Transportasi umum hingga saat ini masih banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat dengan berbagai alasan. Salah satu alasan masyarakat masih menggunakan transportasi umum adalah menghindari kemacetan dan ketidakpraktisan jika menggunakan kendaraan pribadi. Angkot salah satu transportasi umum yang diminati masyarakat terutama masyrakat Indonesia kalangan menengah ke bawah. Angkot sendiri mengalami tantangan dimana pertumbuhan angkutan mulai berkompetisi dengan mode transportasi sharing (ojek online) yang diakses melalui handhpone untuk melakukan pemesanan dan pembayarannya. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah design aplikasi untuk memfasilitasi transportasi umum khususnya angkot untuk menjadi lebih baik lagi. Adanya aplikasi ini dapat mempermudah penumpang dalam mencari angkot sesuai rute tujuan serta membangkitkan kembali gairah masyrakat untuk menggunakan angkot. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengembangan aplikasi ini yaitu user-centered design dan metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi perancangan adalah system usability scale (SUS). Hasil evaluasi dari aplikasi diperoleh peningkatkan pengalaman penumpang saat menggunakan transportasi angkot, dimana penumpang dapat lebih mudah mengetahui angkot mana yang harus digunakan untuk sampai tempat tujuan. Selain itu, pada aplikasi ini sudah adanya penetapan tarif yang jelas sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.Public transportation is still widely used by the community for various reasons. One of the reasons people still use public transportation is to avoid congestion and the impracticality of using private vehicles. Angkot is one of the most popular public transportations, especially the lower middle-class Indonesians. Angkot itself is experiencing challenges where the growth of transportation begins to compete with the sharing mode of transportation (online motorcycle taxis) which is accessed via cell phones to place orders and make payments. This study proposes an application design to facilitate public transportation, especially public transportation, to be even better. The existence of this application can make it easier for passengers to find public transportation according to the destination route and revive the passion of the community to use public transportation. The method used for the development of this application is user-centered design and the method used to evaluate the design is the system usability scale (SUS). The results of the evaluation of the application obtained an increase in the passenger experience when using Angkot transportation, where passengers can more easily find out which Angkot should be used to get to their destination. In addition, this application has a clear tariff setting according to user needs.

The current economic growth in Indonesia is clearly closely related to the development of the digital era which is always evolving and transforming. Technological developments have not gone unnoticed, especially the economy and the increasing number of applications during the pandemic. Poverty rates and rates of increase are also increasing. One solution in today's digital era is the digital ecosystem. Digital ecosystems can help the process of exchanging information that is integrated with each other and contains various platforms in one container. In the survey of the need for the application of a digital ecosystem, 55.3% answered the need for a digital ecosystem, and the crowdfunding platform was the most preferred choice by 59.6% of respondents. There are many generous people who have more sustenance and want to help others in need, but are afraid to donate and meet in person, so an online crowdfunding platform is needed in this digital ecosystem called Ihya. This crowdfunding platform helps donors who want to donate, as well as fundraisers who need help and want to raise money. Back-end website development using Laravel with iterative incremental method. At the end of the development of the crowdfunding website platform, testing is carried out using black-box testing, namely scenario testing, as well as load testing, and user acceptance tests. The results of the user acceptance test that get a value of 88.8% which shows the user has felt helped by the features that have been made.

Recommender system is a tool that can help human find their preferences from a massive amount of data based. One of the practical implementation is for geogprahical recommender system. In this study, we propose such as geographical recommender system that recommend multiple Point of Interest (POI) in sequence manner. The usage of this method is for overland tourism. Overlan tourisme is one type of tourism that is currently chosen by many travelers or tourists. Tourists who choose the overland method tend to use a long time to visit several destination objects for a long time. The traveler will choose to start from one city and end in another city. Throughout the trip from the city, a traveler will visit several destination objects. Some travelers have problem when they want to plan their itenary or travel plans within in certain constrains such as certain budget. They find it difficult to visit anything and anywhere within the available budget. This research propose some algoritm solution to solve this problem by developing a recommendation system in list of tourist destinations with a constraint on the budget. The proposed method have several stages. One of the important stages is selecting a list of recommended destination object to be visited. This algorithm would produce set or list of recommended tourist in sequence of destination according to the available budget for a certain duration of time.

This study aims to explore the feasibility of implementing a chatbot for an interview process. The development of chatbots evolved rapidly to efficiently collect information in numerous fields, including customer service, health care, and etc. However, there was limited discussion of how chatbots are used to conduct an interview process autonomously. A human-driven interview also has some major limitations, e.g., it may only be conducted on a small-scale and is susceptible to bias. Hence, this study provides the design of a chatbot to conduct an interview, as well as processing the interview result by using Artificial Intelligence (AI) or machine learning. We have identified the difference between the typical chatbot communication method and the interview bot. This finding can be an opportunity to make a new interview bot or improve the implementation of a chatbot. In the end, we also discuss the challenges and benefits of the development of an interview bot.

Agricultural sector has been facing great challenges in order to feed the increasing number of population living in the world. In the future, it will be very difficult to rely on traditional farming to produce food. Some researchers and industry experts have begun developing smart farming by utilizing information technology. This paper presents the conceptual model and system design for decision support of smart farming with network sensor applications in order to perform necessary tasks required for farmers. We propose a comprehensive model using Internet of Things (IoT) approach which will be applied to agriculture. Data acquisition via sensors, control and tasks management, and data analysis are considered in the development of model and system design. In this system, we propose a solution to help farmers facing problems of tasks management and planning, environment factors measurements, and information distribution.

