The article presents the results of a study of the Soft Skills development in the activities of student societies. The purpose of the article is the theoretical and empirical study of the Soft Skills development in the activities of student societies. The research methodology and its algorithm were selected due to the purpose of the study. To solve the research questions posed, we compiled a list of student societies of the Mytischi Branch (MB) of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. It included 87 student societies, which were classified according to the type of their activity. The hypothesis of the research is that a close connection between student societies stimulates members of one society to be interested in the activities of associate societies, thereby acquiring new skills within the framework of this activity, among which there are so-called Soft Skills. Student societies can form both general, characteristic of all student organizations, and specific skills, characteristic of certain types of activity. In the course of the research work, all possible student societies were identified and classified. Next, we built a network map of the interaction among student societies. Also, using a targeted sample, 9 student societies were selected, representing different fields of activity. The leaders of these societies were interviewed using a semi-formalized interview method. The statutory documents on the activities of the societies under consideration were analyzed using the traditional method of document analysis.

The article considers the role and influence of professional creativity on the professional activities as an expression of the teacher's creative abilities. The purpose of the article is a theoretical and empirical study of the influence of professional creativity on the effectiveness of a teacher's professional activity. Attention is paid to the place and importance of creativity in the activities of a teacher. Based on an analysis of current literary sources, the phenomenon of professional creativity of a teacher is highlighted, a definition of this concept is given, and its structure and components are considered. The research methodology and its algorithm include a complex psychological and pedagogical experiment, diagnosing the stated parameters and statistical analysis of the results based on Spearman's rank correlation coefficient. The study of teachers' creativity was carried out on the basis of the Institute of Foreign Languages of the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education "The Peoples' Friendship University of Russia" (RUDN) at the Center for Continuing Professional Education. For research purposes, an experimental and a control group were formed. Each group consisted of 35 teachers. The sample was homogeneous by age and gender. The results of the study allow us to conclude that there is a strong relationship between the professional creativity of a teacher and the effectiveness of the professional performance, which is confirmed by the results of statistical processing of the data obtained.

Large-scale changes in the social and economic spheres of Russian society revealed the demands for managers with non-standard thinking and a high cultural level. Specific and ambiguous processes in politic, economic and social spheres in different parts of the world have general trends reflecting the evolution of global civilization. In this context, educational systems received new functions aimed at moral growth and improvement of competencies. The highest demand in the field of education is for experienced teachers and administrators who are able to improve the system of education and upbringing, develop scenarios for managing the teaching and learning process, offer the personality-oriented trajectories for students, make an independent choice and fulfill corrective and diagnostic functions. The transformed socioeconomic context led to positive changes in the field of professional education. One of the basic features of the modern educational systems is the training of highly qualified education managers. Such individual characteristics as the ability to continuous self-improvement, creativity, communication skills, entrepreneurial skills, the ability to analyze and foresee, etc. play an increasing role in the professional training. The most important place in the training of education managers is occupied by pedagogical technologies aimed at mastering the necessary competencies in economics, management, psychology and related disciplines. In the context of the innovative transformations of Russian education, the pressing need to integrate new management schemes into the practice of educational institutions and the problem of pedagogical training in the field of management becomes very urgent. Qualified management creates conditions for improving the educational environment, increasing the quality of educational services. The educational system should prepare young citizens capable of making a feasible contribution to the formation of the law-based state. Currently, it is necessary to optimize the activities of education managers responsible for the implementation of the state programs to improve and innovate the economy, science and education. The management culture of education managers is beginning to play a decisive role in the creation of a democratic society in the Russian Federation based on respect for individual rights and freedoms. The creation of the most favorable conditions for the integration of students into the educational and cultural environment is aimed at creating a high level of management culture of future education managers.

