiosity, 2) social support systems, 3) the moral responsibility of the profession, 4) following health and safety protocols, and 5) acceptance and positive attitudes towards the future.Conclusion: Mental health problems impacted the quality of life. Serving patients with COVID-19 could predict lower health status. HCPs’ concerns and sources of strength when exposed to COVID-19 are discussed. Our results give a better understanding of the factors that can decrease and improve HCPs’ quality of life, therefore can be used to design psychological interventions to lower HCP’s psychological problems and improving their quality of life.Keywords: COVID-19, mental health, pandemic, quality of life, work satisfaction

Batik merupakan salah satu produk berakar dari warisan budaya bangsa Indonesia dan menjadi salah satu produk fashion yang memiliki prospek bisnis menjanjikan. Tidak heran jika banyak daerah di Indonesia mulai mengembangkan motif batik sesuai dengan ciri khas daerah. Jombang salah satu dari sekian banyak kabupaten yang pemerintah daerah mendukung pengembangan produk batik. Pemerintah Kabupaten Jombang, melalui Peraturan Bupati menetapkan Batik Jombang sebagai salah satu produk unggulan daerah. Adapun mitra dalam kegiatan Program Pengembangan Produk Unggulan Daerah (PPPUD) ini adalah Batik Tulis New Colet yang berlokasi di Desa Jatipelem Kecamatan Diwek Kabupaten Jombang. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra antara lain kapasitas produksi tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan pasar, produk kurang bermutu dan motif kurang bervariatif, serta segmen pasar masih terbatas pada wilayah Jombang dan sekitar. Tujuan program ini adalah meningkatkan kapasitas produksi.Kedua, meningkatkan variasi motif dan kualitas produk batik. Ketiga, memperluas segmen pasar. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu, pertama difusi iptek melalui pembuatan dan penerapan mesin pelorod kain batik serta pendampingan pengoperasioan mesin pelorod. Kedua, pelatihan dan pendampingan pengembangan motif dan pewarnaan batik. Ketiga, pembuatan dan pemakaian website sebagai media promosi serta pengikutsertaan UKM pada pameran. Kempat, pendampingan dalam perumusan harga. Hasil yang didapat dari pelaksanaan PPPUD ini adalah pertama, kapasitas produksi meningkat sebesar 20%. Kedua, variasi motif dan kualitas produk batik meningkat. Ada 2 motif batik sudah mendapatkan hak cipta. Ketiga, ada tambahan 2 (dua) segmen pasar baru.

ABSTRAK Madu merupakan salah satu hasil hutan non kayu yang sarat manfaat. Madu populer sebagai suplemen penjaga kesehatan dan stamina tubuh. Terdapat banyak jenis lebah yang dapat menghasilkan madu, salah satunya adalah lebah kelulut spesies Heterotrigona itama. Berbeda dengan madu yang banyak dijumpai di pasaran, madu kelulut memiliki cita rasa lebih masam dan lebih tinggi kadar airnya. Beberapa konsumen diketahui memiliki preferensi tertentu terhadap produk madu kelulut. Sebagian konsumen cenderung memilih madu dengan warna terang. Kebalikannya, sebagian lebih memilih madu dengan warna gelap. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah warna menentukan kualitas madu yang mencakup sifat fisikokimia dan kandungan mikronutrisi. Analisis fisikomia dan proksimat dilakukan untuk mengetahui kandungan madu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan madu kelulut berwarna gelap memiliki kandungan gula pereduksi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang berwarna terang. Selain itu, hasil analisis proksimat juga menunjukkan bahwa madu kelulut dengan warna yang berbeda memiliki kandungan nutrisi dan mikronutrisi yang berbeda pula. Adanya hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan informasi kepada konsumen dalam pengambilan keputusan saat membeli madu kelulut.

