This study was carried out to examine the relationship between perfectionism, which is a personality trait, and work-family conflict. Also, within the scope of the study, the differences between the demographic characteristics of the participants and their perfectionism attitudes and the work-family conflict were tried to be determined. The sample of the study consists of 203 nurses working in the public sector. The analyzes revealed that there was a significant difference between the perfectionism attitudes of the participants and their levels of work-family and family-work conflict. Accordingly, participants with high maladaptive perfectionism scores experience more work-family conflicts than those who are adaptive perfectionists and non-perfectionists. The analyzes also showed that participants with a tendency to perfection experience higher levels of family-work conflict. Finally, significant differences were found between the perfectionism attitudes of the participants and the administrative task, gender and work-family conflict, the variables of administrative duty and number of children and family-work conflict. Findings obtained within the scope of the research are discussed in the context of the literature.

Women are an important part of today's business life. Nevertheless, research shows that gender discrimination is a frequently encountered problem in working life. These findings, however, focus on gender discrimination within the enterprise. In other words, gender discrimination practices that may exist during recruitment and placement before employment are relatively neglected in the literature. The aim of the study, in the framework of the ads and civil engineering context of Turkey, is to reveal whether there is gender discrimination in the job advertisements, which is the first stage of the recruitment process. Within the scope of the study, 112 civil engineering advertisement published on www.kariyer.net between 01-31 January 2019 has been examined by using content analysis method. Analysis shows that almost all of the job advertisements contain masculine / feminine expressions. Accordingly, it has been etermined that the job advertisements examined are generally shaped by taking into consideration the masculine qualities in a way that will give advantage to male candidates. As a result of the study, it was concluded that direct and indirect gender discrimination was made in the job advertisements examined., Kadınlar günümüz çalışma yaşamının önemli bir parçasıdır.

Background:Several factors such as effectiveness, safety and compliance affect the drug survival in chronic disorders. Physicians take care of long-term retention rate and responses for discontinuation of candidate drug. Identification of predictors of clinical response to certolizumab-pegol (CZP) may aid the decision-making process for treating patients psoriatic arthritis (PsA).Objectives:The purpose of this study to assess the drug survival of certolizumab pegol (CZP) in patients with PsA and to identify the predictors and reasons for discontinuation. Methods:Data on patient characteristics, demographics, diagnosis, disease duration, treatment and outcomes have been collected since 2011 in Turkish Biologic (TURKBIO) Registry. By the end of December 2020, 68 PsA patients received CZP and were included. Kaplan Meier plot was used for drug survival analysis. Cox regression analysis was performed to evaluate the predictors associated with drug survival. Results:During the median 47 months follow-up, 17 patients discontinued the CZP treatment. The reasons for discontinuation were ineffectivity (35.3%), adverse event (17.6%) and pregnancy (5.9%). The baseline characteristics of the patients who continued and discontinued CZP were shown in the Table 1. Patients who discontinued CZP had higher mean age and disease duration. HLA-B27 positive patients had lower retention rate while bDMARD naive patients had higher retention rate. At the month 36, retention rate of CZP was 61.6% on patients with PsA (Figure 1).Conclusion:Real life experience from this nationwide TURKBIO registry show that the retention rate of CZP in PsA are lower in older patients and with longer disease duration. Moreover, bDMARD naive patients have higher retention rate.Figure 1.Drug survival of CZP in patients with PsATable 1.Baseline characteristics of