BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY: - Sleeping is a physiological habit that occurs in all animal species. A third of a person's lifecycle is made up of it. Although the specific features of sleep are unspecified, they appear to be vital to living because chronic sleep deprivation causes severe physical impairment, cognitive decline, and death. Sleep disturbances have clinical significance because they are symptoms of almost all mental illnesses. Different people need various amounts of sleep. The recommended daily allowance of night's sleep is around 7 and 9 hours. While some people need about 12 hours of sleep each night, others can function well on less than 6 hours. Good sleeping habits and getting enough sleep are crucial for enhancing cognitive function, preventing health issues, and avoiding psychiatric disorders. In Iran (87%), China (87%), and the United States (53-71%), antenatal women have poor sleep quality.METHODOLOGY: - Using a purposive sampling strategy, the study's pre-experimental one-group pre-test and post-test research design analyzed the healthy sleep habits of 100 pregnant mothers.CONCLUSION: - As a result, the knowledge of antenatal mothers regarding good sleep practices will improve. And this has an impact on mother’s antenatal period.

Background: Miliary tuberculosis is the widespread dissemination of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It is the result of hematogenous dissemination and is characterized by extensive miliary mottling of lungs and involvement of the spleen, liver, and other tissues. It may be found as pulmonary type or septicemic type or meningitic type. Coarctation of the Aorta is a distinct narrowing or long segment hypoplasia of the aortic arch, usually distal to the subclavian artery. The narrow aortic lumen may exist as preductal or postductal obstruction which depends upon the position of the obstruction about the ductus arteriosus. The lesion obstructs blood flow through the aorta, resulting in increased pressure and effort of the left ventricle. Patient presentation: We are presenting an 8-year-old male child who visited the pediatric outpatient unit with the symptoms of fever, cough, and increased work of breathing, he was admitted to PICU. He was a known case of congenital heart disease. He was diagnosed to have congenital heart disease at the age of 3 years when he was admitted to the hospital due to the bluish coloration of his palms and soles. He had a fever (100 degrees F), cough, and increased work of breathing for 15 days during normal daily activities. The patient had undergone a 2-D Echo showing a parachute mitral valve. He was treated with antibiotics and maintained saturation on O2 by CPAP. Symptoms such as Respiratory distress and cough are relieved after maintaining saturation O2 and medications. Conclusion: Coarctation of the Aorta is typically present at birth (congenital heart defect). Mild to severe symptoms are possible. The illness might not be discovered until an adult. Coarctation of the Aorta frequently coexists with other congenital cardiac abnormalities. Background: A benign tumor known as an acoustic neuroma can form on the auditory nerves that connect the inner ear to the brain and control balance and hearing. Hearing loss and unbalance could result from the tumor's pressure on the nerve. Case presentation: A 52 years old female patient came to the medicine outpatient department with the chief complaint of headache for 8 days and vertigo while walking for 10 days then she develops a hearing loss in the right ear and later imbalance while walking in the previous month. She had a history of accidental injury to the left eyelid, eyebrow, and left cheek. Firstly, computed tomography (CT) scan has been done and after that magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) was advised to the patient. Currently, she is operated on for open decompression craniotomy where excision of the tumor was done under general anesthesia after obtaining physical fitness for surgery. Afterward, she was treated with antibiotics, analgesics, and anti-inflammatory medicines, and post-surgery CT was done. Conclusion: Schwann cells that surround the vestibular nerve, typically in the internal auditory canal, can give rise to benign tumors called acoustic schwannomas. Although the findings on CT and MRI were unusual for acoustic schwannomas, minor acoustic schwannomas might also be found and removed during surgery in addition to the huge cysts.

Introduction: Bipolar disorder (BD) is one of the foremost frequent chronic disorders in populations where depression is usually present; however, in chronic cases, it can raise the danger of death. Bipolar major Affective Disorder (BPAD) may be a common and recurrent psychiatric disorder that affects people everywhere on the planet. Tt's characterized by episodes of mania, hypomania, hyperactivity, and depression. Findings of Clinical: A 45-year-old woman from Chandrapur is admitted to the (AVBRH) Archarya Vinoba Bhave Rural Hospital Sawangi Meghe (Wardha), in a mental health ward(Psychiatric ward) with a known case of Bipolar major Affective Disorder. Her relatives brought her to AVBRH, where she is admitted with the chief complaint of low mood, muttering to herself, violent and abusive behavior. A case of bipolar major affective disorder is been identified. Both manic and hypomanic episodes are feasible. Bouncy, jumpy, or wired unusually. Increased activity, excitement, or energy. Feelings of satisfaction and self-assurance that are exaggerated (euphoria). Thyroid function testing and urine analyses were done with a A/B testing A simple randomized controlled experiment was done. A variety of procedures is used, including (CBC) complete blood count, (MRI)Magnetic Resonance Imaging, (CT) scan Computed Tomography, Mental Status Examination, and (ECT)Electroconvulsive Therapy with Psychotherapy. Therapeutic Intervention: Olanzapine, sodium valproate, capacitance, and cloze, chlorpromazine are examples of pharmacological therapy given. Conclusion: After treatment, the patient's manic episodes stop and her symptoms began to fade.

