Results: Three categories were extracted: factors directly affect health; factors indirectly affect health and health as compared with their own previous health conditions and other people. Conclusion: Iranians are mainly concerned with physical health while they rate their own health. They assess their health conditions with reference to their peers in the similar age groups and their own previous health conditions.