Successful results of all types of professional activities largely depend on the quality of training. At present, however, the acquired knowledge does not guarantee a university graduate stability of success throughout his/her career. Thus, the concept of lifelong education was gradually formed. From the previously established stereotype "education for life", society is moving to the "education throughout life". The traditional division of a person's active life into the period of professional activity and study is blurring. There is a need for a transition to continuing professional education throughout life. One of the most important tasks for the management is to ensure the continuous development and survival of the organizations. Such a task is also vital for the institutions of additional professional education. With the transition to the newly established market relations, in the Russian Federation, the conditions for the operation of the system of additional professional education have changed significantly. First of all, a market for services in the field of additional professional education has emerged, where a large number of organizations of various forms of ownership operate, creating strong competition. In these conditions, the maximum consideration of different factors influencing on the additional professional education institutions, as well as the choice of a management strategy, is an important condition for their successful development and competitiveness. The demand of society for an effective system of additional vocational education determines its place and role in the state policy in relation to the development of human resources. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account the challenges of the labor market, the increasing needs of production, the real sector of the economy, the non-production sphere in qualified workers, specialists, managers, as well as training and re-training of unemployed citizens.

The priority goal of modernizing the Russian education system is to ensure a high quality of knowledge. The psychological and counseling service is capable of implementing many qualitative changes in the higher education system. The development of the psychological and counseling service is due to its role in the modernization of Russian education, on the one hand, and the growing need for educational psychologists, on the other. The outflow of psychologists from the education system negatively affects the quality of the services and the image of the psychological and counseling service in education and society as a whole. Consequently, the career and personal development of a psychologist in the educational organization of higher education requires special research. The psychological support for an entry-level psychologist is necessary during the period of his/her professional development. The peculiarities of the psychological and counseling service require that a psychologist independently identify the directions and priorities of professional activity and show initiative in organizing the work and assessing its effectiveness. This, as a rule, is difficult for an entry-level educational psychologist. Certain difficulties for an entry-level psychologist are associated with the specifics of professional psychological and counseling activity. The tools of the professional activity of a trained psychologist are the personal and professional qualities, skills and abilities. Therefore, specific requirements are imposed on the personal and professional qualities of a psychologist. At the same time, in the professional environment, there are no unified standards for the personality of a psychologist and criteria for assessing the degree of his/her professionalism. Despite the constant updating of research in the field of psychological support for education, the identification of the necessary conditions for the training of a high-level specialist, the contradiction between the demand of modern society for a well-trained specialist and the insufficient level of readiness of young specialists for productive professional activity is deepening. An educational psychologist beginning to work at a university turns out to be unable to interact in a professional environment and experiences difficulties in establishing contacts with students and their parents.

The research is relevant as educational computer games are included in students' mathematical activity and form additional opportunities to improve the quality of teaching mathematics in a digital school, to support the formation of the demanded professional competence - computational thinking. To form the appropriate skills that determine the essence of special computational thinking, the authors propose to include game educational spaces based on digital gamification resources into students' mathematical activities. The research aims to resolve the contradiction between requirements of the modern economy for specialists' high level of computational thinking and an insufficiently developed methodological base for training graduates that meets these requirements. The purpose of this research is to study the features of using gamification technologies in teaching mathematics to form the skills and abilities that make up the essence of computational thinking. The article describes directions of educational and cognitive mathematical activity based on the principles of gamification. The authors clarify the concept of "computational thinking", which includes a system of actions for activating patterns, connections between them from human memory, and compile an effective algorithm for solving them: to obtain relevant information on advanced technological developments; to state the problem and model; to use a software product with mathematical content.

Comprehensive changes in Russian education are aimed at meeting the requirements of the modern economy and society. At the same time, the main vector in this area is the coordination of the content and component composition of professional training with the demands of the labor market and with the urgent need to increase the availability of high-quality educational services. Public experience demonstrates that objective reality makes significant adjustments to the professional training and education. Therefore, teachers should acknowledge and reflect in their professional activities all the new requirements presented by society in a timely manner. In the context of professional education, intensive search is carried out for adequate forms and methods to improve the effectiveness of education. In this regard, the practical value of simulation methods and technologies, aimed at revealing the creative potential of a future specialist, their individual and professional properties and the ability to function successfully in the new economic conditions, is increasing. Educational technologies as mechanisms for the joint activity of the teacher and students are aimed at the development of certain skills and abilities, as well as personal and professional development. The teacher should correctly apply educational technologies and methods to provide quality training for competent professionals. The variety of these methods is proposed to encourage intrinsic motivation, a lively interest of students in learning and self-development. The competencies of a qualified specialist and the criteria that he/she must meet have become the basis for creating a generalized concept of a professional. Along with the individual properties of the student, the foundation of the concept is knowledge and skills in the areas provided by the general and special components of the Federal State Educational Standards. In the framework of professional education, the main place in the educational process should be occupied by active educational technologies and methods, focused on intensifying the cognitive activities of students, supporting creative initiative and abilities and development of intellectual needs.