Aim of the Study: To assess the effectiveness of self-instructional module on healthy sleep hygiene habits on quality of sleep, among arthritis patients. Study Design: The design that will be used in the study is One Group Pre Test Post Test research design. Methodology: A study used a pre-test post-test design with no control group and a pre-experimental design. The study will be conducted during December 2021 to May 2021.The impact of self-instructional module on healthy sleep hygiene habits on quality of sleep, among arthritis patients will be assessed using the purposive sampling technique. In this study Evaluatory research approach will be used. Selected 140 arthritis patients will be assessed primarily for knowledge by giving structured questionnaires regarding healthy sleep hygiene habits and then self-instructional module on healthy sleep hygiene habits on quality of sleep, will be given to the selected sample developed by researcher as intervention. Expected Results: To assess the effectiveness of self-instructional module on healthy sleep hygiene habits on quality of sleep, among arthritis patients. In this study self-instructional module on healthy sleep hygiene habits on quality of sleep will be useful in improving the arthritis patient’s knowledge. Conclusion: The conclusion will be drawn from the results and will be published in per review journal.

The rate of decline in renal function and progression of end stage kidney disease is related to the underlying disorder. Conclusion: My patient was a known case of chronic renal failure and he had complaint of irritation abdominal pain, back pain, giddiness. After getting proper treatment his condition was better than previous condition.

It affects people of all ages, with the majority of cases occurring between the ages of 10 and 30, and both boys and females are afflicted equally. Appendicitis is substantially less common in developing nations, particularly regions of Africa, and among lower socioeconomic levels. After being diagnosed with appendicitis, a 24-year-old male was taken to AVBRH with complaints of pain in the right iliac fossa, nausea, and vomiting. The findings of the examination were consistent with acute appendicitis. His systemic health remained unaffected, and testing such as blood tests, urine samples, and abdominal ultrasounds were inconclusive. Case Presentation: We're reporting on the case of a 45-year-old man who was admittedt in our facility. He had clinical and radiological evidence of fibrodysplasia ossificans progressing, as well as multiple painful lumps on his back due to hard masses and rigidity of his shoulders, neck, and left hip.His left hip ossification was surgically removed, but he experienced an increased ossification reaction and early impairment as a result. Conclusion: Fibrodysplasia ossificans progressive is an uncommon and severe illness that, if misdiagnosed, can result in inappropriate surgical intervention and early paralysis with disastrous consequences. We need to educate clinicians and patients' families concerning the disease, as well as its symptoms for early detection and how to prevent flare-ups, in order to improve quality of life.

Diagnostic Evaluation: He is a male patient who is 22 years old. And all diagnostic testing has been completed. Contrast-enhanced computed tomography of the abdomen, ultrasonography, complete blood count: 12.8 gm/dl. Therapeutic Intervention: Patient was treated injection meropenem 500 milligram thrice a day, injection Levoflox 500 milligram one time a day, injection pan 40 milligram one time a day, injection Emeset 4 milligram thrice a day, injection Tramadol 100 milligram thrice a day, injection Thiamine 100 milligram thrice a day, injection mucomix 600 milligram twice a day, injection Doxy 100 milligram twice a day, Injection Hydrocort 100 milligram thrice a day, Syrup, Kesol 2TSP thrice a day. Outcome: The patient’s overall condition gotten better. Nursing Perspectives: Changing the fluid dextrose normal saline and ringer lactate were set up in the first place. Outcomes: After the treatment, the child shows improvement. His weakness and fatigue ger relieved and pain in muscle had relieved. Conclusion: A 5 years old male child was admitted in the prdiatric ward no. 18 , Acharya Vinoba Bhave Rural Hospital on date 31 july 2021 with a case of Guillian Barre Syndrome (GBS). He had the complaint of weakness, fatigue, lack of co-ordination, difficulty in swallowing .After getting an appropriate treatment, the patient’s condition has improved than that of previous.

