The Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) has a huge impact on all of humanity, and people's disregard for COVID-19 regulations has sped up the disease's spread. Our study uses a state-of-the-art object detection model like YOLOv4 (You Only Look Once, version 4), a very effective tool, on real-time 25fps, 1920 X 1080 video data streamed live by a camera-mounted Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) quad-copter to observe proper maintenance of social distance in an area of 35m range in this study. The model has demonstrated remarkable efficacy in identifying and quantifying instances of social distancing, with an accuracy of 82% and little latency. It has been able to work efficiently with real-time streaming at 25–30 ms. Our model is based on CSPDarkNet-53, which was trained on the MS COCO dataset for image classification. It includes additional layers to capture feature maps from different phases. Additionally, the model's neck is made up of PANet, which is used to aggregate the parameters from various CSPDarkNet-53 layers. The CSPDarkNet-53's 53 convolutional layers are followed by 53 more layers in the model head, for a total of 106 completely convolutional layers in the design. This architecture is further integrated with YOLOv3, resulting in the YOLOv4 model, which will be used by our detection model. Furthermore, to differentiate humans The aforementioned method was used to evaluate drone footage and count social distance violations in real time. The aim & objectives of this research work was to develop a simple, selective, linear, precise, and accurate HPLC method for simultaneous estimation of Atorvastatin Calcium and Sildenafil in pure form. Chromatographic separation was performed with low pressure gradient using C18 column (250 X 4.6 mm, 5µ particle size). Mobile phase composed 0.05M Phosphate buffer pH-4 and Acetonitrile (30:70 v/v) at a flow rate of 1 ml/min. Detection was carried out using UV detector at 272 nm. The method was validated as per ICH guidelines. The Retention time for Atorvastatin Calcium and Sildenafil are observed as 3.34 and 3.92 minutes respectively. Linearity range was observed in concentration of 1-10µg/ml for both the drugs. The percentage recoveries of Atorvastatin Calcium and Sildenafil are 101.90% and 103.42% respectively. The correlation coefficients for both the components are close to 1. The results were found to be precise due to low values of the %RSD. It indicated that the method has good precision. LOQ for Sildenafil & for Atorvastatin Calcium were 0.046µg/ml and 0.044µg/ml and similarly LOD for both Sildenafil & for Atorvastatin Calcium was found to be 0.015µg/ml and 0.014µg/ml. Robustness & Ruggedness studies proved that the developed methods were found to be robust & rugged on deliberate changes done. A Simple, sensitive, accurate, precise HPLC method was developed and validated for the simultaneous estimation of Atorvastatin Calcium & Sildenafil. This developed method can be successfully employed for the routine quality control of dosage forms containing both the drugs in Pharmaceutical industries. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The objective of current research work was to develop and validate a simple, accurate, precise Spectrophotometric method for simultaneous determination of Atorvastatin Calcium and Sildenafil in pure form. Absorbance Subtraction technique has been used in simultaneous determination of both drugs by using UV Spectrophotometer. Methanol was used as solvent. The absorption maxima of Sildenafil and Atorvastatin Calcium was observed at 292 nm and 246 nm respectively. The Isobestic point was found to be 272 nm. Validation by UV Spectroscopy Method linearity range was determined by standard calibration method in the concentration range of Atorvastatin Calcium (3µg/ml to 27µg/ml) & Sildenafil (5µg/ml to 45µg/ml). The linearity study showed that the developed methods were linear at the specified concentration. LOQ for Sildenafil& for Atorvastatin Calcium were 0.046µg/ml and 0.044µg/ml and similarly LOD for both Sildenafil& for Atorvastatin Calcium was found to be 0.015µg/ml and 0.014µg/ml. The direct transformation of ubiquitous, but chemically inert C-H bonds into diverse functional groups is an important strategy in organic synthesis that improves the atom economy and faclitates the preparation and modification of complex molecules. In contrast to the wide applications of aryl phosphonates, their synthesis via direct C-H bond phosphonylation is a less explored area. We report here a general, mild, and broadly applicable visible-light photoredox C-H bond phosphonylation method for electron-rich arenes and heteroarenes. The photoredox catalytic protocol utilizes electron-rich arenes and biologically important heteroarenes as substrates, [Ru(bpz) 3 ][PF 6 ] 2 as photocatalyst, ammonium persulfate as oxidant, and trialkyl phosphites as the phosphorus source to provide a wide range of aryl phosphonates at ambient temperature under very mild reaction conditions., (© 2017 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. Photosynthetic organisms exploit antenna chromophores to absorb light and transfer excitation energy to the reaction center where redox reactions occur. In contrast, in visible-light chemical photoredox catalysis, a single species (i.e., the photoredox catalyst) absorbs light and performs the redox chemistry. Mimicking the energy flow of the biological model, we report a two-center photoredox catalytic approach in which the tasks of light energy collection and electron transfer (i.e., redox reactions) are assigned to two different molecules. Ru(bpy) 3 Cl 2 absorbs the visible light and transfers the energy to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons that enable the redox reactions. This operationally simple sensitization-initiated electron transfer enables the use of arenes that do not absorb visible light, such as anthracene or pyrene, for photoredox applications.