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat deskriptif. Adapun pendekatan yang dipilih adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mendapatkan model manajemen kurikulum pada program full day school di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan penelitian dapat dirumuskan model manajemen kurikulum pada program full day school di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) sebagai berikut: (1) Langkah pertama dalam manajemen kurikulum program full day school di MI adalah dengan menyusun rencana kurikulum program full day school. (2) Langkah kedua yang dilakukan dalam manajemen kurikulum program full day school di MI adalah dengan mengorganisasikan kurukulum program full day school. (3) Langkah ketiga yang dilakukan dalam manajemen kurikulum program full day school di MI adalah dengan melaksanakan (implementasi) kurukulum program full day school. (4) Langkah keempat yang dilakukan dalam manajemen kurikulum program full day school di MI adalah dengan evaluasi kurikulum program full day school.

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Somatic, Auditory, Visualization and Intellectualy (SAVI) and Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning models on students' mathematical problem solving abilities. This research is included in the type of quantitative research. The research sampling technique uses the random sample method. Using the T-Test as a data processing analysis technique with a significance level α = 0,05. Obtained research results indicate that there are very significant differences in students' mathematical problem solving abilities. Students who use the NHT learning model have problem-solving abilities that are superior to students who use the SAVI learning model. This is evident from the mean value of descriptive data that is 80.88 for the NHT learning model and the SAVI learning model obtained a mean value of 68.24, in addition from the T test also concluded that there are significant values for both models.

The management of natural resources based on socio-economic and ecology development has led to a focus on the bioeconomy in the policy discourse of non-timber forest products (NTFPs). Honey is an important NTFP with high socio-economic value, and its production involves millions of Indonesians. This article reviews the current status of honey-producing bee management, cultivation and harvesting system, marketing and socio-economic values, and the industry’s environmental function in Indonesia. This research utilized a meta-narrative review method to collect data and information from Google Scholar, Scopus, Science Direct, ResearchGate, Sinta, and Garuda. The study showed that the four bee species, namely Apis mellifera, Apis cerana, Apis dorsata, and stingless bee, are the most common species in honey production in Indonesia. The four species have specific characteristics based on habitat, production capacity, derivative products, management intervention to meet honey product standards, and sustainable livelihoods. The value chain of bees’ major products, such as honey, propolis, pollen, royal jelly, wax, and other derivative products, involves the distribution of honey to all involved communities, including beekeepers, honey gatherers/hunters, intermediate traders, and the processing industry. This study also found a significant association between environmental sustainability statutes that affects functional sustainability and economic function. The finding parallels the global trends that put forward a forest-based bioeconomy approach to forest resource management. The policy must be strengthened in managing relationships among supporting actors for sustainable honey production.

The availability of nutrients in the soil, especially nitrogen (N), significantly affects the production and quality of potato tubers. Case N is a very dynamic nutrient. Uncontrolled application of N fertilizer causes low farm efficiency and even results in environmental pollution. This study aims to analyze N fertilizer use's efficiency and analyze the optimum dose that can increase the protein content of potato tubers. Field trials were carried out on farmers' land in the village of Sumberejo, Batu, East Java, Indonesia, at an altitude of 710 above sea level. The study used a randomized block design with four N dosage treatments, namely: 40, 80, 120, 160 N kg ha-1. The treatment was repeated six times, with each replication consisting of 5 plant samples. N fertilizer source comes from ZA, which is applied two times, at the time of planting and on the 35th day after planting. The results showed that N fertilizer's application at various doses had a significant effect on N nutrient efficiency and protein content in potato tubers. Giving a dose of N of 120 kg ha-1 showed the highest yields on dry canopy weight, N in the canopy, chlorophyll, and tuber protein at harvest. The minimal nitrogen use efficiency (NUE) was achieved at a dose of 151.84 N kg ha-1. The optimum dose of tuber mineral content was achieved at 138.56 N kg ha-1, namely 5.40%.