Introduction: Cellulitis is a serious bacterial skin infection. The skin is swollen and red, and it feels warm and uncomfortable to the touch. Cellulitis is most commonly found in the lower legs, although it can also appear on the face, arms, and other regions of the body. Bacteria enter the body through a crack or break in the skin. The infection can spread to your lymph nodes and bloodstream if left untreated, creating a major health danger. It is rarely passed down from one generation to the next. Clinical Findings: The patient presented with a non-healing ulcer for 30days, due to the insect bite 1month ago on right foot which is being developed into non-healing ulcer on right foot. A 20x6cm wound over the right foot was seen on a plain film radiograph of the knee. It consists of necrotic debris, underlying tendons exposed, peripheral cold and pigmentation. Foul smelling is not present. Based on the appearance of the spreading erythema and radiographically confirmed findings, cellulitis was diagnosed. Therapeutic Intervention: Inj. Ceftriaxone 1gm IV BD; Inj. PAN 40mg IV OD; Inj. Emset 4 mg IV TD; Inj. Neomal 100 ml IV TDS; Inj. MVI IV OD; Tab. Dolo 650 mg TDS; Tab Limcee 500 mg OD; Cap. Conclusion: My patient was admitted to Surgery Ward, A.V.B.R.H with a known case of Cellulitis and he had a complaint of non-healing-ulcer over the right limb. After getting appropriate treatment his condition was approved.

A case of an 39-year-old male with a history of diabetic presented to the emergency room with acute onset shortness of breath, epigastric pain and chest pain. The stomach bulges up into the chest through that opening in a hiatal hernia (also known as a hiatus hernia). The client was having burning sensation in epigastric region since from 2-5 year, acid reflux after taking food, heartburn, nausea, regurgitation, vomiting, and abdominal pain and irritation. After the physical examination, history collection and investigations he was diagnosed as case of hiatus hernia.The study's main focus is on professional management and excellent nursing care, which may be able to give the holistic care that hiatus hernia requires while also efficiently treating the difficult case. Doctor manage with Iv fluids, cap. Doxycycline 100 mg, tab.dolo 650 mg, tab.larigo 650 mg, emset 4 mg injection Once a day, she was also given the Calcium Tab. Her condition has improved as a result of the treatment. The fever and agony had subsided. Conclusion: My patient was admitted to Acharya vinoba bhave rural hospital with a known case of malaria and a fever and discomfort complaint. Her condition improved after she received proper therapy.

Cellulitis of the lower limbs is a potentially dangerous condition (Halpern et al, 2008). Rubor or erythema, which is warm to the touch and often combined with a degree of localised oedema, is the most common symptom. However, because diagnosis is dependent exclusively on clinical data, it is commonly misdiagnosed [1]. There are a number of different illnesses that have symptoms that are similar to cellulitis. His liver function and coagulation studies were normal. A diagnostic work-up that includes blood cultures, dengue, malaria smear, typhoid, and other tests. The following tests were sent: leptospirosis, monospot and stool investigations, and Clostridium difficile PCR [3]. Therapeutic Intervention: Four primary analgesic drugs, antibiotics drug in penicillin. Conclusion: My patient, a 65-year-old man, was hospitalised to the Hospital's medicine ward on June12, 2021.Fever, pain over right lower leg, wound present right dorsal foot, fatigue, malaise, and edema were among the symptoms that the patient had. His health improved when he received appropriate treatment. The patient was follow up after 1 weak [4].

Conclusion: The patient was admitted in the hospital with the chief complaint of severe chest pain, breathlessness, excessive palpitation, vertigo and sweating since 4 months and his condition was very critical and the patient was admitted in AVBR Hospital and immediate treatment was started.

Introduction: Necrotizing pancreatitis (NP) is a health problem in which part of pancreas dies. This is because of inflammation or injury. If the dead tissue gets infected, it can cause serious issues. Pancreatitis is inflammation of the pancreas. During recurring attacks of pancreatitis, tissues within pancreas may die and later become infected. This condition is called as acute necrotizing pancreatitis. Case Presentation: A 48 yr old male visited in AVBRH with the chief complaints of pain in epigastric region, recurrent vomiting, and abdominal distention since 7 days. Otherwise client was alright. After undergoing investigations such as complete blood count, liver function test, kidney function test, CT Scan (Computed tomography) and sonography etc. He was diagnosed with Acute Necrotizing Pancreatitis and was admitted to male medi- cine ward No.29. He had past medical history of pain in epigastric region, fever, abdominal distention, since 5days. For these complaints his family members referred him in “Get Life Hospital” at Amravati. He was treated with antibiotics, analgesic, After CT scan, Sonography it was found that there was Acute pan- creatitis. That’s why his family members admitted him at A.V.B.R Hospital for further treatment. Conclusion: These results support nonsurgical management, including early antibiotic treatment, in patients with sterile pancreatic necrosis. Patients respond well to treatment.

