Contemporarily, in the era of big data, astronomical research also requires a large number of database collection and simulation applications. The TNG project is one of the important database projects. Nowadays, the large-scale galaxy survey IllustrisTNG project has collected a huge number of databases, which makes it easier to understand the characteristics of galaxies, including the mass and size of galaxies, gas mass, star formation rate, circular velocity, black holes, etc. In the development process of the TNG project, a large number of open data packages have been collected. TNG50, TNG100, TNG300 and other data packages contain various data of galaxies, which enables scholars to intuitively study the relationship between various features and quickly generate relationship plots. In this essay, the relationship of the galaxy features (i.e., stellar mass, gas mass and star formation rate) will be discussed based on the TNG100-1 data package on the IllustrisTNG program platform to visualize the relationship under different redshift values. According to the analysis, at different redshift values (z=0,1,2,4,6), there is a close relationship between the three directly, the data distribution plots also show that there is linear-like relationship between their common logarithm values to a certain extent, and can be expressed by series of formula. These results reveal connections between the fundamental properties of galaxies and shed light on guiding further researches of the properties and formation of galaxies.

The NaCl-containing aerosol particles (NaCl-containing APs) are trapped in the coastal atmosphere, in which sodium chloride and other salt compounds, such as calcium sulfate and ammonium nitrate, form a core–shell composite structure. The excessive anthropogenic emissions of pollutants, such as SO2, NOx, NH3, and construction dust, as well as salt spray, provide the material supply, and the low wind speed, humid, and hot weather environment creates incubators for these indigenous NaCl-containing APs. They are easy to form in coastal haze-fog episodes, even accounting for about 45% of all haze APs. A homemade aerosol particle simulative generator (APSG, patent authorization ZL 2018 1 0,516,861.3) was designed to explore the formation mechanism of NaCl-containing APs, which provides an effective research platform for simulating the evolution of particle structure in natural environment. The simulated experiments carried out on the APSG have successfully bred the artificial NaCl-containing APs and the carbonate/sulfate core–shell structure with different carbonate transformation degrees. The evolution of carbonate/sulfate core–shell structure provides solid evidence for the oxidation of S(IV) by dissolved NOx to sulfate (SO42−). Then, the strong acid in the salt drop reacts with carbonate through metathesis reaction to form sulfate and nitrate. With the volatilization of the salt drop, sulfate and nitrate crystallize and precipitate successively to form a composite structure containing NaCl. By studying the structural evolution from semi-mature particles to mature particles, a guiding exploration method is provided for the formation mechanism of aerosol particles. Reducing anthropogenic emissions to cut off the material supply of haze granulation is a crucial and effective step to prevent haze-fog episodes and promote the blue sky project.

Introduction To investigate the presence and distribution of hepatitis B virus (HBV) in the corneas of hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) seropositive donors in different preservation media and times. Materials and Methods Eight corneas were acquired from seven HBsAg seropositive donors. Four corneas were preserved in storage media for less than two weeks (group A), two corneas were put in glycerin for a month (group B), and two corneas were put in glycerin for a year (group C). Two corneas were acquired from two HBsAg seronegative donors and set as a control group. One was put into bottles with storage media for a week. Another was kept in glycerin for a year. Results Immunofluorescent staining was used to identify and localize HBsAg. With immunofluorescence staining, HBV surface antigens were observed in the epithelium and/or endothelium layer in three out of eight corneas of HBsAg seropositive donors. Conclusion The results show that HBsAg can be detected in the epithelium and/orendothelium layer of the cornea in HBsAg seropositive donors, regardless of preservation media or duration.

Daldinins are a novel type of naturally occurring tricyclic heterocycles isolated from Daldinia concentrica. In this study, four daldinin A derivatives with different alkyl side chains were synthesized using the same synthetic protocol. Bioactivity tests first indicated that the daldinin A derivatives showed significant protection for endothelial cells against damage caused by high glucose. The derivative compound with three carbon atoms on the alkyl side exhibited the best effect.

