Herein, the effect of multicomponent composite encapsulation on the stability of perovskite thin films and perovskite solar cells, as well as lead leakage upon water immersion, is investigated. The encapsulation is simple and low cost since it is entirely deposited by solution processed techniques in the ambient atmosphere. It consists of a spray‐coated composite layer sandwiched between two spin‐coated layers. The composite layer contains hygroscopic nanomaterials, oxygen scavengers, and lead adsorbing nanomaterials, which enables reduced lead leakage and improved stability of encapsulated perovskite during storage in ambient, immersion in water, as well as illumination in dry air. The encapsulation layers show high transmittance and did not have a significant effect on the short‐circuit current density and open‐circuit voltage despite the deposition of encapsulation in ambient air. Numerous organisms in nature have demonstrated enhanced biocompatibility, precise tumor targeting capabilities, and efficient tissue traversal within the human body. Drawing inspiration from these organisms, researchers have employed bioengineering, bioconjugation, and micro‐ or nanotechnology to fabricate bioinspired micro‐ and nanostructured systems. These systems play a crucial role in addressing the limitations of conventional anticancer drugs and nanomaterials concerning biocompatibility, effective penetration of physiological barriers, as well as selective tumor targeting, thereby leading to improved therapeutic efficacy while minimizing nonspecific adverse effects on healthy cells. Consequently, extensive exploration of these bioinspired micro‐ and nanostructured systems has been undertaken across various cancer treatment modalities with some progressing into preclinical or clinical stages. However, our understanding of this field remains limited which may impede research progress, clinical translation efforts, and practical applications. Therefore, this study presents a systematic classification of bioinspired micro‐ and nanostructured systems for cancer therapy that comprehensively elucidates their sources of inspiration and design principles. Furthermore, it extensively discusses the current status of clinical translation efforts while identifying prevailing challenges and exploring future prospects. The wide variation in household characteristics, such as household size, income, and age, can lead to significant differences in carbon footprints. Based on data from 1132 Chinese households in 2021, this study examines the structural differences, multiple influencing factors, and mitigation strategies of household carbon footprints (HCFs) in China. The results indicate that indirect emissions, primarily from energy and food consumption, account for the largest share of household carbon footprints, making up over 65% of total emissions. Households with lower carbon footprints are characterized by a per capita living area of less than 20 square meters, rural residences, and shared living arrangements. Carbon footprints for the elderly and minors are lower than adults, while households with higher monthly incomes have the highest carbon footprints. The Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) reveals that the main factors influencing HCF include household size, income, and single status, with a more pronounced impact on affluent households than on average households. High-income households have the potential to reduce their carbon footprints through investments in energy-efficient technologies, whereas low-income households are more susceptible to the effects of household size and geographic location. It is recommended that policymakers adopt differentiated measures, such as setting higher reduction targets for larger and wealthier households while providing incentives and technical support to low-income households to achieve meaningful carbon reductions. More effective and equitable low-carbon policies can be formulated by addressing these structural disparities and leveraging the unique characteristics of different household types. Gene innovation plays an essential role in trait evolution. Rhizobial symbioses, the most important N2‐fixing agent in agricultural systems that exists mainly in Leguminosae, is one of the most attractive evolution events. However, the gene innovations underlying Leguminosae root nodule symbiosis (RNS) remain largely unknown. Here, we investigated the gene gain event in Leguminosae RNS evolution through comprehensive phylogenomic analyses. We revealed that Leguminosae‐gain genes were acquired by gene duplication and underwent a strong purifying selection. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analyses showed that the innovated genes were enriched in flavonoid biosynthesis pathways, particular downstream of chalcone synthase (CHS). Among them, Leguminosae‐gain type Ⅱ chalcone isomerase (CHI) could be further divided into CHI1A and CHI1B clades, which resulted from the products of tandem duplication. Furthermore, the duplicated CHI genes exhibited exon–intron structural divergences evolved through exon/intron gain/loss and insertion/deletion. Knocking down CHI1B significantly reduced nodulation in Glycine max (soybean) and Medicago truncatula; whereas, knocking down its duplication gene CHI1A had no effect on nodulation. Therefore, Leguminosae‐gain type Ⅱ CHI participated in RNS and the duplicated CHI1A and CHI1B genes exhibited RNS functional divergence. This study provides functional insights into Leguminosae‐gain genetic innovation and sub‐functionalization after gene duplication that contribute to the evolution and adaptation of RNS in Leguminosae.