This study aims to describe the leadership practices of the head of MI Ma'arif NU Kedungwringin Banyumas in the implementation of Permendikbud Number 23 of 2015. The study was conducted using qualitative approach with a phenomenological research. Data were collected through interview, observation and documentation and then analyzed using Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that there are five efforts done by the head of MI Ma'arif NU Kedungwringin Banyumas in leading his institution to implement Permendikbud No. 23 of 2015. First, initiating a habituation activities program for students with teachers and madrasa committees. Second, preparing and managing the budget for the implementation of the habituation programs for the students with the teachers and madrasa committee. Third, assisting madrasa residents in the implementation of habituation activity programs for students. Fourth, apply healthy rules to support the implementation of habituation activities for students. Fifth, make efforts to improve the habituation activity program for students.

Desa Damarwulan di Kabupaten Jepara di Jawa Tengah, sebagian besar penduduknya menggantungkan pendapatannya dari tanaman kopi seluas 800 hektar, dapat menghasilkan uang senilai 1,5 milyard rupiah. Jika dihitung, harga jual kopi hanya Rp 7.500/kg kopi kering. Sebaliknya, kalau dijual dalam bentuk kopi bubuk, akan laku Rp 100.000/kg. Permasalahan tersebut diatas merupakan alasan utama Tim pengusul STIMART “AMNI” Semarang mengajukan usulan program IbM di Desa Damarwulan, mengingat selisih harga jual kopi kering dan kopi bubuk yang demikian besar. Tujuan khusus yang ingin dicapai pada program IbM ini yaitu Kelompok Tani mampu memproduksi kopi bubuk secara ekonomis dan produktif serta memperluas pemasaran. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka Tim pengusul melakukan metode pendekatan penyuluhan dan praktek pembuatan biogas serta pemasaran online.

Faloak (Sterculia quadrifida R.Br) is a medicinal plant used by people in the province of East Nusa Tenggara to treat hepatitis. This study aims to determine the acute toxicity of faloak (Sterculia quadrifida R. Br) bark ethanol extract in Sprague-Dawley (SD) male white rats. The method used is experimental using post-test only control group design. In this study the parameters used are body weight, clinical symptoms, clinical biochemistry (ALT & AST), histopathology of liver organ and mortality in rats. Twenty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned to 5 groups, group 1 as control, group 2 was administered orally faloak bark ethanol extract at dose of 40 mg / kg body weight, group 3 at dose of 200 mg / kg body weight, group 4 at dose of 1000 mg / kg body weight and group 5 at dose of 5000 mg / kg body weight. Results of observation for 24 hours there are no dead rats, so the value of LD50 extract ethanol faloak is > 5,000 mg / kg body weight. Observations were conducted for 14 days to observed delayed occurrence of toxic effects. Oral administration of the faloak bark ethanol extract reduced the level of AST and ALT. The histopathology observation of rats liver cells showed liver cell necrosis at treatment doses of 200 - 5,000 mg / kg body weight.