PsA patients who continue and discontinue CZPAll Patients (n=68)Continue to CZP (n=51)Discontinue to CZP (n=17)pFemales, n (%)52 (76,5)37 (72,5)15 (88,2)0,322Age, years44 (36-57)40 (35-53)51 (42-60)0,012Disease Duration, years9 (5-13)8 (5-12)14 (10,5-17)0,002Symptom duration, years11 (7-16)10 (7-15)15,5 (11,5-20)0,014Order of CZP in bDMARDs1 (1-2)1 (1-2)2 (1-2)0,062HLA-B27, n (%)9 (28,1)3 (14,3)6 (54,5)0,035ESR, mm/h23,5 (11-37)23 (9-35)24 (17-52)0,246Swollen Joint Counts, n0 (0-2)0 (0-2)1 (0-2)0,480Tender Joint Counts, n2 (0-4)1 (0-4)2 (1-5)0,143CRP, mg/dl4 (3-13,65)3,14 (3-13)5 (3-19)0,107HAQ0,63 (0,25-1)0,63 (0,25-1)0,75 (0,63-0,94)0,097VAS-Physicians20 (12-31,5)20 (12-26)30 (15-50)0,074VAS-Patient Global50 (27-70)50 (20-70)61,5 (46,5-70)0,342VAS-Patient Pain53 (28-75)50 (20-75)69 (49,5-75)0,122DAS-28-CRP3,35 (2,2-3,9)2,85 (2-3,8)3,6 (2,9-4,4)0,086BASFI15 (8-27)14 (5-26)23,5 (12-30,5)0,133BASDAI28 (16-40)27,5 (14-36)39 (22,5-41,5)0,060ASDAS2,7 (1,9-3,2)2,6 (1,9-3,1)3 (2,35-3,4)0,122DAPSA-2815,35 (7,2-21,9)14,9 (6,1-21,17)18,9 (14,15-29,3)0,108Disclosure of Interests:None declared.

Background:Axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) is a chronic inflammatory rheumatic disease affecting sacroiliac joints and spine as well as peripheral joints and entheses. Tumour necrosis factor inhibitors (TNFi) are widely used in patients with persistently high disease activity despite non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Some patients fail to respond or loose responsiveness during therapy with TNFi. The development of anti-drug antibodies (ADA) might play a role in non-response or some adverse events. However it has never been evaluated for 2-years period. Objectives:Therefore, the aim of the present study was to evaluate the development of ADA against TNFi longitudinally during 2-years period in axSpA patients and factors associated with it.Methods:In total 180 axSpA patients according to ASAS classification criteria with a new TNFi prescription in the last two weeks period were included in this observational study. Clinical data and serum samples were collected at baseline and at every 12 weeks. Serum drug levels and ADAs were measured on 12, 24, 52 and 104 weeks of treatment by ELISA in one center to avoid inter-assay variability. The development of ADA over time was investigated by using generalized estimating equations (GEE) which is a technique for longitudinal data analysis allowing the use of all available data even deviated from normality.Results:180 biologic naive axSpA patients (116 male, median [IQR] 44,5 [14,5] years) who started anti-TNF agents (infliximab [20%], adalimumab [27,2%], etanercept [32,2%] and golimumab [20,6%]) were included in the analysis. In comparison to baseline values BASDAI, ASDAS-CRP and CRP values were significantly decreased in third months of follow-up (Figure 1). In total 172 patients had at 12 weeks, 154 at 24, 121 at 52, and 73 at 104 week serum samples available for ADA determination. In longitudinal analysis; baseline age and TNFi type, as well as longitudinal BASDAI, ASDAS, serum CRP levels and the development of adverse events and discontinuation of the drug were found to be associated with the development of ADA. In order to determine independent association/s with the development of ADA two longitudinal multivariable models were run; (a) with ASDAS as an activity measure, (b) with BASDAI and CRP levels and produced that all the variables were independently associated with longitudinally development of anti-drug antibodies (Table 1). Antibodies to adalimumab were related with lower serum drug levels. Conclusion:The results of the present study with up to 2 years of follow-up, revealed that the development of ADA against TNFi therapy is associated with high disease activity, the development of adverse events and treatment discontinuation in patients with axSpA. And etanercept might be negatively associated with the development of ADA.Table 1.Factors associated with the development of anti-drug antibodiesModel 1Model 2B95% CIPB95% CIPAge years-0.061-0.109;-0.0120.015-0.058-0.107;-0.0100.018TNFi Treatment ETN-1.981-4.369; -0.1340.104-2.475-4.791; -0.0760.036 ADA1.438-0.002; 0.4070.0731.275-0.119; -0.1600.064 INF1.5503.010; 3.1020.0501.2552.666; 2.6290.073 GOL0a0aPresence of advers event, no-0.824-1.451; -.01980.010-0.835-1.461; -0.2080.009TNF