Many reports have shown that Wnt/β-Catenin pathway is associated with a variety of diseases, but its role in the pathogenesis of myopia is still unknown. In order to clarify the role of Wnt/β-catenin pathway in the development of form deprivation myopia (FDM), this study investigated the expression of scleral Wls, β-catenin and TCF4 in mice model of form deprivation (FD) myopia. Three parallel experimental groups, including FD, monocular exposure (SC) and binocular exposure (NC) group, were designed to investigate the effects of Wnt/β-Catenin pathway on scleral remodeling mouse during form deprivation in three-week-old C57BL/6 mice. Diopters and axial lengths (AL) in each sample were measured with an infrared eccentric refractometer or spectral-domain optical coherence tomography. The expression of scleral Wls, β-catenin and TCF4 were detected with Western blot. Morphological changes of posterior sclera were observed with a transmission electron microscope (TEM). The above characterization and analysis were performed on the 0th, 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th days, respectively. The difference of diopter and AL between the three groups (SC, NC and FD group) gradually increased with the prolongation of FD time (except AL between SC and NC groups). The changes of diopter and AL gradually increased with the prolongation of FD time. Especially, the diopter and AL will increase sharply after FD lasts for a long time, such as the measurement on the 21st for diopter and 28th days for AL. Most notably, the AL of FD eyes significantly increased after 28 days of deprivation. Thinning and disordered arrangement of collagen fibers and a decrease of extracellular matrix were observed with TEM. The expression of scleral Wls, β-catenin and TCF4 increased with age in the NC and SC group. In FD group, they increased significantly on the 7th, 14th and 21st days but decreased on the 28th day. The expression of Wls, β-Catenin and TCF4 to FD were more sensitive indicators than that of diopter and AL. Within the first 7 days of FD, the expression of Wls, β-Catenin and TCF4 in sclera increased sharply. With the extension of FD duration, it gradually decreased. It is suggested that the Wnt/β-catenin pathway might be involved in the scleral remodeling induced in FDM mice.

Through the analysis of modern molecular biology technology, the result of carrying virus was obtained as the sample detection data. The influence factors such as vector factor, environmental factors, social and economic factors, disease management, public opinion information and other aspects are combined as monitoring and warning parameters, and the Bayesian network is constructed as the core algorithm of early warning technology. Monitoring and early warning of tick-borne zoonosis can effectively prevent the large-scale outbreak of zoonosis. By monitoring the zoonosis carried by ticks, the establishment of early warning system has become an urgent need to protect animal and human health, which is of great significance in the control of zoonosis and protection of human and animal health.

A new method for synthesis of benzofuran-3(2H)-one under microwave condition was investigated. The reaction conditon was screened and the eligible scope of benzoate substrates was also examined. It showed that this method could provide a short and facile way to obtain these important dihydrobenzofuranones in yield 43% to 58%.

Background By investigating that (i) all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) affects human retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) in expressing and secreting transforming growth factor (TGF)-β2 and (ii) U73122 (phospholipase C inhibitor) and SQ22536 (adenylyl cyclase inhibitor) regulate the ATRA-induced secretion of TGF-β2 in human RPE, we sought to interpret the signaling pathway of ATRA in promoting the development of myopia. Methods The RPE cell line (D407) was treated with (i) ATRA (10 μM), (ii) U73122 (5–40 μM) and ATRA (10 μM), or (iii) SQ22536 (5–40 μM) and ATRA (10 μM). The control group was no-treated. After stimulated at 2, 4, 8, 16, 24, and 48 h, The expression and secretion of TGF-β2 was detected. Results TGF-β2 in the cytoplasm was time-dependent increased by ATRA (p 0.05). Conclusions In RPE cells, ATRA stimulates the secretion of TGF-β2 via the phospholipase C signaling pathway but not the adenylyl cyclase signaling pathway. U73122 may inhibit the promotion of ATRA in the development of myopia.