Abstract: Teachers are the main players in the implementation of education in the field. It is the teachers who carry out teaching and learning in schools and teaching success is the success of education in general, so that the creativity of teachers is necessary for students interested in understanding the lessons and foster creativity. In this paper, the discussion about the definition, characteristics, and strategies for teachers to develop the learning process of learning in the classroom into a creative learning and students will produce creative output as well. Abstract:Parents, communities and governments put great attention to education of children, knowing that the quality of early childhood is a reflection of the quality of the nation in the future. So it can be said that the condition of children in Indonesia is now a picture of human resources in the future. In Islam, a child has a vertical relationship with God as creator, and horizontal relationships with parents and communities are responsible for educating him to be a religious man. Although the incidence of human nature state that a child (baby) is holy, but he has the potential to be good through the cultivation of religious values early and proper education. When a coaching is wrong, it causes people to be evil and bad. This could be due to either foster care, regardless of the value of education and religious norms. On Timor island, Nusa Tenggara Timur, faloak barks (Sterculia quadrifida R.Br.) has been used empirically to restore stamina. Faloak bark ethanolic extract proved to have immunomodulatory activity in vitro, which can increase macrophage phagocytosis activity. This research aimed: (i) to determine the immunomodulatory active fraction of faloak bark ethanolic extract, (ii) to determine the total flavonoid contents of faloak extract and fractions, and (iii) to evaluate the correlation of the total flavonoid contents of those extract and fractions with their macrophage phagocytosis activity. The simplisia powder is macerated with 96% ethanol. The extract was dissolved in methanol:water (9:1v/v) was then subsequently partitioned with n-hexane, ethyl acetate, and water to obtain n-hexane fraction, ethyl acetate fraction, water fraction, and insoluble fraction. Faloak extract and fractions at concentration 62,5; 125; 250; 500μg/mL were tested for their effect on the peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis of Balb/c mice in vitro by the latex beads method. Phagocytosis capacity and phagocytosis index were analyzed using one-way anova and post hoc Tukey HSD test with 95% confidence level. The results showed that ethyl acetate fraction had the highest macrophage phagocytosis capacity and the highest total flavonoid content compared to other fractions. The highest macrophage phagocytosis capacity of ethyl acetate fraction at concentration of 250 μg/mL was 51,94±4,67%, this value was significantly different from cell control (7,50±1,29%), negative controls of 0,0625% dimethylsulphoxide (6,25±0,36%), as well as positive control of 200 μg/mL echinaceae extract syrup® (9,97±0,33%). The total flavonoid content of ethyl acetate fraction determined by aluminum chloride method was 4,290±0.029 mg of quercetin equivalent/g fraction. There was a positive and strong correlation between the total flavonoid content of these extract and fractions with their macrophage phagocytosis capacity (Pearson correlation coefficient of 0,781) and showing linear relationship y=4,721x+19,663; R2=0,61.

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of current ratio and return on assets on stock returns. The dependent variable used in this study is stock returns as measured by average stock returns. While the independent variables are current ratio and return on assets. The population in this study was the food and beverage sub-sector company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2012-2016. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the current ratio have a negative effect on the company's stock return. While, return on assets have a positive effect on the company's stock return. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh current ratio dan return on assets terhadap return saham. Variabel dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah return saham yang diukur dengan return saham rata-rata. Sedangkan variabel independen adalah current ratio dan return on assets. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012 – 2016. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa current ratio berpengaruh negatif terhadap return saham perusahaan. Sementara return on asset berpengaruh positif terhadap return saham perusahaan.

The problem of estimating the mean function of a compound cyclic Poisson process with linear trend is considered. An estimator of this mean function is constructed and investigated. The cyclic component of intensity function of this process is not assumed to have any parametric form, but its period is assumed to be known. The slope of the linear trend is assumed to be positive, but its value is unknown. Moreover, we consider the case when there is only a single realization of the Poisson process is observed in a bounded interval. Asymptotic bias and variance of the proposed estimator are computed, when the size of interval indefinitely expands.

