Its technical characteristics are digitization, networking, intelligence and multimedia. Its basic characteristics are openness, sharing, interaction, cooperation and ubiquitous. Promote educational modernization with educational informatization and change the traditional mode with information technology. Education itself is providing services, creating an environment for users and providing resources. It is an industry where people deal with each other, so the attribute of service is inevitable. Aims and Scope: 2024 3rd International Conference on Humanities, Wisdom Education and Service Management (HWESM 2024) will be held in Wuhan, China from March 29 to 31, 2024. The purpose of the conference is to provide an international platform for experts, scholars, engineers and technicians, and technical R&D personnel engaged in related fields such as'humanities','wisdom education'and'service management', to share scientific research results, broaden research ideas, collide with new ideas, and strengthen academic research, and to explore the key challenges and research directions faced by the development of this field, and promote the industrialization cooperation of academic achievements. Experts, scholars, business people and other relevant personnel from universities and research institutions at home and abroad are cordially invited to attend and exchange.

Services are key activities in a globalized economy and they also underlie the quality of life of local residents. The advanced work presented in this book was selected from the proceedings of the Third International Conference on Serviceology (ICServ2015), held July 7–9, 2015, in San Jose, CA, USA. The conference was supported by the Society for Serviceology. The society was established in 2012 in Japan to explore the scientific systematization of services and to promote technological developments for solutions to industrial issues.This book provides a useful general guide to the state of the art in the theory and practice of services. It can also serve as a valuable reference book for researchers in a wide range of fields from engineering to marketing and economics.

Au sein de l'UE, États et marchés s'articulent dans une économie devenue mixte. Dans ce contexte, la question de l'organisation des services publics et de la participation des citoyens est fondamentale : comment faire, au mieux, au plus près des besoins et en fonction des budgets disponibles? Il s'agit de trouver les voies d'une légitimation des choix entre accès et qualité, de donner les moyens aux bénéficiaires de devenir acteurs et responsables, et d'organiser une participation citoyenne à la production et à la distribution des services publics.

A frequent complaint in literature is that services have been previously largely overlooked by innovation researchers and technology policy makers. Given the unarguable growth in the importance of the service sectors, increasing numbers of researchers and policy makers have taken a fresh look at service activities. Innovation Systems in the Service Economy: Measurement and Case Study Analysis presents contributions which increase the understanding of the role of services in the development of the division of labor in modern economics. This volume is devoted to the elaboration and understanding of the following two themes. First, service firms can be innovative in their own right, even though the process of innovation and the kinds of innovation may be different from those traditionally associated with manufacturing and other primary activities. In den vergangenen Jahren hat die wissenschaftliche und politische Debatte um den wirtschaftlichen Strukturwandel in Richtung auf die Dienstleistungen an Breite und Tiefe zugenommen. Der Blickverengung auf die Informationstechnologien (insbesondere Multimedia) folgte eine Erweiterung der Betrachtung auf weitere Dienstleistungsarten und auf den Gesamtaspekt der Drei-Sektoren-Hypothese ('Fourastiésches Gesetz'). In diesem Zusammenhang stellte sich die 23. Internationale Tagung der Sozialakademie Dortmund die grundsätzliche Frage, ob der durch die Drei-Sektoren-Hypothese beschriebene Beschäftigungswandel der Erreichung des Vollbeschäftigungszieles eher förderlich oder gar hinderlich ist. Es wurde erörtert, welcher Zusammenhang zwischen dem wirtschaftspolitischen Ziel Vollbeschäftigung und dem ökonomischen Drei-Sektoren-Trend in den drei Wirtschaftsräumen USA, Japan und Deutschland feststellbar ist. Im vorliegenden Band werden die überarbeiteten Beiträge der Tagung dokumentiert und damit der weiteren wissenschaftlichen und politischen Diskussion zugänglich gemacht. Gleichzeitig können sie in der Bildungsarbeit von wirtschafts-, sozial- und bildungspolitischen Organisationen Verwendung finden.
