This article examines ad valorem tax rates per $100 valuation and the resultant tax revenues per in-district contact hour for Texas nonmetropolitan and metropolitan public community colleges. The results of the analyses indicate no difference in ad valorem tax rates between these institutions but demonstrate differences in the resultant tax revenues. Recommendations for further research are provided. (Contains 4 tables.)

Electrochemical experiments indicate that the synthesized mononuclear, dinuclear and tetranuclear rhenium dialkyldithiocarbonate complexes exhibit ability to undergo induced internal electron transfer. An electron transfer from sulphide to the metal, induced by tetraalkylthiuram disulfide, results in reduction at the metal center and oxidized sulfur. This electron transfer can be reversed by the addition of hydrogen or hydride. X-ray studies help determine the structures of these compounds.
