In this paper, we have reviewed several social networking sites, evolution and background and significance of social media. Social networking is used as platform for various applications like: government, business, educational, political, dating and matrimonial, etc. Motivation is to examine adversarial networks and represents the activities observed by analyser. Additionally we’ve examined social network model and operations performed in it along with simulation and close degree algorithm, Adversarial Network analyser and analysis of vulnerabilities of an organization analysed. We examine the types of posting on social media websites and influence of posting data and privacy concerns of Facebook and twitter users. This study indicates the different concerns of users regarding posting information and its influences of user based privacy concerns. In addition we discussed several classification and clustering techniques used for data mining in online social networking sites and the market targets and parameters and analysis of different variables as per the usage of SNSs.

Lung cancer is undoubtedly one of the most serious health issues of the 21 st century. It is the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths in both men and women worldwide, accounting for about 1.5 million deaths annually. Despite advances in the treatment of lung cancer with new pharmaceutical products and technological improvements, morbidity and mortality rates remains a significant challenge for the cancer biologists and oncologists. The vast majority of lung cancer patients present with advanced-stage of pathological process that ultimately leads to poor prognosis and a five-year survival rate less than 20%. Early and accurate screening and analysis using cost-effective means are urgently needed to effectively diagnose the disease, improve the survival rate or to reduce mortality and morbidity associated with lung cancer patients. Thus, the only hope for early recognition of risk factors and timely diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer is biosensors technology. Novel biosensing based diagnostics approaches for predicting metastatic risks are likely to have significant therapeutic and clinical impact in the near future. This article systematically provides a brief overview of various biosensing platforms for identification of lung cancer disease biomarkers, with a specific focus on recent advancements in electrochemical and optical biosensors, analytical performances of different biosensors, challenges and further research opportunities for routine clinical analysis.

Social networking sites (SNS) have become an integral part of modern society. Among online social networks, Facebook is considered as one of the most popular platforms for online social networking among millions of users including students of all ages. This paper attempts to evaluate whether Japanese students consider Social networking site Facebook as effective online language-learning platform and whether this social learning approach provide students with the opportunity to voluntarily learn English as a second language and gain experiences that help them to better communicate with foreigners using English. A survey was carried out with 88 undergraduates, postgraduate and research students at University of Toyama, Japan to observe learners' perceptions and attitudes towards the usefulness of Facebook for online language learning. Data collected with the use of structured questionnaire from randomly selected students. Most of candidates agreed that Facebook offer great promises to facilitate them learn English and to improve their motivation as well as confidence level in peer- to- peer communication using English. The result of the survey demonstrated that students believed that Facebook could be used as an effective online platform for English learning and related online educational discussions. In conclusion, Facebook may serve as a meaningful and promising teaching tool which can be used not only by English language instructors but also by other educators for fostering quality in online education.
