Abstract

Inorganic‐organic hybrid solid electrolytes (HSEs) are an important category of electrolyte materials for solid‐state batterie. It is of interest and importance to investigate the influence of composition and content of inorganic fillers on the electrochemical performance of HSEs. In this paper, we fabricated HSEs using polyethylene oxide (PEO) as matrix and incorporating different inorganic powders as active fillers. A series of HSEs with different contents of Ga/Nb co‐substituted garnet oxide (Li6.35Ga0.15La3Zr1.8Nb0.2O12, GN‐LLZO) and Y‐doped Li29Zr9Nb3O40 (Li29.3Zr8.7Y0.3Nb3O40, 0.3Y‐LZNO) were carefully designed. The ionic conductivity of these PEO‐based HSEs were studied, and their performance in solid‐state lithium‐ion batteries with LiFePO4 (LFP) as cathode material and Li metal as anode were evaluated. The results showed that the HSE with addition content of inorganic powders, namely PEOLiTFSI@5 % GN‐LLZO +5 %0.3Y‐LZNO (noted as PL3) showed the optimized ionic conductivity of 2.9×10−4 S cm−1 at room temperature with an activation energy Ea of 0.21 eV. It has an electrochemical stability window of 4.65 V and ionic transfer number of 0.242. The addition of inorganic powders not only enhanced the ionic conductivities of PEO‐based HSEs, but also exhibited superior stability and interfacial compatibility with electrodes, leading to the improved cycle stability in the LFP/PL3/Li solid‐state battery configuration. Abstract

With the development of modern communication technology, the traditional power grid can no longer meet the needs of massive electricity data collection and processing. Adapting to this change, the Information-Centric Networking is combined with the power communication network. We studied several cache strategies in Information-Centric Networking and then proposed an improved cache scheme based on betweenness and hops. Finally, the improved cache strategy is compared with three other strategies. The simulation results showed that the repetition rate of content traffic is effectively reduced and the performance of power network can be optimized using the improved strategy.

Abstract

With the rapid development of the Internet of Things, software-defined wireless sensor networks (SDWSNs) have become a hot research topic in recent years because of the character of customizing software. However, as the expansion of the WSNs scale, the issues of limited battery life and unbalanced energy consumption of sensor nodes are becoming ever more acute. We innovatively propose an energy-efficient algorithm based on dormancy scheduling and energy dimension (DSED) network architecture. The sensor nodes distribute randomly initially and then exchange packets with the center sink node in a two-dimensional coordinate plane. In the dormancy scheduling process, nodes are randomly dormant according to the redundant coverage threshold, and the sink node adjust the priority links based on the energy dimension and then generating the routing. The simulation results demonstrate that comparing with classical routing algorithms, the improved DSED energy-efficient algorithm effectively alleviates premature death of nodes, and perform better on extending network lifetime and balancing network energy consumption.

Abstract

Sensor nodes in wireless sensor network (WSN) carries limited energy, and the nodes near the sink node usually run out of energy earlier than the other nodes. Because of the imbalance of energy consumption, WSNs have low energy utilization rate and short network lifetime. In order to extend network lifetime, we present a new clustering algorithm called Extending Dynamic Subnetwork Scheme—Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (EDSS-LEACH) based on software-defined wireless sensor network (SDWSN). In our algorithm, we use extending dynamic network scheme to find all cluster heads in the network, and then establish the routing of the whole network. The simulation results show that our algorithm performs better on balancing energy consumption and network lifetime compared with the typical data transmission algorithms.
