The results of sedimentological core analysis of the Achimov Formation (Upper Valanginian, Lower Cretaceous) confirm that it was formed by higher efficiency systems of submarine fans in (relatively) deep marine basin. Lithofacies models of Ach5-6 were generated, well correlation was performed based on the comprehensive analysis of core, well logging and seismic data. Distributary channels and proximal parts of depositional lobes are characterized by the best reservoir properties.

Introduction. Personnel of the highest scientific qualification are the basis of staffing the competitive development all sectors of the national economy of the Russian Federation. At the same time, there is no reliable statistical information about the total number of Candidates and Doctors of Sciences and their age structure. Scientific publications do not present approaches to carry out the estimate of the number of persons with scientific degrees. Materials and Methods. The article proposes a model for calculating the age-specific number of Candidates and Doctors of Sciences on the basis of annual statistical data on the number of defenses of candidate and doctoral theses and survival rates. Since the detailed data are presented only for the period starting from 2008, and the aggregated data are not known for all years, the corresponding interpolation methods are proposed to restore the missing data. According to the proposed models, calculations of estimates of the number of Candidates and Doctors of Sciences are made, approximation functions are constructed. The results of the calculations were verified on the basis of statistical data on the number of researchers with a degree of Candidate and Doctor of Sciences in different sectors of the economy and the number of Candidates and Doctors of Sciences among the teaching staff of universities. Results. The results of the study are 6 models for calculating the number of Candidates and Doctors of Sciences, approximation function of the multiplicative survival coefficient for persons with scientific degrees, approximation functions of the age distribution of the applicants of degrees of Candidate and Doctor of Science, approximation functions of agerelated and cumulative distribution of the number of Candidates and Doctors of Sciences, quantitative estimates of the number of Candidates and Doctors of Sciences in 2019. Discussion and Conclusion. The proposed models have shown their adequacy. As a result of the calculations, it was found that the number of Candidates of Sciences in the age category of 20–80 years is 468,000 people, and the number of Doctors of Sciences in the age category of 30–90 years is 72,000 people. According to the obtained numerical values, approximating functions were constructed to get the number of Candidates and Doctors of Sciences in any age range. Since the system of personnel of the highest scientific qualification is sufficiently inert, the data obtained of age structure of the personnel of the highest scientific qualification will retain its character for at least another 10 years. The obtained estimates of the number of persons with scientific degrees allow us to characterize the personnel potential for decision-making in the management of high-tech sectors of the economy. The constructed models can be used to solve the problems of forecasting in the field of development of science-intensive technologies and in higher education for the training of highly qualified scientific personnel and replenishment of the scientific community.

The review considers the current ideas of a relatively new field of "green chemistry" in the field of chemical processing of renewable natural plant raw materials. For a number of processes, the ways, methods and some technological aspects of obtaining new compounds and reagent systems, biodegradable compositions and "green chemistry" products that are in demand in various sectors of the economy, industry and life support of society are shown. The article presents the results of the analysis of Russian and world reserves of forest resources according to authoritative modern sources and proposals for their conservation and restora-tion. The problems of biorefiling of plant raw materials are described, one of which is the val-orization of lignin-the aromatic component of the chemical composition of wood. It is pro-posed to obtain biodegradable systems and compositions based on the by-product of wood processing lignosulfonate of a neutral production method characterized by a high content of polysaccharides in the hemicellulose of the carbohydrate part of wood after the separation of cellulose. The ways of using modified cellulose products as inhibitors of salt deposition and gas hydrate formation, and the areas of their application in oilfield chemistry are shown. Lig-nin and other components of plant resources have long been the basis of various classes of fi-bers of natural origin, including plant and animal origin, artificial fibers. In the sector of cre-ating materials with new properties that have a wide range of practical applications, the review describes the production of PLA polylactide synthesized from lactic acid as a modern alterna-tive to many synthetic polymers obtained from refined petroleum products. For the products of the interaction of ammonium lactate and N-butyl alcohol, a kinetic model for the production of butyl lactate, an intermediate product of green chemistry, is described. The results of the study of a specific class of compounds – ionic liquids – traditionally considered as so-called "green solvents" are presented. An approach to the creation of a mathematical model by calculating the adsorption characteristics for evaluating the effectiveness of systems and composites based on biodegradable polymers in the direction of "green chemistry" is proposed.

Blending of polymers is a method for obtaining new materials with improved properties. Numerous studies have been carried out to characterize the structure, morphology, mechanical, thermal, and rheological behavior of polypropylene blends. The main ways to increasing the compatibility of polymer blends containing polypropylene as one of the components are considered. An important role of polymer compatibilization with the use of a third component is underlined. This article is a review of research on polypropylene blends.

Publications dedicated to cyclic oligoesters based on cyclic butylene terephthalate were analyzed and summarized. The features of their preparation and structure and their properties were considered with a special focus on advantages and disadvantages of the methods of their preparation: polycondensation at high dilution and depolymerization. The prospects of application of cyclic butylene terephthalate for polymer nanocomposite production were demonstrated. A development strategy for this research area was suggested.