Shrub sandalwood (Exocarpus latifolia R.Br) is potential for the substitution of sandalwood (Santalum album Linn.). The rising demand and ineffective regulations increase threats toward its sustainability. This research aimed at: 1) conducting gap analyses of information and conservation between sandalwood and shrub sandalwood and 2) comparing production, price and abundance of both species. Analysis 1 used literature review and comparison study while analysis 2 used Importance Value (IV) and comparison. The results showed that: Firstly, there is a significant disparity of information and conservation between both species, i.e there are 319 scientific publications related to sandalwood and four conservation plots have been built, meanwhile only 10 scientific publications about shrub sandalwood and only one conservation plot has been settled; Secondly, the price of shrub sandalwood (IDR 3.15 million/m ) is lower than sandalwood (IDR 225 million/m ) and the average production (2009-2012) of shrub sandalwood (700 m annually) is higher than sandalwood (166 m annually); Thirdly, the abundance of shrub sandalwood in several forests in Timor is lower than sandalwood, i.e IV at poles and trees of shrub sandalwood are 31-58 and 9-32 respectively, while for sandalwood are 194-234 and 60-209 respectively. The less stands in their habitats and relatively higher wood production indicated that shrub sandalwood is more endangered than sandalwood.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesesuaian penerapan akuntansi pembiayaan murabahah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Luwuk terhadap Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Nomor 102 tentang Akuntansi Murabahah. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian terapan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik dokumentasi dan kepustakaan. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder serta metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa pembiayaan Kredit Kepemilikan Rumah (KPR) pada Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Luwuk telah sesuai dengan Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Nomor 102 tentang Akuntansi Murabahah. Di dalam pelaksanaan pembiayaan murabahah, Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Luwuk bertindak sebagai penjual dan nasabah sebagai pembeli. Selain itu, terdapat perbedaan antara bunga bank konvensional dan bank syariah yaitu bank konvensional menetukan bunga dibuat pada waktu akad dengan asumsi harus sealu untung, sedangkan bank syariah penentuan besarnya rasio/bagi hasil dibuat waktu akad dengan berpedoman pada kemungkinan untung rugi. The purpose of this study to determine the suitability of the application of accounting murabaha financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Luwuk to Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 102, Accounting for Murabahah. This research includes applied research. Data collection technique used is the technique of documentation and literature. The data used are primary data and secondary data as well as data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative method. Results of the analysis showed that the financing of Housing Loan (KPR) on Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Luwuk accordance with Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 102, Accounting for Murabahah. In the implementation of murabaha financing, Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Luwuk act as a seller and the customer as a buyer. In addition, there is a difference between the interest of conventional banks and Islamic banks, namely conventional banks determine interest in a contract made with the assumption must sealu profit, while the determination of the ratio of Islamic banks / for the results made a contract based on the likelihood of profit and loss.

Abstract A brick building material widely used in the public good urban and rural areas, the bricks used for building construction as non-structural and structural materials in the residential home building or home .As simple non-structural typically used in multi-storey buildings for insulation between rooms, or as a garnish. Community many brick-making business either continuous or seasonal production in the dry season only, that is where the problems that had been there are no standard composition of raw clay bricks. Then conducted the research as an evaluation of the composition of the constituent raw material clay, and performed statistical improvement in the manufacturing process. In the process of the experiments conducted by Taguchi approach. Taguchi experiments carried out by determining the best levels of the factors related to the quality of the bricks will be improved. From research by several factors that are taken, the most dominant factor that can increase the hardness of the brick is a mixture of the composition, the composition of the standard mixture of 90% clay, 5% bran, 5% fine sand has a hardness (voltage crushed) 57 s / to 80 kg / cm 2. By changing the composition of a mixture of 85% clay, 5% bran, 10% fine sand can increase the hardness of 89 s / d 105 kg / cm 2, and at this composition when water reproduced or softer then the resulting brick hardness can be increased again until 145 kg / cm 2.

Abstract : Ibn Khaldun as a whole person, knowledgeable with a variety of expertise, this is mainly manifested in the brilliant thoughts that gave birth to the concepts, theories and fatwas become the next generation of role models, including the concepts of education and learning concepts. Furthermore, from multiple streams of education writers take progressivisme as a comparison, because progressivisme regarded as a representative flow. Therefore, the authors restrict this paper to learn the concept of comparative analysis of Ibn Khaldun’s philosophy of education with the West, with the announced one of the streams in the progressivisme philosophy in order to find alternative methods of proper Islamic education. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the Search, Solve, Create, and Share (SSCS) learning model to the mathematical reflective thinking skills and the students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. This research is a type of Quasi-Experimental Design research with a 2x2 factorial research design. Data collection techniques in this study in the form of documentation and tests at Private school in Bandar Lampung with 28 students of experiment classes and 28 students of control classes. Data analysis techniques used are the normality test and homogeneity test. Testing the hypothesis in this study using the Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) test. Based on the results of the study, The calculation of the MANOVA test, it was concluded that there was an influence on the application of the SSCS learning model to students' mathematical reflective thinking skills. The application of the SSCS learning model to the mathematical reflective thinking ability has an influence percentage of 91.9%. The application of the SSCS learning model to mathematical reflective thinking skills and mathematical problem solving abilities has a relatively high level of effectiveness.

