The landscape of chemotherapy for cancer is experiencing a dramatic transition with the integration of sophisticated drug delivery methods, especially nanoengineered microneedles. Percutaneous vaccination is regarded the optimum therapeutic approach due to the high amount of immune cell accumulation and the rich capillary lymphatic system in the dermis. The curative impact of Microneedles‐based cancer vaccines is suboptimal due to the complicated mix of tumor, host, and environmental variables, as well as the vaccine's restricted loading capacity. As a result, additional enhancements are still needed to accelerate their clinical translation. This article offers a meticulous analysis of the avant‐garde strategies harnessed to augment drug delivery via microneedle. Various tactics, such as tailored nanoparticle carriers, functionalized microneedle arrays, and real‐time monitoring system, work together to improve therapeutic efficacy and prevent off‐target effects. By integrating recent advancement and delineating future trajectories, this article gives an in‐depth analysis of how nanoengineered microneedle‐augmented technologies have the potential to change the face of cancer therapy, heralding in a new era of precision medicine and better outcomes. Photocatalyst‐enzyme coupled system for harnessing solar light stands out as a highly promising avenue that facilitates bio‐transformation and produces solar fuels. This study explores the integration of a metal‐free photocatalyst in the bio‐reduction of furfural to produce furfuryl alcohol. However, the bio‐reduction of furfural to produce furfuryl alcohol faces challenges due to harsh reaction conditions and expensive catalysts. Likewise, photocatalysts confront various research obstacles, including the absence of long‐lasting photogenerated charge carriers (electrons and holes), stability, and reusability. This work introduces an eco‐friendly and benign catalytic system, featuring an easily prepared photocatalyst using TBA (2,4,6‐tribromo aniline) by standard Ullman coupling. The newly designed polymeric tribromo aniline (PTBA) is cost‐effective, with outstanding light harvesting characteristics, appropriate energy band gap, and remarkably enhanced ability for transfer and migration of photo‐generated carriers. The research aims to optimize parameters for efficient conversion of furfural to produce furfuryl alcohol and also the photocatalytic production of NADH (80.08 %) from consumed NAD+. The photocatalytic efficiency was estimated by the yield percentage of this organic transformation. The absence of metals in the photocatalyst enhances sustainability, showcasing its potential in the green synthesis of furfuryl alcohol which is a valuable chemical with diverse applications. Key Clinical Message: Uterine artery embolization demonstrated significant efficacy in the treatment of utero‐cervical cancer. This minimally invasive procedure holds promise as a valuable adjunct therapy, potentially offering improved outcomes and reduced morbidity in select cases. Further research is warranted to validate its broader clinical utility. Vaginal bleeding is a common complication of Cervical cancer that can be considered a critical emergency. Conventional hemostatic treatments may occasionally help reduce the bleeding but are not an effective long‐term solution. Uterine Artery Embolization, a minimally invasive intervention, can halt the bleeding, achieving hemostasis, while removing many of the complications that alternative interventions carry. We outline a case study of a patient with extensive vaginal bleeding who had uterocervical malignancy and talk about the benefits of uterine artery embolisation for therapeutic management. Although protein hydroxylation is a relatively poorly characterized posttranslational modification, it has received significant recent attention following seminal work uncovering its role in oxygen sensing and hypoxia biology. Although the fundamental importance of protein hydroxylases in biology is becoming clear, the biochemical targets and cellular functions often remain enigmatic. JMJD5 is a 'JmjC-only' protein hydroxylase that is essential for murine embryonic development and viability. However, no germline variants in JmjC-only hydroxylases, including JMJD5, have yet been described that are associated with any human pathology. Here we demonstrate that biallelic germline JMJD5 pathogenic variants are deleterious to JMJD5 mRNA splicing, protein stability, and hydroxylase activity, resulting in a human developmental disorder characterized by severe failure to thrive, intellectual disability, and facial dysmorphism. We show that the underlying cellular phenotype is associated with increased DNA replication stress and that this is critically dependent on the protein hydroxylase activity of JMJD5. Introduction: Health-related quality of life (HRQoL) has emerged as an important outcome measure inpatients with CKD. The lack of prospective studies on HRQoL and its relation with hyperphosphatemia control measures among pre-dialysis patients necessitated the need for this study. Methods: This is a prospective, randomized, controlled, open-labelled studythat was conducted for one year on 120 CKD stages III and IV patients divided equally into three groups: Group 1, in which patients under went dietary phosphorus modification; Group 2, in which they were administered calcium-based phosphate binders; and Group 3, in which they were administered non-calcium-based phosphate binders. Patients were assessed for HRQoL, fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF 23), intact parathyroid hormone (iPTH), phosphorus, and nutritional status, and dietary phosphorus control strategies at 0, 6, and 12 months. HRQoL was measured by using the 36-item Short Form Survey (SF-36) that included a physical component score (PCS) and mental component score (MCS). The scores is ranging from 0 to 100. Higher scores indicate better health status. Usingthe two-wayand one-way repeated measure ANOVA, we analyzed equality of group means, time intervals, and interactions. Results: At baseline, the mean PCS and MCS were equal in three groups. PCS improved significantly (P < 0.00) from baseline to one year in all the three groups: ingroup 1, the PCS score was 66.5 ± 13.5to 75.1 ± 9.76; in group 2, it was 68.9 ± 11.80 to 77.2 ± 7.50; and in group 3, it was 66.2 ± 12.16 to 73.8 ± 9.27. Initially, MCS declined substantially on the sixth month but recovered afterone year. Multiple regression analysis in 13 associated parameters yielded R² of 13.7% and 18.1% in PCS and MCS, respectively, indicating little contribution of various parameters. Conclusion: There has been a significant positive change in PCSs in three hyperphosphatemia management groups over a period of 12 months. Among the three study groups, the incremental changes in PCS and MCS scores were insignificant. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
