The development of the world tourism industry in daily life still focuses on the beauty of tourist attractions and the economic income of a country. Still, it ignores crisis conditions, such as disasters in tourist areas. Therefore, disaster mitigation is expected to educate the public and tourists to prepare them for a disaster. The research objective is to universally analyze the development of tourism research topics based on disaster mitigation. The research method used was bibliometric analysis. Bibliometric analysis helps identify the distribution of articles published in Scopus-indexed journals, authors, institutions, citations, countries, topic trends, keywords, and networks between authors. The research results show that the disaster mitigation process refers to structural and nonstructural mitigation actions, such as infrastructure development, increasing public knowledge about disaster mitigation, creating disaster evacuation routes, and strengthening regulations. Meanwhile, the results of the bibliometric analysis show that the country that produces the most scientific writing on tourism and disaster mitigation is Indonesia, with 49 articles, followed by China with 16 articles, the United States with 12 articles, Japan with 5 articles, India and the UK with 4 articles. Background: The implementation of the land cadastre system in Indonesia presents complex social, economic, and political implications. Despite its formal establishment, the system continues to face substantial challenges across various regions. The persistently low levels of land registration in certain areas underscore significant deficiencies in the system's execution, potentially heightening legal ambiguities and intensifying agrarian conflicts. Purpose: This study analyzes the issues of Indonesia's cadastre system and evaluates its implementation across various regions from the perspectives of land valuation, technology utilization, and stakeholder involvement. Design/methodology/approach: This study employs a qualitative approach. A total of 428 respondents, all of whom represent state officials within the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) at various levels, participated in the study. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive analysis by comparing the issues and implementation of the land cadastre system across the Western, Central, and Eastern regions of Indonesia. Findings/Result: The national cadastral system in Indonesia is plagued by five primary issues: overlapping land certificates, outdated and inaccurate land data, incomplete land registration, imprecise boundary mapping, and inconsistent coordinate measurements, which are also prevalent at the local level. These challenges are exacerbated by significant regional disparities, with Eastern Indonesia showing the lowest levels of land registration and technology adoption, in stark contrast to the more developed Western and Central regions. Conclusion: Indonesia's cadastral system faces critical challenges, including legal uncertainties, overlapping land certificates, and outdated data, which are exacerbated by significant regional disparities, particularly in Eastern Indonesia. To address these issues, it is essential to implement targeted reforms that enhance local government capacity, integrate advanced technology, and ensure public participation, thereby improving cadastral accuracy and equity across regions. These efforts are crucial for ensuring legal certainty, reducing agrarian conflicts, and supporting sustainable land development nationwide. Currently, banks are facing challenges in fulfilling the interests of stakeholders, not only from an economic point of view, but also in terms of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects. This is due to the increasing concern for sustainability issues, including lending activities. Lending activities constitute the largest portion of bank assets and are the largest contributor to bank revenues. Thus, banks need certain business models and strategies to encourage sustainable lending growth; otherwise, it will be difficult for banks to fulfill stakeholder's interests and support sustainable development goals. This study aimed to build a sustainable business model and select sustainable lending strategies in state-owned banks in Indonesia using a value chain approach. The development of a sustainable business model utilizing a triple-layer business model canvas (TLBMC) is based on the results of previous research and sustainability report data of the three state-owned banks. The formulation of strategy selection as the key driver of sustainable lending utilized the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) based on expert respondent data collected through questionnaires. This research showed that the lending distribution business model at state-owned banks in Indonesia, which was built using the TLBMC framework, can realize sustainability goals in the form of a sustainable lending business model. Furthermore, this sustainable business model can be used as a basis for selecting sustainable strategies. In addition, the AHP results yielded alternative strategies in the form of the market development and penetration of green loans and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as the key drivers of sustainable lending growth. Changes in customer behaviors after the COVID-19 pandemic have encouraged the transformation of banking systems. Neobanks have emerged as an innovation and entered the banking system to compete with traditional banks by offering new customer experiences. Neobanks transform traditional banking products and services which are delivered through physical interactions into those delivered via digital channels. This paper analyzes traditional banks that have transformed into neobanks, specifically their efficiency after digital transformation. Efficiency was measured using Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA), as it is highly accurate in estimating efficiency scores. This study also used a Pooled Mean Group (PMG) estimation of the Panel ARDL (Autoregressive Distributed Lag), as this approach is useful for analyzing the relationship between variables in panel data, to investigate digital transformation as a determinant of neobanks' efficiency and examine the existence of short-term and long-term relationships between digital transformation and efficiency. We found that the efficiency of neobanks increases after digital transformation. Furthermore, it can be concluded