treatment discontinuation1.2890.043;2.5340.0431.248-0.075; 2.5710.065BASDAI0.0350.015; 0.0550.001CRP0.020-0.035; 0.0050.008ASDAS-CRP0.8520.466; 1.2380.0000a:set to zero because this parameter is redundant.Figure 1.Mean change in disease activity and CRP levels during follow-up duration. Background:Although psoriatic arthritis (PsA) may be seen at any decades, juvenil onset PsA is relatively rare. Moreover, there were no more data about clinical features, treatments, and course in juvenile PsA when they reached to adult age. Objectives:The objective of this study was to assess and compare demographic and clinical features for juvenile onset PsA and adult onset PsA.Methods:PsART-ID is a multicenter, international database, investigating the disease characteristic in real life (1). Briefly, demographic data, PsA subtypes, uveitis, enthesitis, dactylitis, Co-morbidities, disease activity scores (TJC, SJC, VAS-pain, VAS patients and physician global assessments, VAS-fatigue, BASDAI), and functional status (HAQ-DI, BASFI) were recorded. Psoriasis and PsA starting age were noted, as well. Patients were classified as juvenile PsA or juvenile PsO (under 18 years old). Results were compared regarding to juvenile versus adult onset age. Results:Overall, 1644 PsA patients were included to study, 301/1644 (18.3%) patients had juvenile onset psoriasis. Of 39/1644 (2.4%) patients had juvenile onset PsA, as well. As expected, juvenile onset PsA patients were younger, however PsA disease duration were longer than adult onset PsA patients. There were no any difference between demographic and clinical data, except BMI and enthesitis were less frequently at the juvenile onset PsA groups. Background:Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is one of the most frequent rheumatic disease, and the age of onset is between 30-50 years old. Late-onset RA(LORA) is usually defined as RA with onset at age 60 or over. Objectives:To investigate the choice, effectiveness and the retention rate of biological drugs in LORA patients. Methods:TURKBIO registry is the Turkish version of Danish DANBIO rheumatological database which has been established in 2011. We studied RA patients in TURKBIO registry cohort between the dates of 2011 and 2020. All patients fulfilled the American College of Rheumatology criteria for RA and were classified into two groups based on their age at symptom onset: adult-onset RA(>18-Results:From 10 centers, 2111 RA patients recruited, and 8.8% of them was LORA patients. In LORA, the frequency of female was less than AORA. While, there was no difference between LORA and AORA in terms of erosion presence and RF positivity, antiCCP positivity was more frequent in LORA group. The use of antiTNF was lower, and the use of rituximab was more frequent in LORA. At 12 months after bDMARDs therapy, serum CRP and ESR levels and DAS28-CRP showed higher changes compared to baseline values in LORA. Although the mortality rate was higher in LORA, the adverse reactions were reported to be higher in AORA, and most common advers reaction was infections in both groups(Table). The longest survival was observed in infliximab and rituximab(median 22 and 20months) in LORA, in rituximab and golimumab(median 16 and 12months) in AORA.Conclusion:The frequency of LORA who uses bDMARDs was 8.8% in our database. In the elderly patient population, there are some reservations about the use of biological drugs in general due to several co-morbidities and concommitant drug used. Although data on this issue are limited, appropriate biological use can be effective and reliable in required patients.References:[1]Zulfigar AA, Niazi R, Pennaforte JL, Andres E. Background Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) has a genetic background, approximately 40% of patients having a family history of psoriasis or PsA in first-degree relatives, which may impact the disease features. Objectives The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of family history of psoriasis or PsA on the disease phenotypes. Methods The demographic and clinical data were retrieved from the longitudinal, multicenter PsArt-ID (Psoriatic Arthritis-International Database). Family history of psoriasis and PsA were investigated for 1st and 2nd degree relatives separately. The effect of the family history of psoriasis and/or PsA on disease