The article aims to thoroughly study the compliance of the quality of educational services provided by vocational education institutions (hereinafter - VEIs) to the needs of the regional labor market in qualified staff and professional career development. The authors have tested the analysis system of professional success of vocational education graduates and developed technology for evaluating the effectiveness and quality of educational services provided by VEIs. By the above, the authors offer to organize activities of Advisory Committees and Professional Councils in the field as an innovative interaction form between vocational education institutions and employers in the professional educational environment., Метою статті є ретельне вивчення відповідності якості освітніх послуг, що надаються закладами професійно-технічної освіти (далі – ЗПТО), потребам регіонального попиту ринку праці щодо кваліфікованого персоналу та професійного кар'єрного зростання. Автори протестували систему аналізу професійних успіхів випускників професійно-технічної освіти та розробили технологію оцінки ефективності та якості освітніх послуг, що надаються ЗПТО. До того ж, автори пропонують організувати діяльність Консультативних комітетів та професійних рад у цій сфері як інноваційну форму взаємодії між закладами професійно-технічної освіти та роботодавцями у професійному освітньому середовищі.

Significant transformation processes in Ukraine, inspired by globalization, require a rethinking of educational goals, objectives, and educational imperatives. Within the educational process in vocational (vocational-technical) education institutions, the training system is forced to take into account the global context of actions and consequences in the preparation of a competitive specialist. The purpose of this article is to analyze the current state of development of vocational (vocational-technical) education in Ukraine and the network of institutions of vocational (vocational-technical) education; identifying factors that affect the quality of training of a competitive specialist and controversies that need to be resolved in the training of professionals. To analyze the current state of preparation, a set of theoretical and empirical methods was used, with the help of which a number of problems that inhibit the process of ensuring the quality of training of a competitive specialist were identified. In order to study the current state of preparation, a set of questionnaires was developed and, within the framework of a pedagogical experiment, questionnaires were conducted among entrants, educators, graduates, pedagogical workers, heads of institutions of vocational (vocational-technical) education in the regions of Ukraine and employers, and the results of the questionnaire were analyzed. The concepts of «quality of education», «effectiveness of vocational (vocational-technical) education», «competitiveness» are considered., Значні трансформаційні процеси в Україні, натхненні глобалізацією, вимагають переосмислення освітніх цілей, завдань та освітніх імперативів. В рамках навчального процесу в закладах професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти система підготовки змушена враховувати глобальний контекст дій та наслідків при підготовці конкурентоспроможного фахівця. Метою даної статті є аналіз сучасного стану розвитку професійно-технічної (професійно-технічної) освіти в Україні та мережі закладів професійно-технічної (професійно-технічної) освіти; виявлення факторів, що впливають на якість підготовки конкурентоспроможного спеціаліста, та суперечки, які необхідно вирішити при підготовці професіоналів. Для аналізу сучасного стану підготовки було використано набір теоретичних та емпіричних методів, за допомогою яких було виявлено ряд проблем, що стримують процес забезпечення якості підготовки конкурентоспроможного фахівця. З метою вивчення сучасного стану підготовки було розроблено набір анкет та в рамках педагогічного експерименту проведено анкетування серед абітурієнтів, вихователів, випускників, педагогічних працівників, керівників закладів професійно-технічної (професійно-технічної) освіти в регіонах України та роботодавців, а також проаналізовано результати анкетування. Розглянуто поняття «якість освіти», «ефективність професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти», «конкурентоспроможність».

The most important condition that provides the opportunity for the professionalism of professionals is their competitiveness. The current task of vocational (technical) education institutions GP(VT)E is to prepare a qualified and competitive specialist who not only has a certain level of knowledge, skills and abilities, but can practically apply them in their professional activities. The quality of training of future specialists is based on the ability to adapt to rapidly changing production conditions. This is due both to the prospect of Ukraine’s accession to the European Union and to the internal situation in the country, where a large number of applicants in GP (VT) E and institutions of professional higher education (GPHE) do not always meet the requirements of the labor market. This requires a reset of educational goals and objectives of vocational education, taking into account global changes in society, production, technology. The work was performed as part of research on "Training of competitive professionals in the context of educational change" (RK 0117U006772). The purpose of this article is to substantiate the model of quality management of training of competitive specialists in GP (VT)E taking into account the identified factors affecting the quality of training and contradictions that need to be resolved in the process of training and experimental verification of its effectiveness. To create a model and test the effectiveness, a set of theoretical and empirical methods was used, which identified the components that have become key in creating a model of quality management training of future competitive professionals in vocational education institutions. Це пов’язано як з перспективою вступу України до Європейського Союзу, так і з внутрішньою ситуацією в країні, де велика кількість претендентів на GP (VT) E та заклади професійної вищої освіти (GPHE) не завжди відповідають вимогам ринку праці. Це вимагає перезавантаження освітніх цілей та завдань професійної освіти з урахуванням глобальних змін у суспільстві, виробництві, технологіях. Робота виконана в рамках дослідження на тему «Підготовка конкурентоспроможних фахівців в контексті освітніх змін» (RK 0117U006772). Метою даної статті є обґрунтування моделі управління якістю підготовки конкурентоспроможних спеціалістів з ГП (ВТ) Е з урахуванням виявлених факторів, що впливають на якість підготовки та суперечностей, які необхідно вирішити в процесі навчання та експериментальної перевірки. його ефективності. Для створення моделі та перевірки ефективності було використано набір теоретичних та емпіричних методів, які визначили складові, які стали ключовими у створенні моделі підготовки з управління якістю майбутніх конкурентоспроможних фахівців у закладах професійної освіти. Drought reduces the availability of soil water and the mobility of nutrients, thereby limiting the growth and productivity of rice. Under drought, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) increase P uptake and sustain rice growth. However, we lack knowledge of how the AMF symbiosis contributes to drought tolerance of rice. In the greenhouse, we investigated mechanisms of AMF symbiosis that confer drought tolerance, such as enhanced nutrient uptake, stomatal conductance, chlorophyll fluorescence, and hormonal balance (abscisic acid (ABA) and indole acetic acid (IAA)). Two greenhouse pot experiments comprised three factors in a full factorial design with two AMF treatments (low- and high-AMF colonization), two water treatments (well-watered and drought), and three rice varieties. Soil water potential was maintained at 0 kPa in the well-watered treatment. In the drought treatment, we reduced soil water potential to − 40 kPa in experiment 1 (Expt 1) and to − 80 kPa in experiment 2 (Expt 2). Drought reduced shoot and root dry biomass and grain yield of rice in both experiments. The reduction of grain yield was less with higher AMF colonization. Plants with higher AMF colonization showed higher leaf P concentrations than plants with lower colonization in Expt 1, but not in Expt 2. Plants with higher AMF colonization exhibited higher stomatal conductance and chlorophyll fluorescence than plants with lower colonization, especially under drought. Drought increased the levels of ABA and IAA, and AMF colonization also resulted in higher levels of IAA. The results suggest both nutrient-driven and plant hormone-driven pathways through which AMF confer drought tolerance to rice.