The paper presents the results of the development and analysis of the model's effectiveness for a foreign language teacher's professional creative development utilizing art therapy in the framework of additional education. The paper aims to provide a theoretical and empirical study of the effectiveness of the model for the professional creativity development of a foreign language teacher through art therapy in the framework of additional education. Attention is drawn to the role and importance of creativity in the foreign language teacher’s activity, to the importance of creative learning in the context of linguistic education. The research methodology and its algorithm are selected, including conducting a complex psychological and pedagogical experiment, conducting diagnostics of the declared parameters, and statistical analysis of the results based on the Spearman rs criterion before and after implementing the developed model. The study of the effectiveness of the model for the professional creative development of a foreign language teacher using art therapy in the framework of additional education was carried out based on the Institute of Foreign Languages of the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (RUDN) in the Center for Additional Professional Education. The experimental and control group was formed. Each group consisted of 35 people. The sample is homogeneous by age and gender. The study results allow drawing a conclusion about the effectiveness of the developed development model and outlining the vector of further research in line with the stated problems.

The origin and development of e-learning methods in Russia and other countries is due to steady progress in the field of information and communication technologies and the general informatization of the educational process, the creation of a global environment for the mutual integration of cultures and disciplines, as well as the establishment of continuing open-ended education that underlies post-industrial (information) society. Under the influence of these processes, there is a need for new, more advanced educational practices, which is the reason for the transformation of both the essence of national education and its formal side. Nowadays, a person should possess not only a certain amount of useful information, but also the ability to learn: search and find the necessary information, use various sources to get out of difficult situations, continuously expand the range of one’s own competencies, and constantly develop, keeping up with what is happening around. In the framework of the modern educational paradigm, the student is considered as a subject of knowledge, and not an object of pedagogical influence. In the early to mid2010s, active contribution to this is made by e-learning (electronic learning, e-learning), which must be used in educational institutions of various types and at different levels of the educational vertical. It makes it possible to integrate into the global scientific community, to become subjects of the interaction of cultures, including the exchange of spiritual values. The introduction of e-learning is one of the key tasks in the context of the modernization of national education. The term «electronic learning» is transmitted into Russian in various ways. The most popular options are: “distance learning / education”, “mobile learning”, “virtual learning”. The European Commission interprets “e-learning” as “the use of new multimedia and Internet technologies to improve the quality of education by improving access to resources and services, as well as remote knowledge sharing and collaboration”. In this study, the term “e-learning” will correspond to the phrase “electronic learning”. This is a learning process based on interactive electronic means of storing and providing information: the Internet, corporate networks, and CD-ROMs.

At present, in Russia there is a contradiction between the familiar, time-tested, and innovative technologies in the field of education. It is possible to overcome this conflict by combining full-time and distance learning in the context of a digital educational environment that requires certain applied skills from an educational institution employee. Special operational systems that integrate information from related sciences may be the basis of the digital educational environment in the context of the application of information management technologies. Such systems are required to facilitate the unification, accumulation and preservation of knowledge, as well as ensuring free access to intellectual resources. The authors of the article identified four basic functions of the application of information-type technologies during the training of future representatives of a particular profession: informational and educational, formative, estimative and corrective, research. It is noted that these functions do not act separately, but as elements of a single system, depending on conditions determined by the characteristics of the information educational environment. The analysis allows the authors to argue that at this stage of the educational process evolution, the main task is to create a methodology related to the use of information management technologies in the development of educational electronic materials and their implementation in the context of pedagogical activity.