phenotypes and severity were analysed, calculating the relative risks (RR). Results 1393 patients had the data for family history, 444 (31.9%) of whom was positive for psoriasis and/or PsA. The majority of the family history was only psoriasis (333/444; 75%) and 58.5% (260/444) of the patients had first-degree relatives affected. There was no differences in maternal or parental transmission rates however women had more psoriasis and/or PsA in their family (67.3% vs 32.7% p: 0.028). Patients with a family history had an earlier onset of age for psoriasis (29±14.8 vs 31±14.9 p: 0.007), more frequent nail involvement (50.7% vs 29.6% p: 0.032), more frequent enthesitis (28.2% vs 17.7% p Conclusions The family history of psoriasis and PsA has impacts on skin phenotypes, musculoskeletal features and the disease severity. The differences between family history of psoriasis and PsA and pustular vs plaque phenotypes may point out to a different genetic background and pathogenic mechanisms in these subsets. Background The environmental and genetic factors play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of psoriatic arthritis (PsA) which may cause a difference in disease characteristics for patients from different geographical regions. Objectives The aim of the study was to explore the disease characteristics, treatment choices and comorbidities in patients with PsA in different countries to see the impact of geographic factors. Methods PsArt-ID (Psoriatic Arthritis- International Database) is a prospective, multicentre registry in PsA, which was initially developed in Turkey in 2014, with participation of Canada since 2015 and Italy since 2017. Patients with PsA are consecutively registered to this registry with the aim of investigating the real-life data. Patient characteristics across Turkey (n=1283) and Canada (n=119) are compared for this analysis. Results Canadian patients were older at the time of recruitment (Table). They also were more frequently smokers, had higher duration of education and higher BMI than patients in Turkey. Patients in Canada had more frequent polyarthritis (66.7% vs 39.6%, p Conclusions Geographical differences have impacts on the disease features in PsA, which may be due to genetic, environmental and cultural differences. The treatments are comparable suggesting a similar approach by the physicians. Disclosure of Interest None declared

Background Comorbidities are frequent in Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) and can have an impact on morbidity and mortality. Objectives We aimed to investigate the frequency of different comorbidities in PsA, how comorbidities have an impact on PsA features and which factors were associated with the occurrence of comorbidities in a large number of patients, using PsART (Psoriatic Arthritis Registry of Turkey)registry. Methods PsART is a national, web-based registry where consecutive patients with PsA are recruited and demographic, clinical and therapeutic information are collected as well as comorbidities. The following comorbidities are questioned: Hypertension (HT), hyperlipidemia, depression, diabetes mellitus (DM), hyperuricemia, coronary arterial disease, liver disease, cerebrovascular accident, cancer, and depression. BMI more than 30 is recorded as obesity. Patients with or without comorbidities were compared for their demographic features and outcome tools. Results One thousand and sixty-nine patients whom comorbidity data were available were analyzed. Within these 693 (64.8%) were women. Mean (SD) age was 46.9 (12.8), with a median (range) PsA duration 45 (0–545) months. The number of patients with 1, 2 and 3 comorbidities were 642 (60.1%), 345 (32.3%), and was 191 (17.9%), respectively. Frequency of comorbidities was obesity in 327 (30.6%), HT in 256 (23.9%), hyperlipidemia in 199 (18.6%), depression in 188 (17.6%), DM in 161 (15.1%), hyperuricemia in 74 (6.9%), coronary artery disease in 39 (3.6%), liver disease 38 (3.6%), cerebrovascular event in 19 (1.8%), and cancer history 16 (1.5%). Patients with at least one comorbidity were older (51.1 (11.8) vs 40.9 (11.7), p Conclusions Our registry supported that comorbidities are frequent in PsA increasing the complexity of the disease and have an impact on the disease severity. Patients with comorbidities are less educated showing that education and awareness are important to improve patient outcomes in PsA in long term. Disclosure of Interest None declared