A survey in the agribusiness of dairy goat smallholder had been conducted in Kaligesing district of Purworejo region at 13 rd September up to 7th November 2001. The survey studied the factors effecting the milk yield, in how the factors influence economically. Forty eight respondents (dairy goat smallholders) were used in this study and interview method was applied for collecting data. The variables were observed; lactation goat, man power, garage, and concentrate ration. Cobb-Douglass method was applied for analyzing the data. To know the economic efficiency of the agribusiness was approached by the ratio between the Marginal Product Value an input cost. From the data analysis it could be in formatted that the numbers of lactating goat and the numbers of lactating goat and the numbers of concentrate were significant influence on the milk yield, white the man power and the forage were not significant influence. For the numbers of lactating goat and concentrate, economically the efficiency was not yet reached, so the use of the factors were ought to be increased up to an appoint limited. On the other hand the man power and forage was not efficient, so the use of the factors need to be descreased. A survey on smallholder dairy cow had conducted in Banyumas region from November 8th 1999 up to February 8th 2000. Forty six respondents were involved in this study (as samples). Cobb - Douglas analysis was applied in this survey. From the study can be concluded that a small holder owned 3.02 heads of dairy cow (2.2 ST), 1.44 heads of lactating cow with 9.77 L/day milk production on average. The benefit of the backyard farming was RP.70.603,225 per month on average. Feeding was the biggest influence on benefit because feed cost was 65.81 percent from the production cost. The milk production function , by the equation: Y = 0,8958 X1⁰·⁰³³² X2 0.049 X30.168 X40.608 The four variables can explain 92.4 percent (R²=0,924)on the milk production variation .It can be suggested that to improve milk production on dairy cows can be done by intensifying labour, and improving the forage feeding. During the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a surge in public enthusiasm for volunteering, including among nursing students from the Faculty of Nursing at Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH). The UPH nursing faculty has a foundational framework known as competence, compassion, commitment, and character (4Cs), which serves as the basis for shaping each student's personality. This study aimed to explore how the 4Cs foundational framework motivates students to become COVID-19 volunteers. Using a quantitative descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach to data collection, the study focused on UPH nursing students who volunteered for COVID-19 relief efforts, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Somers Δ. The findings revealed that the majority of respondents exhibited adequate motivation to volunteer, with 60% falling into this category, while 22% showed a high level of motivation. Notably, the factors of commitment (p=0.004) and character (p=0.009) demonstrated a strong correlation with encouraging nursing students to volunteer. Conversely, competence and compassion did not show a significant correlation with students' motivation to volunteer. Among the four driving factors, only commitment and character were statistically related to students' motivation to become volunteers. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The chemical compounds found in propolis vary according to plant sources, species, and geographical regions. To date, Indonesian propolis has not yet become standardized in terms of its chemical constituents. Thus, this study aimed to identify the presence of marker compounds and determine whether different classes of Indonesian propolis exist. In this study, yields, total polyphenol content (TPC), total flavonoid content (TFC), and antioxidants were measured. Identification of chemical compounds was carried out with Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Metaboanalyst 6.0 was employed in conducting principal component analysis (PCA) and partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) using the results of the FTIR and LC-MS/MS. The propolis with the highest TFC, TPC, and antioxidant activity was Geniotrigona thoracica from North Sumatra. The results of propolis compound mapping based on region with discriminant analysis revealed that types of propolis from Java have similar characteristics. Then, based on species, the types of propolis from Tetragonula laeviceps and Heterotrigona itama have special characteristics; the samples from these species can be grouped according to similar characteristics. In conclusion, 10 potential marker compounds were identified in Indonesian propolis, enabling regional and species-specific varieties of Indonesian propolis to be classified based on chemical composition mapping.
