Abstract

This paper deals with a novel nonlinear coupled nonlocal reaction-diffusion system proposed for image restoration, characterized by the advantages of preserving low gray level features and textures.The gray level indicator in the proposed model is regularized using a new method based on porous media type equations, which is suitable for recovering noisy blurred images. The well-posedness, regularity, and other properties of the model are investigated, addressing the lack of theoretical analysis in those existing similar types of models. Numerical experiments conducted on texture and satellite images demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model in denoising and deblurring tasks., Comment: 28 pages,7 figures

Abstract

Using the generalized Young measure theory, we extend the theory of Young measure solutions to a class of quasilinear parabolic equations with linear growth, and introduce the concept of generalized Young measure solutions. We prove the existence and uniqueness of the generalized Young measure solutions. A doubly degenerate parabolic equation in non-divergent form with variable growth is investigated in this paper. In suitable spaces, we prove the existence of weak solutions of the equation for cases $1\leq m < 2$ and $m\geq 2$ in different ways. And we establish the non-expansion of support of the solution for the problem.

Abstract

In this paper, we study a class of fractional $1$-Laplacian diffusion equations with variable orders, proposed as a model for multiplicative noise removal. The existence and uniqueness of the weak solution are proven. To overcome the difficulties in the approximation process,we place particular emphasis on studying the density propertiesof the variable-order fractional Sobolev spaces. Abstract

To solve the multi-parameter and multi-objective optimization problem in the intelligent resource allocation of textile enterprises, Multi-P-LevyFOA is proposed. Firstly, a multi-parameter and multi-objective resource allocation model for intelligent transformation of textile enterprises is established. Then, if the number of iterations is less than or equal to 2/3 of the total number of iterations, based on the random number of Levy flight, the population position is updated to expand the search range and avoid falling into local optimization. When the number of iterations is greater than 2/3 of the total number, the population position is updated with random numbers of uniform distribution, and the search range is narrowed to avoid jumping out of the optimal value range. The global and local optimization ability of the algorithm at different iteration times are analyzed, and the time complexity of Multi-P-LevyFOA algorithm is analyzed and compared with standard FOA and five improved FOA, and its convergence is proven. The performance of Multi-P-LevyFOA is compared with other four improved FOA, the influence of threshold SEP of the algorithm on the 22 benchmark functions is analyzed, and the influence law of β parameter on the optimization effect of the algorithm in Levy flight is studied. Finally, taking the intelligent resource allocation of a textile enterprise in Shaanxi province as an example, the feasibility of Multi-P-LevyFOA is verified. Experimental results show that the Multi-P-LevyFOA can effectively solve the multi-parameter and multi-objective optimization problem under appropriate βparameters, which provides a reference for the intelligent resource allocation of textile enterprises.

Abstract

The key performance parameters of spinning frame are difficult to be indentified and the performance degradation model is difficult to be established. To solve the problem, a reliability evaluation method for multiple performance degradation process of spinning frame is proposed. The relationship between the performance parameters of the spinning frame was analyzed, and the subjective and objective comprehensive weight identification method was used to screen the monitored performance parameters. The parameters with comprehensive weight greater than 0.5 were selected as the characterization parameters of the performance degradation of the spinning frame. The Wiener process was used to fit the multiple parameter degradation failure track. The Copula function was used to analyze the correlation of multiple parameter degradation failure process, and the Gibbs algorithm was used to estimate the parameters. The application results show that the proposed reliability evaluation method is in line with the actual production, and has high accuracy, which is helpful to improve the reliability level of spinning frame performance.

Abstract

To provide the personalized services for learners according to user’s learning behavior, firstly, through theory of Fuzzy Ontology, the ambiguity and uncertainty of information in E-learning recommendation system was analyzed, and fuzzy information was extended to the ontology. Secondly, the user interest estimation based on behavior was studied in term of user’s learning preferences and cognitive status, user profile was described by the learning object, and then a user model updating algorithm was proposed. Finally, a fuzzy recommendation system based on user profile was built. As verified by experiment, the results have shown that the system can provided the personalized learning services according to user’s learning behavior, and it is useful in describing user preferences.

To identify the irregular fluctuation of the spinning quality, and to control abnormal behavior of influencing factors in the spinning process, first, through massive spinning data, fluctuation reasons of the spinning quality output characteristic values were analyzed from influencing factors (human, equipment, environment, and etc.), and then computed the correlation degree among influencing factors and quality characteristics values. Second, through the theory of probability statistics, a linear relationship between influencing factors and quality characteristic values was built, and then generation mechanism, interaction relationship and behavioral characteristics of influencing factors were explored. Finally, an intelligent control method for the spinning quality was proposed. As verified by application practice, the proposed method has achieved a full range control of the fluctuation regular of the spinning quality, which are from fluctuation reason to generation mechanism, and to mutual relationship and behavior identification of influencing factors.
