The current study conducted to detect the genetic diversity between four genetic groups of Kurdish local chicken using RAPD-PCR technique. Ten random markers used to amplified DNA were selected for genotyping the four lines. One hundred twenty four polymorphic bands were amplified, the bands size ranged between (2500 and 100 bp). The primer (OPA-05, OPA-18) produced maximum number of polymorphic bands, while primers named (OPA-16) produced minimum number of polymorphic bands. The (WNFS) genetic group showed the highest number of amplified fragments (55) for both male and female (30), (25) respectively. While (BBN) genetic group showed the lowest number of amplified fragments (20) for both male and female (7), (13) respectively. According to the results obtained from the current study, it can be conclude that the four genetic groups differ genetically. Moreover the results will help the breeders to study new selection strategies between the four genetic groups.

Purpose – The present research aims to examine a range of momentum trading strategies for the tourism and hospitality sector. Design/methodology/approach – The paper followed the methodology of Jegadeesh and Titman (1993) to construct the portfolios. In this methodology, all portfolios were formed and evaluated by their cumulative stock returns over the past J periods and holding the position for the next K periods. In total, nine formation and holding periods were used, represented by 3, 6 and 12. For example, strategy 3–3 (that is, strategy with J = 3 and K = 3) refers to the strategy that stocks are ranked based on their previous three months and then held for the next three months. Findings – The findings demonstrated that none of these momentum investing strategies was profitable. Most of the results, however, show positive, but insignificant momentum returns. This finding can be interpreted as price reversal over a horizon of three to twelve months in the US hospitality and tourism sector. These results are robust to size, different formation and holding combinations, beta and turnover. Research limitations/implications – Regarding the research limitations, this paper only considers the US tourism and hospitality sector. Therefore, the extension of results to other developed and developing markets should be taken carefully. Also, this paper relies only on the methodology of Jegadeesh and Titman (1993). Other methodologies could be suitable avenues for future research. Practical implications – Investors and portfolio managers who seek for earning abnormal returns by investing in the US HT stocks can attain their hopes by constructing portfolios based on existing guidelines in the literature and adopting a short-term reversal trading strategy or by buying past losers and selling past winners of the US tourism and hospitality stocks. Originality/value – This research contributes to the hospitality finance literature by offering the investors who are interested in the US hospitality and tourism sector an uncomplicated trading rule that uses real return data and is expected to generate actual returns. Background: Contrast-induced nephropathy (CIN) is characterised by a rise in serum creatinine of at least 0.5mg/dL or a relative increase of more than 25% from admission baseline to 48-72 hours after intravascular iodinated contrast media exposure. The aim of this study was to evaluate the predictive value of the PRECISE DAPT score for the development of contrast induced nephropathy (CIN) in acute coronary syndrome patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and compare its predictive power to the Mehran score. Methods: One hundred patients with acute coronary syndrome had percutaneous coronary intervention at Zagazig University Hospitals and Nasr City health Insurance as part of this prospective observational cohort study. Of the included 100 acute coronary syndrome patients, 13 had developed contrast induced nephropathy and 87 didn’t develop CIN. Results: Mehran score has 76.9% sensitivity, 64.4% specificity, and 70.65% accuracy at a cutoff value >6, making it a significant predictor of the development of CIN (AUC: 0.746, p <0.001). The AUC of 0.929, p <0.001, indicates that the Precise-DAPT score is a significant predictor of the development of CIN. Witha cutoff value greater than 23, the score has 92.3% sensitivity, 83.9% specificity, and 88.1% accuracy. Compared to the Mehran score, the precise-DAPT score is a more reliable indicator of CIN (difference between both AUCs = 0.183, p = 0.005). Conclusions: In addition to early CIN prediction, PRECISE-DAPT may be helpful in selecting treatment approaches. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Tin (Sn)–lead (Pb) mixed perovskite solar cells (PSCs) stand out as the optimal choice for the bottom subcell of the all‐perovskite tandem solar cells. One of the major challenges impeding the further enhancement of Sn–Pb mixed PSCs power conversion efficiency (PCE) is the easy oxidation of Sn2+ to Sn4+ and a large number of Sn vacancies in the perovskite films. In this work, the sources of Sn2+ oxidation in the perovskite precursor solution are systematically investigated, focusing on the oxidation state of raw materials, solvent‐dissolved oxygen, and solvent oxidizing ability. It is discovered that compared to the commonly used dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) solvent, N, N'‐Dimethylpropyleneurea (DMPU) exhibits a weaker oxidizing ability while forming excellent coordination with the perovskite precursor. Using a mixed solvent of N, N‐Dimethylformamide (DMF), and DMPU as the precursor solvent not only obviates the need for additional antioxidants but also demonstrates reduced oxidation susceptibility toward Sn–Pb mixed perovskite. Utilizing a gas‐assisted technique without anti‐solvents, high‐efficiency Sn–Pb mixed PSCs are fabricated. These findings not only deepen the understanding of the oxidation phenomena in Sn–Pb perovskite precursor solutions but also provide essential guidance for the scalable production of Sn–Pb mixed PSCs and tandem solar cells.