In this paper, students of class 2018 from a well-known finance and economics college in China are selected as the research objects, and the satisfaction degree of the teaching program of practical training course of finance management major is investigated by means of questionnaire survey and factor analysis. The study found that the financial management major applied in higher vocational colleges should choose the mode of light theory, heavy practice, heavy practical training and light indoctrination, so as to realize the students to learn information from passively receiving information, improve the professional ability of students majoring in finance, and strengthen the cultivation of students' comprehensive professional quality in higher vocational colleges. The teaching reform plan of practical training courses proposed in this study provides reference for the innovation reform of financial management courses and the cultivation of students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability in higher vocational colleges.

To report a case of keratomycosis caused by a very rare pathogen, Myrothecium verrucaria. This is a case report. A 53-year-old man complaint of left eye redness, irritation, intermittent pain after ashes entered his left eye. The patient was examined by slit lamp, anterior segment OCT and in vivo confocal microscopy. The HRT III-RCM image showed massive interlocking white thin lines in the cornea stroma. Corneal scrapings were collected for pathogen culture and PCR test. M. verrucaria was isolated and identified. Hourly topical natamycin (5%) and voriconazole (10 mg/ml) was given as well as intravenous fluconazole (200 mg per day). Treatment was continued with oral itraconazole, 200 mg/day, topical natamycin (5%), 4 times/day, and pranoprofen, 4 times/day. The therapy was tapered off over one and half a month. The cornea lesion healed with scar formation two months later. This is the first case report of M. verrucaria keratomycosis in China. We are the first to show the characteristic of M. verrucaria on cornea with In vivo confocal microscopy. A combination treatment of tropical natamycin, voriconazole and systemic fluconazole was effective in the treatment of M. verrucaria.

To compare the clinical outcomes of deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty (DALK) and penetrating keratoplasty (PKP) in the treatment of necrotizing stromal keratitis (NSK). A retrospective study of NSK patients who underwent keratoplasty between January 2015 and December 2017 in the Third Xiangya Hospital was carried out. Data including preoperative and postoperative best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), intraocular pressure, graft survival rates, corneal endothelial cell density, corneal topography and thickness were reviewed and analyzed by SPSS 23.0 software. Fifty patients were involved. Twenty-five patients received DALK, and the other half received PKP. The average follow-up period was 10.28 ± 5.92 months. At the end of the follow-up period, there were no significant differences in postoperative BCVA, recurrence of virus, graft rejection or graft failure between the two groups. There were also no significant differences in average central corneal thickness postoperatively at 3 months. However, the average corneal endothelial cell density at 3 months was significantly higher in the DALK group (2121.12 ± 450.80 cell/mm2 in the DALK group versus 1812.16 ± 340.38 cell/mm2 in the PKP group, P = 0.009). Both DALK and PKP could increase visual acuity and prevent the progression of NSK. There were no significant differences between DALK and PKP in postoperative BCVA, rate of rejection, graft failure or recurrence rate. DALK significantly reduced the loss of corneal endothelial cells.

A handy and effective method was established to obtain the cis-2,3-dihydrobenzofuranols having three stereocenters, involving asymmetric transfer hydrogenation of benzofuranones via dynamic kinetic resolution. The general applicability of this method was examined with different benzofuran-3-(2 H)-ones, and stereoselectivities of 85-99% ee and up to 98/2 dr were obtained.

At present, image recognition processing technology has been playing a decisive role in the field of pattern recognition, of which automatic recognition of bank notes is an important research topic. Due to the limitation of the size of bill layout and printing method, many invoice layouts are not clear, skewed or distorted, and even there are irregular handwritten signature contents, which lead to the problem of recognition of digital characters on bill surface. In this regard, this paper proposes a data acquisition and recognition algorithm based on improved BP neural network for ticket number identification, which is based on the theory of image processing and recognition, combined with improved bill information recognition technology. First, in the pre-processing stage of bill image, denoising and graying of bill image are processed. After binarization of bill image, the tilt detection method based on Bresenham integer algorithm is used to correct the tilted bill image. Secondly, character localization and feature extraction are carried out for par characters, and the target background is separated from the interference background in order to extract the desired target characters. Finally, the improved BP neural network-based bill digit data acquisition and recognition algorithm is used to realize the classification and recognition of bill characters. The experimental results show that the improved method has better classification and recognition effect than other data acquisition and recognition algorithms.
