This article reports a case of acute myelomonocytic leukemia (AML-M4, CBFB gene positive) with lower limb microthrombus formation after haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and summarizes the experience of diagnosis and treatment. The patient received achieved complete remission (CR) after routine chemotherapy, but relapsed 2 years later and underwent a haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. During routine treatment after transplantation, the patient’s coagulation related indicators, including D-dimer (D-D), antithrombin Ⅲ (AT-Ⅲ), von Willebrand factor (vWF), fibrinogen degradation products (FDP) and fibrin monomer (FM), were dynamically observed. The patient experienced jaundice and elevated transaminases around 100 days after transplantation, and underwent plasma exchange treatment three times through the right lower limb femoral vein catheterization. After removing the venous catheter for one week, there was left ankle concavea pitting edema of the left ankle. Vascular ultrasound examination indicated the formation of microthrombus in the superficial venous plexus of the gastrocnemius muscle in the left lower limb. D-D, vWF, FDP, FM and other indicators were increased, while AT-Ⅲ levels was decreased. After 2 weeks of oral administration of 5 mg/d berritol for antithrombotic treatment, the above coagulation indicators gradually returned to normal, and the left lower limb intermuscular venous plexus thrombosis and limb swelling disappeared. Therefore, dynamic monitoring of coagulation indicators, such as D-D, AT-Ⅲ, vWF, FDP, and FM may serve as diagnostic indicators for predict transplant related microthrombus and hypercoagulable status, providing an experimental basis for effective anticoagulant treatment in clinical practice.

【Objective】 To reverse the continued decline of dwindling water resources in northern China, most regions have proposed to restrict groundwater extraction for irrigation. Optimizing irrigation timing and making most of natural precipitation and irrigation water is essential to minimizing crop yield loss due to the reduced irrigation amount. The purpose of this paper is to study the optimization of timing of maize irrigation. 【Method】 Models relating maize yield and water usage were established based on crop growth model and soil water-heat coupling model. The model parameters were determined based on data measured from 2017—2020 from a maize field at Wenyuhe Experiment Station in Shanxi province. Meteorological data measured from 1957—2018 at the station was used in the frequency analysis for determining the irrigation amount by dividing the frequency from 5% to 95%. We optimized the timing of the irrigation assuming that the irrigation amount varied from 45 to 105 mm, and the times of irrigation varied from 1 to 5. The K-M model was used to determine the relationship between cumulative evapotranspiration and cumulative precipitation between two adjacent irrigations. Using the meteorological data measured from 2009 to 2018, the model was applied to optimize the irrigation timing, from which we compared the yield-increasing benefits obtained from the K-M method, the dynamic irrigation water limit method, and the empirical irrigation method. 【Result】 The correlation coefficient between the cumulative evapotranspiration and the cumulative effective precipitation under different irrigation amount was greater than 0.92. With the increase in irrigation amount, the parameter M in the K-M method, which characterizes the irrigation amount, increased. 【Conclusion】 Evaluation of the three methods for determining the optimal irrigation timing based on yield, benefit and water use efficiency showed that, compared with the empirical irrigation method, the K-M method was the best, followed by the dynamic irrigation water limit method.

With the increasing number of heavy-duty trucks and their high fuel consumption characteristics, reducing fuel costs has become a primary challenge for the freight industry. Consequently, accurately predicting fuel consumption for heavy-duty trucks is crucial. However, existing fuel consumption prediction models still face challenges in terms of prediction accuracy. To address this issue, a model named Cross-LSTM Multi-Feature Distillation (CLMFD) is proposed. The CLMFD model employs the Crossformer model and the LSTM model as teacher and student models, respectively, utilizing multi-layer intermediate features for distillation. Fuel consumption data from a vehicular networking system was used in this study. Initially, the raw data were preprocessed by segmenting it into two-kilometer intervals, calculating sample features, and handling outliers using box plots. Feature selection was then performed using XGBoost. Subsequently, the CLMFD model was applied to predict fuel consumption. Experimental results demonstrate that the CLMFD model significantly outperforms baseline models in prediction performance. Ablation studies further indicate that the CLMFD model effectively integrates the strengths of both the Crossformer and LSTM, exhibiting superior predictive performance. Finally, predictions on data with varying masking rates show that the CLMFD model demonstrates robust performance. These findings validate the reliability and practicality of the CLMFD model, providing strong support for future research in fuel consumption prediction. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: Previous studies suggested higher serum progesterone (P) levels were strongly associated with a lower clinical pregnancy rate (CPR) for in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET). However, the effect of increased serum P levels on the day of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) administration on clinical outcomes in short-acting gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRHa) downregulated IVF-ET cycles remains unclear.Methods: We conducted a retrospective cohort study from January 2017 to December 2021, which included a total of 1664 patients receiving their first short-acting GnRHa IVF-ET cycles at our reproductive medicine centre of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital. The smooth curve fitting and interaction analysis were employed to analyse the association between the CPR and the serum P levels with different embryo types (cleavage-stage embryo or blastocyst). In addition, total cycles were grouped according to different P levels on the trigger day of hCG administration for further analysis.Results: The CPR of patients with increased serum P level (higher than 1.5 ng/mL) on the hCG day did not decrease. A smoothing curve fitting showed that the CPR did not change obviously with the increase in serum P levels. Subgroup analysis of different types of embryos transferred showed that no correlation was observed between the CPR and serum P levels on the day of hCG administration in cleavage-stage embryo transfer cycles. However, the CPR of patients receiving blastocyst transfer showed a downward trend with the increase in serum P levels. At the same time, an interaction analysis also confirmed that the CPR of blastocyst transfer was more likely to be affected by elevated serum P levels on the hCG day.Conclusion: In the luteal phase short-acting GnRHa downregulated IVF-ET cycles, the elevated serum P levels on the hCG day did not affect the CPR of cleavage-stage embryo transfer but reduced the CPR of blastocyst transfer. Infrared selective emitters are attracting more and more attention due to their modulation ability of infrared radiance, which provides an efficient ability to blend objects into the surrounding environment. In this paper, an Ag/ZnS/Si/Ag/Si multilayered emitter is proposed by virtue of impedance matching as well as Fabry-Perot cavity effect to achieve selective radiation in the infrared band. The emissivity of the fabricated selective emitter is measured to be ε3–5μm = 0.16 and ε8–14μm = 0.23 in the atmosphere windows, respectively, meeting the requirements of infrared stealth. Meanwhile, the emissivity at the non-atmospheric window (5–8 μm) is as high as 0.78, which allows efficient heat dissipation to achieve radiative cooling. Furthermore, the selective emitter maintains excellent stealth performance until 350 °C, indicating its good heat resistance and dissipation at medium temperature. The proposed emitter with spectral selectivity provides a new strategy for the facile fabrication of mid-/low-temperature infrared stealth devices. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