Introduction: Hodgkin lymphoma, which also accounts up 11% of all lymphomas, is named Hodgkin's disease. This malignant disease is known as the Reed-Sternberg-cell, which is situated in lymph-nodes and is characterized by the proliferation of irregular gait. The disease occurs more often in those between 15-30 years and over 55 and is doubling prevalent in women, in men and women. The sickness is bimodal age specific. Conclusion: A 11 year male child was admitted to pediatric ward no.22 in AVBRH on 25/05/2021 with a unique case of Hodgkin’s lymphoma with severe pain and discompfort. He was admitted in hospital and all investigation and treatment were started. After getting medical treatment and physiotherapy he shows great improvement and the treatment was still going on till my last date of care.

This COVID 19 pandemic impact make the children to stay at home only and government of India has been supported the online education for the children and because of that change the whole learning system in India. While attending the classes at home mostly the parents don’t have that much knowledge regarding ergonomics to prevent the lot of physical as well as mental health problems, impact of poor ergonomics kids faced lot of problems like headache, back pain, knee pain, eye irritation etc as we called as repetitive strain injuries and musculoskeletal health has been deteriorated. Conclusion: Parents and teachers do not appear to involve schoolchildren in conversations about safe computing behaviors, which might be due to their own lack of understanding of computer ergonomics and also the impact of COVID 19 Pandemic drastically affect the children’s schooling and have to learn at home through the online education system. Ergonomic education should also include into the school curriculum as future necessity.

Typhoid fever is a major health problem globally. Typhoid fever is an enteric fever characterized by systemic illness along with abdominal pain and fever in a "step-ladder" pattern. Typhoid fever is one of the major causes of mortality and morbidity in overcrowded and unhygienic areas though comprehensive research and public health interventions have decreased the occurrence. Patient is having sign symptoms as gastrointestinal symptoms, malaise, hepatomegaly, and high liver enzymes presented with a two-week fever. As a differential diagnosis, a Widal test is done and two blood cultures were requested; both came out positive, confirming the diagnosis of typhoid fever caused by Salmonella typhi. Treatment with ceftriaxone and metronidazole was stared prior to confirmation of the diagnosis, with a partial response; later, pharmacological therapy was altered based on ciprofloxacin susceptibility testing, with a satisfactory clinical response. We look at how to diagnose and treat enteric fever, with an importance to typhoid fever. Symptoms or important clinical finding:- A 6 year old male was admitted in A.V.B.R.H on date 12/03/2021 with chief complaint of abdominal discomfort, malaise, problems such as fever since 2 weeks, gastrointestinal symptoms, lethargy, hepatomegaly, and an increased liver enzyme. Diagnosis therapeutic intervention and outcome: A case is diagnosed as Typhoid Fever. After physical examination and investigation, doctor was detected a case of 6 week. Therapeutic intervention and outcome: Also provide a calcium supplements and iron supplements present case was stable but according to ultrasonography finding. Outcome- Good sanitation, improved water supply, and a suitable sewage waste matter system, as well as the successful use of existing typhoid vaccinations, can all help to avoid typhoid fever. Nursing Perspective: Administration fluid replacement .i.e DNS and RL monitored vital signs per hourly. Maintained temperature chart 2 hourly strictly, maintained intake output chart properly. Tablet paracetamol, antibiotics given as per doctor’s order. Conclusion: Good sanitation, improved water supply, and a suitable sewage waste matter system, as well as the successful use of existing typhoid vaccinations, can all help to avoid typhoid fever.

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on school children especially in their academic performance which may affect their mental health. The College students bear more pressure and have more serious physical and mental health problems. Due to the recent social changes in the education domain (e.g., the sharing of educational resources and advances in communication technology), the use of distance education is more and more, which changes the communication patterns between teachers and students, increases the isolation and independence of students, and thus becomes an important source of pressure for students [1]. Aim of the Study: To assess the level of stress during COVID-19 pandemic among the students of 10th and 12th standard. 2. To associate the level of stress during COVID-19 pandemic among the students of 10th and 12th standard with demographic variables. Methodology: An descriptive study will be use to assess the level of stress during COVID-19 pandemic among the 10th and 12th standard students in Wardha, Maharashtra. A purposive sampling technique will be use to pick the sample. A total 100 students who met the inclusion criteria will be select for this study. A Perceived Stress Scale was created to assess the stress. Expected Results: This study is mainly planned to assess the level of stress in students of 10th and 12th standard with the help of Perceived Stress Scale and demographic variables. Outcome: The client's condition has improved as a result of the treatment. He has no longer generalized bodily aches, and his anxiety levels have decreased. Conclusion: A 25-year-old man was admitted to Acharya Vinoba Bhave Hospital's Medicine ward with a history of sickle cell anaemia and complaints of nonspecific body aches and anxiousness. His condition improved after he received proper therapy.

