Объектом исследования стали психологические особенности процессов профессионализации в возрасте средней и поздней взрослости. Предметом исследования является биографическая рефлексия и готовность к освоению возрастно-временных изменений во взаимосвязи с самооценкой уровня работоспособности. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка литературы (138 источников) и приложения, включающего в себя бланки применявшихся методик, описательные статистики, таблицы сравнительного и корреляционного анализа. Объем магистерской диссертации 109 страниц, на которых размещены 5 рисунков и 15 таблиц. Во введении раскрывается актуальность проблемы исследования, теоретическая и практическая значимость работы. разработанность проблематики, ставятся цель и задачи исследования, определяются объект и предмет исследования, формулируются основные гипотезы, указываются методы и эмпирическая база, а также этапы проведения исследования. Был проведён теоретический анализ литературы по проблеме профессионализации на стадии средней и поздней взрослости, рассмотрены различные подходы к классификации профессионального становления специалиста. Выводы по первой главе представляют собой итоги по изучению теоретического материала. Вторая глава посвящена эмпирической части исследования. Статья посвящена проблеме построения жизненной стратегии в позднем возрасте. Описаны три типа жизненных стратегий в зависимости от уровня личностной мобильности субъекта. В эмпирическом исследовании сопоставлены характеристики людей с низко-, средне- и высокомобильной стратегиями. Сделан вывод, что предпосылками выбора высокомобильной жизненной стратегии являются развитые когнитивные ресурсы и обучаемость, выраженная мотивация к освоению внешних и внутренних изменений, высокий уровень биографической рефлексии., The article is devoted to the problem of building a life strategy in later age. Three types of life strategy are described, depending on the level of personal mobility of the subject. The empirical study compares the characteristics of people with low-, medium- and high-mobility strategies. It is concluded that the prerequisites for choosing a highly mobile life strategy are developed cognitive resources and learning ability, a strong motivation to master external and internal changes, and a high level of biographical reflection.

Получены данные о независимости системы универсальных жизненных ценностей в позднем возрасте от трудовой занятости., The results of the study related to involuntary response to preferred and indiff erent stimuli in children of the third year of life with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and children without autism are presented. The research involved three children with ASD and three with delayed speech development, who do not have ASD, at the age of 2 years 2 months — 2 years 3 months. The study was conducted by observation, and the topography of the behavioural response in a child with ASD was determined: changes in facial expressions, movement speed, hand grip of an object, touching an object. In the course of the study, an intervention was carried out aimed at forming an involuntary response to environmental stimuli. In the conclusion of the work, the results of the intervention are described.

Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена исследованию феноменов самоактуализации, мотивации работающих пенсионеров в контексте удовлетворенности жизнью. Актуальность исследования заключается в недостаточной изученности данных феноменов, как и указанного возрастного периода в целом. Объектом исследования явилась самоактуализация личности в пенсионном возрасте. Предметом исследования стали самоактуализация личности и мотивация работающих пенсионеров в контексте удовлетворенности жизнью. Целью исследования стало выявление взаимосвязи между самоактуализацией, мотивацией и удовлетворенностью качеством жизни у людей пенсионного возраста в зависимости от их профессиональной занятости. В результате нами была выдвинута гипотеза, что между уровнями самоактуализации, мотивации и удовлетворенности качеством жизни у неработающих и работающих пенсионеров существует взаимосвязь, а также могут присутствовать различия в характере этой взаимосвязи. Описан характер взаимосвязи удовлетворенности качеством жизни и индивидуальных свойств работающих пенсионеров, неработающих пенсионеров и лиц предпенсионного возраста. Показана роль общей, интеллектуальной и психомоторной активности как предиктора удовлетворенности жизнью., The article presents the results of the comparative empirical study of satisfaction of life quality at a late age regarding the people with different types of professional occupation. The correlations of satisfaction of life quality and individual characteristics of working pensioners, non working pensioners and persons of pre retirement age were identifi ed. Other results show the role of general, intellectual and psychomotor activity as a predictor of life satisfaction.

Pedagogical activity in Russia is an area with traditionally high professional livability and a large number of working old teachers. In this regard, the issue of the teacher's professional health becomes relevant. А teacher's professional health is defined as a complex of psychological characteristics that meets the requirements and conditions of professional activity and ensures the optimal level of working capacity, personality development at all stages of professionalization and professional longevity. The purpose of the empirical research is to study characteristics of professional health at a late stage of career development. The study involved 198 school teachers, including 98 working teachers with a professional experience of over 35-years (main group), 50 young teachers with less than a 3-year experience (first comparison group), and 50 teachers who finished their professional career (second comparison group). The research methodology was selected in accordance with the identified components of professional health: motivational, emotional and reflexive. It was established that at a late stage of career development, the teacher's professional health is characterized by high motivation for success (42%), for avoiding failures (58%), high anxiety (47%) and rigidity (42%), high empathy (57%) and systemic reflection (72,8%). It was found that working teachers have higher satisfaction with life (U = 291, p = 0.00007), but they are less willing to adapt to age-related changes than the teachers who already finished their professional career (U = 344, p = 0.001). Changes affect all the components of professional health, but their modality is different. Whereas the increased motivation for achievement and reflexivity can be considered a generally positive trend, the changes in the emotional component of health (high anxiety and rigidity) are negative.