The article deals with the study of influence of the synthesis conditions on the molecular weight of polyaryleneetherketones (PAEK), received with nucleophilic substitution reaction of activated aryl halide. The synthesis of PAEK with the nucleophilic substitution reaction carried out as partially hydrolyzed homopolycondensation of phenolates and aromatic dihalides containing a carbonyl group in the molecule and derivatives of polycondensation of aromatic bisphenols with activated aromatic dihalides, and aromatic nitro compounds. The nucleophilic substitution of halogen in aryldihalogens proceeds through formation of Meisenheimer complex, where the negative charge of the electron-electron ring stabilizes the group. The high efficiency of the synthesis of PAEK with nucleophilic substitution reaction is mainly determined with several factors, the main of which are: 1) the structure of the starting monomers; 2) the nature of the solvent; 3) the nature of phenolate; 4) side reactions. For these materials it was revealed that the ratio of nucleophilic and electrophilic reagents has pronounced effect on the molecular weight of the obtained polymer, without affecting the poly dispersion. PAEK synthesis processes are optimized by controlling the replacement of some of the monomers, the temperature and concentration of reactants change. It was shown that the polyarylene ether ketones and copolymers have a high thermal heat resistance, mechanical properties. They show considerable heat resistance in air, capable of forming a transparent film and melts. Thus, data of literature review show that the nucleophilic substitution reaction is promising for PAEK synthesis of various chemical structures and produces polymers having valuable properties.

Due to its unique characteristics, cyclic butylene terephthalate is used in novel developments of chemical industry. This article represents the review of the latest achievements in the field of processing, structure, properties of cyclic butylene terephthalate, its physical and chemical modifications as well as composites and nanocomposites based on it. In recent years, cyclic butylene terephthalate oligomers have drawn the attention of scientists. The oligomers can be acquired through the chemical reaction of cyclo-depolymerization and used as materials for ring-opening polymerization reactions. This method of polymerization has a variety of advantages compared to a standard method of synthesis polyesters. One of the main advantages of this method includes the capability to make polymerization reactions at standard atmospheric pressure, low required temperature, no side effects and obtaining a completely finished product as an outcome. The unique qualities of cyclic butylene terephthalate make it a promising material to be used as matrix for a variety of nano- and microcomposites and super concentrate. This study analyzes some of the examples of applying CBT as a super concentrate for creating materials like carbon nanotubes, laminated silicates, carbon fibers and glass fibers. In the majority of studies, the addition of nano-sized fillers into CBT leads to amplification of mechanical properties. In the cases of usage as fillers for carbon fibers and glass fibers, the possibility of replacing thermosetting resins with CBT is currently being researched. It could possibly lead to increase in manufacturability of carbon fibers and fiberglass and increase its possible area of application. Cyclic butylene terephthalate can also be used as a viscosity modifier for synthetic rubbers. Polyethers are of great interest for various industries due to a complex of valuable properties, such as heat resistance, fire resistance, high strength, etc. Carded polymers occupy a special place among polymers with increased heat resistance, containing in the main polymer chain at least one element that is part of the lateral cyclic grouping. The presence of such fragments increases the glass transition temperature and heat resistance, which allows the copolymers to be operated at higher temperatures without changing the physico-mechanical parameters. For crystalline polymers, the presence of cardo fragments leads to better solubility in organic solvents. One of the promising ways of synthesizing heat-resistant polymeric materials is based on the use of aromatic compounds such as 3,3-bis (4'-hydroxyphenyl) phthalide, 3-chloro-3- (diphenyloxyd-4'-yl) phthalide, 3- chloro-3- (diphenylsulfide-4'-yl) phthalide, 9,9-bis (4'-hydroxyphenyl) fluorene, 9,9-bis (4'-hydroxyphenyl) anthrone-10, 2-phenyl-3,3- Bis (4'-hydroxyphenyl) phthalimidine and the like. At present, the worldwide problem of the release of toxic waste into the environment is aggravated, which causes irreversible climatic changes. To solve this problem, it was proposed to develop solid fuel cells based on polymeric proton-exchange membranes. Thus, polymer membranes must satisfy a number of requirements: to provide minimal ohmic losses, to possess considerable proton conductivity, mechanical strength, thermal stability and to have limited solubility in organic solvents. Polymer membranes with carded fragments in the main chain satisfy all the requirements. Metal ions in a composition of the polymer compounds can serve as model objects of biological systems and show a number of important biological functions. Particular practical interest are represent polymeric materials containing stabilized metal ions such as silver; copper; iron; cobalt; nickel and magnesium. It is known that the guanidine-containing polymers have intrinsic antibacterial properties. Therefore; the combination of properties polyguanidines (biological activity; bactericidal and hydrodynamic properties) and metal ions (optical; biological; thermal; electrical properties) causes the forward-received new features based on these polymeric metal complexes. By IR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction the structure of resulting polymer complex compound was studied. Infrared spectral studies have shown that the addition of magnesium ions to the structure of the polyacrylate guanidine leads to significant changes in their IR spectra. It was found that the Mg 2+ ions actively interact with the oxygen atom of a carboxylate ion; and the nitrogen atom of the amino group of guanidine polyacrylate forms a new coordination compound. X-ray data showed that the initial polymer polyacrylate guanidine has diffraction pattern of the crystalline substance. The complex polymer of polyacrylate guanidine/Mg 2+ has a more amorphous structure; as indicated by characteristic broad lines (halo) on the X-ray pattern. It was found that the obtained complex compound of polyacrylate guanidine/Mg 2+ does not preserve the original features of the polymer. This is possible due to the fact that magnesium ions penetrating into the polymer matrix partially destroy it and form a new complex compound.