Serum alphafetoprotein and HCG is elevated as condition progress. Therapeutic Intervention: Patient treated with inj. Bleomycin, inj. Cisplatin, inj.Etoposide, tab Pan 40 miligram and inj. Emset. Conclusion: A 3year old female was admitted in AVBRH Sawangi Meghe wardha with the major complaint of right abdominal swelling for 6 month, both when they observed abdominal mass without pain and swelling was small in size and backache and weight loss.

Chronic lymphocytic leukaemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and primary cutaneous B-cell lymphoma are all examples of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Non-Lymphoma Hodgkin's is the sixth most prevalent malignancy in the United States, with incidence rates nearly doubling in the last 35 years. With each decade of life, the incidence rises; the median age upon diagnosis is 66. In India, the incidence rates in urban regions are many times higher than in rural areas, with the incidence being higher in metropolitan cities and among Indian immigrants, implying that urban lifestyles and economic advancement may boost cancer incidence. In 2010, NHL was projected to have caused roughly 0.36 million new cases and 0.19 million deaths. Case Presentation: A male patient of Two and half years from Shiwangaon MO, was admitted to Paediatric Ward, AVBRH on 31st May, 2021 with a known case of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma which was diagnosed itself at AVBRH on 31st May,2021. My patient was brought with a chief complain of swelling in the testicular region for 6 days. As narrated by the patient’s father, my patient was apparently alright 6 months back and then patient develop swelling in temporal region suddenly, associated with pain on touch, as the swelling develops more and uncomfortable, patient was brought immediately to AVBRH and was admitted in Paediatric Ward for further investigation.

Introduction: Lip cancers are the most prevalent oral-maxillary malignancy. Lip cancer can be caused by a number of things, including smoking, exposure to ultraviolet (UV) rays, and drinking alcohol [1] In this article we report a case of lower lip squamous cell carcinoma in a 59 year old male patient who smoked heavily and had a history of direct sun exposure, and uv rays. His case report is important attributable to recurrent axillary metastases occurred after subsequent treatment. Clinical Findings: The patient chief complaint is burning sensation on consumption of hot & spicy food since 3 months, apraxia, difficulty in mastication since 2 months approximately & nerve parenthesis in lower lip. Diagnostic Evaluation: Hemoglobin (HB) -13.2gm,mch-27.9fl,mchc-33.3%, Total red blood cell (RBC) count-4.72million/cu.mm Rdw- 12.7%, Total white blood cell (WBC) count- 16500cu.mm, Monocytes -4%, Granulocytes- 85%, Lymphocytes -10%, Esonophils-2%, Basophilis-0%, Total platelet count-2.68 cu. mm. Histopathology report: A multiple, irregular, reddish, brownish tissue pieces aggregating 1×1cm. selection from given tissue piece shows histopathological features are suggestive of well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. Therapeutic Intervention: post-chemo hydration, post-chemo drugs, BEP Chemotherapy (Bleomycin, Etoposide, Cisplatin). Summary and Conclusions: The patient who was a 59 years old male was admitted to the oral surgery ward. The patient was diagnosed as having squamous cell carcinoma of the lip and he had complained of having burning sensation on consumption of hot & spicy food over the preceding 3 months, apraxia and difficulty in mastication, over a period of about 2 months, and nerve paresthesia within his lower lip. He underwent mandibulectomy with excision of the tumour. Following radical mandibulectomy and adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy, the patient has remained well with no evidence of metastasis at his 4 months follow-up based upon clinical assessment and radiology imaging which does illustrate that radical surgery, plus chemo-radiation for locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma has been shown to be associated with a good short-term outcome and after further follow-up assessments, the long-term outcome of radical surgery and adjuvant chemotherapy would be known.