Cloud computing today has now been growing as new technologies and new business models. In distributed technology perspective, cloud computing most like client-server services like web-based or web-service but it used virtual resources to execute. Currently, cloud computing relies on the use of an elastic virtual machine and the use of network for data exchange. We conduct an experimental setup to measure the quality of service received by cloud computing customers. Experimental setup done by creating a HTTP service that runs in the cloud computing infrastructure. We interest to know about the impact of increasing the number of users on the average quality received by users. The qualities received by user measured within two parameters consist of average response times and the number of requests time out. Experimental results of this study show that increasing the number of users has increased the average response time. Similarly, the number of request time out increasing with increasing number of users. It means that the qualities of service received by user are decreasing also. We found that the impact of the number of users on the quality of service is no longer in linear trend. Electric Railway (KRL) in Jabodetabek is one of the most reliable land transportation because it can carry passengers in large quantities. Timetables, fares, seat availability, travel time, and travel routes are the most needed information for KRL passengers. Currently, information technology has not been fully utilized to convey information to passengers, such as the process of information delivery is still with the help of officers at the station. The information is very necessary, such as to obtain certainty, reduce anxiety, and support the process of making travel decisions for passengers. This research will design and build a display system of KRL Commuter Line Jabodetabek passenger information by using ReactJS framework which will be applied to the kiosk display at every Commuter Line KRL station. Implementation of this passenger information system is expected to help operators work effectively and to help passengers know KRL information quickly and accurately. Abstrak: Kereta Rel Listrik (KRL) di Jabodetabek adalah salah satu transportasi darat yang paling diandalkan karena dapat mengangkut penumpang dalam jumlah banyak. Jadwal, tarif, ketersediaan tempat duduk, waktu tempuh, dan rute perjalanan merupakan informasi yang paling dibutuhkan oleh penumpang KRL. Saat ini teknologi informasi belum secara utuh dimanfaatkan untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada penumpang, seperti proses penyampaian informasi masih dengan bantuan petugas di stasiun. Informasi tersebut sangatlah diperlukan, seperti untuk memperoleh kepastian, mengurangi kecemasan dan mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan perjalanan bagi penumpang. Penelitian ini akan merancang dan membangun sistem display informasi penumpang KRL Commuter Line Jabodetabek dengan menggunakan ReactJS framework yang akan diterapkan pada display kiosk di setiap stasiun KRL Commuter Line. Implementasi dari sistem informasi penumpang ini diharapkan akan membantu operator agar lebih efektif dalam pekerjaannya dan membantu penumpang untuk mengetahui informasi KRL secara cepat dan tepat.

Urban growth may lead to various problems. The increasing number of citizens at urban areas may lead the increasing of demand such as new residential, public health, public transport. A city require basic infrastructure such as educational facilities, housing, clean water, sanitation, solid waste, electricity, telecommunications and so on. In the socio-economic level the increasing of city residents must be supplied with availability of jobs. A city must be managed and planned well to handle problems such as traffic congestion, air quality, water quality, water supply, energy supplies, and public health quality and so on. At this paper, we proposed tool using information technology and communication (ICT) to help local government to monitoring what currently happened in the city. We proposed application for monitoring city in single dashboard to help summarize the current condition of city. The architecture system use network sensor consisting of sensor nodes that has function to capture city condition like temperature, air pollution, water pollution, traffic situation. Also we can add another information socio-economic situation like public health service, economic indicator, energy supplies, etc. We have successfully developed the prototype of the smart city dashboard the give more accurate information of Bandung City, one of big cities in Indonesia.

The remote monitoring system is growing very rapidly due to the growth of supporting technologies as well. Problem that may occur in remote monitoring such as the number of objects to be monitored and how fast, how much data to be transmitted to the data center to be processed properly. This study proposes using a cloud computing infrastructure as processing center in the remote sensing data. This study focuses on the situation for sensing on the environment condition and disaster early detection. Where those two things, it has become an important issue, especially in big cities big cities that have many residents. This study proposes to build the conceptual and also prototype model in a comprehensive manner from the remote terminal unit until development method for data retrieval. We also propose using FTR-HTTP method to guarantee the delivery from remote client to server.

This paper is aimed to create implementation crawler engine or search engine using cloud computing infrastructure. This approach use virtual machines on a cloud computing infrastructure to run service engine crawlers and also for application servers. Based on our initial experiments, this research has successfully built crawler engine that runs on Virtual Machine (VM) of cloud computing infrastructure. The use of Virtual Machine (VM) on this architecture will help to ease setup or installation, maintenance or VM terminating that has been running with some particular service crawler engine as needed. With this infrastructure, the increasing or decreasing in capacity and capability of multiple engine crawlers could set easily and more efficiently.

In our previous work, we have already introduce Finite Time Response-HTTP (FTR-HTTP), simple mechanism which have ability to guarantee quality of service (QoS) of web application for non-real time application. Our consideration at this approach based on many QoS methods at TCP/IP were implemented on network layer that have consequently at changing the network configuration or devices. At this paper, we would enhance our previous method to make FTR-HTTP can work and communicate with server that implemented virtual machine as usually used at cloud computing. We create architecture on server to implement FTR-HTTP and elaborate with server performance. With this architecture, application on cloud environment could be guarantee more strictly. Our hypothesis is this method could maintain response time under desired value based on each Service Level Agreement (SLA).
