Millions of people across the world suffer from the chronic respiratory condition known as asthma. Predicting the severity of asthma based on a variety of personal and environmental characteristics might yield useful information for preventative measures. LightGBM model is a gradient-boosted model with the potential for great accuracy, but it requires careful hyperparameter adjustment to reach its full potential. Common tuning techniques have a hard time generalizing to new data distributions. The dataset was used, and its many subsets were used to represent various demographics and geographic areas. LightGBM was configured with hyperparameters, trained on a sample dataset, and then verified for each job. To quickly adjust to new tasks, the MAML method sought to find the optimal values for its hyperparameters. After the meta-training step was complete, the generalizability of the hyperparameters was tested on new data. After including MAML for hyperparameter adjustment, the Light-GBM model showed a gain of 7% in accuracy, coming in at 98.5%. Predictions of severe asthma had a crucially high 97.8 percent degree of accuracy. The model's recall rate for severe asthma levels was 97.4%, demonstrating its capacity to reliably detect and anticipate important instances. An F1-score of 97.1%, a metric that averages the accuracy and recall of a model, is indicative of good overall performance. For gradient-boosted model applications like asthma level prediction, MAML provides a viable path for hyperparameter adjustment. Although there are obstacles to be overcome, this method has the potential to greatly improve the flexibility and precision of predictive healthcare models. Heterosis breeding is a quick and convenient way of combining desirable characters, which has assumed greater significance in the production of hybrids. Enough information is available regarding heterosis for components related to yield. However, we are lacking information regarding the heterotic behavior of biochemical traits in cauliflower. Therefore, the present study was undertaken to elicit information about the extent of heterosis for morphological and biochemical traits in cauliflower by hybridizing four diverse parents during rabi 2013-2014 and 2014-2015. Six cross-combinations, along with parents and standard checks, were evaluated in randomized block design during rabi 2015-2016. Among the hybrids, significantly highest levels of heterosis were found in DPCaY-3 x DPCaY-6, Palam Uphar x DPCaY-6 and DPCaY-8 x DPCaY-6 for earliness, marketable yield per plant and its related traits, whereas cross DPCaY-8 x DPCaY-6 for biochemical traits. Tb3+ complexes with β-ketocarboxylic acid as main ligand and heterocyclic systems as auxiliary ligand were synthesized and analyzed to assess their prospective relevance as green light emitting material. The complexes were characterized via various spectroscopic techniques and were found to be stable up to ≈ 200 ℃. Photoluminescent (PL) investigation was performed to assess the emissive nature of complexes. Longest luminescence time of decay (1.34 ms) and highest intrinsic quantum efficiency (63.05%) were fetched for complex T5. Color purity of complexes was found to be in range 97.1 – 99.8% which demonstrated the aptness of these complexes in green color display devices. NIR Absorption spectra were employed to evaluate Judd–Ofelt parameters to appraise the luminous performance and environment encircling Tb3+ ions. The JO parameters were found to follow the order: Ω2 > Ω4 > Ω6 and suggested the higher covalence character in complexes. Theoretical branching ratio in the range 65.32 – 72.68%, large stimulated emission cross section and narrow FWHM for 5D4 → 7F5 transition unlocked the relevance of these complexes as a green color laser media. Band gap and Urbach analysis were consummated via enforcing nonlinear curve fit function on absorption data. Two band gaps with values in between 2.02 – 2.93 eV established the prospective use of complexes in photovoltaic devices. Energies of HOMO and LUMO were estimated employing geometrically optimized structures of complexes.