A 56- years old patient was admitted in AVBRH on date 9/12/2020 in ICU with the chief complaint of abdominal distension, breathlessness on exertion, pedal edema, fever since 8 days. After admitted in hospital all investigation was done including blood test, ECG, fluid cytology, peripheral smear, ultrasonography, etc. All investigation conducted and then final diagnosis confirmed as cirrhosis of liver. Patient was not having any history of communicable disease or any hereditary disease but he has history of hypertension and type II Diabetes mellitus for 12 years. Patient was COVID-19 negative and admitted in intensive care unit. Patient had been undergone with various investigations like physical examination, blood test, CSF fluid examination, ascitic fluid examination, fluid cytology, peripheral smear, ultrasonography, RT-PCR etc. Patient was treated with tab. farobact ER 300 mg BD, tab. Lasix 40 mg OD, tab. Udilive 300 mg BD, tab. Rifagut 300 mg BD, tab. Metformin 500 mg OD, tab. Amlo 5mg OD, syp. Duphalac 30ml HS. Monitor vital signs, maintain input output, Monitoring and managing potential complications like, bleeding and haemorrhage, hepatic encephalopathy, fluid volume excess, monitor laboratory tests as indicated, Identify and assess for pedal edema. Conclusion: Cirrhosis of the liver is one of the final stages of liver disease. It is a serious condition, causing scarring and permanent damage to the liver. Life expectancy depends on the stage and type of cirrhosis of liver. Cirrhosis progresses, more and more scar tissue forms, making it difficult for the liver to function (decompensated cirrhosis). Advanced cirrhosis is life-threatening. If liver cirrhosis is diagnosed early and the cause is treated, further damage can be limited and, rarely, reversed.

A vestibular schwannoma or acoustic neurinoma, or acoustic neurilemoma is a slow growing benign tumor arises balance and hearing nerves in the inner ear. It is caused by overabundance of Schwann type of cell, which support and insulate nerve fibers, wrap onion skin around them. The nerves that control hearing and balance are impaired when vestibular schwannoma increases in size, resulting in hearing loss that is one-sided or asymmetric, tinnitus and loss of balance. When a tumor develops large enough, obstruct the facial nerve, resulting in numbness in the face. Vestibular schwannomas can also damage the facial nerve, resulting in facial weakness or paralysis on the tumor's side. If the tumor becomes large enough, it press against surrounding brain areas like the cerebellar and brainstem, posing a life-deteriorating hazard.(1) 17 years old male child was admitted in neuro ward with rare case of right acoustic and left trigeminal schwannoma, hydrocephalus with neurofibroma. In the present case, the treatment approach was mainly underwent in the form of right V.P.Shunt done and treated with antibiotics, antacids, anticonvulsants, analgesics, brain stimulants, protectants, multivitamins and other supportive treatment. Nurses have to play an important role to identify such type of symptoms and they should think critically, take action immediately to provide care to such type of patients.

Central line associated blood stream infection (CLABSI), is a substantial contributor to in-hospital morbidity and death, as well as increased cost and length of stay in the intensive care unit (ICU). CLABSIs are one of the most deadly for each infection is expected to have a mortality rate of 12-25 percent. CLABSI prevention is important, and nurses play a vital role. Nurses are required to complete initial training as well as annual competence tests for central venous catheter protocol and other skills to ensure that they are delivering direct care to patients using the most up-to-date evidence-based practices. Conclusion: CLABSI prevention bundles are the best method for implementing many interventions at once in addition to standardizing practice. Standard prevention bundles in addition to routine CLABSI education for staff are the most effective methods for preventing infection; it is inevitable that compliance with bundles will vary across healthcare institutions.

Aim of the Study: To assess the effectiveness of planned teaching on assisting self-care activities of patients with plaster of Paris casts of lower extremities among caregivers. Study Design: The design that will be used in the study is One Group Pretest Posttest research design. Methodology: A study used a pre-test post-test design with no control group and a pre-experimental design. The impact of planned teaching on assisting self-care activities of patients with plaster of Paris casts of the lower extremities among caregivers will be assessed using the purposive sampling technique. In this study Evaluatory research approach will be used. Selected 100 caregivers of patients with plaster of Paris cast of lower extremities will be assessed primarily for knowledge in assisting self-care activities by structured questionnaires and then planned teaching will be given to the selected sample developed by researcher as intervention. Expected Results: To assess the effectiveness of planned teaching on assisting self-care activities of patients with plaster of Paris casts of lower extremities among caregivers. In this study the planned teaching will be useful in improving the caregivers knowledge in assisting selfcare activities. Conclusion: The conclusion will be drawn from the results and will be published in per review journal.

