5. Strategic management of space sector stakeholders

- Abstract
This article aims to analyze the power of stakeholders in the strategic management of companies in the space sector, for which 6 companies were analyzed. Initially, the identification of its stakeholders was carried out based on the (Mitchell, Wood, and Agle 1997) methodology, which considers the ownership or the attributed ownership of one, two, or the three attributes: power, legitimacy, and urgency, to define the class to which the stakeholder belongs. The combination of the attributes allowed us to know seven types of stakeholders. The results were obtained through case-by-case analysis and comparison of cases between them. The analyzed data reveal the managers' perception of the importance and influence of stakeholders for the organization, in addition to showing us that these two factors are closely linked to an organization's stakeholders, and their ability to handle restrictions and requirements to be placed in practice in strategic management., isbn: 9786584976, Pages: e262

Em sua 11ª edição, realizada nos dias 18, 19 e 20 de agosto de 2020, o WETE se estabelece como um dos eventos mais tradicionais da agenda aeroespacial no Brasil. Cada WETE é sempre uma ótima oportunidade para trocar conhecimentos na área espacial, sobretudo nos tópicos de Mecânica Espacial e Controle, Ciência e Tecnologia de Materiais e Sensores, Engenharia e Gerenciamento de Sistemas Espaciais e Combustão e Propulsão. As linhas de pesquisa e desenvolvimento, distribuídas dentro destes tópicos se complementam, gerando o conhecimento necessário para os estudos relacionados à Engenharia Espacial e desenvolvimento de uma missão espacial. - Abstract
This work aims to demonstrate how the Systems Concurrent Engineering (SCE) process and its multidisciplinary collaborative techniques can be used in the development of a satellite mission to map and monitor coral reefs in the Brazilian coast. For that, a simultaneous product development approach will be used with the aim to derive, develop and validate a balanced solution during the product life cycle that satisfies the stakeholders expectations. This approach was chosen due to the development target product having a complex nature, needing clarity in the definition of users necessities, required functionalities, systematic documentation of the requirements and validation considering the whole problem. The application of systems engineering in this work comes from stakeholder analysis, requirements analysis, functional analysis, system architecture, detailed design and other aspects related to the used approach. The simultaneous engineering approach of systems has proved to be very effective during the development of complex systems. Its application in the life cycle of CoralSat project allows a glimplse of problems of the solutions during the life cycle (development). The processes of SCE made possible the modeling of CoralSat system since its initial stage with the mission analysis of the product and organization, until its finalization, always seeking to attend the stakeholders needs, being this system ready for the point of view of the operation of the requirements., Pages: 237-253

- Abstract
As atividades de Montagem, Integração e Testes de um satélite artificial correspondem a conjuntos de procedimentos e à execução de uma sequência de eventos logicamente correlacionados, com a finalidade de obter um alto grau de confiança no funcionamento do satélite. A AIT (Assembly, Integration and Test) busca a garantia de que todos os parâmetros de projeto e de desempenho especificados serão alcançados. Para isso são simuladas todas as condições ambientais, nas quais o satélite fica sujeito, desde seu lançamento até sua operação em órbita. O estudo aqui apresentado faz parte de uma pesquisa de doutorado em andamento que tem por objetivo desenvolver um esquema (framework) conceitual e uma metodologia para análise da prontidão da organização de AIT para integrar um determinado satélite de maneira a atender de forma satisfatória aos requisitos de todos os seus stakeholders (stakeholders da AIT) e prezando pela qualidade, confiabilidade, segurança e conformidade de parâmetros de desempenho especificados para serem adotados pela organização de AIT. ABSTRACT: The activities of Assembly, Integration and Testing of an artificial satellite corresponds to a set of procedures and the execution of the logically correlated events sequence to obtain a high degree of confidence of satellite operation. The Assembly, Integration and Testing (AIT) activities are performed to ensure that all specified design and performance parameters were reached. Within this context, all the environmental conditions in which the satellite will be asked for, from its launch until its operation in orbit, are simulated. Pesquisa do Estado do Amazonas Manipulating physical objects is a practice used to supplement Mathematics learning for children and adolescents in the school context. Concrete materials, or manipulatives, are resources often teachers use from early grades of elementary school until basic education the last grades as an aid to improve learning of more abstract mathematical concepts. However, when mentioning not only use of these manipulatives but also their creation for learning purpose, there is a variety of content (specificities) or a hidden process to assist in the addition of a manipulative and the technology itself. In the specific case of geometry (a branch of Mathematics), as the manipulatives are already part of most schools??? materials, we propose a design process that enables the integration of computational techniques and current manipulatives creating a new type of teaching resource, called tangible learning objects, further enriching student???s??? learning experience. Thus, the student creates an interest in the tangible learning object through the various possibilities of interaction with it and goes on to become builder of his own knowledge. In this thesis, therefore, we present a design process for tangible learning objects for mathematics (geometry). We also present specifications to create these objects to support the teaching of mathematics, exemplified by a multi-layer design for the learning object ???Tangible Tangram???. Manipular objetos f??sicos ?? uma pr??tica utilizada como complemento ?? aprendizagem de matem??tica de crian??as e adolescentes no contexto escolar. Materiais concretos, ou manipul??veis, s??o recursos muito usados por professores das s??ries iniciais do ensino fundamental como aux??lio para aprendizagem de conceitos matem??ticos mais abstratos. No entanto quando falamos n??o apenas do uso desses objetos (manipul??veis) mas tamb??m da cria????o para essa finalidade, n??o h?? uma variedade de conte??do (especificidades) ou processo que auxiliem na jun????o de um material manipul??vel e a tecnologia em si. No caso da matem??tica, como os objetos concretos j?? est??o presentes na escola, propomos como alternativa apresentar o processo de design que possibilita a integra????o entre t??cnicas computacionais e objetos concretos conhecidos para desenvolver um novo tipo de recurso did??tico, objetos de aprendizagem tang??veis (com recursos computacionais agregados), enriquecendo ainda mais a experi??ncia de aprendizagem. Dessa forma, o estudante cria um interesse pela manipula????o dos objetos de aprendizagem tang??veis atrav??s das diversas possibilidades de intera????o e passa a se tornar construtor de seu conhecimento. Nesta disserta????o, portanto, apresentamos um processo de design para objetos de aprendizagem tang??veis para matem??tica.