Objectives To evaluate the diagnostic and discriminative ability of the new 2012 European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR)/American College of Rheumatology (ACR) polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) classification criteria compared to previous five diagnostic/classification criteria for PMR in a multi-centre prospective study. Methods Patients older than 50 years of age (n=163), presenting with new onset (symptom duration ≤24 weeks) bilateral shoulder pain with elevated acute phase reactants were enrolled from 15 rheumatology clinics in Turkey. Patients were prospectively followed and the diagnosis of PMR was established when the diagnosis was maintained without an alternative diagnosis at 6 months of follow-up. Those who were diagnosed as other than PMR at the 6th month were designated as control group. All patients were classified by each of the six different criteria for PMR and 2010 ACR/EULAR Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) classification criteria. Results Of the 163 patients with new-onset (mean symptom duration 10.9±7.5 weeks) bilateral shoulder pain 92 (56.4%) patients were diagnosed as PMR and 71 (43.6%) were diagnosed as nonPMR (RA: n=26). The discriminative ability as estimated by the area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, was better for the Chuang criteria (0.83) than 2012 EULAR/ACR clinical criteria for PMR (0.69), Jones (0.68), Bird (0.68) and Nobunaga (0.77) criteria (Table 1). The 2012 EULAR/ACR clinical criteria for PMR had a sensitivity of 90.2% and a specificity of 49.3%. Jones and Chuang criteria had the highest specificity (91.5 and 87.3%, respectively). The specificity of the new 2012 EULAR/ACR clinical criteria for PMR slightly increased to 53.8% in RA patients. Although the new 2010 ACR/EULAR RA classification criteria classified only 9 out of 92 PMR patients as RA, the new 2012 EULAR/ACR clinical criteria for PMR classified 12 out of 26 RA patients as PMR. Conclusions The new 2012 EULAR/ACR clinical classification criteria for PMR can classify PMR patients with high sensitivity, however, its ability to discriminate PMR from other inflammatory conditions with shoulder pain, especially RA is poor. Other criteria sets, Jones or Nabunaga criteria, despite involvement of similar clinical parameters, perform better in discriminating PMR from RA and other inflammatory/noninflammatory articular diseases. Our results, therefore, suggest that in seronegative patients with bilateral shoulder pain and acute-phase response, differential diagnosis of PMR and RA may require imaging (as proposed also in the other version of the new criteria) or biomarker studies. Background Currently 3 sets of criteria are available for inflammatory back pain (IBP) in spondyloarthritis: Calin, Berlin and the ASAS criteria. The performances of these criterias in differentiating IBP in psoriatic arthritis (PsA) with chronic low back pain (CLBP) is currently not known. Objectives The objective of this study was to assess performance of those 3 different criteria in a large multicentre PsA cohort. Methods PsART (Psoriatic Arthritis Registry of Turkey) is a prospective, multicentre, nationwide study in Turkey on patients with PsA. Patients are consecutively recruited to this registry, if they are diagnosed as PsA, regardless of any other disease characteristics. In this registry, CLBP was defined as back pain lasting for more than 3 months. All relevant data for IBP according to Calin, Berlin and ASAS criteria for IBP were collected. Results PsARTcohort included 746 PsA (35.3% male) patients. Overall, 170 of 746 (22.9%) of patients had CLBP. Median PsA duration was 47 (0-538) months. Patients with CLBP were more frequently males (44.4% vs 32.5%, p=0.004), more frequently had pitting (54.5% vs 41.3%, p=0.014) and less frequently had polyarthritis (26.3% vs 51.3%, p Conclusions Both Calin and Berlin criteria seem to be effective questionaires for evaluating IBP in PsA patients with CLBP. However, ASAS criteria did not perform well particularly in female patients. For this reason, the gender distribution may be an important aspect to consider when recruting patients in clinical trials as well as guiding physicians in clinical practice.