Mycobacterium tuberculosis is the bacteria that cause tuberculosis. If the infection is not treated immediately the bacterium passes via the circulatory system and spread other organs and tissues. Pathogen will travel to the meninges and causes inflammation of membranes called as tubercular meningitis. Here, the authors report a case of tuberculous meningitis a 42- years-old male patient with the chief complaints of low grade fever with chills since 1 month, headache in frontal region since 5-6 days, altered sensorium, breathing difficulty, reduced speech and left side weakness of the body since 1 day. After admitting in the ward all investigation done like MRI brain, ECG, lumbar puncture, blood tests etc. and he diagnosed as tuberculous meningitis. Patient admitted in AVBRH in ICU, investigations done, where patient was on NIV support, nasogastric tube, foleys catheter and it has been removed as patient was improving the condition and shifted in ward. Patient medical treatment in the ward was inj. C-tri 2 gm, Inj.levoflox 500 mg, inj. thimine 100 mg, Inj.Dexamethasone 10 mg, tab. Pan 40 mg, tab. Akt4 3, Inj.manitol, tab. Lorazepam. History collection, Physical examination, neurological assessment and nursing care plan were done after all treatment patient condition has been improved.

The neglected ectopic pregnancy may results in the fallopian tube can burst, internal abdominal bleeding, shock, and serious blood loss and later complication is septicemia. As a health care professional it’s very important to manage certain complication with medical and surgical management. Main Symptoms and/or Important Clinical Findings: A 20 years old female with post operative case of Exploratory Laparotomy admitted in A.V.B.R.H. on 14/02/2021.with chief complaints of the after undergone certain investigation she has diagnosed as Exploratory Laparotomy with septicemia as post-op complication. The Main Diagnoses, Therapeutic Interventions, and Outcomes: A 20 years old female with post-operative Exploratory Laparotomy for Ruptured Ectopic Pregnancy operated case with septicemia, with chief complaints of acute abdominal pain, and vaginal bleeding the doctors manage her initially with I.V. fluids, antibiotics, Zonac suppository and adequate nursing management. Nursing Perspectives: The nursing interventions initiated for managing present case are fluid replacement therapy, monitoring vital sign per hourly, monitoring the CBC reports and other investigations like USG abdomen, blood glucose levels. Maintained TPR Chart, I/O Charting, abdominal girth charting. Conclusion: In the Present case the patient of A 20 year old female with post operative exploratory laparotomy for ruptured ectopic pregnancy with septicemia it has been managed with the therapeutic and surgical treatment ,right now the patient condition then patient has discharged on dated 22/2/21.

Objective: Aim of the study to assess the risk of constipation among patients undergoing abdominal surgery. Constipation is a gastrointestinal tract condition which can lead to abnormal stools, uncomfortable storage and passing with pain and stiffness. Constipation is one of the gastrointestinal system's functional impairments. Various symptoms also include bloating, pushing, abdominal and rectal pain, a feeling of fullness in the rectum or extreme defecation, a lack of full discharge, and stool infrequency (usually less than three times a week). Constipation problem is a condition that is prevalent in abdominal surgery patients in the preoperative and postoperative period due to physiological and psychological factors. While constipation does not endanger life. Bowel frequency is affected by many variables, including dietary factors, emotional state, immobility, prior history of bowel elimination problem, and psychological morbidity after abdominal surgery. Constipation is a common issue that many individuals face. Materials and Methods: The cross sectional research study conducted in AVBR hospital Sawangi Meghe, Wardha district with quantitative research approach. Sample size was 85. Sample was undergoing abdominal surgery patients. Tool was structured questionnaire including Patients characteristics & constipation risk assessment scale. Results: 48.24% of patients undergoing abdominal surgery had no risk of developing constipation, 29.41% had low risk of constipation, 14.12% had moderate and 8.23% of the patients undergoing abdominal surgery had severe risk of constipation. Minimum risk of constipation was 0 and maximum was 17. Mean risk of constipation was 5.14±5.71. Conclusion: This study can help to assess the risk of constipation among undergoing abdominal surgery patients and make them aware about risk of constipation.

Investigation needs amore evaluation to find out other causes of hypercalcemia.Incidence rate of immobilization hypercalcemiais 11?22% in spinal cord injury group and 20?30% in immobilized patients secondaryto fractures in 2 caseseries .Usually itoccurs 4?6 weeks post trauma (1 week?16weeks)may stay elevated for up to 12 monthsbased onmobilization. Aim-To determine the prevalence of hypercalcemia among immobilized patients.Materials and Methods-An analytical research approach and a cross-sectional research design were used.The study was conducted in Acharya Vinoba Bhave Rural Hospital; Sawangi Meghe Wardha.The sampleswere selected using purposive sampling technique, sample size was 30 and blood test done for screeningafter written informed consent.There were total 30 patients, blood samples which were carried out duringstudyperiod, it was concluded that out of 30 immobilized patients 14 patients is having hypercalcemia inimmobilized state. The study found that there was a person suffering from hypercalcemia in their immobilizedstate. Hence this study helps in treatment of hypercalcemia during their immobilized state of the patients.From this study it is concluded that 46.67 % of the patients suffering from hypercalcemia.

