The present documentary research was supported by the qualitative approach, of the hermeneutical paradigm, of an informative-interpretative type, with a topic design. Currently, the topic of education is of great importance; many times, negative and positive criticisms are heard in the same way because, in the country, there is a specific deficiency in terms of education, for which it is considered a problem both for public policies and private. Nowadays, it is observed that the responsibility of educating our students falls on the two essential pillars in the life of the student body, the family and the school. In the family context, parents carry out educational and social tasks; the teacher is the crucial educational training agent in school. For this reason, this essay aims to analyze the situation of teachers, the functions currently performed, and if they are appropriate for the student community. It is essential to mention that teachers not only transmit knowledge but also influence student decisions, promoting the values that young people will take directly or indirectly in their training before society. In this way, it is of the utmost importance to pay special attention to the different factors contributing to the teacher's performance during the student's development., Actualmente, el tópico de la educación es de gran importancia, muchas veces se escuchan críticas negativas y positivas de igual manera, pues en el país se cuenta con cierta deficiencia en cuestión de educación, por lo cual, se considera una problemática tanto para las políticas públicas y privadas. La presente investigación documental estuvo apoyada en el enfoque cualitativo, del paradigma hermenéutico, de tipo informativa-interpretativa, con diseño de tópico. Hoy en día, se observa que la responsabilidad de educar a nuestros estudiantes recae en los dos pilares esenciales en la vida del alumnado, la familia y la escuela. En el contexto familiar los padres son los encargados de desempeñar las labores tanto educativas como sociales, en referencia a la escuela el agente educativo clave de formación es el docente. Por esa razón, el objetivo del presente ensayo es analizar la situación de los docentes, las funciones realizadas actualmente, así mismo si son las adecuadas para la comunidad estudiantil. Es importante mencionar a los docentes no solo son transmisores de conocimiento, sino también influyentes en las decisiones de los estudiantes, promoviendo los valores que los jóvenes tomaran directa o indirectamente en su formación ante la sociedad. De tal manera es de suma importancia prestar atención especial a los diferentes factores que contribuyen en el desempeño del docente durante el desarrollo del estudiante.

The pharmaceuticals and products of hygiene and care of personal contribute so beneficial for the improvement of the quality of life of human beings. One of these products is triclosan, (TCS), a bactericide used in formulating various toiletries, but when released into the environment, even in low concentrations of this compound and its derivatives are considered changers endocrine and can affect the reproductive physiology of several species. Due to the broad spectrum of applications and they are only partially eliminated in water treatment plants (ETA) and (ETE), these can be found in different aquatic compartments. On the exposed, this work had the objective of developing a methodology for heterogeneous photocatalysis, to promote complete mineralization of the TCS and evaluate the toxicity of by-products using microalgae, as test organisms. For this, we conducted a trial planning to determine the best operating conditions, with the variables mass of the catalyst, lamp power, time and pH, using dioxide titanium as photocatalyst. The results showed that 50 mg of TiO2 P25, power of 60 W, 180 minutes treatment and pH=5 were efficient, promoting 94.0% degradation of TCS. The photodegradation of TCS after 360 minutes of treatment, for TCS synthetic samples, using titanium dioxide and potassium hexaniobate as photocatalysts were 99.3% and 89.8%, respectively, showing that potassium hexaniobate is a good photocatalyst when compared to a traditional and commercial photocatalyst (TiO2 P25). The toxicity of samples after the photocatalytic treatment was determined by inhibition of the cell growth of microalgae and any sample completely inhibited the growth of microalgae cells, therefore, the treated effluent can be classified as being of low toxicity. Nenhuma Os fármacos e produtos de higiene e cuidados pessoais contribuem de forma benéfica para a melhoria da qualidade de vida do ser humano. Um desses produtos é o triclosan, (TCS), um bactericida muito utilizado na formulação de vários produtos de higiene pessoal, mas quando lançado no ambiente, mesmo em baixas concentrações este composto e seus derivados são considerados alteradores endócrinos e podem afetar a fisiologia reprodutiva de diversas espécies. Em decorrência do amplo espectro de aplicações e de serem apenas parcialmente eliminados nas estações de tratamento de água (ETA) e de esgoto (ETE), estes podem ser encontrados em diferentes compartimentos aquáticos. Diante do exposto, este trabalho teve como objetivo desenvolver uma metodologia de fotocatálise heterogênea, para promover a mineralização completa do TCS e avaliar a toxicidade dos subprodutos utilizando microalgas, como organismos teste. Para isto, foi realizado um planejamento experimental para determinar as melhores condições operacionais, tendo como variáveis massa do catalisador, potência da lâmpada, tempo e pH, utilizando como fotocatalisador o dióxido de titânio. Os resultados apontaram que 50 mg de TiO2 P25, potência da lâmpada de 60W, 180 minutos de tratamento e pH=5 foram eficientes, promovendo 94,0% de degradação do TCS. A fotodegradação média do TCS após 360 minutos de tratamento, para amostras sintéticas de TCS, utilizando dióxido de titânio e o hexaniobato de potássio como fotocatalisadores foram de 99,3% e 89,8%, respectivamente, mostrando que o hexaniobato de potássio é bom fotocatalisador quando comparado com um tradicional e comercial (TiO2 P25). A toxicidade das amostras após o tratamento fotocatalítico foi determinada através da inibição do crescimento celular de microalgas e nenhuma amostra inibiu completamente o crescimento das células de microalgas, portanto, o efluente tratado pode ser classificado como sendo de baixa toxicidade.
