1. Effect of Methylammonium Iodide (MACl) on MAPbI 3 -Based Perovskite UV-C Photodetectors.

Abstract

In this study, we fabricated deep ultraviolet (DUV) photodetectors based on perovskite thin films doped with halide materials using formamidinium bromide (FABr) and methylammonium iodide (MAI). The device was fabricated using a simple surface engineering technique by post-treating the MAPbI3 perovskite film with an FABr solution. This film acts as a light absorption layer, like a depletion layer with a p-i-n (PIN) structure, with n-type of SnO2-SDBS and p-type of spiro-OMeTAD. Adding 0.10 M MACl to the MAPbI3 precursor solution during the manufacturing process could effectively reduce the trap density compared with existing films. Films with MACl added in the two-step process can control a wide band gap and improve crystallinity. In addition, the Cl atom has a smaller atomic radius than iodine and a higher electronegativity of 3.16, which can improve phase stability, and the effect of the added Cl− increases the electron mobility of the perovskite, showing a fast response. Abstract

In this study, a perovskite-based mixed cation/anion ultraviolet photodetector with an added halide material is fabricated using perovskite combined with an ABX_3 structure. Mixed cation/anion perovskite thin films of MAPbI3/FABr are manufactured through a relatively simple solution process and employed as light-absorption layers. In the produced thin film, SnO2–sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate acts as an electron transport layer and spiro-OMeTAD acts as a hole injection layer. Compared to a single cation/anion perovskite, the fabricated device exhibits phase stability and optoelectronic properties, and demonstrates a responsivity of 72.2 mA/W and a detectability of 4.67 × 1013 Jones. In addition, the films show an external quantum efficiency of 56%. This suggests that mixed cation/anion films can replace single cation/anion perovskite films. Abstract

이 연구는 『한국문학사』를 기획하기 시작한 71년부터 『한국문학의 위상』을 상재한 77년까지를 김현이 한국문학의 이념형을 구체화한 한 시기로 명명하고 그의 문제의식과 작업 과정을 밝힌다. 이 시기 그는 단지 사변적 문제의식의 수준을 넘어 한국문학사의 작품, 사건을 고구의 대상으로 삼고 그것을 ‘원리화’하려고 시도한다. 김현은 순수, 참여의 극단화된 이념형의 대립을 극복할 수 있는 방안을 고구하면서 한국이 지닌 최난의 역경 경험을 문학적으로 승화함으로써 고유성과 보편성을 동시에 보여주는 한국문학의 이념형을 꿈꾼다. 그는 한국문학사의 작품, 사건을 그 대상으로 삼으며 이념형 탐색 작업을 『한국문학사』에서 본격화한다. 이 저작에서 김현은 새것이 옛것을 인식론적 방해물로 간주하고 단절되면서 폭넓게 감싼다는 바슐라르의 주장에 공감하지만, 문학적 상상력의 수정 불가능성을 이유로 들며 바슐라르 이론을 전면적으로 한국문학사 저술에 적용하는 것을 보류한다. 대신 그는 문학사의 전개를 ‘굴절’의 개념으로 설명하며 문학의 영향이 비선조적으로 전개된다는 주장을 펼친다. 프랑스 유학을 거치며 김현의 바슐라르에 대한 이해는 심화되는데, 김현은 전통의 단절과 감싸기 이론을 한국문학사 전체를 설명하는 이론으로 체계화시킨다. 『한국문학의 위상』 6장에서 김현은 한국문학사 전체를 단절과 감싸기 원리로 설명한다. 그것은 단순히 사조가 교체되는 메커니즘을 설명하는 것이 아니었으며, 한국문학사가 오류를 교정하면서 풍요로운 경험과 인식으로 이행되어야 한다는 역사관을 내재 한 것이었다. 그리하여 김현은 『한국문학사』 저술과 바슐라르 연구를 종합하며 ‘문학은 무엇을 할 수 있는가’라는 보편적 물음에 도달하고 그 대답으로 ‘문학이란 억압하지 않는다’ 는 명제를 제시한다. 그 의미는 다층적인 것으로서 함석헌식 고난, 4·19라는 정치적 자유, 브르통과 니체가 말한 자유, 바슐라르의 연구에서의 ‘억압이 없는 순수 상상력’ 의미가 모두 융해된 것이었다. 이 명제에는 시대적 억압의 의미가 함의돼 있는데 유신시대에 문학이 감당할 역할을 ‘억압하지 않음’으로 정의내린 것으로 볼 수 있다.

Abstract

Recently, many full-sized keyboards have been designed to fold in various ways in an attempt to make them more transportable. The flexible membrane keyboard, one type of full sized keyboard, is unique because it is made from silicon rubber, thus it is fully flexible and water resistant. Although a number of flexible keyboard characteristics are the same as standard keyboards (i.e. key size, shape and spacing), key-switch and key clicking mechanisms are inherently different. Since there is little or no existing research on flexible keyboards, there is a current need for data to facilitate design of such keyboards for use. Typing performance and perceived usability of several flexible keyboards that differed in terms of material hardness (hard, medium, or soft) and key contact point shape (circular or square) were studied. The results supported the hypothesis that both typing performance and usability of the flexible membrane keyboard were affected by material hardness and contact point shape. Square shaped contact points led to increased typing speed and decreased error rates, and medium or soft hardness led to increased typing speed. The best flexible keyboard (perceived by participants) in general received neutral usability ratings. However, ratings for mobility and design were much higher than neutral. Overall, subjective and objective measures of performance and usability indicated that flexible keyboards that are made of silicon of a soft or medium hardness and with a square shaped contact points are preferred. Abstract

Ethanol causes diverse neurologic conditions caused by acute and chronic brain damage. This review provides an overview of Wernicke encephalopathy and other ethanol-related brain changes, such as chronic brain atrophy, Marchiafava-Bignami disease, osmotic demyelination syndrome, chronic hepatic encephalopathy, and acute alcohol withdrawal. As clinical symptoms of this spectrum of diseases have nonspecific neurologic alterations, radiologists should have current radiologic information and understand the imaging findings pertaining to the pathophysiology to support diagnosis., (© 2013 Published by Elsevier Inc.)