that digital transformation is a determinant of efficiency and that there is long-term relationship between digital transformation and efficiency. In the short term, digital transformation has a significant negative correlation with efficiency, but in the long term, it has a significant positive relationship; this is because the cost of digital transformation initially decreases the profit efficiency, but afterwards, it increases the efficiency. Digital technology has been raising the competition between banks and other financial service providers, and encourages banks to undergo digital transformation and introduce innovation in their products and services. However, the high investment required cannot be ignored when undergoing the digital transformation. A few research studies have examined the digital transformation effects on bank's financial performance. This research aims to examine the digital transformation's effect on bank profitability, specifically on banks with digital business models. Using digital banks' profitability as the object is the novelty of this study, whereas previous research on bank profitability focused solely on traditional banks. This research utilizes the Panel of Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) and the panel data from 2016 to February 2023 of the digital business model bank population in Indonesia, which consists of seven banks. The result of the analysis indicates the U-shape relationship between digital transformation and bank profitability, as the digital transformation significantly supports the bank's profitability in the long run, while it causes profitability deterioration in the short run due to the huge IT investment. This study recommends that banks need to consider the cost of IT investment as well as the required time and optimum strategy in undergoing the digital transformation and achieving targeted profitability. Business unit of swallow's birdnest has great potential for economic activity because almost 95% of Indonesian swallow's nest is exported. One of the efforts to develop a business is to carry out spatial analysis and production functions. This is necessary to determine the feasibility of a particular system location and variables that affect a business. This study aims to determine the spatial character of the distribution of business units and several variables that influence the production process to develop this business. Analysis of spatial pattern of swallow's nest business is done by using Average Nearest Neighbor (ANN). Income Analysis is done by calculating the difference between receipts and costs. Production function analysis is done by using Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Autocorrelation Test, and Heteroscedastic Test. The results showed that the distribution of swallow's nest business units in North Jakarta was clustered, which was only found in 3 sub-districts i.e. Penjaringan, Tanjung Priok and Cilincing. The pattern showed that the swallow’s nest business unit is profitable for business actors, it can attract the interest of the community and make competition more competitive. Production function are influenced by raw materials, water filter equipment, and electricity costs. Efforts to develop by reviewing the licencing of the Swallow’s Birdnest Business units in North Jakarta, thus it remains in accordance with the city spatial design plan and government policies. Cities are dominated by two closely related aspects, namely the physical and human aspects. The physical aspect exists naturally in the form of space and its elements, while the human aspect is the subject of development as well as the user of its benefits. The city is part of human settlement, in its development, there is disintegrated planning because its development approach only sees the city as a physical object rather than a cultural object. The modern lifestyle requires the environmental atmosphere to be natural environmental atmosphere, which is valuable. The study was conducted to calculate the contribution of the environmental services aspects of Green Open Space (RTH) as a scientific basis in the policy strategy for managing Urban Parks (TK) and Urban Forest Parks (THK). Based on the results of this study, urban residents need UP and UFP as places for their recreational needs. The policy strategy is to create an appropriate GOS for recreational places. The engineering aspect of recreation sites in UP and UFP aims to optimize the recreational carrying capacity. COVID-19 pandemic which the first outbreak was found on December 2019 in Wuhan, China, has given great impact to tourism industries worldwide. Since then, most countries implemented lockdown and quarantine system, issued tight regulations about travel restriction. In order to survive the COVID-19 pandemic, which the ending has yet to be determined, every tourism industry must be able to work efficiently to maintain the usage of operating costs as low as possible since the revenue could not be optimized. This research aims to measure efficiency score of 41 companies in Tourism and Recreation Industry (code E51) listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2021. At the first stage, data envelopment analysis (DEA) method with variable-return-to-scale (VRS) input-oriented approach is employed to estimate technical efficiency scores. At the second stage, left-truncated regression estimation with double-bootstrap is employed to test the significance of some explanatory factors. Cost of Sales and Revenue, Operating expenses, Interest expenses, and Fixed Assets are chosen as input variables, while Sales and Revenue, Profit (Loss) from Operation, and Asset Turnover Ratio as output variables of DEA. The result shows that efficiency score dropped by 20.42% in 2020 compared to the score in 2019. A slight increase of 2.39% in 2021 compared to the score in 2020. Another result also denotes that several explanatory factors such as Stock Price positively affected efficiency score of, meanwhile Liability to Asset Ratio gave negative influences. Finally, this research may contribute to the development of operation and management science in hospitality and tourism field as well as to support the business operators to adjust their strategic plans, especially in financial budgeting, to face the long-impact of COVID-19 pandemic. Efficiency measurement using advanced DEA Double Bootstrap method with selected financial parameters that are different from any previous studies in tourism provides novelty to this research.
