Dieser Beitrag diskutiert den Widerstand gegen Infrastrukturen als Ausdruck gesellschaftlicher Konfliktlinien. Aktuell lassen sich viele infrastrukturbezogene Konflikte auf unterschiedliche Positionen zur sozialökologischen Transformation zurückführen. Der Kommentar legt hierbei den Fokus auf den Energiesektor, der lange durch Großunternehmen und enge Beziehungen zu politischer Macht auf verschiedenen Ebenen geprägt war. Trotz der Beständigkeit von Infrastrukturen zeigen Bewegungen für Energiedemokratie Wege auf, Infrastrukturen gesellschaftlich anzueignen. Diese Modelle gehen über rein technische Visionen hinaus und zeigen Möglichkeiten einer dezentralen, gesellschaftlichen Selbstverwaltung auf.

The article "The Social Insurance Reform 2018 needs a reform!" takes stock of the experiences with the health insurance reform in Austria. Suggestions are made for addressing weaknesses and further developing the healthcare system. The reform has led to a reorganization of self-administration and the merger of regional health insurance funds into the Austrian Health Insurance Fund. It is criticized that the reform did not bring the promised savings and that decision-making processes are too long. The "Friendship Circle of the Tyrolean Regional Health Insurance Fund" was founded to monitor the development of the Austrian Health Insurance Fund and preserve the decentralized structures of the regional health insurance funds. Various problem areas and solution approaches are proposed, including the restoration of partial autonomy of the regional offices, a fairer distribution of representatives of employees and employers, the review of the semi-annual rotation of top positions, and the optimization of state control over self-administration. In addition, attention is drawn to the problem of medical care for the population, particularly the distribution problems regarding regional, gender-specific, and professional aspects. It is suggested to link the participation of private doctors in the insurance system to certain minimum standards. This paper uses the myth of Medusa as a containing narrative to explore the aetiology, recognition and treatment of emergent dissociative identity disorder or DID, in apparently high-functioning people. Both the 'hiding' nature of DID, and disbelief in therapists are identified as impediments to recognition of the disorder, despite the high prevalence of DID. The paper describes the impact on psycho-neurobiological development of both disorganized attachment and group sexual abuse at a young age, both typically present for DID survivors, leading to multiple ego centres in the psyche. DID is perceived as a creative protective mechanism against knowing, that also seals the abuse survivor into a lifetime of fractured self-experience, and exile from relational depth with others. Two case studies illuminate a key feature of DID, the existence of lost but ever-present child selves/alters, and how these may present within the therapeutic relationship. The author supports the facilitation by the analyst of self-diagnosis and describes how careful attunement to inner turmoil and confusion, can act as a containing mirror within which to discern the individual needs of a multiplicity of selves/alters, leading to increased self-agency, internal co-consciousness and the ability to function more authentically with others. Der Beitrag verknüpft die Platzbesetzungen seit 2011 mit den Betrieben unter Arbeiterkontrolle, die ab 2000 in Lateinamerika und darüber hinaus entstanden, sowie mit Formen kollektiver lokaler Selbstverwaltung. Diesen Praxen sind bei allen Unterschieden grundlegende Charakteristika gemeinsam. Sie konstruieren Räume der Produktion sozialer Alternativen. Ich arbeite die Gemeinsamkeiten heraus und argumentiere, dass sie Teil globaler, nicht-staatszentrierter Transformationsperspektiven sind. Sie machen eine wachsende Tendenz sichtbar, die sich an direkter Demokratie, Selbst-Organisierung und Autonomie orientiert. Entgegen der Kritik der Strategielosigkeit wird gezeigt, dass die Strategie darin besteht, in den selbst produzierten Räumen Elemente der angestrebten Veränderungen zu entwickeln und zu erproben. Die Beteiligten sehen die Praktiken nicht als Nische, sondern als gesamtgesellschaftliche Alternative. Die Praktiken werden via Netzwerke verknüpft und bilden neue räumliche Konfigurationen.