Men is at a higher risk than females for COVID-19. ConclusionAccording to this short communication article, two groups of people are at higher risk of developing severeCOVID-19 disease. Old age people and individuals with underlying disabilities such as heart problems,asthma, chronic lung disease and cancer are more vulnerable to severe disease. These peoples have to takemore precaution to prevent covid -19 infections.

Introduction: Playing online games has become a most popular leisure activity in many parts of the world, which may impact people's health as a result of excessive gaming, most commonly among students. Some computer-related and vision-related researches have measured the physical and ocular effects and binocular vision separately. India has second largest number of users of cell phones. In India, few studies conducted to assess its impact on health. Presently, the incidence of internet gaming disorder among the adolescent group was between 1.3% to 19.9%. Aim: To determine the effectiveness of self-instructional module on knowledge regarding vision hazards while playing online games among junior college students. Materials and Methods: A pre-experimental pre-test, post-test research design was used to conduct this study. The study was conducted during September 2019 to February 2020 and the setting was selected in the New English junior college, Wardha (Maharashtra) after getting ethical permission. (Ref. no: DMIMS (DU)/IEC/Sept-2019/8494). Purposive sampling was the sampling method used to collect data from junior college students (11th standard students) on the basis of structured knowledge questionnaire. After collecting pre-test data, self-instructional module was given for intervention of vision hazards while playing online games to junior college students. Seven days were provided to the samples for utilising self-instructional module which was organised for 45-50 minutes. Post-test information was gathered after seven days from the day of intervention. The data were described by frequency, percentage and t-test was used to describe the difference between pre-test and post-test knowledge score. Chi-square test was also used to find out the association between knowledge of junior college students regarding vision hazards while playing online games and selected demographic variables. Results: There was a significant difference between pre-test and post-test knowledge scores interpreted that self-instructional module on knowledge regarding vision hazards while playing online games among junior college students were effective. Mean value of pre-test was 7.82 and post-test was 15.62 and standard deviation values of pre-test was ±1.88 and post-test was ±0.58. The calculated t-value was 39 and p-value was 0.0001. Conclusion: The study was effective because the post-test knowledge score improved than the pre-test knowledge score. So, the self-instructional module has proved to improve junior college student’s knowledge regarding vision hazards while playing online games.

The most prevalentnutritional condition is anaemia worldwide. Prevalence in India of anemia among young girls were 56 % andthis amount to an average 64 million girls at any point in time.Aim: To determine the effectiveness of planned teaching on knowledge regarding prevention of nutritionalanemia among adolescence.Materials and Methods: A pre-experimental pre-test, post-test research design was used to conduct thisstudy. The setting was selected in the Kasturba Vidya Mandir Sewagram,Wardha (Maharashtra) after getting ethical permission. Purposive sampling was the sampling method used tocollect data from 9th standard students on the basis of structured knowledge questionnaire. After collectingpre-test data, planned teaching was given for intervention regarding prevention of nutritional anemia toadolescencents. Seven days were provided to the samples for utilizing planned teaching which was organizedfor 45-50 minutes. Post-test information was gathered after seven days from the day of intervention. Thedata were described by frequency, percentage and t-test was used to describe the difference between pre-testand post-test knowledge score. Chi-square test was also used to find out the association between knowledgeof 9th standard students regarding prevention of nutritional anaemia and selected demographic variables.Results: There was a significant difference between pre-test and post-test knowledge scores interpreted thatplanned teaching on knowledge regarding prevention of nutritional anaemia among adolescencents wereeffective. Mean value of pretest was 10.10 and posttest was 19.08and standard deviation values of pretestwas ±2.27and posttest was ±2.21. The calculated t-value was 19.66and p-value was 0.000.Conclusion: - The study was effective because the post-test knowledge score improved than the pre-testknowledge score. So the planned teaching has proved to improve 9th standard students knowledge regardingprevention of nutritional anaemia.

COVID-19 was proven to be a pandemic in early 2020 by the World Health Organisation (WHO). At present, 213 countries have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. In the history of global pandemics, COVID-19 has had a major impact on society as it has killed humans, spread human suffering and uprooted the lives of the people. Across the globe, there are 18,705,096 confirmed cases, 11,922,692 recovered cases, 704,385 deaths, and 6,078,019 active cases as of, 5 August 2020. It has affected the world’s economic, social and political status. Poor people belonging to the lower strata of society face more difficulties during pandemics. They are unable to secure their daily bread as well as other basic needs. The impact of COVID-19 on the poor and the role of society have been addressed.
