Summary: Diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma (DLBCL) represents the most prevalent aggressive B‐cell lymphoma. The group is heterogeneous and the outcome is variable. A variety of approaches have been employed with the objective of improving the stratification of DLBCL patients according to their prognosis, based on the cell of origin. Recently, distinct genetic subtypes of DLBCL have been identified. Given the importance of cell migration in immune cells, the objective of this study was to ascertain whether different genetic subtypes of DLBCL exhibit disparate migration abilities. MCD‐ and EZB‐type DLBCL cell lines were subjected to testing to ascertain their basal velocity in straight microchannels and their ability to overcome tight constrictions of 2 μm. The EZB‐type cell lines showed superior basal migration velocity and constriction passage time, and a similar trend was observed in live cell imaging of native human DLBCL tissue. In addition, MCD‐type DLBCL exhibited significantly elevated levels of nuclear lamin A/C, which is responsible for the stiffness of the nuclear envelope and could thus explain the disparate migration behaviours observed among these subtypes. Introduction We studied the body composition among survivors of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) as compared to healthy controls. Methods Twenty-nine survivors of childhood ALL and 35 ageand sex-matched healthy controls were evaluated for anthropometric measurements, including weight, height, body mass index (BMI), and waist-to-hip ratio. Body composition was analyzed using Tanita SC-330P scale. Measurement of fasting insulin, glucose, lipids, and serum leptin was done for all participants. Results BMI-standard deviation score (SDS) was significantly higher among the survivor group (mean±SD 0.79 ±1.2) versus controls (0.25±0.85, P=0.041). Obesity/ overweightness were more prevalent among survivors than the control group (34.5% and 17.6%, respectively); however, the difference did not reach statistical significance (P=0.215). There was no difference between both the groups when comparing waist-to-hip ratio, body fat %, fat-free mass %, muscle mass %, and total body water % as well as serum leptin and lipid profile. Among ALL survivors, the overweight/ obese group had higher total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol than survivors with normal BMI-SDS (P=0.0127 and 0.025, respectively), while other variables, including gender, median time from diagnosis, cranial irradiation, serum leptin, were comparable for both the groups. Conclusion ALL survivors are more prone to obesity and altered body composition. Incorporating preventive strategies early into treatment regimens is needed to prevent the development of these metabolic abnormalities. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Steganography is the technique of hiding any secret information like text, image or video behind a cover file. Audio steganography is one of the widespread data hiding techniques that embeds secret data in audio signals. The secret data is hidden in a way that unauthorized people are not aware of the existence of the embedded data and without changing the quality of the audio signal (cover audio). Data hiding in audio signals has various applications such as protection of copyrighted audio signals, secret communication, hiding data that may influence the security and safety of governments and personnel. This paper proposes an efficient steganography scheme based on sample comparison in Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) domainwhere the cover audio is decomposed into several multi sub-bands, and then selected coefficients of details are changed by a threshold value depending on the embedding cipher image bit. This approach employs an original image component to perform RSA encryption on it, then cipher bits are embedded in the details components of the audio signal according to a predetermined threshold value. The performance of the algorithm has been estimated extensively against attacks, and simulation results are presented to prove the robustness of the proposed algorithm. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
