As a core cooling device of reactor, a high temperature sodium heat pipe is designed in this paper which has a large aspect ratio of 126. The effects of heating mode and evaporation section length on its start-up are studied experimentally. The results show that the axial temperature uniformity of the heat pipe is better under variable power heating mode. As the evaporation cross-section length increases, thermal resistance decreases by 50%. Compared with heat pipes with low aspect ratio, heat pipes with large aspect ratio are more difficult to start up. Furthermore, numerical simulation is conducted on the designed sodium heat pipe to acquire the velocity and pressure distribution during steady-state operation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The main control room serves as a refuge for staff in a nuclear power plant in the event of an accident. To determine whether the control room can meet habitability requirements under accident conditions, this study utilized CFD methods to establish a habitability model of the main control room under such conditions. The changing trends of temperature and velocity near personnel were analyzed. The numerical results indicate that the building envelope significantly contributes to reducing the indoor temperature. The average wall temperature measured at 72 hours was 27 °C, with an average temperature increase of 4 °C. The highest average ambient temperature in the main control room occurred at 24 hours. At this time, the indoor ambient temperature reached approximately 34.62 °C, with a temperature increase of 11.62 °C, while the wind speed near the personnel remained below 0.2 m/s, meeting habitability requirements for personnel under extreme conditions. With the development and penetration of information technology, the “fourth media”-the network media is coming, and the “grievance crisis” is increasingly happening. The effective monitoring of online public opinion information becomes a problem. For each university, how to understand the sensation of teachers and students in real time in the era of informationization entering the intelligent campus has become an urgent problem for all colleges and universities. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of Weibo’s communication and the process of microblogging’s public opinion formation, the mechanism of communication, and so on. For the acquisition of this information, the reptile method was used to obtain the required data, which was beneficial to the real-time sensation in the smart campus. Then, based on the improved single-pass algorithm to analyze the new characteristics of microblog propagation information and the public opinion sent by college students, and compared the improved single-pass algorithm with the effect of single-pass algorithm, the improved algorithm had the recall rate was high, the false detection rate was low, and the running time was short. Finally, taking the lyrics of college teachers and students as the research object, unified modeling language modeling was used to analyze the public opinion monitoring platform of the smart campus, and the campus public opinion of several major events was monitored and analyzed. This provided a reference for the effective, intelligent, and real-time detection of Weibo public opinion in colleges and universities.

The characteristics of the converter combustion flame are one of the key factors in the process control and end-point control of steelmaking. In a big data era, it is significant to carry out high-speed and effective processing on frame spectrum data. By installing data acquisition devices at the converter mouth and separating the spectrum according to the wave length, high-dimensional converter flame spectrum big data sets are achieved. The data of each converter is preprocessed after information fusion. By applying the SM software, the correspondence with the carbon content is obtained. Selecting the relative data of the two peak ratios and the single-peak absolute data as a one-dimensional signal, due to the obvious nonlinear and nonstationary characteristics, using HHT to do empirical mode decomposition and Hilbert spectrum analysis, the variation characteristics after 70% of the converter steelmaking process are obtained. From data acquisition, data preprocessing to data analysis and results, it provides a new perspective and method for the study of similar problems.
